Gren is very affectionate, and out of everyone, they like physical contact the best. Expect them to hold your hand every time you go out together. Gren would also give you tight hugs every time you leave his apartment and always kiss you when you come to vist them. Gren was very isolated in prison this left them very touched starved so they love receiving affection from you. If you let them, Gren might lay their head in your lap after a long day while you play with their hair. Dont expect them to get up if you do. In fact, Gen would beg for you to stay in bed after a night of cuddling.

What is Adrian's weakness?

Adrian approaches everything from a ‘the end justifies the means’ mentality. He acknowledges that the ISSP is corrupt but separates himself because he’s using the information he learns while he’s on duty to eliminate syndicate members while he’s off duty – ultimately a net positive for society. In reality, he isn’t different from his corrupt coworkers, working the system to benefit himself and his twisted sense of justice. Questioning his morality is a luxury he never could afford.

Does Adrian drink coffee or tea? Why?

Not to play into cop stereotypes, but Adrian prefers coffee. He takes it toothachingly sweet with tons of milk and sugar since his dad did the same. His coworkers joke that he’s not a real detective until he can take his coffee black. His trademark response is to smile and shrug: “I guess I’ll never be a real detective then.”

How does Adrian feel about Vicious and Vincent?

With a particular hatred for Red Eye dealers, Adrian originally trained to be a narcotics detective before ultimately being assigned to homicide. Because of this, he’s familiar with Vicious and the Red Dragon Syndicate. While Adrian has yet to find an opportunity to eliminate Vicious, he continues to collect intelligence on the syndicate member and keeps him at the top of his list of targets.

Adrian only became aware of Vincent after the events of Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door. When he returned to Mars after working a joint case on Ganymede, Adrian reviewed Vincent’s case file and learned about the Bebop crew’s involvement from Jet. While he condemns the Mars Army’s use of human experimentation and nanorobotics, he also lacks sympathy toward Vincent for killing civilians indiscriminately rather than taking revenge specifically on those who wronged him.

Does Adrian know what Vicious did to Gren?

Adrian was familiar with Gren due to his involvement in the Red Eye trade. He wasn’t much of a priority to Adrian considering Gren’s dealing was inconsistent and out of the miserable hellhole that was Callisto. By the time he even considers hunting him down, Gren is already dead. He learns more about Gren from a conversation with Faye during one of their periodic hustles. After getting drunk off of cocktails bought by Adrian’s winnings, Faye talks about the night she met Gren and he can piece together the rest.

I feel like u already know the characters I'm going send for the ask game but: gren and or thorin

Gren-

Sexuality Headcanon: I'm not entirely sure. By the very nature of him and his character I (personally) don't want to box him into any one thing. He seems to me the kind of person where the physical is not so much to him as the emotional, perhaps he might even say the spiritual? core of the person. So what I think is that, its fluid.v

Gender Headcanon: Again, a bit of a fiddly answer from me, but I don't have any one thing locked down for him, as of yet. He's definitely somewhere on the trans spectrum, I know that much. But where his dial exactly falls, or if its intermittently in motion, I'm not sure. Genderfluid is what I thought in the beginning, but now I'm thinking its maybe not as simple as that. Or. Maybe it is. "Both and neither" is what he said, and he seems very comfortable with himself.

A ship I have with said character: I don't have one.

A BROTP I have with said character: Faye. Though their interaction was brief, it was obviously very special, and it touched her deeply. They had an understanding.

A NOTP I have with said character: Vicious. He's a very interesting character but I hate that rat bastard and though Gren held softness and admiration for him, I do not.

A random headcanon: I think there was a tragedy in childhood. I don't know why, and I don't know what, but something happened.

General Opinion over said character: That I love him deeply (HIGHLY influential on my understanding of my own gender business). And that, though he didn't get much time, he was ALIVE. He never let you fully get to know him, everything about him just hints at deeper layers, and he deserved so much more than to die alone.

Thorin-

Sexuality Headcanon: Aroace. I credit this to you. But it makes so much sense that I can't believe I hadn't seen it before.

Gender Headcanon: A man inasmuch as dwarves care about things like that. Which I would think would be...not much.

A ship I have with said character: Nobody.

A BROTP I have with said character: His relationship with Bilbo was so beautiful, who else could I pick? (His nephews are a given and don't count for this).

A NOTP I have with said character: I am not a big fan of Bagginshield. Idk what it is but as soon as it becomes explicitly romantic.....idk, I just gotta dip, man.

A random headcanon: I know the movies presented him as being very firm and stoic, and he was, but dwarves are not a gloomy people and I know that man loved to laugh.

General Opinion over said character: You darling, sweet, wonderful little FOOL. Oh! How I wish you could've listened before it was too late. (Also I loved how he led his people. He had his faults, but he protected his people during the journey as much as he was able, and he treated them with respect.)

Kanamori was actually made to be a perfect foil to my other character Emmanuel, but he still takes inspiration from an eclectic bunch of things so I’ll try to list the ones that really stand out below

Love and Lust as Concepts:

These are his main motifs, along with affection, intimacy, obsession, basically any form of attraction. I did way too much research on what love is as like a strict definition and this is the result. (The answer was that there isn’t one specific answer)

Adam from NeiR:

Albinistic, very very pretty, and the way Adam loved Eve and learning about humans. Curiosity and Education can be a love language too.

Aphrodite from Hades game:

Hair make fun shapes, also they have the exact same motifs and color scheme I just moved things around basically.

Grenacia Mars Elijah Guo Eckener (Guren) from Cowboy Bebop:

Complicated gender situation, neither I nor the narrator know what to call Kanamori other than their name. Also because I love Guren, and Guren loved Vicious, I will die on this hill.

Miquella the Unalloyed from Elden Ring:

(spoilers for DLC) If Miquella hadn’t abandoned his love honestly his plot probably would have worked, but the minuet he did that he set down the path that created all the pain and suffering he was presently trying to alleviate. Basically the root cause of a lot of problems can be a lack of love or support so instead of trying to fix the problem you should address the cause of said problem.

Xiao Xingchen from Modao Zushi:

Love is blind but not painless, this one will make more sense when I get around to laying out the rest of the word and the other characters. Specifically the character that is Xue Yang in this comparison.

Adding on even more to his love themes, I specifically chose to spell his name Kanamori like this:

Which very very roughly translates to Loved and Protected.
