At this point I'm like 70% sure that Mark's "so you see why it's so important to get in" when Erica asks "is it true [final clubs] send around a bus to pick up girls who want to party with the next Fed chairman?" is sarcastic or a bit ironic. There's something in his voice/expression when he says it, and it doesn't look like other times when Mark is being vulnerable/honest. I have no doubt he thinks it's important to get in, but probably more for the Fed chairman connection than the girls, so he's kinda poking fun at the latter in his response? Which, to be clear, I'm with Erica here obviously. It's disgusting that they do it and Mark's single-mindedness when it comes to morality in pursuit of his goals is already showing here, but this interpretation makes a lot more sense to me than the way it initially comes across which is "yay I'll get more access to girls". Which is, honestly, a really dense thing for even Mark to say, considering he's talking to his girlfriend.
