Στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης της στρατηγικής για διεύρυνση των εργασιών της μέσω συνεργασιών στο χώρο του fintech, η Εθνική Τράπεζα ανακοινώνει την υπογραφή μνημονίων συνεννόησης (MoU) με την Epsilon Net.και το βασικό της μέτοχο, για τη σύναψη συμφωνίας στρατηγικής συνεργασίας καθώς και για την απόκτηση μειοψηφικού ποσοστού της (EPSILON ΝΕΤ).

Τι προβλέπει το MoU Το MoU με την EPSILON ΝΕΤ προβλέπει τη σύναψη μακροχρόνιας, αποκλειστικής συνεργασίας μεταξύ EPSILON ΝΕΤ και ΕΤΕ με αντικείμενο τον από κοινού σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και διάθεση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών. Μεταξύ άλλων, προβλέπεται η απευθείας διασύνδεση των εφαρμογών ERP της EPSILON ΝΕΤ με τα συστήματα της ΕΤΕ αξιοποιώντας την εξελιγμένη Open Banking πλατφόρμα της στην περιοχή του Embedded Finance. Τραπεζικές υπηρεσίες και προϊόντα θα διατίθενται, τόσο στις 125.000 επιχειρήσεις που αυτή τη στιγμή χρησιμοποιούν τα συστήματα της EPSILON ΝΕΤ όσο και σε όλες τις Μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις – πελάτες της ΕΤΕ, αλλά και στις ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις γενικότερα. Οι υπηρεσίες αυτές θα ανταποκρίνονται στις σύγχρονες ψηφιακές ανάγκες των επιχειρήσεων και θα προωθούν τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό των ελληνικών ΜΜΕ προσφέροντας άριστη εμπειρία στους πελάτες.

Με σκοπό την ευθυγράμμιση των κινήτρων σε αυτό τον κοινό στόχο, η ΕΤΕ θα γίνει μέτοχος μειοψηφίας στην EPSILON ΝΕΤ. Συγκεκριμένα, το MoU με το βασικό μέτοχο κ. Ιωάννη Μίχο προβλέπει την απόκτηση από την ΕΤΕ μειοψηφικού ποσοστού 7.5% επί του συνολικού μετοχικού κεφαλαίου της EPSILON NET που κατέχει ο βασικός μέτοχος, σε τιμή €7.4/μετοχή («Αρχική Συναλλαγή») καθώς και τη δυνατότητα απόκτησης από τον ίδιο περαιτέρω ποσοστού 7.5% τρία χρόνια μετά την ολοκλήρωση της Αρχικής Συναλλαγής.

Ο Ιωάννης Μίχος Η ολοκλήρωση των συναλλαγών και η σύναψη των οριστικών συμβάσεων τελούν υπό την αίρεση της ολοκλήρωσης της διαπραγμάτευσης και συμφωνίας επί των όρων των τελικών συμβατικών κειμένων καθώς και των προβλεπόμενων εποπτικών εγκρίσεων.

Ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της ΕΤΕ, κ. Πα��λος Μυλωνάς δήλωσε: «Είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι με τη νέα αυτή στρατηγική συνεργασία που φέρνει την τραπεζική στη σύγχρονη, διεθνή πραγματικότητα. Overview

Our hotly awaited quarterly report on the PCU and its outlook. We apologise for the slight delay but there had been some last minute changes that needed to be done before publishing. It has been quite the dramatic four months! It appears the PCU event horizon has finally come, the day when we can safely say the group as a whole is on an inexorable decline.

Guild Collapses.

There have been some major casualties to the PCU. The <Blood of Martyrs>, one of the main flagship Alliance based guilds for the cultic group has collapsed, most of its membership having migrated to Epsilon. In it’s place a “PCU / Not PCU” replacement in the shape of the <Vestige of the Flame> has recently popped up to apparently fill the gap for fascist religious fundamentalist Scarlet Crusade RP.

Other significant casualties include the <Aparoshe Stampede> the “official” RP guild of the PCU and the apparent collapse of <Primal Pact>, with most of the remnants of it being folded into the barely animated <Painted Shields>. It also appears as if the <Coppersail Corsairs> have after many iterations and forms have also gone into inactivity.

Following the trend of guilds taken over by the <Grim Gest>, the resident San’layn of RP, <Sunnyglade Ratters> has been sucked dry and left to decay under their custodianship and have folded, much like the <Stormwind City Sentry> before it.

As the <Highblood Myrmidons> have come under Xotrios’ leadership (and then subsequently relegated to be managed by a low level alt of his) we can assume the last of the Blood Elf PCU guilds will be looking to folding as well. Not to worry! Talirei and her guild of harassing women haters and bigots <The Sunspear> will likely open their arms to any incel Blood Elves wanting the “authentic” Blood Elf experience, but don’t want to have to worship at he altar of Talenthiel every morning.

Stagnation, Decline and Surprises.

Across the board there has been very little growth and in most cases, contraction of guild membership, with the proportions of max level characters in a number of guilds having declined considerably, even in the new leadership guild of the PCU the <Hand of Conquest>. In most cases being stuffed with alts in order to conserve the image that they are healthy, case in point being most prevalent within the <Red Venturers> and <Ronin>.

The only guilds showing an overall net increase have been <Boomtech Inc>, The “Shadowbane Coven” (<Cleft of Shadow>/<Ashen Wake>) and ironically, <The Rotgarde> of all people, Otherwise the trend has been stagnation or continued decline, even as the Dragonflight expansion hits its first major content patch (usually when we would expect an up tick in activity across the game, rp included).

So, where does that leave the PCU? Considering their public image is at an all time low, Gruggosh has done nothing to improve any of their atrocious behavior or even the appearance of such. Their own members bicker and trade barbs at one another over guild threads, their own guild threads at that (take note of <The Rotgarde> thread in recent weeks) and they are openly contested like nothing else in game these days, it is safe to suggest that the battle is in fact, over.

Beware The “FakeCU”.

However! We should not rest on laurels. It has become painfully obvious over the last few months that the PCU are attempting some sort of contingency plan to hide from the community until they are forgotten about - think of it like the ratlines to Argentina!

As each PCU guild that decays, a few “FakeCU” guilds seem to show up. This trend is not only obvious in some simple alt searches but how they present themselves, or the ones who have done so publicly at least. Guild thread pops up, title usually has an emoji icon inside it, main post sets out its big vision and within one hour PCU posters are over it like a hot rash saying “HOW GOOD” “HOW BASED” “HOW RAD” these people who have appeared out of nowhere are.The only people who comment on these threads are in turn, only other PCU members or their alts.

We would like to thank the eagle eyed readers who have shared with us recently those suspected of being PCU front guilds.

Predicted projections; changes going forward.

So, what will happen next? We have some predictions as usual. It is highly likely that the <Highblood Myrmidons> will fall off the PCU actives list. <Azure Dawn> is only on it by virtue that the guild functionally exists but its member base have all escaped to the Horde. There are many guilds who are looking extremely precarious in terms of activity and membership. For a group that flaunts how “active” they are, the PCU have had shockingly little to share in public aside from a small brief campaign in Blackrock Mountain, despite so many guilds claiming they are “going to the Dragon Isles.”

To paraphrase a statement made by Perroy a few years ago: “If your guild has under 30 high level people is it really a guild?” Many PCU guilds have dropped under that threshold. This is why we are monitoring the composition of guilds as much as the total net amount.

We here at CoAD think it’s quite reasonable now as the expansion has been out more than six months for people to have levelled their main characters up, the ones who they are going to actually spend the most time on. While yes it is very much true that you do not -need- to be at max level to RP the PCU have placed much stigma on “alt characters” (especially so recently) over the years, so we will merely be holding them to their own standards from here on out.

Which is to say, if there is a PCU guild with under thirty (30) max level characters and/or forty (40) 60+ characters, it will be being added to the “Walking Dead” classification of guild, a shell being propped up purely to maintain an illusion of activity. After all to once again paraphrase the former Dear Leader “Lol just merge with a bigger guild if your guild is so small.”

Concluding thoughts.

While we should allow some time to celebrate, the PCU core is remarkably resilient and manipulative. Morsteth in particular has already been removed from one server before, and he and his guild will likely remain a source of harassment and abuse to others for time to come. Though the extremely recent pantomime show done by his San’layn Quillestra shows that there is a break down in command that would not have happened even two years ago.

Gruggosh remains very much seemingly a continuity figure, but without the same amount of apparent baggage that Perroy carried, which is likely why he was chosen. A “fresh” face tied to little public controversy but long standing officership in the second largest PCU guild.

The fact that there are those who do not recite pure party orthodoxy on command however now and at least a significant minority disaffected with him by the reports we get continues to make us think he will be continuing his gradual purge of elements formerly associated with the Rotgarde and Grim Gest old guard.

Another indicator is also a very simple one. A dramatic collapse in PCU activity in barely half a year. Major guilds collapsing, some consolidating into others and clear fractures. We point you to the <Warsong Marauders> guild that popped up, which we have NOT included in this census due to the fact the leader appears to have deleted and/or removed his characters from PCU guilds.

For now though, we shall continue to remain vigilant, watch and report on changes of significance from within the PCU, their antics and any abuse we find coming from their ranks.

Stop trying to sell people's kidneys, don't you know that economics is political?

Some have argued that there should be a market for organs, much as there is for most things under capitalism. The argument for this is simple enough: it creates a more efficient allocation. If someone would be willing to donate a kidney for £50k, and another person would be willing to pay £50k for a kidney, then both are made better off, so why shouldn't they be able to?

There is an obvious distributional concern here: not everyone is equally able to pay for kidneys, so a full market would allocate kidneys more inefficiently—to the richest, rather than those with the greatest expected quality of life improvement (or whatever). But those sorts of concerns can be addressed by having single-payer kidneys, so let's suppose it's not an issue and focus on the supply.

Someone willing to sell a kidney is likely to be quite poor. And those at the bottom, who are unable to meet their needs often functionally have no choice but to do anything to raise money—they are essentially coerced by market forces. This is often cited as reason enough alone, but I don't buy it. It doesn't invalidate the argument that they still benefit from the trade relative to the trade not happening. If someone's only way to feed themselves is survival sex work, and you put a stop to that, you haven't saved them from exploitation, you've made them starve.

But we live in a society. We are governed by a government, who have far more influence over how capitalism functions than we like to acknowledge (and that many in the government seem to know). The distribution of wealth within a society is in large part determined by government policy. And government policy in rich countries tends to set the rate of welfare as low as possible without people starving. If food prices decrease, perhaps some of that will go into those dependent on welfare being better off, but most will be offset by benefit cuts as the government realizes there is something to cut.

The state won't tell you to start an OnlyFans, but if a significant number of people near the poverty line start getting a supplemental income from OnlyFans, that decreases pressure on the government to provide support to those people, with the effect that over time, the level of welfare spending equilibrates to whatever amount guarantees the minimum politically acceptable standard of living for (most of) the poorest.

An individual starting an OnlyFans will still have more income than previously—because their individual effect on government policy is negligible. But if everyone on welfare starts an OnlyFans, the long-run effect will not be that they are all better off, but that they have the same income, but now get part of it from OnlyFans. The only net effect of the shift is a relaxing of the government's revenue constraint—which is beneficial, but not nearly as much as money going directly to those who need it most.

As such, the net effect of allowing anyone, of any income, to sell organs would likely be primarily a relaxation of the government's revenue constraint, and a lot of poor people with only one kidney, rather than a massive cash injection to those poor enough to have to sell their kidneys.

You could say the counterintuitiveness of this conclusion is the composition fallacy. You could also explain it in terms of why the kidney trades are not actually Pareto-improving: the primary effect is a Pareto-improvement, but there is a secondary, long-run feedback effect via government policy, which largely offsets the primary effect and makes the net social benefit of the trade much lower. Once you account for the epsilon decrease in the utility of everyone else on welfare, multiplied by the 1/epsilon large population on welfare, to give a significant total effect.

This isn't like, established wisdom or anything, just my opinion.

Φιλικές και οικονομικές σχέσεις δεκαετιών διατηρεί η οικογένεια του Σπύρου Μανωλόπουλου, ιδιοκτήτη της Singular Logic που διεξάγει τις εκλογές, με την οικογένεια Μητσοτάκη. Μάλιστα, αυτή θα είναι η πρώτη φορά που η Singular Logic θα διεξαγάγει εκλογές υπό αυτό το ιδιοκτησιακό καθεστώς, καθώς ο κ. Μανωλόπουλος και η εταιρία του Space Hellas, που είναι γνωστή για την ενασχόλησή της με αμυντικά συστήματα, αγόρασαν τη Singular to 2021.

Η εξαγορά

Η Singular Logic θεωρούνταν ένα από τα τελευταία μεγάλα περιουσιακά στοιχεία της εταιρίας MIG του αποθανόντος επιχειρηματία Ανδρέα Βγενόπουλου. Τον Ιανουάριο του 2021 ανακοινώθηκε η εξαγορά της, αντί 18.500.000 ευρώ, από τις εταιρίες Space Hellas και Epsilon Net.

Η τελευταία ανήκει στον Ιωάννη Μίχο.

Εν συνεχεία, τον Ιούλιο του 2021, ανακοινώθηκε η διάσπαση της Singular σε δύο εταιρίες: την Epsilon Singular Logic Α.Ε. και τη Singular Logic Α.Ε., με διαφορετική εμπορική στόχευση αλλά συμμετοχή και των δύο συνέταιρων σε όλες τις δουλειές.

Μάλιστα, αυτή θα είναι η πρώτη φορά που η Singular Logic θα διεξαγάγει εκλογές υπό το σημερινό της ιδιοκτησιακό καθεστώς.

Η μετοχική σύνθεση στα δύο νέα σχήματα είναι: στην Epsilon Singular Logic 60% διατηρεί η Epsilon Net, 39,972% η Space Hellas και 0,028% η Global Equity Investments S.A. Στη Singular Logic Α.Ε. το 60% ανήκει στη Space Hellas, το 39,934% στην Epsilon Net και 0,066% στην Global Equity Investments S.A.

Από τις δύο, η εταιρία που διεξάγει τις εκλογές είναι φυσικά η Singular Logic Α.Ε., στην οποία είναι μέσα με μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό η Space Hellas. Χαρακτηριστικό είναι ότι διευθύνων σύμβουλος της Singular Logic Α.Ε. είναι ο Ιωάννης Μερτζάνης, ο οποίος διατηρεί την ίδια θέση και στη Space Hellas. Αξίζει επίσης να σημειωθ��ί ότι μέτοχος στην Epsilon Net σε ποσοστό 6,05% είναι η εταιρία Barca Global Master Fund L.P., που εδρεύει στις Βρετανικές Παρθένες Νήσους, δηλαδή σε έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους φορολογικούς παραδείσους του πλανήτη.

Τη Space Hellas ίδρυσε ο Δημήτρης Μανωλόπουλος, ο οποίος απεβίωσε το 2018. Ο γιος του Σπύρος μπήκε δυναμικά στην εταιρία το 2013 και φυσικά την ανέλαβε ολοκληρωτικά μετά τον θάνατο του πατέρα του.

Το όνομα της οικογένειας του νέου ιδιοκτήτη της Singular Logic απασχόλησε επί μακρόν την επικαιρότητα το 1999, όταν βγήκαν στο φως σκανδαλώδεις πληροφορίες για μία σύμβαση που είχε υπογραφεί τον Φεβρουάριο του 1993, εποχή που Πρωθυπουργός ήταν ο Κωνσταντίνος Μητσοτάκης και υπουργός Άμυνας ο Ιωάννης Βαρβιτσιώτης.

Το σκάνδαλο του 1999

Το όνομα Μανωλόπουλος απασχόλησε επί μακρόν την επικαιρότητα το 1999, όταν βγήκαν στο φως σκανδαλώδεις πληροφορίες για μία σύμβαση που είχε υπογραφεί τον Φεβρουάριο του 1993, όταν πρωθυπουργός ήταν ο Κωνσταντίνος Μητσοτάκης και υπουργός Αμυνας ο Ιωάννης Βαρβιτσιώτης. Πρόκειται για την υπόθεση του πρώτου συστήματος αυτοπροστασίας ASPIS των μαχητικών F-16, της εταιρίας Litton, την οποία αντιπροσώπευε στην Ελλάδα και ο Δημήτρης Μανωλόπουλος. Το σκάνδαλο, φυσικά, αποκαλύφθηκε άλλη μία φορά στις ΗΠΑ, από την εισαγγελία του Λος Αντζελες.

Σύμφωνα με τη δικογραφία, όπως παρουσιάστηκε σε δημοσίευμα της εποχής της εφημερίδας «Η Καθημερινή», οι αντιπρόσωποι της Litton στην Ελλάδα έλαβαν προμήθεια $12.000.000 δολαρίων για να λαδώσουν Ελληνες αξιωματούχους, ώστε η τότε κυβέρνηση του Κωνσταντίνου Μητσοτάκη να προκρίνει την αγορά του οπλικού συστήματος. Επρόκειτο για ένα συμβόλαιο ύψους $150.000.000 δολαρίων. Μάλιστα, η Litton παραδέχτηκε στις ΗΠΑ ότι παραβίασε τον νόμο και συμφώνησε να καταβάλει πρόστιμο ύψους $18.500.000 δολαρίων. Παραδέχτηκε ακόμη ότι προσπάθησε να αποκρύψει τις μίζες, αν και τις είχε περάσει στα λογιστικά της βιβλία ως «άλλα έξοδα». Την υπόθεση ανέλαβε και η ελληνική Εισαγγελία Πρωτοδικών, αλλά ο φάκελος φαίνεται πως χάθηκε στο χρονοντούλαπο της Ιστορίας.

Λίγα χρόνια αργότερα, το 2010, επί κυβέρνησης Γιώργου Παπανδρέου, η ΝΔ ψηφίζει μαζί με το ΠΑΣΟΚ ώστε να δοθεί στη γερμανική εταιρία Rheinmetall ένα αμυντικό πακέτο για πυρομαχικά και άρματα μάχης χωρίς διαγωνισμό. Αντιπρόσωπος της Rheinmetall ήταν ο Γεώργιος Πιντέλας, ενώ την υλοποίηση των αντισταθμιστικών είχε αναλάβει και πάλι η Space Hellas του Δημήτρη Μανωλόπουλου. Δηλαδή, ο πρόγονος του ανθρώπου που σήμερα έχει αναλάβει τη διεξαγωγή των ελληνικών εκλογών.

Και στο ίδρυμα

Το 2014 το κόμμα των Ανεξάρτητων Ελλήνων κατέθεσε στη Βουλή μία πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ερώτηση σε σχέση με την ανάθεση της ψηφιοποίησης του αρχείου του Ιδρύματος «Κωνσταντίνος Κ. Μητσοτάκης», προϋπολογισμού €400.134 ευρώ, από τον Δήμο Παλαιού Φαλήρου, στη Space Hellas. Το πρόβλημα δεν ήταν μόνο το ποσό της ανάθεσης, αλλά το γεγονός ότι ο Διονύσης Χατζηδάκης, τότε δήμαρχος Παλαιού Φαλήρου, νυν βουλευτής της Ν.Δ. και πνευματικό παιδί του Κωνσταντίνου Μητσοτάκη, είχε κάνει ανάθεση για ένα ίδρυμα στο οποίο δεν είχε γεωγραφική αρμοδιότητα. Μάλιστα, η ερώτηση περιελάμβανε και ερωτήματα σε σχέση με την έρευνα για τα συστήματα ASPIS που ποτέ δεν προχώρησε.

Συμμετείχε στην κοινοπραξία που ανέπτυξε το λογισμικό Pandora

Η εταιρία Space Hellas, βεβαίως, τα τελευταία χρόνια μοιάζει να βρίσκεται μέσα σε κάθε μεγάλο ψηφιακό έργο του Δημοσίου έχοντας λάβει πολλά εκατομμύρια από την τωρινή κυβέρνηση.

Για παράδειγμα, συμμετέχει στην κοινοπραξία που ανέπτυξε το λογισμικό Pandora, το οποίο παρουσιάστηκε στο τέλος του 2022 από το υπουργείο Αμυνας και το ΓΕΕΘΑ, και το οποίο προσφέρει προστασία στα τερματικά του στρατιωτικού πληροφοριακού συστήματος των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων. Ανέλαβε ακόμη, και πάλι μέσω του υπουργείου Εθνικής Αμυνας, το έργο «Εγκατάσταση Μετεωρολογικών Σταθμών και ανάπτυξη υποδομής Διαδικτυακής Πύλης», ύψους €11.900.000 ευρώ. 

Μετέχει, τέλος, σε κοινοπραξία για τον εκσυγχρονισμό του κυβερνητικού Cloud, δηλαδή του κυβερνοχώρου όπου φιλοξενούνται τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, που θα στοιχίσει €15.686.637 ευρώ.

Εν τω μεταξύ, η Space Hellas, μέσω της Singular Logic, θα διαχειριστεί τις ίδιες τις ελληνικές εκλογές. Δημοσιεύματα το τελευταίο διάστημα ανέφεραν δε ότι σε αυτές τις εκλογές σχεδόν όλοι οι δικαστικοί αντιπρόσωποι θα είναι εφοδιασμένοι με tablets και πως όλες οι συσκευές θα έχουν σύστημα ασφαλούς μετάδοσης των αποτελεσμάτων, τα οποία αυτή τη φορά θα μεταδοθούν πιο γρήγορα. Προσομοίαζαν δε τον νέο τρόπο μετάδοσης με αυτόν που εφαρμόστηκε στις εκλογές στην Κύπρο. Αυτό που ξεχνούν να πουν τα δημοσιεύματα είναι πως στην Κύπρο δεν παρεμβάλλεται ιδιωτική εταιρία, αλλά πως τις εκλογές διεξάγει το κυπριακό υπουργείο Εσωτερικών, με τη βοήθεια του αρμόδιου τμήματος Πληροφορικής. Είναι πιθανόν πως με τα συγκεκριμένα συστήματα ασφαλείας θα είμαστε προστατευμένοι από τους εξωτερικούς χάκερ. Από τους εσωτερικούς θα είμαστε;

Σύμφωνα με τη δικογραφία, όπως παρουσιάστηκε σε δημοσίευμα της εποχής από την εφημερίδα «Η Καθημερινή», ο πατέρας του σημερινού ιδιοκτήτη της Singular Logic κι αντιπρόσωπος της αμερικανικής εταιρείας Litton στην Ελλάδα, έλαβε προμήθεια $12.000.000 δολαρίων για να εξαγοράσει Έλληνες αξιωματούχους, ώστε η τότε κυβέρνηση του Κωνσταντίνου Μητσοτάκη να προκρίνει την αγορά οπλικού συστήματος.

Η Litton παραδέχτηκε στις ΗΠΑ ότι παραβίασε τον νόμο και συμφώνησε να καταβάλει πρόστιμο ύψους $18.500.000 δολαρίων.

Της υπόθεσης είχε επιληφθεί και η ελληνική Εισαγγελία Πρωτοδικών, αλλά ο φάκελος φαίνεται ότι χάθηκε στα ντουλάπια με τους σκελετούς της ελληνικής Ιστορίας.

It’s Over!  ( Biblical Update )

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come” (II Tim. 3:1).

Be aware that “evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived” (II Tim. 3:13).

The right of U.S. citizens to freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom to buy and sell, etc., is being challenged by the shadow government’s desire to restrict and/or control American’s freedom of religion, speech, right to buy and sell, etc.

Covid is a global medical crisis that the godless shadow government created to justify the establishment of a world government, world religion, and worldwide tracking system to enslave everyone on earth.

The public is being told that proof of vaccination (passports, I.D. cards, or whatever) is needed to bring Covid-19 under control when the truth of the matter is that Covid-19 and the variants are a tool that the rich and powerful are using to bring all people under their control.

It is possible and perhaps likely that this proof of vaccination will eventually be followed by the lockdown and persecution of Christian groups and institutions based on their support for Bible teaching and lack of support for the globalist agenda (the godless world government, godless world religion, abortion, gay rights, etc.).

Before the persecution reaches its peak, Christians will be removed (Raptured) from this earth, and the door will be thrown wide open for the godless shadow government to select a leader to take dictatorial power on earth.

Following his appearance, their so-called proof of vaccination will probably evolve into a data system that will be used to determine who can buy and sell, who can live or die, etc. (Don’t overlook the fact that some of the leaders that want to force everyone to be vaccinated are the same people that want to reduce the population of the earth from almost 8 billion to about half a billion; many support abortion, gay marriage, euthanasia, etc.).

God will allow these godless globalists to select a leader to rule for seven years, but God will ultimately cause them to regret what they have done for all eternity.

A reader recently sent an e-mail to this writer containing part of a message that Dr. Franklin Graham delivered at a Baptist Church in Florida.

Dr. Graham said, “The American Dream has ended.”

Readers need to understand that the one who said “The American Dream has ended” is one of the most highly respected preachers in the world, not a fanatic and not a prophecy teacher, but America must decline if the globalists are going to meet their goal of a world government and a world religion by 2030 or before.

Here is a repeat from the article I wrote last week: On July 27, 2021, former Sec. of State Mike Pompeo said, “Collapse from within is possible… Immigration without assimilation, illicit drugs, human trafficking, disputed elections, inflationary risks have become the tools to disassemble our republic in what must surely be an attempt at national suicide.”

I want to close my opening remarks this way: We are not seeing the Mark of the Beast yet (people are not being jabbed in their right hand or forehead; people are not taking the name, number, or Mark of the Beast; unvaccinated people can still buy and sell in most places; etc.).

On the other hand, we are seeing the global development and advancement of technology and policies that many excellent Bible prophecy teachers believe will lead to the Mark of the Beast (forced compliance, loss of one’s job, development of passports or passes, a demand for government databases to track people, a demand to prevent the unvaccinated from entering stores to buy or sell, the spread of anti-Christian rhetoric, etc.).

Also, keep in mind the fact that the Church will be Raptured a minimum of 3 ½ years (and perhaps more) before the global development and advancement of the technology and policies goes into effect as the Mark of the Beast (the Gates of Hell will not prevail against the Church).

Here are other reasons to believe that history is approaching end of the age Bible predictions and the American Dream is over.

One, when Jesus was asked about the signs of His coming, He listed famines, pestilences, earthquakes, etc. (notice that the words are plural as in more than one famine, more than one pestilence, etc.; Matt. 24:7).

Today, the world is trying to deal with Covid-19, the Delta (India variant), Lambda (Peru variant), and Epsilon variant (pestilences plural).

Two, on Aug. 6, 2021, California announced that a low water level caused by drought has forced the shutdown of the state’s second largest hydroelectric plant for the first time since the dam was completed in 1977.

The state will be able to get electricity from other systems.

More: On Aug. 4, 2021, the Dixie wildfire destroyed Greenville, Cal., a gold rush town of about 1,200 people (5 days later, Fox News reported that about 600 buildings have burned and about 13,000 are in danger).

More: On Aug. 6, 2021, it was reported that Lake Powell on the Utah-Arizona border, the Great Salt Lake in Utah, and Lake Mead in Nevada have hit record lows this summer.

FYI: Drought is having a devastating impact on crops, cattle, hog, and sheep production in the U.S. (a very large part of America’s food supply).

FYI: Unprecedented wildfires are also taking place in Greece, Italy, Turkey, Lebanon, and Russia.

Three, during the Tribulation Period, the world will be divided into two groups: those that take the Mark of the Beast and those that refuse to take the Mark of the Beast.

Today, the world is being divided into two groups: those that have been vaccinated and those that have not been vaccinated.

Four, on Aug. 9, 2021, World Net Daily posted an article by Wayne Allen Root that said:

Republicans asked for “papers” from migrants who had broken into our country. Criminals. Democrats said, “No, that’s racism.”

Republicans asked for “papers” once every two years for federal elections to prove you have a right to vote. Democrats said, “No, that’s racism.”

Now Democrats want American citizens, not illegal aliens, not criminals, but patriots born in this country to produce papers 24/7. We’ll need papers to enter restaurants, bars, nightclubs, concerts, casinos, conventions, and hotels and to board a train, plane, or bus. We’ll need papers to enter a supermarket, or we’ll starve to death—all for the crime of being unvaccinated.

Note: U.S. Sen. Rand Paul said the U.S. is at a crossroads, and he is urging U.S. citizens to “resist the mandates, lockdowns, and the harmful policies of the petty tyrants and bureaucrats.”

Five, on Aug. 6, 2021, Natural News reported that the U.K. has admitted that it is building storage areas for bodies in the 32 boroughs of London and the city itself.

These storage areas are being built because the government expects an increase in deaths over the next five years due to their attempts to force people to be vaccinated (some people that are not allowed to buy and sell will go hungry, get sick, etc.).

Writer’s Comment: It is common for some people to ask how bad will God let it get before He Raptures His Church. No one knows the answer to this, but the situation is worsening, and Christians everywhere need to pray about it.

Six, on July 31, 2021, the Carnival Cruise Ship Vista left Galveston, TX with everyone or board vaccinated (every guest, every crew member, every staff member, everyone vaccinated; no unvaccinated people on board).

On Aug. 8, 2021, it was reported that a small number of people on the ship have tested positive for Covid.

Seven, God promised to bless those that bless Israel and to curse those that curse Israel (Gen. 12:3).

On Aug. 4, 2021, the Iranian-backed terrorist group that controls Lebanon, Hezbollah, fired three rockets into Israel.

On Aug. 5, 2021, Israeli jets struck terrorist targets in Lebanon for the first time in 15 years, and Pres. Biden announced that he will give the terrorist government $100 million dollars in economic aid (borrowed money that will add to inflation in the U.S.).

On Aug. 6, 2021, Hezbollah forces fired 19 rockets from Lebanon into Israel, and Israel responded with artillery fire.

On Aug. 8, 2021, new hardline Iranian Pres. Raisi met with leaders of the terrorist groups Hamas, Hezbollah, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and the Houthis, and promised to support their terrorist activities until Israel is defeated.

Writer’s Comment: This could easily get out of hand and lead to the fulfillment of several prophecies (Psa. 83 if that is a war; the Destruction of Damascus as prophesied in Isa. 17; the Battle of Gog and Magog as prophesied in Ezek. 38-39; time will tell.).

Eight, violence is on the increase, and some politicians want to defund the police and take the guns away from law-abiding citizens, but the globalist goal is only partly to prevent citizens from defending themselves against criminals.

The globalist goal is primarily to prevent citizens from defending the U.S. against the shadow government’s takeover of the U.S.

For whatever it is worth, thousands of people have marched in Paris and other French cities four weeks in a row to protest the loss of their freedoms.

On Aug. 6, protests erupted in Turin, Italy.

Nine, on Aug. 6, 2021, a guest on Fox & Friends said the strongest outbreak of the Covid Delta Variant is in Texas and Florida, and those two states are where the Biden administration has taken the largest number of Covid-infected migrants.

Ten, concerning global pandemics and the Mark of the Beast, on July 25, 2021, The Times of Israel reported on a study that found that people vaccinated before Feb. 2021 are twice as likely to get Covid as those vaccinated in June 2021 for two reasons: 1) Their vaccine effectiveness decreases over time and is becoming less effective every day; and 2) The Delta Variant is more contagious than the original Covid-19, and therefore more able to overcome the resistance of their declining vaccination.

The doctor that headed up the study said, “We definitely need to think about a third vaccine.”

It is the opinion of this writer that the globalists will want people to take a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. vaccination until they bring in the Mark of the Beast.

Update: On Aug. 5, 2021, Moderna said data shows a noticeable drop in antibody levels 6-8 months after a vaccinated person’s second jab, so vaccinated people will need to get a booster shot this fall.

Writer’s Comment: Just a reminder to U.S. citizens that Pres. Biden said, “You’re not going to get Covid if you have these vaccines.”

Eleven, concerning world government: it is widely known that the World Economic Forum (WEF) wants to establish a world government and eliminate private property ownership by 2030 or before.

The WEF even produced a video saying, “You will own nothing, and you will be happy.”

My article “Developing Now,” posted two weeks ago, quoted Tony Koretz who said, “A global medical dictatorship is rising.”

I added that “It is hard to deny that the shadow government is using unelected individuals to dictate policies to nations all over the world.”

On Aug. 3, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) extended the U.S. government’s eviction moratorium, a document that allows renters in areas that have a high level of Covid to not pay their rent.

Put another way, property owners that have rented their house, apartment, etc., to someone else must make the mortgage payments (if the property owner has a mortgage payment), pay to keep the house, apartment, etc., repaired, and the property owner cannot evict the renter for not paying their rent (the renter can live in the house free, and the property owner must pay the bills).

The fact that the CDC (a medical group) can force private property owners to make the property payments and let renters live in the property free sure looks like a global medical dictatorship has taken over.

The real owners of the property are not happy with making the payments and receiving no rent.

Twelve, on Aug. 4, 2021, concerning a Mark on the forehead to buy and sell, it was reported that Amazon is now using palm scanners at 53 Amazon-owned stores, and it plans to expand the program to other stores in the U.S.

Captured Crossed Swords Yautja

Alpha

Ka’torag-nade (Lurker), Clan Leader of the Crossed Swords.

An off-world Leader captured by OWLF while chaperoning New Bloods on a Hunt in New Mexico. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

Recognized as the oldest, largest, and strongest of the group, to be kept alive but impaired and oxygen-deprived.

Used for neurological and cranial study, particularly Yautja speech, resulting in lobotomies that removed his ability to speak normally and only mimic pre-memorized phrases. This also caused physical tics.

Alpha was considered as the superior choice to be bred with Omega/Delta Neo due to his physicality, but was hesitated about due to his age relative to her, and his mouth defect (an extra pair of mandibles).

Beta (Paleo) ⸸

The Adjutant and Temple Guard of Lurker, second oldest and second in command of the Hunting party. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

Refused all commands and prompts, electing to even refuse all offered food until he starved. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

After his and most of the other captives’ deaths, Scorpion was given the Beta designation.

Gamma

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

Was vivisected below the waist with all flesh including bone exposing his bare nerves for investigation into Yautja nervous systems. Kept under near-constant sedation when not under study due to even drafts of air causing him to scream.

Was alive along with Alpha and Beta Neo before his Leader put him out of his misery.

Delta (Paleo) ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was repeatedly subjected to extreme cold as part of a study into their ectothermics, but was left in sub-zero cold without heated netting for too long and never woke up. His body was kept in cold storage for preservation.

After his and most of the other captives’ deaths, and her capture, Missy was given the Delta designation.

Epsilon ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand almost entirely severed for his troubles.

Unlike most others, he only received grievous injuries to his wrist instead of total amputation during the disarming of his wristcom. As such, the hand was successfully reattached.

Though the hand had regained limited mobility, Epsilon’s health started to decline until he was euthanized by staff.

His body was preserved to investigate the cause, as other amputations took without infection for other subjects.

Zeta

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand and most of the fingers on his right severed for his troubles.

During the initial capture, his skull was partially crushed under a fallen tree. After initial care, Zeta’s body was capable of maintaining itself aside from OWLF’s IV fluids.

His mandibles were broken and removed for study and preparation for facehugger implantations.

Zeta was braindead by the time Alpha, Beta Neo and Delta Neo found him, so he was dispatched without pain. His chest was repeatedly shot and stabbed in order to ensure his implanted chestburster’s demise.

Eta ⸸

A New Blood, twin of Theta, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

After cursory checks, Eta was completely drained of blood for hematological purposes. His drained body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Theta ⸸

A New Blood, twin of Eta, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

After cursory checks, Theta’s brain and eyeballs were removed, and cranium shorn down for anatomical study. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Iota ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

In the skirmish, Iota was brutally maimed from being rammed into a tree by a military jeep, almost destroying his lower half.

For his grueling short time with OWLF, he was kept on life support for study on his exposed organs and structures, as well as his body’s attempts at healing. His body and its pieces were then put into cold storage for preservation.

Kappa / Beta (Neo)

Tarei’hsan (Scorpion), a New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Scorpion was considered as a choice to be bred with Omega/Delta Neo due to their similar ages, but was hesitated about due to Alpha’s more desirable traits.

Lambda ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Despite all efforts to the contrary, Lambda’s health would repeatedly decline shortly after efforts of recovery. In the midst of a typical medical intervention, he looked his charge in the eyes and proceeded to flatline and couldn’t be revived. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Mu ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had both his hands severed for his troubles.

His quills were cut off and the wounds cauterized shut to prevent exsanguination for study into the effects of quill removal after the death of Rho.

After he eventually refused to get off the floor for two weeks straight, Mu was elected for hematological research and drained of his blood. His drained body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Nu ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Nu was selected for hematological research due to an identified abnormality in his blood and drained of it. His drained body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Xi ⸸

After cursory checks, Xi was completely drained of blood for hematological purposes. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Omicron ⸸

A New Blood descended from an Ancient captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

As he perished in his cell from experimental oxygen deprivation, he used his blood to write a curse on the walls: “THIS ONE CURSES YOU ALL”

Though he was long dead and removed when Omega/Neo Delta discovered this, the message and cell had been cordoned off for study. His body was put into cold storage for preservation.

Pi ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

Pi was chosen for circulatory and digestive system tracking, and fed tracers to map out his blood vessels and organs. Research with Pi was incomplete when he had an allergic reaction to the barium sulfate and experienced a massive hemorrhage throughout his body’s tissues.

Rho ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

His quills were cut off and the wounds cauterized shut to prevent exsanguination for study into the effects of quill removal.

After months of vertigo and a few similar incidents, Rho choked on his vomit and could not be resuscitated in time. His body was put into cold storage for preservation.

Sigma ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Sigma displayed increasing hostility and aggression to scientists, researchers, all humans alike, but most of all to the armed guards. Eventually, Sigma managed to incite conflict that ended in a guard putting him down. Researchers agreed the fight was made with no intention to escape, but to commit suicide by guard.

His body was put into cold storage for preservation.

Tau ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Tau terminated himself by repeatedly bashing his head into the walls and floor of his cell, causing too much damage to be repaired even as he stopped and was taken into emergency surgery.

His body was put into cold storage for preservation.

Upsilon ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

After cursory checks, Upsilon was euthanized for the purposes of studying the decomposition process. As such, he was not placed in cold storage, nor sterile surroundings, instead kept in an outside-adjacent location.

Phi ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

He was among many of the Young Bloods who were vivisected and sewn back up repeatedly for anatomical study.

Eventually his wounds refused to heal and close properly and he was euthanized. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Chi ⸸

A New Blood, captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

After cursory checks, Chi was completely drained of blood for hematological purposes. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Psi ⸸

A New Blood captured by OWLF alongside his Hunting party and Leader. Attempted to activate his self-destruct command and had his left hand severed for his troubles.

During a vivisection, Psi managed to free a strap and severely wound a surgeon, after which he was put down by the theater guards. His body was then put into cold storage for preservation.

Omega / Delta (Neo)

M’hsi (transliterated as Missy), a female Young Blood from the unrelated Half-Heart Clan who was captured by OWLF, who had been monitoring Yautja activity within Crossed Swords Hunting territory in New Mexico. She had trespassed onto those grounds, and when captured, hesitated to activate her self-destruct and thus was spared hand severance.

As she was examined, her designation was bumped up to Delta due to only three other Yautja remaining even remotely alive: Alpha, Beta Neo, Gamma.

Due to no females being within the captured Crossed Swords Hunting party, Missy was mistakenly believed to be a Crossed Swords clan member, and her differing/unique traits assumed to be due to sexual dimorphism.

Because of the repeated large losses of life during the capture of adult Yautja subjects who come to Earth, OWLF had plans to use their only available female specimen to breed more. Alpha and Beta Neo, the two healthiest (and only viable) male specimens, were considered for harvesting.

Missy also showed signs of human contact, bearing evidence of human medical care and recreation: band-aids/bandages, nail polish, healed wounds, and a human-made scrunchie used to tie her hair up. These were confiscated and sent for DNA analysis to discover the original owner (Zola Sandile).

Her intact wristcom was taken for further examination and jailbreaking.

I read Payment, and for some reason, I can see other characters carrying Zak in a bag too, like the Beeman guy and the Epsilon guy from the Saturdays' Secret Scientist club.

Just a couple of snippets for you :3

1. Beeman

Arthur didn't do nervous. Or most emotions, really. It was for the best. He couldn't have become an expert on aliens if he had to deal with distractions and liabilities like surprise, love, and guilt.

Gross.

However... he thought that nervous might feel something like this. Only more so. Definitely more so. Because he was not nervous.

The duffle bag he'd slung over his shoulder twitched.

Crud.

Had he screwed up the dose? Ugh, that was just peachy.

But the bag settled again, and the people around him were none the wiser. He let out a breath. Not in relief, because, again, emotions, but because exhaling was the natural follow-up to inhaling.

He got off the bus and walked down the street. Now, if he was remembering correctly, and he always did, the building he was looking for was- Aha! Here it was. God, it had been years since he'd been to this dump.

Once up the stairs and in the door he let out another breath of not-relief. Really. He was just breathing.

Hardly anyone knew this about this place. It had belonged to his grandfather, way back. Arthur had kept it because, well, in his line of work, it paid to be prepared. For anything. Including colleagues turning on him.

Bolt holes and safehouses were necessary.

He climbed down into the basement. He was glad he'd retrofitted it for research. And containment.

After all, something that could hold an alien enemy of unknown abilities could hold a cryptid. Even if that cryptid was the reincarnation of Kur.

2. Epsilon

Zak woke up in the dark, mouth dry, arms aching, cloth pressing against his face. At first he thought he'd just managed to roll himself into a weird position in bed... and maybe bite down on a piece of blanket while he was at it. But it quickly became apparent that wasn't the case. Unless his blanket had turned into a straightjacket, gag, blindfold, and whatever was around his legs.

Did they make leg straightjackets?

Oh, jeez, he was in trouble.

So much trouble.

Had he ever been in this much trouble? He wanted to say no. He'd been in a lot of bad situations, courtesy of a family of secret scientists and, more recently, being Kur. Or Kur's reincarnation. Maybe. It was complicated.

(Or, at least, Zak hoped it was complicated.)

But, anyway, usually when he got into trouble he could move, or see, or at least had a family member with him.

Right now he was immobile, in the dark, and alone.

(Don't panic, don't panic, don't panic don't panic don't panicdon'tpanicdontpanicdont-)

(Panic.)

"Quiet down, Zak Saturday. We have no intention of harming you."

He knew that voice!

It was, heck, Francis's dad. What was his name? Epsilon. Agent Epsilon.

Considering his and Francis's general disregard for the lives and freewill of cryptids, and their association with the Secret Scientists, Zak seriously doubted that. He squirmed, which netted him a rather exasperated sigh and little else. Discouraged by lack of results, Zak decided to conserve his energy.

Whatever Epsilon was planning, they had to take him out of the bag eventually. He had to... there was a way to get out of straightjackets, right?

Suddenly, there were other voices, talking to Epsilon, congratulating him. There was the sound of a door opening and the temperature shifted. More voices, more talking, this time in something that sounded like 90% code. Operation Snake Charmer. The Flute. Operational goals. Green conditioning. The Serpent. Ready status. The asset.

Zak very much did not like this code. He felt himself start to panic again.

He was set down on a table, and the bag was unzipped, but despite Zak's best efforts to thrash and generally be difficult, he was removed and carried away by several pairs of icy cold hands.

He was placed in some kind of- of chair, probably. Something was lowered over his head, his hair standing on end at the situation.

"Let us begin," said Agent Epsilon.
