Been writing my entry for the English faculty's zine late into the night... I got approved for all my courses but three (out of ten, so a pretty good success rate). I now have to verify the 7 I got in HL IB English A Literature in-person because some bureaucrat can't comprehend the identification and grade transcript I submitted to the *official* university system... super frustrating since I worked incredibly hard for it. It makes me feel anxious and unappreciated :/

In other news I've gotten access to the special education form which means I will (hopefully) get my exam accommodations again, yippee!!! I really need them so everyone keep your fingers crossed for me.

my mom&dad are metalheads. i grew up with metallica and sepultra. i am goth, but now in a "i dress up gothic" way. i play electro guitar and my little brother plays drums.

i have a very basic style, i wear black pants, army boots and hoodies. but i wear gothic style clothes once every year. i use those days' photos everywhere as my pfp. lol.

i have a thesis in literature. idk it's a funfact.

math is blue, chemistry is yellow, biology is green, physics is gray, literature is red, philosophy is cream, english is pink and history is brown. also "thursday" and "7x7=49" are the same.

i am a writer and a poet. i have 3 books of poetry, which are published, none in novels. i love cooking, but i cannot make rice and pasta. (those are the only things i can't cook)

i know this is futile considering i have what 3 ish months tills finals but let a girl dream abt her dream ib subects

in tok our teacher had a question that said what is the common language of the natural sciences which was mathematics but next to it was Esperanto

I though it was funny cause I read it as espresso and yk I was like “that’s that me Esperanto”

now that I looked it up I think as a girl who takes English language and literature HL AS WELL AS Japanese language and literature SL (aka impossible to get more than a 5 in the IO), Esperanto is such a funny language. Like English is notorious for its exception, Japanese have ひらがな、カタカナ、漢字（rip me） which mean it’s almost one of the hardest languages to learn and then Esperanto is supposed to be easy???

At this point imma join all my friends being tortured by Duolingo and start learning Esperanto for shits and giggles
