Transformers Collection - Prime
And thus the great cataloging of my personal collection continues. The Transformers Prime cartoon came out while the live-action movies were at their peak in popularity,  and so took on much of their asthetic.  Prime as a long-nosed cab, Arcee as a motorcycle, Bumblebee having a damaged voicebox – all lifted from the Movieverse.  This meant that poor old Ironhide lost his spot on Team Prime as…

Since we are on the topic of pets I have come offering some different ideas of Cyber dog breeds for you to use if you wish :D
Tarnmain Driller Hounds: A large stocky frame with large jaws and head. Their colour rages from dark grey to light gun metal and their optics rage from deep reds to amber. They were bred to be guard dogs as well as workers to help haul and carry around heavy tools for their owners. During the war their numbers have fallen but are slowly back on the rise.
Kaon Energon Hounds: A sleek pointy breed with long snouts with sharp fangs. Their colour ranges from dark purple to almost black and their optics range from red, purple and yellow. Bred to be right hands of gladiator pit owners and hunting dogs they have a high prey drive and were mostly use to prevent gladiators from sneaking out of their barracks during the night. Their numbers had fallen drastically when Megatron took over Kaon and is very unlikely they will as popular as they were once before.
Nyon Cyber wolf-hound: A rare ancient breed that has the build of a Cyber wolf but the elegance of a turbo fox. Their colours range from dark rusty reds to bright moon white and their optics range from cool yellows to bright teal blues. Bred to be hunting dogs as well as loyal companions for the once Nobel High Class of Nyon they are mostly seen depicted in ancient paintings and even old stories. Their breed has mostly gone extinct due to the fall of Nyon but thanks to efforts of Rodimus there are now a handful of groups and their population is slowly growing in numbers.
Hope you Enjoy :>
😭😭😭😭😭 i love this idea so much!! Thank you anon!!!
I love imagining all these breeds of cyber dogs and i actually thought of Roddy being a cyber nyon werewolf when i read it.
I love this idea!! Thank you!!

The hall in which Shockwave and his allies now hold conference was once witness to the most popular dramas of old Kaon. The ceiling is vaulted several hundred feet high; the wall that had previously held the weight of the aerochord now covered with an array of massive screens. The centrepiece of the opposing wall is Hieronyma's dormant frame; the driller worm's head is bowed forwards, blindly facing the command table. Her many optics move in perpetuity beneath their shutters, as if the giant were dreaming.
"Are you sure about this?" Grapple is the first to speak. "Once we power it up, they'll be able to detect it as far as Iacon. They'll know you've been lying about what you're doing out here."
"There'll be no more hiding. No more deceptions." Trivex is a small, timid thing; yet xe makes xerself heard all the same where and when it counts. The outlier tilts xer head to gaze up at Shockwave. "There's no telling how the other polities will react."
"The longer we dither regarding the timing, the deeper the rust spreads," Lady Austeras says, flexing her golden wings confidently. "We must act here, now. We cannot possibly be more prepared than we already are." She inclines her head, optics glinting. "Shockwave?"
It's with a barely suppressed jolt that Shockwave realizes they are all looking to him; not just those stood around the command table, but every mechanism in the hall, from the operators at their terminals to the builders standing by to the small gaggle of lost souls that had sought sanctuary under his metaphorical wing. He sweeps his gaze around the vast chamber and sees Iaconians and Vosnians, Tarnites and Polyhexians; Autobots and Decepticons and neutrals. They are loyal to me, he muses. It was my vision that brought them here. I have become a leader.
"Affirmative. It is time." Another leader might have delivered a stirring speech at a moment such as this, that much he knows. But words will never carry as much weight as deeds, and it was his actions that brought Shockwave to stand where he is now, at the head of his architects of the future. He thumps his fist over his chest, and simply says: "For Cybertron."
And a thousand voices swell in a deafening chorus, amplified by the space, taking up the chant:
"For Cybertron!"
"For Cybertron!"
"For Cybertron!"
"Grapple." Shockwave lets the sound wash over him and tunes it out, turning to address the Autobot that stands at his right. "Commence phase one."
"Initiating power cycle." Grapple has to shout to be heard, his digits dancing across the keypad. A hum permeates the air as the towers deep within the core of the infrastructure come online, and a faint vibration shakes the floor beneath their feet. The crane whoops, thrusting a fist into the air. "Sing, my baby, sing!"
Shockwave focuses on the readouts, curling and uncurling his fingers at his side as he watches the graphs alter in realtime. So far, so good. Now it is time to discover if all his scraping in the dirt has borne fruit. "Energon levels are optimal across the board. Refraction is minimal at 0.008%. The system is stable," he announces, to a fresh wave of cheers. "Commence the final phase. Raise the dome."
To see it through the screens is no less dramatic than observing from the surface; a new landmark birthed on Cybertron's horizon, visible from space, rising like a Titan's hand from the deepest chasms to form a colossal dome over what had once been Kaon. The impact of the shielding slotting together sends seismic waves rippling across the planet. An impenetrable shield, years in the making. It was here that Shockwave and his architects would keep and protect the knowledge of Cybertron and her peoples; an archive that could weather eternity, immune to anything short of total planetary destruction. We lost so much to the War, he reflects. I will not allow such tragedy to befall us again.
It is a resounding success, better than anyone could have anticipated—save, perhaps, for the mastermind behind its design. The celebrations are soon in full swing, but Shockwave does not join them. He stands alone and watches the screens as the aerial drones continue their passes of the dome, arms crossed behind his back.
"I must admit, it's a spectacular sight. You have made good on your promises." Lady Austeras approaches, hiding a smile behind her flute of engex. "I suppose we should refer to you as Lord Shockwave from now on."
"Lord Shockwave," he agrees. The sun is rising over the dome, casting a shadow hundreds of miles in length. "Of the Republic of New Kaon."

THE LEGEND OF EZ!
Tore myself away from Tears Of The Kingdom long enough to make this Patreon-backed @tfwiki pic update, focusing on the tiny TFs of the "LEGENDS" size class, aka "EZ COLLECTION" in Japan, and a buncha other names in Hasbro markets!
Tumblr media
"Legends of Cybertron" started in 2005's Transformers: Cybertron, with the goal of making sure kids could get toys of major characters who are usually represented by big, expensive toys. Thus sub-Basic, simple, inexpensive versions of characters like VECTOR PRIME were created.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These molds were then recycled in the 2006 Classics toyline, deco'd up as classic G1 characters, which in many cases was definitely a stretch. Yes, those Red Alert and Scourge redecoes are supposed to be Perceptor and Trypticon. (old pics)
Tumblr media
With the 2007 movie toyline, toys of onscreen characters at multiple price points was an absolute priority, even if those models were hard to translate! Even "simpler" "Legends Class" bots like BATTLE JAZZ would need weird concessions to work.
Tumblr media
2008's Transformers Animated line only had four Legends class molds, including STARSCREAM, and those were only released in the Hasbro Animated line in a pair of Target-exclusive multi-packs. They were also released in the 2008 Universe line individually with minor changes.
Tumblr media
Speaking of, the '08 Universe line (not the '03 Universe line; yes, TF is very recursive) introduced new molds based directly on G1 characters like BRAWN. More followed in the 2010 Transformers line, and many of these molds were redeco'd & rereleased a LOT.
Tumblr media
The Legends class really went into overdrive in 2009's Revenge of the Fallen toyline, with toys of both on-screen and all-new "off-screen" bots like Springer (old pic) filling it out.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
ROTF even had the first Legends-class combiner! DEVASTATOR is made up of HIGHTOWER, LONG HAUL, MIXMASTER, OVERLOAD, RAMPAGE, SCAVENGER and SCRAPPER. These were sold as a complete set of seven through Walmart in the US, but were on individual cards in Japan.
Tumblr media
For 2011's Dark of the Moon line, the sizeclass was rebranded as "Cyberverse" and expanded considerably. The now-"Legion Class" toys were joined by the slightly-larger "Commander Class" toys for larger characters, like Dread member HATCHET.
Tumblr media
The concurrently-running Prime toyline also had Cyberverse toys at both Legion and Commander classes. This version of KNOCK OUT was a redeco of a more screen-accurate release that came with a massive Energon Driller vehicle.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In Japan, Legends toys were called "EZ Collection", and usually were sold in blindpacked boxes, often in convenience stores. Some were "candy toys", coming with a tiny piece of candy to be sold w/o taxes, like the EZ COLLECTION GUM toys shown here, shiny-shiny versions of CONVOY, HOT RODIMUS, PROWL, MEGATRON and STARSCREAM, each with a piece of chiclet-like lemon gum.
Tumblr media
Takara had many EZ Collection promotional giveaways. GRIMLOCK CLEAR VER. was a gift at Edion and Bic Camera stores w/ 3000 yen of Adventure toys... and Adventure (aka Robots in Disguise 2015; yes, TF is very recursive) was the last line to have this size for a while.
The "Cyberverse" name would be re-used for a new franchise in 2018 (yes, TF is very recursive), which did not feature any Legends/Cyberverse toys. The niche kind of got taken over by the blind-bagged Tiny Turbo Changers for The Last Knight and Cyberverse.
Tumblr media
A very short run of Legends-style "Speed Series" toys were made for the 2018 Bumblebee movie line, meant to attach to larger "Energon Igniter" engines that would push them forward via gear-fed motor. A few of these have been re-released for Rise of the Beasts.
Nowadays, the small-scale TF segment is mostly taken up by the Core Class price point (not to be confused with the ROTB "Core" series; yes, TF is very recursive), which I suppose you could argue are Cyberverse Commander-ish, but they're more like the Basics of old.
Any rate, if you enjoy these pics and themed trips down the history of the TF toyline, why not check out and throw a coin into my Patreon?
www dot patreon dot com / gregstfwikipics
You can help make each update even larger, and even pick a theme at the higher pledge level!

Height of the alternative modes that exist in my TFP story "The Polar Star", and other explanations on my AU
So today, I will talk about the height of the alternate modes that exist in my story. As well as some explanations of the City-States, and the different Transformers classes, species, and planets in my AU.
*
Cybertron
Grounders:
Basic car: 6.5 meters
Sports car: 7 meters
Racing car: 7 meters
Pick-up: 7.5 meters
Van: 8 meters
Motorcycle: 5.7 meters
Military car: 8.5 meters
Armored car: 7.5 meters
Transport truck: 9.5 meters
Military truck: 9.5 meters
Tank: 8 meters
Assault chart: 8.5 meters
Science van: 9.5 meters
Science car: 7 meters
Scientific little van: 8.5 meters
Ambulance: 7 meters
Rescue car: 6.5 meters
Fire truck: 9 meters
Crane: 8 meters
Front-end loader: 9 meters
Excavator: 8 meters
Bulldozer: 9 meters
Concrete mixer truck: 8.5 meters
Dump truck: 9.5 meters
Tractor: 9.5 meters
Drill (very rare): 10 meters
Grounders are everywhere on Cybertron, except for Vos, which is a City-State composed entirely of Flyers. It is the only City where the Grounders cannot live.
There are alternative modes predefined for medicine or science, but that does not prevent the basics from also being able to do the same thing. Basic cars, basic helicopters, motorcycles, pick-ups, and vans, could do absolutely anything they wanted, as long as they had permission from the Senate.
Also, a scientist can do medicine, and vice versa. But the Senate would not accept that a construction vehicle becomes a doctor and vice versa.
It was not forbidden for the other modes, but let's say that it was very frowned upon, and that society often reminded it in a cruel way.
Drillers were not uncommon during the Age of Elevation, and they were the ones who played the role of miners, along with the Slaves. The difference was that they were paid, but that didn't take away from the thankless task that this job was.
Drills began to become more and more rare over time, Primus no longer created them. The God of Order hoped that by doing this, the Transformers would stop the overexploitation of energon.
But, instead, there were more Slaves and machines, to compensate for the lack of robots with a drill as an alt mode.
Flyers:
Basic helicopter: 6 meters
Small jet: 8 meters
Large jet: 9.5 meters
Military shuttle: 12 meters
Large military helicopter: 11 meters
Small military helicopter: 9.5 meters
Large close combat aircraft: 10.5 meters
Small close combat aircraft: 9 meters
Spy plane: 9 meters
Bomber plane: 12 meters
Transport shuttle: 12 meters
Transport helicopter: 7 meters
Cargo plane: 11.5 meters
Airliner: 11 meters
Rescue jet (very rare): 8 meters
Rescue helicopter: 7.5 meters
Rescue Jets are very rare, it's an alternate mode that can only be found on Cybertron, and nowhere else.
Flyers have much less freedom than Grounders. Although they are superior to them in the caste system, they have less privilege in their work. The only truly free ones are the basic helicopters, but that's all.
Flyers are just as common as Grounders, however, they are rare to see in Kaon. The Flyers live mainly in Vos, and for someone who knows them well, it's easy to recognize a Vossian.
Vossians look slightly different from other flyers who have the same alternate mode as them. A Vossian has one or two reactors in the back, longer claws, and one to three horns at the level of the head.
It's easy to see with Starscream or Dreadwing, for example. And, for an example of a no Vossian flyer, we have Skyfire (no horns, reactors on the feet, and little claws).
Note: In Vos, since construction vehicles cannot live there, or move around easily, the construction of buildings is handled by Slaves.
Techno-organic:
Male insect: 6.5 meters
Male arachnid: 7 meters
Male feline: 7.5 meters
Male canine: 8 meters
Male murid: 5 meters
Male bird: 6.5 meters
Male ursidae: 9 meters
Male reptile: 7 meters
Female insect: 8 meters
Female arachnid: 5.5 meters
Feline female: 6 meters
Female canine: 7 meters
Female murid: 4.5 meters
Female bird: 6 meters
Female ursidae: 8.5 meters
Female reptile: 6 meters
Insecticons: 10.5 meters
The Techno-organics mainly live in Kaon and its surroundings, they are mostly clustered there, because it's the only place where they are really accepted.
The Techno-organics are the only ones to have feminine or masculine genders. Because, they are at the origin animals created by Primus which evolved until adopting the form of the Transformers.
Techno-Organics only exist on Cybertron, and don't exist on colonies. They are unique to Cybertron.
Techno-organics, woth the Predacons or robotic animals, are able to Spark Bond, and therefore create themselves without the help of Primus. Either the male or the female can carry the Sparkling. Often it is the larger of the couple.
Also, it should be noted that the Insecticons are not Insect-class Techno-Organics, because they are clones created through Airachnid's CNA, with the mixture of Insect Techno-Organics.
That's why they're taller, and robust, because they're technically hybrids. An Insecticon has no gender, therefore neither male nor female. Shockwave wanted to prevent them from being able to Spark Bond, and spawn on their own.
Minicons:
Bot form: 3.5 meters
Bird form: 2 meters
Cat form: 2.5 meters
Canine form: 3 meters
Bat form: 1,5 meters
Note that Laserbeak or Ravage are not Techno-Organics. Because the Techno-organics can transform into animals, while the Minicons transform into weapons, or complete their host. Their animal form is their original form, except for those in bot form (like Rumble and Frenzy).
Also, the Techno-Organics are much larger. We must not forget that the peculiarity of minicons is that they are small.
Outcastes:
(The only ones known to date, extremely rare)
Microscope: 7 meters
Electric chair: 6.5 meters
Crusher: 11 meters
Outcasts are alternate modes that cannot move. They were usually put on as a slave, unless the alternate mode could be useful, such as the microscope.
*
Veloctiron
Grounders:
Basic car: 6 meters
Sports car: 6.5 meters
Racing car: 6.5 meters
Motorcycle: 5.5 meters
Military car: 8 meters
Armored car: 7 meters
Transport truck: 9 meters
Military truck: 9 meters
Crane: 7.5 meters
Front-end loader: 8.5 meters
Excavator: 7.5 meters
Bulldozer: 8.5 meters
Concrete mixe truckr: 8 meters
Dump truck: 9 meters
Tractor: 9 meters
Drill (very rare): 9.5 meters
The Grounders are much less varied than on Cybertron. Also, Flyers and Outcasts do not exist on Veloctitron. Velocitron has no rescue vehicles, those living on the planet are Cybertronians.
There are also no scientists. But then again, that's not a problem, because some Cybertronians scientists come to settle on the planet to study it.
The Velocitronians are smaller and more slender than the Cybertronians, it's an evolution that they had to gain in speed.
Also, unlike Cybertron's basic, racing, and sports cars, Velocitron cars do not have back door fins in their bot mode.
*
Caminus
Grounders:
Basic car: 5.5 meters
Sports car: 6 meters
Racing car: 6 meters
Pick-up: 6.5 meters
Van: 7 meters
Motorcycle: 5 meters
Military car: 7.5 meters
Armored car: 6.5 meters
Transport car: 7 meters
Ambulance: 6 meters
Rescue car: 5.5 meters
Fire car: 7 meters
Crane: 7 meters
Front-end loader: 8 meters
Excavator: 7 meters
Bulldozer: 8 meters
Concrete mixer: 7.5 meters
Dump truck: 8.5 meters
Tractor: 8.5 meters
Drill (very rare): 8.5 meters
Flyers:
Basic helicopter: 5 meters
Small jet: 7.5 meters
Military helicopter: 7.5 meters
Small close combat aircraft: 8 meters
Spy plane: 8 meters
Transport helicopter: 6.5 meters
Rescue helicopter: 6 meters
The Caminus have an almost equally diverse set of alternate modes as they do on Cybertron. The only difference is that the big alternative modes, such as shuttles or trucks, do not exist.
Caminus are much smaller than Cybertronians or Velocitronians, and have a shape that to humans may remember a woman.
Their small size is due to the very steep landscape of Caminus, a smaller size being more practical to move around more easily.
*
Cold Constructions
1st Generation :
Spy plane: 8.5 meters
2nd Generation :
Racing car: 6.5 meters
Sports car: 6.5 meters
3rd Generation :
Small jet: 7.5 meters
Tank: 7.5 meters
Vehicons :
Grounder Vehicon: 7 meters
Flying Vehicon: 8 meters
Cold Constructions are smaller and physically weaker than the alternate modes they represent. This was to make it easier to differentiate real robots from Cold Constructions.
In addition to their cold Sparks, and composed of only three colors: Dark Gray (1st G ), Light Gray (2nd G ), White (3rd G ).
The Cold Constructions were meant to be machines, drones, but they evolved and developed a form of intelligence and self-awareness. Which would normally take away their machine status. Unfortunately, the Senate did not accept it….
Vehicons are technically Cold Constructions, the difference with them is that they are less elaborate. The other difference is that Shockwave intended them to have a modicum of awareness. Which was not desired from the Cold Constructions.
Vehicons basically lack intelligence, strength, and stamina, but that's something they can work on, and therefore improve upon.
*
Predacons
Flying Predacon:
Robot mode: 12 - 11.5 meters
Beast mode: 20 – 15 meters
Terrestrial Predacon:
Robot mode: 10 – 9 meters
Beast mode: 13 – 12 meters
Subterranean Predacon:
Robot mode: 11 – 10.5 meters
Beast mode: 14 – 13 meters
The Predacons are not all winged, and their sizes can vary even between the same class. If Shockwave mainly created winged Predacons, it's because they are bigger, and flying is an undeniable advantage. Also, they are the only ones capable of breathing fire.
On the other hand, the terrestrial Predacons move more often, which makes them more enduring and stronger. And the Subterranean Predacons have longer claws for digging galleries, and a second armor, to protect themselves from potential rockfalls.
Of course, Predacons all have weak points, flying Predacons have visible weak points (their wings in particular). Terrestrial Predacons are smaller, and while they are stronger, they are not more robust. Finally, Subterranean Predacons are very sensitive to light.
*
The maximum size for robot mode (therefore original mode) of Transformers and other robotic lives is 12 meters, all planets and species combined. This is the largest possible size.
The only exception is Overlord, a 12.5 meter bomber plane. This is explained by the improvement he had thanks to experiments (wich was his own choice), improving him on many points (such as strength or speed), but also on his size, making him bigger.

A knockout sends the mech tumbling to the energon coated floor like a ragdoll.  Seconds count down and soon the referee calls the match quits. The victor jumps up the octagon’s fence, celebrating. The announcers voices ripple through the stadium.
“...phenomenal knockout, absolutely beautiful!”
“—that was such a clean hit. It kind of looked like for a moment there he could get up and continue the fight but I don’t think he can continue anymore.”
“Yea, you are right. He did his best to block the punches but the other just has a longer reach and kind— can we see the replay? Oh yes, right there! His arm as if, goes around the defense and hits him right in the jaw.”
“That’s gotta hurt for a couple of days. We can see the medics are attending to him and he is out of this fight. As for this round...”
“TURBOCHARGER is the winner! He will continue the match against either Driller or a newcomer Blaze! I’m telling you, this tournament is just full of surprises...”

Ratchet and Sari stared in awe. A quick scan made it obvious that this wasn't gonna be easy.
"Trip wires, booby traps, false leads... this thing's a work of art."
"Yeah well, we can put in a museum afterwards," grunted Ratchet, eyeing the weapon warily, "here's an entry point. I'll guide you."
Sari nodded sharply and deployed a blade, tweaking the settings to make it as narrow as possible, and sank it into the metal.
"Two nanometers to the left... six up... stop. Pull."
She pulled out a narrow, needle like sliver of metal and laid it down.
They'd need to dig into the silver orb from multiple angles, cutting the circuits in key points that would disable each trigger one by one.
While they did that, the Driller was getting inpatient. The flying creature with the delicious energon cube was just ahead and it couldn't catch up. It knew that there would be consequences for abandoning the orb, but it couldn't resist the allure of a pure energon cube.
It really didn't want to eat the mandalorian though. Tasty beskar aside, flesh was disgusting.
That gave it an idea, and it coughed up something it'd accidentally eaten earlier, launching it at high speed at Bo Katan.
The skull of a dead mythosaur knocked her out of the air, allowing the driller to happily eat the energon cube.
Drillers, being simple machines, had no concept of holiness. Therefore, it had no idea that the original owner of the cave was sacred to the mandalorians.

Ahsoka Tano is seen down in the lower levels, looking for work to continue paying for her place. She was no longer a Jedi, so she needed to find work. In order to pay for her place she was staying, while also getting food to fill her belly. Ahsoka sighed knowing she wasn't going to be able to find a proper job without getting her hands dirty.
"They want me to steal from a known crime lord or to steal from the Jedi Temple to retrieve a lightsaber from one of the fallen Jedi," Ahsoka knew both of these would either get her killed or arrested. She knew the Jedi Temple needed to be warned about this, but didn't understand why this person wanted the lightsaber.
"Well, I'll need to find work somewhere in order to pay for my next rent," said Ahsoka as she stops in her track when she sensed something. "What was that?"

KRAN models weren't the only miner produced for the Velux Harvesting Initiative; in fact, they were the fourth in a series. The first model to be developed was the similarly heavy-class NOL driller, which also specialized in demolitions. Next came the lighter and smaller ARKA model, which used pickaxes instead of drills and became the primary gatherers of energon. Lastly were the similarly smaller JMBE models, who used smaller drills and specialized in gas detection. There was to be another model made for Velux and its respective operations, but it was scrapped shortly before the development of the KRAN begun.

It is not hiveday friday but have some hive stuff anyways
Nowheresland, once known as Chaar, is the southwestern corner of the Kaoni desert. The towering ruins and broken relics scattered through the sands speak of a once great and sprawling kingdom that has long since crumbled, now home only to Drillers, voiceless beasts adapted to living in the heat, and Galvatron and her scavengers.
Galvatron and her followers settled in the ruins of Chaar after splintering off from the Swarm, traveling south from the Tarnish mountain range. The partially collapsed palace they’ve taken up as a home base is perched precariously on the edge of a massive sinkhole known as the Maw of Unicron; every year, the palace and the destroyed city around it seem to slide that much further into the sucking sands.
Sandraptors are common mounts, reptilian creatures that run on two legs and bear striking stripes and patterns. It’s dangerous to try and tame any wild ones, though: their bite is venomous and their hind legs are adapted to claw right through Faerie chitin and armor.
Scourge is a carrion beetle (as are the Sweeps), Galvatron is a type of scorpion, and Cyclonus is the outlier among them as a mantidfly-- while both Galv and Scourge have adapted quite easily to mostly meat-based diets, Cyclonus still needs to drink nectar and energon.

Fic Prompts: Transformers Tuesday
(Based on something I recently learned was planned for Shattered Glass Megatron's backstory. This goes with my other two Shattered Glass Prime prompts)
The base had been much too quiet since the return from the earth's core. Optimus was gone. Gone. Megatron had somehow convinced him that he was still Orion Pax and disappeared with him. Primus only knew what was happening to their leader now.
The other Megatron had avoided the Autobots for a few days. They would not have said so, but it was appreciated. The only one who seemed to have no misgivings about the "good guy Megatron" was Miko.
Arcee found them on the top of the mesa one night, watching the skies. Megatron was telling some kind of story while Miko clambered around his shoulders as though the giant Decepticon was her personal playground. The only time he moved was to shift his limbs and armor in order to provide better handholds for the girl. It was this, rather than anything he'd said, that made Arcee believe he was telling the truth. Megatron was clearly well-accustomed to interacting with young humans.
"Titania managed to drive away the Driller with some mining grenades we were supposed to be loading, but without the presence of a predator, the spider-bot population around the docks increased exponentially," the mech was saying as Arcee approached. He chuckled. "But I'll tell you what, Damos never left his energon rations outside again!"
Miko laughed. "Poor guy! Tell me another one, Tronus!"
Arcee frowned. "Tronus?"
Megatron's plating hitched slightly. "That was my name before the War," he explained. "I just...thought it might be easier for everyone if you didn't have to call me the same name as, you know, the other one."
Arcee shrugged. "Makes as much sense as anything else around here, I guess," she sighed.
Unexpectedly, she took a seat next to Megatron -- Tronus -- and glanced up at him. "So whose Titania?"
The electromagnetic field projecting from Tronus's spark was tinged with a bittersweet nostalgia. It was familiar enough that Arcee regretted asking.
"She..." Tronus faltered. "She was -- perhaps still is -- my conjunx endura."
Unaware of the emotions being subtly broadcast, Miko slid down Tronus's pauldron to lean against his head. "What's a con-junk endura?"
"Miko!" Arcee hissed, chagrined.
Tronus waved her off. "It's alright, it doesn't translate perfectly into most human languages. And she's translating it into two languages at once!"
He smiled down at Miko. "Latin-based languages can be a little convoluted to my mind. But that was the closest thing to the actual Cyberytonian word I could find. See if you can't work out the meaning by taking it apart. Con-junx en-dur-a."
Miko flopped dramatically down. "Homework? At this hour?" she joked, then she closed her eyes to think. "It...kinda sounds like "conjoined"...and some weird version of "endurance"?"
"Very good!" Tronus nodded, careful not to dislodge the girl. "It's essentially the concept of two who are forever joined together."
Miko ticked out a few fingers, clearly in the middle of some kind of thought process. Then she squinted. "So...you're either married, or you're a Combiner?"
Tronus laughed. "Well that's...yes, more or less, that's the simplified version."
"Megatron is married. Who'd have thought?" Miko laughed. "So where is she? Back with your team?"
Tronus sobered abruptly. "I...the last time I saw her, she and Damos and I were being shot down by an Autobot who wanted to test a new gun."
He closed his optics, and his servos scratched deep furrows into the rock. "I woke deep underground, in the midst of being reformatted to save my life. I never saw Titania again."
Miko stopped laughing. She pulled her knees to her chest and tentatively reached out to place a hand against Tronus's face. "Dude. That's horrible," she murmured. "Do you think maybe she got re-whatchamacallit too?"
"I don't know. It is unlikely," Tronus sighed, "But...I hope."
Before anything else could be said, the big mech pasted on a smile and carefully plucked Miko from his shoulder.
"Alright now, little one," he said teasingly, "Time you went to recharge."
"Nooo! I don't wanna!" Miko groaned, "C'mon, one more story? Pleeeease?"
Tronus almost stuck to his guns. Almost. Arcee could see the exact moment he crumbled.
"Ohhhh alright, one more story," he huffed.
Great. Now Miko had another pushover to ask when Ratchet told her no. Arcee hoped that wouldn't end badly.

🌌Energon Index🌋
Energon is the fuel, ammunition, and life blood of the cybertronian species. While native to Cybertron it can be cultivated on other planetoids and is found naturally occurring throughtout the universe.
Much energy goes into locating, harvesting, refining, and distributing energon. Once harvested it is then processed into many different forms:
•The energon cube is the safest form of energon, used for transportation and storage.
• High grade- most potent; high energy content, easy to get overcharged on; very volatile; higher octane, which provides a more efficient burn in the combustion chamber; better fuel economy; better quality and integrity of the fuel systems
• Mid-high grade
• High-mid grade
• Mid-grade- average potency and energy content; takes a moderate amount to get overcharged on. Decent fuel economy; causes little wear on systems with proper maintainence.
• Low-mid grade
• Mid-low grade
• Low grade- least potent, little to no energy content; chances of getting overcharged are slim to none; rich in minerals; basically inert but flammable; can cause build and wear on systems overtime.
• Medical grade- medical grade energon does not contain the CNA of the bot it powers. This helps lessen the chance of a patient’s frame rejecting a transfusion.
• Regular energon- a mix of low grade and another energy source to increase octane without increasing volatility.
• Ionized energon- the energon that is used to power intergrated plasma weapons.
• Innermost energon is a Transformer’s “core reserve” of power, the energon around their spark casing that remains there no matter what changes are done to the rest of the body. It is extremely potent.
• Joint Energon is a variety of energon  that allows Transformer bodies to develop combiner joints. It flows within these joints and can also be produced as energon cubes known as joint cubes. Allows mechs to combine without risk a component mech rejecting their partners energon.
• Synthetic Energon, also known as Synth En, is a manufactured version of energon which tends to resemble a greenish liquid form of that fuel. Unrefined samples can provide greater energy efficiency, but it can also be addictive and corrupt the user’s personality. Synthetic Energon supercharges any Cybertronian who uses it, making them stronger, faster, more powerful… but improperly refined versions add the side-effect of hyper-aggressiveness. Also, some versions have the ill-effect of causing those who use it to burn through their natural Energon reserves too quickly.
• The normal effects of a properly refined Synthetic Energon formula have not yet been seen, though they are presumably the same, minus the added aggression.
• Tox-En is a highly poisonous Energon variant, easily identified by its sickly green color and visible fumes. It has the opposite effect as regular Energon on Transformers, causing them to feel nauseous and weakened by the slightest physical contact. Prolonged exposure to Tox-En can outright paralyze a Transformer, eventually extinguishing their  spark.
• Rarified Energon is the base material of all Transformer life; the Transformers' physical forms and the stuff of which sparks are made is Rarified Energon. Rarified Energon is also apparently of limited supply throughout the multiverse. So, if it all were to be used up, Transformer life could no longer come into being, rendering the species extinct or doomed to be so.
• Red Energon is an extremely volatile and rare type of energon. When it is refined into fuel, it increases the user’s speed and strength.
• True energon is an emanation of Primus, the creator-god of the Transformers, and is, in its most rarefied state, the basic building block of Transformers' bodies and  sparks. A highly coveted substance, it is sometimes capable of inducing remarkable transformations in Cybertronians, reshaping and otherwise altering their bodies while imbuing great strength and other powers, either temporary or permanent depending on the duration or strength of exposure.
Different alt modes require different types and amounts of energon:
• Fliers and seekers need high grade
• Assault Gliders, a type of flier, require a blend of high-mid grade
• Small to mid sized grounders need mid grade
• Mini to micro sized don’t need as much energy to function
• Large grounders and convoys require a special blend of low grade called regular energon though they can run on mid grade
• War frames or mechs with intergrated weaponry need ionized energon for their energy weapon along with their frames required energon.
• Active and field medics are fitted to run on medical grade for quick, on the go infusions.
Technology centred around Energon and it’s uses. (From tfwiki.net)
• Rectifier coils shield the interior of spaceships from energon radiation.
• Geosynchronous Energon Bridge is a means of beaming energon to orbital installations such as the moonbases, Trypticon Station, and the space bridgenetwork that made Cybertronian colonization of other worlds possible. Its structure resembles a large lens, though in the center is an aperture that allows it to interact with the Plasma Energy Chamber.
• An Energon Harvester was used by the Ancients to harvest energon. As energon flows in the bodies of all Transformers, the Harvester can be a deadly weapon in Decepticon hands.
• An energon infuser is a gun-like medical device that can force fresh Energon into a damaged Transformer’s system, revitalizing it
• An energon dome is a defensive shield used to protect villages.
• Energon Drillers are vehicles piloted by Vehicons used to mine Energon crystals.
• An energon tower is an immense construct, even by  Transformers  standards, that is used to mine, refine, and store energon. Some are also equipped with shield generators, allowing them to create a dome of energy that can deflect energy and objects, though they do have limits.
• The Energon Transfer Device was a piece of Decepticon technology that was created to draw upon the materials the Insecticonsdevoured and convert them into energon cubes.
• The Energon prod can be used to electrocute enemies. It seems to have multiple strength settings that can knock out, paralyse, and just plain induce agony in both humans and Cybertronians.
Natural phenomena involving Energon. (From the TFWiki.net)
• Energon storms are similar to lightning storms but several times more powerful and destructive than any lightning storm that can lance energon from the sky as lightning. When too much energon radiation in the atmosphere it can trigger an energon storm or if a significant mass of energon crystals exploded, the massive release of energy and Energon Radiation interacts with the local atmosphere and induce an energon storm.
• Energon radiation is a form of radiation given off by energon. Significantly more energon radiation is given off when energon is expended.
• Stable energon gives off a different type of radiation than unstable energon, though high concentrations of it are equally debilitating to Transformer life-systems. Close physical contact with Transformers will render anything around them noticeably radioactive. Fortunately energon radiation appears to have no effect on humans or other organic life.
• Energon crystals are a powerful raw form of energon with the drawback that they are also extremely unstable. They emit radiation which can cause stasis lock in Transformers and is even potentially fatal to them. Energon crystals are highly explosive, more so even than energon cubes; they can be detonated by blunt impacts, fractures and even sudden temperature increases.
• Energon Gas is a gaseous substance that is composed of pure Energon. It is the gaseous form of Liquid Energon. The Energon gas can cause damage to Transformers, like the way natural gas on Earth damages humans. The damage caused by energon gas seems to affect the Transformer’s entire body.
• Plasma energy is one of the most powerful and dangerous sources of energy in the galaxy. It has the tendency to seek out and overload any mechanism that converts matter into energy, making it lethal to Transformers.

Some thoughts re: Forged vs Cold Construction.
Recall that Forged Transformers had spark and body formed naturally; the sentio metalico responded to whatever signal the spark and Vector Sigma transmitted, conforming to some design that, presumably, would harmonize or something with the spark.
Cold Construction, on the other hand, was purely at the whim of whomever used the harvested sparks.
Let’s assume, for the sake of simplicity, that a spark pulled from the Matrix was similar enough to one generated from a hot spot to be indistinguishable (barring the spark code and things like POP status). These sparks were then either placed into pre-fab bodies or stored for later. We’ve seen various examples of these: rows of Seeker body-types, Megatron before getting his POP spark, and Autobot soldiers for bolstering the war effort.
In these cases, the priority seems to be quantity and utility more than anything. We need fliers to help expand the Cybertronian empire, so make a bunch of guys that look like Starscream. We need to mine Energon, so make sturdy tanks and driller to get at the valuable ore. We need to beat the Decepticons, so stick these sparks into bodies, feed them data and get them out within three solar cycles. No respect for the individual that was created; they’re tools, nothing more, and the more we make the better.
So maybe THAT’S the offense that Windblade saw. Primus wanted his children to have purpose and individuality, not JUST utility. Cold Construction could have been great, it could have allowed for an expansion of Primus’ vision, but instead it was used as a tool for those in power to get what they wanted. In that regard, “Cold Construction” isn’t inferior, but corrupted, and being aghast at what amounted to replacing autonomy with utility makes sense.

An impossible task, to find a single speck of life, one lone spark, in the immeasurable galaxy. He had a stolen ship, a set of weapons bequeathed him by questionable benefactors, and a very particular set of skills. None of his usual allies were available to him. Who was?
A broken femme haunted by musty ghosts
A broken mech looking for a purpose
A broken spark looking for someone to love
Separately they were the refuse of a war and the flotsam of a new age, shattered fragments of systems that no longer existed. Together they might be a source of joy to a dreary world, a team, a family. That is if he can get over the small fact that he hates them all.
So awhile ago my brain asked what would happen if Leverage was set on Post War Cybertron TF:P. This is the result. It isn’t exactly Leverage, isn’t exactly transformers, but it seems like it might be fun. Here is a sneak preview.
The Agency
The simple, steel grey buildings on this side of New Kaon didn’t quite trust the newly reengineered power grid, much like the mechs who inhabited it. A midsized, grey mech nervously ran an optic over the set of doors before him. Unlike normal doors that lifted or slid to the side or irised open when you approached them, these doors were balanced on pivots and you had to manually push them open. The squat, rectangular office was different from all the others except in these manual doors, but none of the buildings followed any sort of code, unless it was their nondescript color, and the lack of conformity itself was camouflage enough in this place.
Open.
It was a single glyph carved crudely into the plaque attached to the door. It was the only mark on the outside of the structure. If you needed the services those inside offered you knew where to find them. If not…well they knew where to find you if the stories were true.
Oregrind fought down a shiver and traced his servos over the small statue in his hand. It was carved out of plastisteel, a fragment of building that had burned under phosphors bombs ages ago. The shape might have been a mech when it was first crafted but constant touching had worn it past recognition. Still Oregrind remembered. He remembered the original shape of the one he held, and he remember the one he prayed still existed in someone else’s hands, somewhere out there.
Squaring his shoulders Oregrind reached out and pushed open the swinging doors. He found himself in a nondescript waiting area lit by softly glowing blue energon lamps on the walls. A jet black mech with bronze outlines was slouched in a chair against the wall. He paid Oregrind no notice, intent on picking some sort of shrapnel out of his forearm armor. Oregrind felt oddly mixed relief and dread in his spark when he spotted the Decepticon shield on the strange mech’s pauldrons.
“Delta! For Primes’ sake! Do that in the back room. Not the reception area!”
The sudden, high pitched voice caught Oregrind by surprise and he whirled to face a small, pink femme who had appeared in a side door. A small, pink Autobot femme.
“Light’s better in here.” Delta (presumably) replied.
“You are getting energon all over the reception seats!”  the femme squealed, rushing towards Delta waving a clipboard threateningly. “I set up a first aid area specifically for the next time you got into trouble with something bigger than you-“
“Cool you thrusters Jumps, you don’t want to scare off the client.” Delta said with amiable disinterest in her fury and her clipboard alike.
Oregrind would have been perfectly content for the Autobot to not notice him. In fact he was currently sliding back towards the door, trying to get out. The femme snapped her head around and her pale turquoise optics widened in surprise and then a formal smile snapped into place on her faceplates.
“Oh! Do pardon me and my,” she cut her optics back to the Decepticon and they flashed with life and irritation for a moment before turning back on Oregrind with emotionless interest, “uncouth colleague. Please come right in,” she gestured to a second door that was labeled ‘office’. “As you can see we have no other clients at the moment.”
“That’s – that’s fine,” Oregrind stammered. “I’ll just leave.”
“Oh I assure you that we are the best at what we do.” The femme said with a sort of canned brightness in her tone as she took his arm and led him towards the door. “Delta Blade over there might look like he’s not good for much other than energon prospecting but he is really highly skilled. As for myself I am fluent is over forty-thousand types of code-“
“But that’s it, I,” Oregrind pulled his arm out of her grip with a bit more force than he intended and they staggered away from each other. Oregrind was uncomfortably aware that Delta Blade was now staring at him coolly, the blade he had been using to dig out the shrapnel now held still in his servos. “I thought this was a place for Decepticons,” Oregrind finished in a weak tone as he backed towards the door.
“This is a place for everyone,” the femme said, the artificial brightness growing in her voice and threatening to spill over.
Oregrind had reached the door and was backed up against it. He realized that he would have to pull the door open, putting himself closer to the advancing femme. The moment of tension was broken however by a loud bellow of pain. A massive orange Dinobot came barreling out of the same door the femme had appeared from. He was braying inarticulately but from the way he was holding up his foreleg there was clearly something lodged in his pedd. Instantly the femme was at the side of the charging Dinobot and kneeling by his pedd.
“Oh! Snarl sweetie. Show Jumpstart what is wrong. What hurts Snarl?”
Oregrind stared in mute fascination at the femme. The dinobot was a common sort, orange armor with two rows of dorsal plates for solar collection was supported by four sturdy legs and defended by a powerful tail. He stopped on a cred the moment the femme ordered him too and obediently held up the pedd for her to examine. A Decepticon shield adorned the Dinobot’s helm above his crimson optics. All of the artificial behavior was gone from the femme, replaced by genuine care and concern.
“This is a place for anyone with a problem and enough credits to pay us.”
Oregrind jumped nervously and gripped the door handle behind his back. He glanced over at Delta Blade who had risen and was standing beside him, calming watching the femme with crossed arms. Oregrind’s optics were drawn to the wounds still weeping energon on the other Decepticon’s armor.
“That’s not shrapnel,” Oregrind said in shock. “Those are driller teeth!”
Delta Blade cast him a derisive glance and strode over to where the femme was struggling to pull a fragment of metal out of the plates of the Dinobot’s pedd.
“Take care of our client,” Delta said curtly as he pulled the smaller femme into a standing position. “I’ll get Snarl fixed up. The boss’ll be back soon and he’ll want a summary.”
“Right, right,” the femme said. “He just stepped on a well scraper again.” She turned back to Oregrind and gave him a more genuine smile.
“Now, I take it you have a problem?”
Oregrind nodded uneasily and gripped the figurine in his servos. His faceplates twisted into a bitter smile.
“I can’t go to the Autobots in New Iacon,” he began.
“Of course you wouldn’t want to,” Jumpstart said, nodding her head in understanding.
And oddly enough Oregrind got the impression that the pretty little Autobot did understand.
“And, Pit if I will risk admitting this to other,” he glanced nervously where Delta Blade was bent over Snarl’s foot, “well, normal Decepticons.”
“So you came to us,” the femme said. “Word of vocalizer advertisement is how we get our clients. I take it someone recommended us to you?”
Oregrind nodded. “I need you to find someone.” He began, gripping the figurine so tightly his servos hurt.  “My friend. I need you to find my friend.”
“Well,” this time the femme’s smile seemed absolutely genuine. “That is what we do here. Please, come into my office.”

Knock Out is Swindle?
Apparently, ha ha!
Here are his other tech specs:
KO with energon driller
Knock Out has spent so much time in the underground weapon design and cyber-surgery racket that he's come to literally prefer being underground. For moving shipments of plasma fusers through Autobot territory there's nothing better than the Energon Driller.
Cyberverse KO
Once his weapons are thoroughly tested and proven safe, Knock Out keeps the best ones for himself. He boosts their power output, adds a few personal touches, and then takes them out into the field to see what sort of damage he can do.
Dark Energon KO
Knock Out doesn't often test weapons himself - the danger of a catastrophic malfunction is just too great. But when he saw the power granted by Dark Energon, he just had to have a taste. Now he's amped up and ready to bring the hurt to the Autobots.
I guess he did try to convince Starscream to get an upgraded arm in that one episode . . . I am calling BS on the “prefers to be underground” thing though.  Clearly Breakdown was sick that day and Knock Out had to go down with the energon driller to cover for him.
I do like that he makes other people test his crappy weapons.  Gotta protect the finish.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! THIS IS LIKE THE MOST COMPLEX DRAWING I HAVE EVER MADE! THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST LONGEST TIME I HAVE EVER SHADED! I NEVER SHADED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE! THIS IS THE MOST BIGGEST AND LONGEST DRAWING I HAVE EVER MADE BY FAR! Well seems like I REALLY tested my skills didn't I? I wanted to draw something HUGE. Plus I envisioned this drawing so I wanted to attempt to draw it out and OH MY GOD! This is like the best! This took me a lot longer (To me) then usual and I have been working on it for I think like a week and a half or maybe a week. I don't know but I have been working my butt off on this drawing. How I managed to have motivation to draw something like this and without quitting and not working on this, is beyond me. I think it may be the music I've been playing over and over and singing to it for like the billionth time. I am like SO amazed and SO pleased on how it turned out VERY VERY much! I love this drawing so much! This was like SO DAMN HARD! Between making the sketch, lining the sketch, coloring, shading and lighting, it was like painful. I don't know what I thought was worse doing. Lining the damn thing or shading it. Either way, it turned out REALLY REALLY GOOD! So I wanted to draw something from Crash Twinsanity again and I thought, maybe I should draw things from the level, Ant Agony. Since that level always pisses me off and I LOVE that level so much, I thought you know what? Im going to draw the characters and some objects from Ant Agony. Those Holographic Platforms had ALWAYS confused me every time I go on them. Even though I remember the patterns to them, they always end up getting me confused and I end up falling off of them. Damn Holographic Platforms. I love the Ant Drones from that level. The only thing though that the Ant Drillers creep me out a bit. I don't know why but I find them creepy. Ah got to LOVE those Evil Twins! I LOVE there Deathbot! I find it a lot fun fighting the Deathbot. I just find the level to be a lot fun but VERY frustrating as you can go ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE BEGINNING of the Compound's entrance if you die in the level. But at the same time, I love that level and it's music. I had to draw things together from it. I thought this drawing turned out VERY well! And I am VERY pleased to how it came out! I did forget something though in this. I forgot to add the weak purple (to me they look pink) platforms. Oh well. I can't add it now. Anyways so yea. I am happy with the way it turned out very much. I was originally going to add the purple electric fence and it's blue light bulbs but I didn't know how to add them in here. Oh well. Hay at least I got the Sequence Platforms in here and the Laser Lines! AND THE ENERGON SPHERES! Including the bomb one to. The Deathbot was the hardest to draw. The rest was easy but the Deathbot wasn't so very cooperative with me. BUT I MANAGED TO DRAW THE EVIL TWINS'S DEATHBOT! Anyways so YAY! Im very happy with how this turned out very much and I am VERY happy that I finally finished it! Music I listened to while drawing this the ENTIRE time: youtu.be/9zqpBlgNCOA The Evil Twins, Victor, Moritz Ant Drones, Ant Driller, Ant flyer, Fire Ant, Lancer Ant, Holographic Sequence Platforms, Laser Lines, Ant Agony, Energon Spheres, Bomb sphere, Deathbot and Crash Twinsanity belongs to © Traveller's Tales, Sierra Crash Bandicoot belongs to © Naughty Dog, Activision
