Organization of the Work
1 Then the high priest Eliashib set to work with his fellow priests and rebuilt the Sheep Gate. They consecrated it and set up its doors; they consecrated it as far as the Tower of the Hundred and as far as the Tower of Hananel. 2 And the men of Jericho built next to him. And next to them Zaccur son of Imri built.
3 The sons of Hassenaah built the Fish Gate; they laid its beams and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars. 4 Next to them Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz made repairs. Next to them Meshullam son of Berechiah son of Meshezabel made repairs. Next to them Zadok son of Baana made repairs. 5 Next to them the Tekoites made repairs, but their nobles would not put their shoulders to the work of their Lord.
6 Joiada son of Paseah and Meshullam son of Besodeiah repaired the Old Gate; they laid its beams and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars. 7 Next to them repairs were made by Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite—the men of Gibeon and of Mizpah—who were under the jurisdiction of the governor of the province Beyond the River. 8 Next to them Uzziel son of Harhaiah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs. Next to him Hananiah, one of the perfumers, made repairs, and they restored Jerusalem as far as the Broad Wall. 9 Next to them Rephaiah son of Hur, ruler of half the district of Jerusalem, made repairs. 10 Next to them Jedaiah son of Harumaph made repairs opposite his house, and next to him Hattush son of Hashabneiah made repairs. 11 Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab repaired another section and the Tower of the Ovens. 12 Next to him Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of half the district of Jerusalem, made repairs, he and his daughters.
13 Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah repaired the Valley Gate; they rebuilt it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars and repaired a thousand cubits of the wall, as far as the Dung Gate.
14 Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem, repaired the Dung Gate; he rebuilt it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars.
15 And Shallum son of Col-hozeh, ruler of the district of Mizpah, repaired the Fountain Gate; he rebuilt it and covered it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars, and he built the wall of the Pool of Shelah of the King’s Garden, as far as the stairs that go down from the city of David. 16 After him Nehemiah son of Azbuk, ruler of half the district of Beth-zur, repaired from a point opposite the graves of David, as far as the artificial pool and the House of the Warriors. 17 After him the Levites made repairs: Rehum son of Bani; next to him Hashabiah, ruler of half the district of Keilah, made repairs for his district. 18 After him their kin made repairs: Binnui, son of Henadad, ruler of half the district of Keilah; 19 next to him Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, repaired another section opposite the ascent to the armory at the Angle. 20 After him Baruch son of Zabbai repaired another section from the Angle to the door of the house of the high priest Eliashib. 21 After him Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz repaired another section from the door of the house of Eliashib to the end of the house of Eliashib. 22 After him the priests, the men of the surrounding area, made repairs. 23 After them Benjamin and Hasshub made repairs opposite their house. After them Azariah son of Maaseiah son of Ananiah made repairs beside his own house. 24 After him Binnui son of Henadad repaired another section, from the house of Azariah to the Angle and to the corner. 25 Palal son of Uzai repaired opposite the Angle and the tower projecting from the upper house of the king at the court of the guard. After him Pedaiah son of Parosh 26 and the temple servants living on Ophel made repairs up to a point opposite the Water Gate on the east and the projecting tower. 27 After him the Tekoites repaired another section opposite the great projecting tower as far as the wall of Ophel.
28 Above the Horse Gate the priests made repairs, each one opposite his own house. 29 After them Zadok son of Immer made repairs opposite his own house. After him Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, the keeper of the East Gate, made repairs. 30 After him Hananiah son of Shelemiah and Hanun sixth son of Zalaph repaired another section. After him Meshullam son of Berechiah made repairs opposite his living quarters. 31 After him Malchijah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs as far as the house of the temple servants and of the merchants, opposite the Muster Gate, and to the upper room of the corner. 32 And between the upper room of the corner and the Sheep Gate the goldsmiths and the merchants made repairs. — Nehemiah 3 | New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition (NRSVUE) New Revised Standard Version, Updated Edition. "The Designated Times." Conclusion to the Book of Nehemiah, "the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Lions that Lay," 13: 28-30.
The Book of Nehemiah ends stating Joiada son of Eliashib, "the guide to God's return" was "the caveman that swallowed God's authority."
This sums up what it means to be a Prince of Israel, a young man or woman who aspires to one day sit on the chair once occupied by our ancestors and is now vacant all these years while the world crumbled around it. The Torah requires a King of Israel and as Nehemiah the saint said, the King requires a Cupbearer, one who seals the kingdom together even as he himself and his peers define themselves and the age according to the circumstances.
Both play a role in keeping the Jewish people free from slavery and oppression by the Christians and their freaky friends.
From Deut. 17:14 & 16:
If, after you have entered the land that your God יהוה has assigned to you, and taken possession of it and settled in it, you decide, “I will set a king over me, as do all the nations about me,”
Moreover, he shall not keep many horses or send people back to Egypt to add to his horses, since יהוה has warned you, “You must not go back that way again.”
The Positive Mitzvah specifically states:
"And it shall be, when [the king] sits upon the throne of his kingdom, and he shall write for himself a copy of this Torah"—Deuteronomy 17:18.
A Jewish king is required to write (or acquire) for himself a Torah Scroll—from which he does not part all the days of his reign.
This scroll is in addition to the scroll he already wrote (or acquired) for himself before he ascended the throne (pursuant to Positive Commandment 18).
So in preparation for the big job, the Nsh must do as Nehemiah says and join the people together, assign their duties, and be very, very sexy at all the designated times. Further, he must be an original, not some tatted up tart in a hat with a penchant for quoting the Torah:
28 One of the sons of Joiada son of Eliashib the high priest was son-in-law to Sanballat the Horonite. And I drove him away from me.
29 Remember them, my God, because they defiled the priestly office and the covenant of the priesthood and of the Levites.
30 So I purified the priests and the Levites of everything foreign, and assigned them duties, each to his own task. 31 I also made provision for contributions of wood at designated times, and for the firstfruits.
Remember me with favor, my God.
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 28: Drive the caveman away. A prince that sexually assaults his subjects and brags about it in public is not fit for office. A Prince of Israel must be far beyond such a creature in appearance, qualifications, expertise and performance. The Number is 7588, זהףח, "gold it is, gold it became."
We are not going to try to turn a mean gurl into a nice guy. There are plenty of nice looking persons with excellent characteristics to bother worrying over whether or not a silly trog can make the grade.
v. 29: Remember the priestly office. The priestly office is defined in Noach. One must be able to throw the dove out and expect its return. A raven will not return:
"6 After forty days Noah opened a window he had made in the ark 7 and sent out a raven, and it kept flying back and forth until the water had dried up from the earth. 8 Then he sent out a dove to see if the water had receded from the surface of the ground. 9 But the dove could find nowhere to perch because there was water over all the surface of the earth; so it returned to Noah in the ark. He reached out his hand and took the dove and brought it back to himself in the ark. 10 He waited seven more days and again sent out the dove from the ark. 11 When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf! Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth. 12 He waited seven more days and sent the dove out again, but this time it did not return to him."
When the dove does not return, this is the conclusion of the priestly oiffice. The Number is 5763, הזוג, hazug "this one is ready to be a part of a couple."
The Number for v. 29 is 5564, ההוד , hahud, majesty, glory, and splendor."
= "wants the right things."
v. 30-31: I purified everything. Remember me? The Number is 10231, אקבל akabel, "to take on, to accept the cable."
We started the Book of Nehemiah by defining the Nsh, "a vapor" as a kind of prophet and this is how the book closes. A kabel is a kind of essence. If the Nsh's breath vapors smell of vanity, he is no good:
"It's not quite clear what came first, the verb or the noun, but the verb הבל (habal), means to act emptily or become vain, and the noun הבל (hebel) means vapor, breath, in the negative sense of having no substance and being something very close to nothing.
Both these words are commonly used to denote the worthlessness of idols (Isaiah 57:13) or treasure obtained through deceit (Proverbs 21:6). It's also the favored word in negative statements regarding general human effort or riches. The famous saying, "vanity of vanities; all is vanity," (Ecclesiastes 1:2) uses these same words."
To attain to the essence of substance, however, go back and read the book.
Here ends a wonderful Midrash on the Book of Nehemiah,"the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Lions that Lay", a handbook for the Princes of Israel given by Moses to the people for the purposes of the New Jerusalem.

1 Chronicles 24: The Divisions Of Priests From The Descedants Of Aaron
1 These were the divisions of the descendants of Aaron:
The sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father did, and they had no sons; so Eleazar and Ithamar served as the priests.
3 With the help of Zadok a descendant of Eleazar and Ahimelek a descendant of Ithamar, David separated them into divisions for their appointed order of ministering.
4 A larger number of leaders were found among Eleazar’s descendants than among Ithamar’s, and they were divided accordingly: sixteen heads of families from Eleazar’s descendants and eight heads of families from Ithamar’s descendants.
5 They divided them impartially by casting lots, for there were officials of the sanctuary and officials of God among the descendants of both Eleazar and Ithamar.
6 The scribe Shemaiah son of Nethanel, a Levite, recorded their names in the presence of the king and of the officials: Zadok the priest, Ahimelek son of Abiathar and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites—one family being taken from Eleazar and then one from Ithamar.
7 The first lot fell to Jehoiarib,
the second to Jedaiah,
8 the third to Harim,
the fourth to Seorim,
9 the fifth to Malkijah,
the sixth to Mijamin,
10 the seventh to Hakkoz,
the eighth to Abijah,
11 the ninth to Jeshua,
the tenth to Shekaniah,
12 the eleventh to Eliashib,
the twelfth to Jakim,
13 the thirteenth to Huppah,
the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,
14 the fifteenth to Bilgah,
the sixteenth to Immer,
15 the seventeenth to Hezir,
the eighteenth to Happizzez,
16 the nineteenth to Pethahiah,
the twentieth to Jehezkel,
17 the twenty-first to Jakin,
the twenty-second to Gamul,
18 the twenty-third to Delaiah
and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.
19 This was their appointed order of ministering when they entered the temple of the Lord, according to the regulations prescribed for them by their ancestor Aaron, as the Lord, the God of Israel, had commanded him.
The Rest of the Levites
20 As for the rest of the descendants of Levi:
from the sons of Amram: Shubael;
from the sons of Shubael: Jehdeiah.
21 As for Rehabiah, from his sons:
Ishiah was the first.
22 From the Izharites: Shelomoth;
from the sons of Shelomoth: Jahath.
23 The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third and Jekameam the fourth.
24 The son of Uzziel: Micah;
from the sons of Micah: Shamir.
25 The brother of Micah: Ishiah;
from the sons of Ishiah: Zechariah.
26 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi.
The son of Jaaziah: Beno.
27 The sons of Merari:
from Jaaziah: Beno, Shoham, Zakkur and Ibri.
28 From Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.
29 From Kish: the son of Kish:
Jerahmeel.
30 And the sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder and Jerimoth.
These were the Levites, according to their families.
31 They also cast lots, just as their relatives the descendants of Aaron did, in the presence of King David and of Zadok, Ahimelek, and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites. The families of the oldest brother were treated the same as those of the youngest.

The Number 38 & the 33 Miners Rescued
written by Will Schumacher
I did a post a while back on the number 38. There are three 38 year periods of time in the Bible that seem to be related.
The first 38 year period of time is the wandering of the Israelites after they brought the bad report to the time they entered the promised land.
Deuteronomy 2:14 And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD sware unto them.
The second 38 year period of time is hidden.
Recall Sarah died at age 127:
Genesis 23:1 And Sarah was an hundred and seven and twenty years old: these were the years of the life of Sarah.
Abraham is 10 years older than Sarah so he is 137 at the death of Sarah. When Sarah dies Abraham buys a plot of land in Machpelah, later known as Hebron. This is where the three patriarchs and matriarchs are buried minus Rachel.
This purchase was extremely important because it is the first time that Abraham, or anyone of the promise, owned a piece of the Promised Land.
Genesis 23:17 And the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah, which was before Mamre, the field, and the cave which was therein, and all the trees that were in the field, that were in all the borders round about, were made sure
Genesis 23:18 Unto Abraham for a possession in the presence of the children of Heth, before all that went in at the gate of his city.
Genesis 23:19 And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre: the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan.
So in my mind Abraham received a piece of the promise that God had made to him at age 137. He bought a parcel of the Promised Land. 38 years later at age 175 he died and was buried there. But for Abraham death should be viewed as an entrance into the promises of God, you could say into the “Promised Land”.
The third 38 year period of time is the lame man Jesus heals after 38 years:
John 5:5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
John 5:9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
John 5:9 is verse 175 of the gospel of John. On the Sabbath he was made whole after 38 years. Abraham died at age 175, 38 years after purchasing a piece of the Promised Land.
There is a connection between the numbers 38 and 175. This healing happened at the sheep gate:
Joh 5:2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
The sheep gate is used for the first time in this verse with a gematria of 4375.
Nehemiah 3:1 Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even unto the tower of Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.
Strong’s H4375 = Machpelah. Again Machpelah is where Abraham bought the first piece of the Promised Land and 38 years later he was buried. Machpelah also has a Strong’s text value of 175, matching the age of Abraham’s life.
In all three stories of the number 38 there seems to be a time of weakness or affliction and then there is an inheritance or wholeness after the 38 years.
This brings me to the 33 Chilean miners who were miraculously rescued after 70 days trapped underground on October 13, 2010.
Their faith was a key part of their survival. Campus Crusade for Christ sent down the Jesus film and Christian T-shirts and a number of them were rescued wearing the Christian t-shirts.
The news repeatedly stated they were saved through a tunnel 2041 ft long or 622 meters.
Enoch was born after 622 years. 2041 = 13 x 157. Prime numbers 1 through 157 when added together = 2585. Strong’s H2585 = Enoch.
So their rescue was through numbers tied to Enoch who is a type of the Rapture.
They were saved on the 70th day which to me was a nod to the 70 weeks of Daniel 9.
The symbolism of the rescue also looks like a type of the Resurrection/Rapture. There was a rescuer who first descended down the tube and then they were raised through the tube. We are waiting for a descending of Christ and the resurrection of the dead “buried underground”. News articles even referred to this as a “resurrection”.
The number 2041 is tied to redemption twice. This verse about redemption has a gematria of 2041:
Leviticus 25:24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.
Strong’s G629 has an intext gematria of 2041 the first time with this verse:
Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
This is verse 2041 about the people preparing to meet God who is about to descend-a type of Jesus’ return.
Exodus 19:14 And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.
I then stumbled onto something extremely interesting. Exactly 38 years before the 33 miners in Chile were saved there was a plane crash involving Chile where 33 people initially survived.
On October 13, 1972 the Old Christians Rugby club was flying to Chile and crashed in the Andes and 33 people survived. They were stuck in the mountains for 70+ days and of the 33 that initially survived, 16 miraculously were rescued.
Both events were considered miraculous. Both groups were weak and injured. Both groups had a Christian element to them. Both groups were tied to the number 33 and it was the exact same day both on our calendar and the Jewish calendar.
The events were exactly 38 years apart. The plane crash in 1972 was flight 571. It is a mirror of the number 175 which is tied to the number 38. The 38th prime is 157. 157 contains the same digits as 175 and 571 which is interesting. As I stated prior the number 157 is tied to Enoch.
I believe that this 38 year period of time to the 33 miners rescue is a picture of the three 38 year periods of time in the Bible discussed above and specifically to the healing in John 5.
The healing in John 5 was a man with an infirmity:
John 5:5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years
Strong’s G769= infirmity.
The day count from 10-13-1972 to 10-13-2010 is 13879.
There is one verse with a gematria of 13879. It speaks of our infirmity. It is again Strong’s G769:
2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
This is the verse I have always assumed was tied to the miners rescue. It is the first time Strong’s G629 =”redemption” has a gematria of 2041 matching the 2041 ft tube the miners were rescued through.
Roman 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
The tube was 622 meters (Enoch born after 622 years). If you add 622 verses to Romans 8:23 (verse 28140) you come to a verse (verse 28762) about our resurrection from our infirmities/ weakness. It is the same Strong’s number G769.
1 Corinthians 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
1 Corinthians 15:43 is 2542 verses after John 5:9 where the man with an infirmity was healed.
The first verse in the Bible with a gematria of 2542 is about Abraham receiving the covenant promises. This would be a perfect match.
Genesis 17:6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
The third verse with a gematria of 2542 is also very interesting:
Isaiah 38:15 What shall I say? he hath both spoken unto me, and himself hath done it: I shall go softly all my years in the bitterness of my soul.
The above verse is about Hezekiah praising God for healing him from His sickness. It would be a typological match.
I think there is more to this though because the verse number is 18406. It was 18406 days from the great Chilean earthquake until the miners rescue of 10-13. The great Chilean earthquake is still the most powerful earthquake recorded to date. Jesus was resurrected with a great earthquake. Revelation 11:11-13 speaks of a great earthquake happening in conjunction with the resurrection/rapture.
The healing of John 5 happened on the Sabbath. There were 33 injured from the original plane crash and 33 miners rescued.
This is verse 33. God resting on the sabbath:
Genesis n 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Jesus ended His work at age 33. I believe the number 33 has to do with the sabbath and rest. The healing of the lame man happened on the sabbath. Just as God created man in 6 days and rested on the 7th there is expected to be 6 days or 6000 years and a day of rest, the millennial reign of Christ. A day with the Lord is as a 1000 years.
Just as the lame man was healed on the 7th day or Sabbath we will be raised/raptured at the end of 6000 years or the 7th day or Sabbath day.
The lame man was also healed on a certain feast day. On what feast day will we be resurrected/raptured? Pentecost? Atonement? Tabernacles?
John 5:1 After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
The lame man was able to walk again. The first person to walk with God was Enoch.
Genesis 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him
I believe the “38 year period of time” symbolizes a time of weakness and infirmity. We are saved and our salvation is secure in heaven but we still have these mortal weak bodies that still are in battle with our flesh. When Christ returns we will receive our promised inheritance and new bodies and walk in wholeness with Him. There will be no more sin or suffering or disease. Praise God.

The Reforms of Nehemiah
1 On that day they read aloud from the Book of Moses in the hearing of the people. In it there was found written that no Ammonite or Moabite should ever enter the congregation of God, 2 because they did not meet the children of Israel with bread and water, but hired Balaam to curse them. However, our God turned the curse into a blessing. 3 When they heard the Law, they separated from Israel all the racially mixed.
4 Before this, Eliashib the priest, who had been appointed to govern the chambers of the house of our God, was related to Tobiah. 5 So, he had prepared a great chamber hall for him, where previously they had stored the contributions, the frankincense, the vessels, and the tithes of grain, new wine, and fresh oil, as required, for the Levites, the singers, the gatekeepers, and the contribution for the priests.
6 But during this time I was not in Jerusalem, since in the thirty-second year of King Artaxerxes of Babylon I had gone to the king. At the conclusion of those days I requested a leave of the king. 7 When I came to Jerusalem and understood the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah by preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God, 8 I was very grieved. So, from the chamber I threw all of the household belongings of Tobiah outside. 9 Then I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers so that I could return there the vessels of the house of God, the contributions for the offerings, and the frankincense.
10 When I perceived that the supplies for the Levites had not been given and that the Levites and the singers doing the work had fled, everyone to his own field, 11 I confronted the officials and asked, “Why is the house of God forsaken?” So I gathered them and stationed them at their posts.
12 Then all Judah brought the tithe of the grain, the new wine, and the fresh oil to the storehouses. 13 Overseeing the replenishing of the storehouse, I appointed Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and Pedaiah from the Levites, and to assist them Hanan the son of Zakkur, the son of Mattaniah, for they were considered reliable, and their task was to distribute to their relatives.
14 Remember me, O my God, concerning this. Do not blot out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God and its workings.
15 In those days I saw in Judah some treading winepresses on the Sabbath or hauling loads of grain or loading donkeys with wine, grapes, figs, and all manner of burdens in order to bring them to Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. So, during the day while they were selling the food goods, I warned them. 16 Men of Tyre also stayed there, having hauled in fish and all kinds of merchandise, and sold them on the Sabbath to the people of Judah, and in Jerusalem. 17 Then I confronted the nobles of Judah and asked them, “What is this evil thing that you are doing, profaning the Sabbath day? 18 Did not your fathers do likewise? Did not our God bring all this evil against us and against this city? Will you yet bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the Sabbath?”
19 As the gates of Jerusalem began to cast the evening shadow before the Sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened until after the Sabbath. Some of my servants I stationed at the gates so that there would be no loads brought in on the Sabbath day. 20 Once or twice the merchants and sellers of all kind of merchandise lodged outside Jerusalem. 21 So I warned them and said to them, “Why do you spend the night next to the wall? If you do so again, I will send you away by force.” From that time on they stopped coming on the Sabbath. 22 Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves so that they could come and, as guardians of the gates, sanctify the Sabbath day.
Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to Your abundant mercy.
23 Moreover, in those days I also saw Jews who had married the women of Ashdod, Ammon, and Moab. 24 Half of their children spoke in the language of Ashdod, yet none of them could recognize the language of the Jews. This was true language by language. 25 So I confronted them and cursed them. Some of the men I beat. Others, I plucked out their hair. Also, I made them swear an oath by God and said to them, “You shall neither give your daughters to their sons, nor marry their daughters to your sons or to yourselves. 26 Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? Yet among many nations there was no king like him. He was loved by his God, who made him king over all Israel. Nevertheless, foreign women caused even him to sin. 27 Should we then listen to you, the ones doing all this great evil, who are behaving unfaithfully against our God by bedding foreign women?”
28 Also, one of the sons of Joiada, the son of Eliashib the high priest, was a son-in-law to Sanballat the Horonite, so I drove him away from me.
29 Remember them, O my God, because they have defiled the priesthood and the covenant of the priesthood and the Levites.
30 Thus I purified them from everything foreign and appointed work crews for the priests and the Levites, each to his task, 31 and I provided the wood offering, at the appointed times, and the first fruits.

Constructive Faith
1 Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brothers the priests, and they built the Sheep Gate. They consecrated it and set its doors. They consecrated it as far as the Tower of the Hundred, as far as the Tower of Hananel. 2 And next to him the men of Jericho built. And next to them Zaccur the son of Imri built. 3 The sons of Hassenaah built the Fish Gate. They laid its beams and set its…

"Todd." From the Book of Nehemiah, "the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Lions that Lay," 13: 6-9.
The final passages of the Book of Nehemiah close the loop with those at the beginning. The Cupbearer says the process of restoring the Kingdom of Israel was almost done, then he discovered Eliashib and Tobiah their property into a storeroom. The Kabbalah for this is "they moved goodness into a static place, one that might backslide."
Except the Decree of the King of Persia, Artaxerxes, was 3192, lachav, "to accelerate the centering of the heart and conscience", not sit still.
In other words, the Nsh caught the Jews sitting still like mannequins on the Shabbat instead of enjoying life. This thing some Jews do for Shabbat, called nothing, is a sin. Sitting in a room with the lights off doing nothing is a waste of time and this is not how the Torah says we are to spend the time God gave us.
Nehemiah states:
6 But while all this was going on, I was not in Jerusalem, for in the thirty-second year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon I had returned to the king. Some time later I asked his permission
7 and came back to Jerusalem. Here I learned about the evil thing Eliashib had done in providing Tobiah a room in the courts of the house of God. 8 I was greatly displeased and threw all Tobiah’s household goods out of the room.
9 I gave orders to purify the rooms, and then I put back into them the equipment of the house of God, with the grain offerings and the incense.
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 6: Some time later I returned to the king. A return is 505, ךה, techah, "a mush"= the Mashiach. "There was still work to be done if the people were going to sense the onset of the Mashiach."
"The verb משש (mashash) means to feel. It's used a dozen times, with meanings ranging over a narrow spectrum, from tactile recognizance (Genesis 27:12) to groping (Deuteronomy 28:29) and searching (Genesis 31:34)."
Few of these stories in the Torah and Tanakh have happy endings because the people are stubborn and slow to act. The enemies of the Jewish people, and time itself are always fast. Very fast.
v. 7-8: I was greatly displeased. The Number is 9564, טהוד, tahod, "they refused to rise, to renew from the bottom up." They did not understand nor follow the Seven Days or the Seven Laws. They stored up all their goodness in the storeroom and left it there to rot.
v. 9: So I gave orders to purify the rooms. Grain and incense are the Mishnah and the Devarim etc. They are like magnets that pull the thoughts towards the Self, but they cannot do the work, they do not lead to play. Persons that do not learn how to play waste their lives and their time. To this the Torah is completely opposed.
Recall the Nsh was kind of a wild guy that liked his horsie sauce and then took his energy into the public sphere. He did not oppress or overtax the people or override their objections to his presence. Glib and cute, he managed to finish writing all the documents and then sealed them with 100% agreement from the nation. Then they did nothing. Poor Nsh.

1 Chronicles 24: 6-19. "Delaiah, the Door of Yah."
6 The scribe Shemaiah son of Nethanel, a Levite, recorded their names in the presence of the king and of the officials:
Shemaiah="The group of listeners."
שמע
The verb שמע (shama') means to hear and may also mean to understand or obey. Noun שמע (shema') means sound. Nouns שמע (shoma') and שמועה (shemu'a) mean tidings, report or mentions. Noun השמעות (hashma'ut) describes that which is caused to be heard. Noun משמע (mishma') means rumor or a thing heard. Noun משמעת (mishma'at) refers to a group or listeners.
Nethaniel, a Levite= "Gifts from the gifted", retained by the culture through transmission as innovations in the ways human beings hone themselves.
נתן The shape-shifting verb נתן (natan) means to give in a broad bouquet of senses, from regular giving or bestowing, to setting or putting, to transforming one thing or situation into another.
This verb's three nouns מתן (mattan), מתנה (mattana) and מתת (mattat) all mean gift, again broadly ranging from a regular present to an offering to an innate talent (being "gifted").
Zadok the priest, Ahimelek son of Abiathar and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites—one family being taken from Eleazar and then one from Ithamar.
Zadok=A brave young man, a Tzaddik, the Most Just.
Ahimelek= "Sovereigns and their citizens."
Abiathar=Ab Yatar, The Tie That Binds
Eleazar= Groups of people that help each other
Ithamar= Sign post or pillar of immense prosperity
"The Sovereign Nation that is led by its most noble young persons contains the Tie That Binds, a sign that the community is supportive of itself."
Now begins the instructions in the making of the Zadok and the Tie that Binds:
7 The first lot fell to Jehoiarib, "Yah contends with..."
the second to Jedaiah [Yah hod], "those who are humble before him."
8 the third to Harim, "the Consigned..."
the fourth to Seorim, "Barley, Goats, Hairy Ones"
9 the fifth to Malkijah, "Prophets, priests, and the king..."
the sixth to Mijamin, "recruited right out of the Right Side..."
10 the seventh to Hakkoz, [hazaq arpazo] "strong ones, snatched away..."
the eighth to Abijah, "whom Yah has fathered..."
11 the ninth to Jeshua, "who cried out for salvation..."
the tenth to Shekaniah, "who depart from the frogs of Egypt..."
12 the eleventh to Eliashib, "reversed their motions..."
the twelfth to Jakim, "and rose up, they stood..."
13 the thirteenth to Huppah, "and protected the people..."
the fourteenth to Jeshebeab, "by returning East from the West, and then proceeding West from the East..."
14 the fifteenth to Bilgah, "annihilating..."
the sixteenth to Immer, "the talkers..."
15 the seventeenth to Hezir, "by being of sharp mind..."
the eighteenth to Happizzez, "and scattering the calves..."
16 the nineteenth to Pethahiah, "speaking hospitably before the mouth is opened..."
the twentieth to Jehezkel, [yah hazaq] "with the courage and strength of Yah.."
17 the twenty-first to Jakin, "He Establishes, He Will Give Certainty..."
the twenty-second to Gamul, "by making progress from fledgling to maturity..."
18 the twenty-third to Delaiah, "through the Door of Yah..."
and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah, "and to safety."
19 This was their appointed order of ministering when they entered the temple of the Lord, according to the regulations prescribed for them by their ancestor Aaron, as the Lord, the God of Israel, had commanded him.
To protect the hairy boy, an adolescent who is trying to become a man, even from the ravages of the Law is the job of a very special kind of Kohen called a Tzaddik.
Protection from all threats to a young Jew's self-esteem and ability to recognize God's Hand, the knitting work of His Fingers in all things, all times and places is the sacred consignment of this very special guide God calls upon out of the race of the Jewish people.
The greatest of their duties, as the Tanakh says, is the utter annihilation of all the voices of heretics, liars, slanderers, and false reports on the interior of the mind and in the world.
Recall also this section covers the Age of Solomon and the text mentions prophets, priests, and kings all bear the responsibilities of the Tzaddik and must collaborate on the creation of a refuge for the people of the kingdom from all the causes of harm, including the Sovereign and His State itself.
The people are expected to assist. The reasoning as the letters say is to take advantage of the resources available from collections of people- aka the government- that individuals are incapable of providing by themselves.
The Most High has not since recalled this Directive. His happiness depends on ours, and ours is interdependent with the ways others prospect their way through life. All we can say we really have in common as unique individuals is this Divine Law contained in the Torah, which explains how we should to it with the utmost propriety.
If we agree to do it on these terms first, what is left to our human providence will surely result in immediate and lasting success. We underestimate the power of the Laws of Noah and Moses to protect us from falling prey to transgression.
Do not slander, do not lie, do not be unfaithful or corrupt; we resist these things and give them none of the power over ourselves that is necessary if we plan to have God's grace in our lives. Let us begin by speaking well of it.
