[Link to the fic] Premise: Married life for Elsa and Honeymaren had been bliss. Even as the families around them expanded, they never wanted children of their own. That is, until they met baby Tarzan.

This story took more than four years to write, but it is finally complete! Every log pays homage to a scene in Frozen, and I finally, finally, referenced the infamous fireside chat. The canon scene is barely two minutes long and it sailed the elsamaren ship for so many of us. Honestly, iconic. So how could I not try my hand at an illustration?

The Elsamaren Logs is my comfort AU for half a decade now, and I find myself coming back to it again and again because it brings me so much joy.

I'm actually believing that ElsaMaren was supposed to be explicitly canon in "Frozen 2," but that was scrapped at the last moment. That Honeymaren was made to please #GiveElsaAGirlfriend I don't think I ever doubted, but it seems they went much further than a simple interpretative nod originally.

And I hope this returns in "Frozen 3/4."
