ALL ABOUT ME - lilyisthatyou! this has been stuck in my head for weeks now, it's the most powerhouse john constantine song i've heard in years. to me, this is modern era blue suit constantine with a dash of systems of control arrogance, all spit-in-your-eye and "this is a non-smoking establishment" / "not for long." this is reputation intact, you-even-think-about-fucking-with-me-and-i'll-know constantine, and it's just an absolute banger besides. it also showcases some of his more troublesome aspects, like that fact that he's gotten so used to trouble chasing him that he's started to bank on it and manipulate circumstances specifically to trick that trouble onto someone else's doorstep looking for him, and his willingness to step on anybody and anything for a little one-upmanship that is constantly putting him up shit creek.

+ song for joanne: listen, LISTEN, ever since i listened to the black hole voice sample on your dossier page, i've been thinking of we want war - these new puritans for them. that low reverb at 0:20 just hits me right in the chest. the whole song feels like a battle between the disparate parts of yourself, ancient horror and human terror eventually building and combining in chorus.

The way to know you're putting your whole pussy into a work is when you go to make little playlists for the characters in it and get to shove in all the angstiest shit you listened to when you were 14 and it just works

I got all 3 at once in my 1st* steel soul run, feels AMAZING!! I don't really post much about my games and stuff but I couldn't help it, I been playing again for a few months and did something I wanted to share so bad.

*I had an attempt beforehand but died during a failed speedrun skip attempt not even 20m into the game so I sort of don't count it. However, losing my first run to a vengefly and then nailing it all second try is super funny

Still not using Spotify despite having a free account there due to my choice of going by principle. (Not a abundance of cash to throw st them either but it is mostly because of their closed source proprietary stance and I don’t stand that much, read the licensee terms over each site and whatnot. (Terms of Service and the like…))

I like the responses in the replies tab. Only two custom music playlists right now (on Apple Music rather than Spotify, moving to a more open source paradigm eventually) but beware that on every site that I enjoy enough content like YouTube or Pinterest for example, I curated vast playlists of interesting things and often exceed all curation metrics so I split them up on a monthly basis. Like 5000 entries per month and ~140+ playlists there (YT) right now and still tweaking such titans to my liking.

You can attest that I scare most of you with those numbers over what lurks in between but honestly I just am a humble life-long learner who has not resorted to asking questions on the esoteric side that far yet. (Haven’t spoken to ethereal entities over such in awakened state. Until very recently it was also valid on the dreamscape, but got dreams emulating alternative history ruler’s estates requests to an narrative extent that IS SAFE)

Anyway, grand enjoyer of bookmarks on multiple browsers for different use cases on different computing devices due to such being downloadable, using plain HTML and easy to sync/share across devices and programs.

Gonna update with more specific metrics of my choosing, explanations and examples once I feel ready to share such with you which shouldn’t take more than the remainder of the week despite being onto multiple WIPs too.
