Umbra Witch Yuu (Bayonetta x Twisted Wonderland)
will anything stop me from crossing twisted wonderland over with anything? no. do i plan on stopping? no. with that in mind, i was inspired by this post by @twisted-dreamscape! i love bayonetta and seeing an idea for an umbra witch yuu was really cool, so i went and wrote down some stuff on if yuu was an umbra witch! here is what i got!
Umbra Witch Yuu
training under bayonetta with jeanne sometimes coming in and helping
not an umbra witch from bayo’s time, but a modern umbra witch
has not contracted with a demon yet, will be oc inferno demon maybe named madama abyss? i am unsure on this one
will eventually have contracted with the usual bayonetta demons
became an umbra witch due to strong spirit energy that bayo and jeanne took notice of, also she kinda got involved accidentally in a battle with paradiso maybe? because of her strong spirit energy, the angels took notice of her
bayo often takes her to the gates of hell, rodin is fond of her
enzo eventually starts taking orders from her thanks to bayo
probably joins between bayo 1 and bayo 2? or maybe after bayo 2
very shy about the more…mature parts of witch training
she can be confident like bayo but after the moment passes she gets very embarrassed at what she just did
unsure about putting her soul on the line due to a demon’s contract, but ultimately accepts that it’s part of being an umbra witch. seeing how confident and sure of themselves bayo and jeanne are gives her the confidence to search for a contract. plus, she feels that the angels of paradiso ARE a bit full of themselves. just a little
does get into some sort of crisis after realizing that she’s gonna be sent to hell while her parents are in heaven because “oh my gosh my parents are going to flip when they see the moment their daughter’s soul gets flung into hell”. bayo just pats her on the back (note: her parents are already gone)
will probably get her contract during malleus’ overblot
her guns are blue, but not the same color as love is blue. they’re a more lighter blue. maybe the same color as grim’s flames or idia’s hair?
the gun heels take a lot of getting used to as she isn’t used to wearing heels at all. she wonders how bayo and jeanne do it
as the newest and youngest umbra witch, bayo and jeanne teach her everything about their history, not wanting it to be forgotten
is fascinated that her hair can be used to make clothes
is embarrassed that her umbra witch clothes are very form fitting
is even more embarrassed at what happens when an umbra witch summons a demon
Umbra Witch Yuu in Twisted Wonderland
she’s deemed magicless because the magic in twisted wonderland is different from umbra witch magic
luckily, her guns had been transported with her, so she’s not defenseless. of course, she has to keep them hidden because even though this is a magic school, guns are still guns so she’s pretty sure they’re illegal and prohibited
despite it being a different world, she discovers that she can still use her magic. the bullet arts are obvious, but she can do things like the witch walk
potionology is a breeze because bayo and jeanne taught her how to concoct potions
when she finally makes a contract with a demon, her shadow will change just like bayo and jeanne’s. only the twst boys can see it and they are fascinated
when the overblots happen, the guns come out much to the boys’ shock because holy crap are those gun heels?!
-channels bayonetta- “looks like someone’s been naughty”
is immediately embarrassed once the battle is over
quite a few of the boys have, to their horror, an epiphany :3

Has it ever been confirmed that Bayonetta has met Enzo's family? Because ngl, I would love it if Bayonetta and Mrs. Enzo were friends.
Can you imagine it?? Enzo has all these issues with Bayo and is getting caught up in her and Jeannes' constant fight with Paradiso. Meanwhile, his wife absolutely loves his new mysterious boss, who is the perfect combination of classy and sassy. Literally the best woman to be friends with.
Idk. I know most likely that they haven't met, but I just really like this idea.
(It's probably best to add; I'm only just replacing Bayonetta 2 recently after years, and I haven't played the third game, so I probably am missing quite a few details 😅)

More Umbra Ben ideas I thought of (also if you have ideas for a better sounding name, feel free to suggest it 😭)
-He knows how to pose for the camera. If he sees a camera pointed his way, he’ll probably show off even more than usual.
-I forgot about his version of Snake/Centipede within. His is Viper Within. Specifically, he’s a horned viper. While we’re on the topic, I’ve decided to change his flight beast to a Hawk. Idk why but it seems to suit him more to me.
-Gwen also has her own Beast Within forms: Eagle Owl for flight, Doves for her Bat within, a Red Wolf for land, and I haven’t decided on her Snake Within yet.
-Unfortunately, Nyancy Chan would be able to control him if - and only if - he’s in his tiger form. The same goes for Bayonetta and Jeanne. None of them would take kindly to being treated like an exotic cat.
-Speaking of his Tiger form, he’ll lounge around in it sometimes.
-I forgot to mention this, but he is famous like Prime. I don’t think he’s quite as popular though because of the whole demonic thing he has going on. Doesn’t stop him from having plenty of fans, though. He just has more critics, too.
-Similar to Prime, Harangue is a big critic of his. However, unlike Prime Harangue, his arguments come from a genuine place of concern, not xenophobia. He’s also a very good reporter in general with a high moral standard. He’s basically the polar opposite of Prime Harangue.
-Ben’s probably said a million times to not contract a demon or practice Umbran arts or literally do anything with demons bc it’s far more dangerous than he makes it look. Though he usually scoffs are the overbearing parents and their cries of Santanism, he doesn’t actually want anyone to get hurt trying to emulate him. He definitely doesn’t want anyone to land themselves in a contract with a demon.
-Despite his warnings, people do try to summon demons, and every now and then, it actually works. He’s definitely had to save someone from a demon they’ve summoned at least once.
-Jimmy Jones is one such idiot who has probably summoned a demon and Ben had to save him.
-Kevin in this world isn’t a Lumen or Umbra. Rather, he’s got the same absorption powers as his Prime counterpart. I wanted to keep it this way so the trio could represent the three worlds: Paradiso (Gwen), Inferno (Ben), and Chaos (Kevin). I really haven’t decided too much else about him, but I don’t imagine him to be quite as scruffy as Prime Kevin. I think he’d go down a route similar to Enzo where he’s underhanded but more well put together. He doesn’t necessarily look like a thug on the outside, but he’s still got a lot of shady contacts, one of which is actually Enzo. In fact, Enzo was how Ben and Gwen met back up with Kevin once they were teenagers.
-This Ben is also allergic to peanuts, and he’s very militant about not eating them. If he’s gonna die, he doesn’t want peanuts to be the reason.

Bayonetta Main Verse:
Tumblr media
v; The Witch in Remembrance | Arch Eve I
These are the events of Bayonetta/Bayonetta:Bloody Fate, where Cereza has no recollection of her memories as a witch she received an intel from Enzo her informant about the gem called the Right Eye, to which she was looking for a connection to her Umbran Watch hopeful that it will bring her memories back.
She suffers constant flashbacks from her childhood and her banishment being labelled as an outcast by her peers. She works as a nun in her day job to perform send offs to reach a quota with her infernal partners, she woke up instinctively to a journalist diver who was taken apart in front of her and with muscle memory she barely defended herself all she heard were cries from a child to which she tried to look for but she ran out of the scene immediately to take the attention off from the child.
Her special ability on this variant is Hoodlum Burial to which she has specialized torture devices to use of the forces of Paradiso. This variant is much more confident with her skills which often is the cause of her being vulnerable she does have Umbran Climax however when utilizing the following skill she will expend her own health and magic and would only bring the wrath of Madama Butterfly to do this taxing method of bringing out her powers she often brews a batch of rose-shaped lollipops with the use of Unicorn Horns to keep up.
In this timeline she managed to discover her past self as young Cereza the child whom she mysteriously encountered and protected awakening her past self creating a shift in the multiverse this is Pure Cereza the variant which will awaken to her full potential and will be the variant in Bayonetta 3.
//This verse will be mostly used for those who requests it and also those who want a flashback of the young Cereza during her banishment as a Witch in Training.
v; The Witch with Discerning Eyes | Arch Eve II
This Bayonetta variant walked the identical path of the first in this verse Cereza dealt with the God of Chaos during her adventure to save her friend Jeanne in Inferno when a shift in the power between the realms occurred. In this timeline Vigrid more technically advanced and moved on from the Ragna Religion which brought forth advancement and investors making it more friendly to tourists compared to the first game.
In this variant she utilizes Umbran Climax; she has the power of Hoodlum Burial but with much more dexterity and power to harness her demons using spirit magic to release a barrage of attacks to which each motion will release the wrath of inferno.
//This is the verse to which I will normally use for my interactions. I prefer the 2nd game from the first game and her style is just lovely on the 2nd game don’t you think?
v; The Witch of Genesis | Arch Eve III
This Bayonetta is Pure Cereza the variant whom in the first game was awaken by the Witch of Remembrance, this variant reflected the teachings of her mummy and stood up to her peers and the resistance of Umbran Elders to harness other techniques in her years as a Witch in Training. In this timeline she performed equal to Jeanne and both learned the ancient arts of Demon Slave to which beyond her pact with Madama Butterfly she could summon the whole entirety of her choice to do her dirty work for her in combat.
This variant survived The Witch Hunts and being banished by Lumen Sages in Europe she chose to embark on a new hometown found by Dutch settled which was called New Amsterdam present day New York.
This variant dealt with the wrath of Angels/Demons her years of experience with Bullet Arts made her more experienced with the other two and the influence of her childhood and her days as a witch affected her work ethic during battlefield and her emotion towards situations compared to other variants.
Powers
Bayonetta is a powerful witch that can cast spells, incantations, and hexes during melee attacks coupled with her summons and manipulation of time can be a deadly combination.
Physical
Bullet Arts: Bayonetta has an unprecedented skill for the Bullet Arts and shows near mastery of a new weapon whenever she picks it up. Her combat skills are brutal and graceful. Bayonetta possesses superhuman speed and agility, being able to perform numerous acrobatic feats with ease. She also appears to be extremely perceptive, able to evade attacks from all directions through anticipating her enemy movements in battle. She also has immense superhuman strength and endurance.
Superhuman Strength and Speed: Her superhuman strength gives her the ability to toss a satellite back at an aged Balder several times and headbutt an entire skyscraper thrown at her by the former as well as using only her lower body to redirect an even larger satellite at Aesir. She is also able to effortlessly lift the likes of a Belief and block and hold a thrusting attack from a Valiance. She also was able to physically toss back Fortitudo with the aid of her mother, Rosa. She also possesses great speed, being capable of keeping up with the likes of Balder during his younger years and well as fighting on par with the Umbra Witch, Jeanne, whom was stated to be either just as strong as her or stronger. She also can lift a light post and physically overpower the likes of Alraune.
Immortality: With the Umbran Watch said to be the source of the powers and ultimately the heart of an Umbra Witch, grants her immortality with it being shattered from her battle with Singularity resulted to her untimely death.
Magic
With centuries worth of experience of the Dark Arts in her end along with grasping the powers of creation from The Left Eye of Darkness, Bayonetta channels and directs her spirit energy to summon and demons and time manipulation to her advantage.
Torture Attacks: Bayonetta can summon multiple devices from Inferno to torture her enemies these devices are inspired from the Middle Ages her method of choice for killing Angels.
Wicked Weave: Her weaponry being created from different materials and alloys from the demonic world also has each of her summons attached to it thus with each weapon depending on which weapon she is wielding, she used the limbs of her summons to increase the damage of her attacks.

I wanna ask for your opinion on something, I recently got back into Bayonetta and a thought crossed me. How would the cast of Bayonetta react to a digimon tamer/Sleuth especially if they have digimon that fall under Holy and Demon typing. I mean the reactions would be interesting to think about, them seeing someone bring out a towering creature by non magical means.
What do you think?
I only know Bayonetta 1 and 2 so can't really say any about 3. Although there were no doubt be surprise when you consider how the cast encounters the Tamer/Sleuth in question. I say an Angel attack is how Bayonetta and Jeanne will encounter them.
Due to the various dimensional disturbances such as Cyber Sleuth's Labyrinths, the Tamer can interact with the supernatural realm. They'll need assistance from either a Holy or Demon Digimon to traverse it though. Some Laguna decide to drag the Sleuth in search for another summoner.
A mortal in Purgatorio was definitely suspicious for obvious reasons. That suspicion became immediate shock when the Sleuth brings out a Siriusmon and Arctusrusmon to combat the obvious hostiles. Digimon radiate an elemental energy which can be sensed by the supernatural.
The higher the stage, the stronger and intense it feels. For Megas you can compare Arctusrusmon to a archdemon(Demon) while Siriusmon is a archangel(Holy). It garnered quite some curiosity from the two Umbra Witches. Moreso when the 'dragon knights' turned into little cute whelps (Gammamon and Gammamon Blk.)
Tamer alongside their Digimon get taken back to Rodin's bar as both have questions about it. Enzo was in at the time so the bar owner/weaponsmith isn't the only getting an insane bomb drop on his head. A digital world with it's own version of Inferno and Paradiso than just inhabitants.
Enzo didn't like the glint in Rodin's shades as it meant more insane customers. Reasonable when said man asked if Tamer could access the Digital World. Bayonetta and Jeanne are more mischievous about this.
It's an opportunity to explore somewhere new without a constant interruption from Laguna's Angels. Most Digimon are usually no hostile and the ones that do cause trouble tend to be in Rookie-Champion range. Ultimate or above have better chances against the two Umbra Witches. Same goes for Rodin.
It's best for Tamer to keep an eye on them if involves Digimon. They rather not have Holy Rings be offered up cause some Holy tend to be stuck up snobs about anyone dark affiliated. Jeanne and Bayonetta are already having fun with the irony on attire. *Looks at Angewoman and Kazemon*

Philippe Noiret and Salvatore Cascio in Cinema Paradiso (Giuseppe Tornatore, 1988)
Cast: Philippe Noiret, Salvatore Cascio, Marco Leonardi, Jacques Perrin, Agnese Nano, Antonella Atti, Enzo Cannavale, Isa Danieli, Leopoldo Trieste, Roberta Lena, Nino Terzo, Leo Gullotta, Tano Cimarosa, Nicola Di Pinto. Screenplay: Giuseppe Tornatore, Vanna Paoli. Cinematography: Blasco Giurato. Production design: Andrea Crisanti. Film editing: Mario Morra. Music: Ennio Morricone.
Will today's kids feel sentimental about the multiplexes in which they see movies, the way I feel about the small-town theaters where I grew up, the places where I learned to love movies? I have my own lost cinema paradises, so I should be the right audience for Cinema Paradiso, with its tribute to a bygone era of moviegoing. Tornatore's movie has some good things going on, including the performance of Philippe Noiret as Alfredo, and the wonderful rapport between Noiret and young Salvatore Cascio as Toto. Leopoldo Trieste's performance as the censorious Father Adelfio is also a delight, and ending the film with Alfredo's assemblage of the kissing scenes the priest made him excise is a masterly bit. But once Toto grows up to be the lovestruck teenager Salvatore (Marco Leonardi), I begin to lose interest, as Tornatore's screenplay lards on more and more sentimentality. I've seen the 155-minute version twice now, though I have yet to see the 173-minute "director's cut" of the film, in which, I am told, the grownup Salvatore (Jacques Perrin) is reunited with his teen love Elena (Agnese Nano), now grown up and played by Brigitte Fossey. Frankly, I don't much want to: The 155-minute version seems overlong as it is. Cinema Paradiso is beloved by many, and often makes lists of people's favorite foreign-language films, but I find it thin and conventional.

Honestly I've been putting off buying Bayo 3 because of all the drama that went on and plus I've have to spend money on more important things, but now I'm just scared to buy it because I've heard so many bad things and that people are disappointed in it and there's a lot of performance issues... Is it really that bad???
Okay so, there's a lot to say..
In my opinion, ignoring the story, the game was very fun! There are some moments done well in the game, the combat is so fun, the combos are neat, the music (for the most part) is so good! I didn't have any performance issues myself actually, it ran pretty good. That being said
If you are invested in the stories of Bayo 1 and 2, I would avoid 3. In my opinion, and from what I've seen others saying, the story is what kills this game. It's pretty bad. If you care about Bayo's character, I'd avoid this one. Viola's gameplay too is.... something. For me, I found it okay, just a lot of getting used to.
If you don't care about any of that, I think you can still enjoy the game!
A lot of my criticisms involve spoilers, but I'll put those below the cut in case you want to read those too
The most obvious thing about this game is that if you're someone who either adores BayoJeanne/ dislikes the idea of Luka getting with Bayo/ Bayo being with anyone at all, yeah no this game will be so disappointing. For me personally, I love BayoJeanne, and while I wasn't expecting them to make it canon, I also wasn't expecting them to do.. that. Luka and Bayo just never had that relationship?? Even if they did, I am fairly certain that at some point it was said that Bayo would never get with him since she was immortal, and he wasn't, so she would have to watch him and their kids (if they had any) die, not something she'd wanted to deal with. Maybe I dreamt of that being a statement, I don't know. Speaking of Luka, they fucked him over too.
Luka was the human character, the comedic relief to some extent (not as much as Enzo but still). He grounded things for the player, he didn't have any crazy abilities, he was just Luka. And that's why people liked him. Now he's..... a fairy apparently. And suddenly immortal (I guess?) too.
Leads me into the next issue, the consistency with the story and it's elements. There was zero mention of fairies being a thing in 1 or 2, I highly doubt any of this was always indented from the get go when they wrote Bayo 1. Bayo 3 doesn't feel like a Bayo game. The angel-slaying is hardly there, and while I know it would get boring and repetitive, fighting the Homunculi doesn't feel the same?? I think the Homunculi could work, it's works with the trinity: angels, demons, chaos (human). But they did a horrible job executing it. To be honest, I was really excited about the Homunculi. In the trailer, Viola calls them "manmade bioweapons", and being someone who adores the vibe of labs and biological anomalies and whatnot, having that in a Bayonetta game was everything I've ever wanted in a game. The thing is, Viola mentions them being bioweapons, and then it's never elaborated on.
Some other issues with the game (and personal opinions) that I don't feel like explaining fully:
Where did the Homunculi come from? With the Angels and Demons, we know their origins. But what about the Homunculi? They're not human souls who didn't make it to Paradiso or Inferno, right? Otherwise they wouldn't be "manmade bioweapons".
Singularity????????? While I didn't mind him as a villain, he is kind of boring. Also, we had the representative of the chaos/human part of the trinity in the last game, Loki and Loptr/ Aesir, so who is Singularity?? Is he just Sigurd ascended to a higher state of existence?? If so, how?? And why does Midmyers Sigurd's info page thing make it seem like Singularity took advantage of him, and that he was also a victim?? This was never mentioned in the game, you have to go read about this on your own accord.
Why did Jeanne or Bayo not suspect Sigurd?? Like at all???? Not even a little??
Both Bayo and Jeanne are out of character at some points.
Fairies..
Viola being Bayo's daughter... is a fine idea, I wouldn't mind it so much if it wasn't with Luka?? Again, this is just my opinion, but it just doesn't seem in character for Bayo to 1) get with Luka and 2) Have a kid. Viola doesn't even seem like their daughter?? Luka's maybe, but I see zero of Bayo's likeness in her. You would think she's act a little like her??
Lukaon.
Why does Luka's fairy form look so beastlike, yet Viola still looks like a human with fur and butterfly bits..... either make Luka look like a man or Viola like a creature too, goodness.
Adam and Eve references???? Arch Adams and Arch Eves??? What was the point?????? They attributed nothing to Singularity's defeat, hell Singularity killed so many Arch Eves (and probably Arch Adams too), it's not like they were a significant issue for him.
No giant demon lady summon as a finisher ╯︿╰
There were no Lumen Sages either???? I get they're wiped out but with the multiverse thing????? Not even a background Balder???
The ending was just....... sad and disappointing.
Most of these are my opinion, but as someone who adores the first two games for what they are, I feel like most people feel the same way about some of these things
One more thing that just??? Singularity uses the exact same moveset as Loptr/Aesir when doing that projecting move.. if that makes sense.

Alvin's (via Melchiorre Gioia 141) 2. Baunilla (piazza Alvar Aalto, corso Garibaldi 55, via Broletto 55, Corso Italia, 11) 3. Cake l'Hub - I Dolci del Paradiso (via Luigi Mengoni 3) 4. DaMa (Via Pinturicchio 9) 5. Davide Longoni (via Gerolamo Tiraboschi 19, via Fratelli Bronzetti 2, via Tertulliano 68, Mercato del Suffragio - piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio, Mercato Centrale, Contrada Govinda via Valpetrosa 5) 6. Galleria Iginio Massari Alta Pasticceria (piazza Armando Diaz 4) 7. Gelsomina (via Carlo Tenca 5 e via Fiamma 2) 8. Giacomo Pasticceria (via Pasquale Sottocorno 5) 9. Marlà (corso Lodi 15) 10. Enzo Biagi: L'ultima domanda, qual è la tua ricetta per essere felici?
Osho: Ogni bambino nasce felice. Ogni bambino nasce innocente e meraviglioso.

So my blog is pretty much entirely ben 10 but please allow me to momentarily turn into a Bayonetta blog. There is not enough Bayo/BNHA content and it’s criminal. So I present to you: a Bayonetta BNHA AU, wherein everything still happens, she’s sealed away and all, but she wakes up to find a world full of superpowers and superheroes. The events of the first and second game still happen, just set at a later date. Not sure when BNHA takes place, but it obviously isn’t our current time, so we’ll just say she woke up like 600-700 years after being sealed and Jubileus’ awakening was also going to occur in 600-700 years rather than 500. The events of 1 happen before any of the main events of BNHA. 2’s events occurred during the year Izuku was training with All Might.
I’m just gonna lay out a list of headcanons I have for the AU. Be prepared bc it's pretty long lmao
Bayonetta wakes up to find a world full of people with crazy abilities called Quirks. Rodin helps bring her up to speed since he’s been watching all this shit unfold.
Rodin also thinks the development of Quirks is somehow related the to Trinity since most denizens of the world of Chaos are powerless when faced with demons and angels. Basically, he thinks it might be the World of Chaos evolving to match Paradiso and Inferno.
Jeanne is a pro hero working at a high school teaching in a heroics course, specifically she teaches the History of Heroes/Quirks. Her alias is still Cutie J, but I imagine her hero costume is something like her motorcycle outfit from 2 complete with a cat-like mask. Jeanne has been a pro for a few decades at this point, so she’s settled into a slightly more quiet teaching role, which involves less action. She’ll still take up her costume and kick ass when need be.
Bayonetta still works as a nun with Enzo, but she gains an interest in becoming a pro hero sometime before the first game’s events, pretty much only bc she thinks it would be fun to be allowed to legally kick the shit out of someone if they commit a crime. Plus, she’s begun to get bored with the low-level angels Paradiso throws at her most of the time and facing villains who can have any kind of power seems interesting. She still does act part time as a nun for Enzo and he acts as her manager at her agency. If someone’s handling paper work, it’s him. The nun business started to do better once she gained popularity as a pro. After the events of the first game, her being a hero becomes a little more about helping people.
She hadn’t really started her hero career before the first game’s events, but she was finishing up the requirements to get her license. Since she wasn’t going back to school, she went through a process similar to getting a GED except she gets a hero license instead.
The events of 2 also happen. Only game events that don’t happen are 3’s bc (I’m pretty sure) that wasn’t main Bayo and also bc I’m not tackling that confusing mess (also even if it is OG Bayo, she fucking dies in the end so-). So for the purposes of this AU, 3 didn’t happen, but elements from it (such as weaponry, demons masuerades, demon salves, and the sin ritual) are all available to Bayonetta and Jeanne.
In both games’ events, the pros weren’t very helpful bc they didn’t know what the hell was going on. Vigrid, Isla del Sol, and Noatun all lack a significant amount of pro heroes due to them being so secluded. The few who do inhabit the town couldn’t figure out what was going on to stop it. All they could do was try desperately to save people from the disasters that kept happening out of no where. The destruction and chaos in both cities were national news and concerned heroes for months afterward. Eventually, the curious cases of the holy cities died down and heroes stopped worrying if these were connected attacks by the same group of villains.
As a pro, Bayonetta gained popularity fast for her quick and stylish way of dealing with villains. Her sex appeal also helped. She just uses her Umbran Battle Uniform for her costume and used Bayonetta as her hero name. She still has her guns as well, but they don’t really get used a lot when she’s working as a pro unless she’s using suppression fire. She also has her weapons from the games to use, but they’re less frequently seen since she prefers her guns.
Bayonetta quickly rose to the top ten in a short amount of time in the States, making many draw parallels between her and the Japanese hero, Hawks. Her insane power also has people draw comparisons between her and All Might.
Tho she’s popular and in the top ten, what holds her back from being number one in the states is largely her raunchy nature. While many love it, there are plenty of parents who completely disapprove of her style and the flirtatious remarks she aims at villains when taunting. There are also religious groups who don’t like her for the witch/demonic motif. She gets more than enough support to keep her well into the top five, tho.
In this AU, she has Demon Masquerade and Demon Slave. She doesn’t use Demon Slave or even summons much when dealing with villains unless the opponent warrants a summon. Her summoning is a huge deal as a result, and it usually dominates the news. Fans of her are always dying to see what demon she’ll summon next.
When she does summon against a villain, she almost always uses Demon Slave so she can hold the demon back from outright killing them.
The media has no idea what her Quirk is. It’s a huge mystery much like All Might’s Quirk. She only ever teases what it is but never actually answers. Some people speculate she’s got multiple Quirks. Many of her abilities relate to her hair, but then there are outliers, like her ability to walk on walls under moonlight, Demon Masquerade, her incredible speed/strength that rivals heroes with power-up Quirks, and her ability to fall from incredible heights without injury.
People have noted the similarities between Cutie J and Bayonetta, but no one knows what the similarities mean. After all, Cutie J had been around for decades before Bayonetta came around, so they couldn’t possibly be siblings. Again, many have speculated about this mystery, but none have gotten the correct answer (besides Luka of course).
Luka is still a thing and he’s still deadset on finding out more about the Umbra and Lumen, but he does stories on heroes as well. On top of the Umbra and Lumen, he likes to investigate the origin of Quirks even tho most journalists consider it an unsolvable mystery.
Luka has tried to reveal the truth about Bayonetta and Cutie J, but no one believes that they’re the surviving witches of a long-lost clan that most people don’t even know about. The two ladies always write the theory off when asked about it. I don’t think they really care much about keeping the Umbran Witches a secret, but they mainly do this bc they think it would cause a panic that they really don’t want to deal with.
Both Bayonetta and Cutie J claim that their Quirks offer a form of longevity to explain why they haven’t aged a day.
There’s a TON of mysteries surrounding these two, many of which Midoriya would be very interested in if either were to visit UA despite being American heroes.
I like to think Mina is also a huge fan of Bayonetta. She loves how she incorporates her dancing into her fighting style.
Neither Bayonetta or Jeanne participated in the first two movies. (They technically could’ve in the first, but they’d break the plot, so-). They were involved in World Heroes Mission tho. Jeanne was in New York with Hawks and Tokomyami while Bayonetta went to Otheon. I like to think she went to the slums during the chaos and found Rody’s siblings. She kept them safe and looked out for them during the whole ordeal.
Mysterious Destiny is a real song made by a group of fans who wanted to make a musical tribute for one of their favorite heroes.
