"Niente petrolio ai Paesi che applicano il price cap": ecco la risposta di Putin
Putin ha firmato martedì un decreto presidenziale che vieta, a partire dal 1° febbraio 2023, l'esportazione di petrolio verso quei Paesi che applicano il tetto al prezzo del greggio russo. E' la risposta di Putin al limite di 60 dollari al barile del greggio russo deciso da Ue e Australia

This news might be disappointing for SEGA fans who care about the preservation of the companies’ rich history of video games ranging from arcade to consoles, including myself and fellow SEGAbits writers. As of now, SEGA plans to delist a selection of games and bundles from virtual stores across gaming platforms including Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Playstation starting on December 6th at 11:59pm PST.
If you happen to own the games on the following platforms, they will still be available in your library. You can still get them all for very good prices, so be sure not to miss out on the opportunity. Do you all think that this is a bad decision from SEGA or do you think they might have something planned for the titles down the line? Let us know in the comments below and hit the next section of the article to see the list of games that are planned to be delisted.

✨Prepare for an unsolicited info dump✨
I was tagged by @vixstarria , thanks so much for the tag friend!
• Do you make your bed?: well, I kind of just roll up the quilt/sheets so that it covers the bed but it always looks like shit lol.
• Favorite number: 7
• What’s your job?: I have.. a few of them. I do contract graphic design work for a local publishing company, I’m an artist and design my own T shirts/stickers and also do commissions - I love my jobs :> (well aside from the publishing company that one sucks)
• If you could go back to school would you?: Hell no, I hated school 😂 no… I just had undiagnosed adhd and struggled to keep my shit together. I made decent grades bc I always seemed to find a way to finagle things and make it work (mostly), but yeah the only thing I liked about it was meeting my best fren in college.
• Can you parallel park?: Ain’t no way. I’m a good driver for the most part but I can’t parallel park or back up into spaces for love nor money.
• Do you think aliens are real?: I’m positive that in the vast expanse of space there are many other intelligent beings but I don’t think they’re coming to earth. I’ve seen UFO’s multiple times in my life (with other ppl they can back me up lol) but tbh I just think it’s secret human technology that we plebs could not possibly fathom.
• Can you drive a manual car?: NAH
• What’s your guilty pleasure?: Good god I should feel guilty about all my pleasures but I reckon it’d be chugging Coke Zero and (7 times out of 10) staying up waaay too late for any responsible adult to be staying up.
• Tattoos?: I have 3, snowflakes on my right ankle (bc I’m a special snowflake but no actually I just really love snow lol), a pair of small wings (that I drew/had tattooed on me when I was 19) on my left shoulder and a garbage heap that was supposed to be the start of a back piece with a spine/roots that was tattooed far too deep (it’s scarred all to hell), crooked and ruined me of ever wanting another tattoo again lol. Seriously… it’s awful. (But I do want to get some small fandom tattoos one day)
• Favorite color?: I’m an edgelord so my favorite color is black (I know it’s a shade not a color)… color wise I guess probably purplish colors
• Favorite types of music?: Neoclassic/classical Instumental is what makes my soul sing, but alternative folksy music and varying degrees of ‘rock’. Post mortem themes are a plus (edgelord)
• Do you like puzzles?: sometimes, when my brain cooperates!
• Any phobias?: oh god… yeah. Worms/centipedes/ maggots, claustrophobia, games with underwater elements (thanks Ecco the dolphin for that irrational lifelong fear), mouse/rat traps (it’s the snapping), things cutting my hands/feet, ripping off a nail, lots of bugs in one space, calling people on the phone
• Favorite childhood sport: LOL
• Do you talk to yourself?: I have adhd and work from home, so yes, nonstop. I also talk to myself when I’m shopping (I judge everything very hard ok, the items and prices — they need commentary)
• What movies do you adore?: I don’t watch a lot of movies (adhd) and I’m not super fond of any of them aside from the LOTR movies and like… slingblade (for the quotes)
• Coffee or tea?: I love coffee but it doesn’t love me (and low acid/caffeine coffee just doesn’t hit the same) but I also drink liquid death tea nonstop so I guess Tea wins lol.
• First thing you wanted to be when growing up?: A paleontologist lol… then just an artist.. damn I dreamed so big, so bold
No pressure tagging @ollysoxisfree @littol-rascal @shanaraharlyah @jellymellydraws and anyone who wants to do the thing!

hey mim! i don't have really any poetry books at my house but ive been wanting to get a few. do you have any suggestions or ideas for what i should get? i don't have that much to spend so it'll only be a few books, and because it's a few im wondering if you have any favorites or anything you consider essential to have. asking because you have really excellent taste and i personally mostly read indivual poems (by usually really never the same author) rather than any sort of collections or whatever.
hello anon 🌹
I think if you can tell me which of the poems you've read that you've loved the most I can help a bit more but otherwise, if you are prone to reading individual poems more so than a single collection, then a poetry anthology is a v good thing to have at hand! Ones I've really enjoyed are A Book of Luminous Things: An International Anthology of Poetry (ed by Czeslaw Milosz whom I love), The Ecco Anthology of International Poetry (ed. Ilya Kaminsky whom I also adore) and Staying Alive: Unreal Poems for Unreal Times--the latter is part of a trilogy which includes Being Alive and Staying Human, as well as a fourth volume which brings together different poems from the three books, and might be a good way to experience the trilogy if you're on a budget!
Otherwise I don't have essentials, only ones that have really spoken to me--this may be different for you so I would def recommend testing the waters a little by finding some poems from the following poets online--I've probably posted a fair amount of them on my blog, too, I think--and see how you feel about them. In any case, some collections I've really enjoyed were: What the Living Do by Marie Howe, Sonnets and Elegies by Rilke, The Half-Finished Heaven by Tomas Tranströmer, Poppies in July by Sujata Bhatt, Devotions / Felicity by Mary Oliver, Bright Dead Things by Ada Limón, View with a Grain of Sand by Wislawa Szymborska, Concerning the Book That is the Body of the Beloved by Gregory Orr, Tell me / What is This Thing Called Love by Kim Addonzio, Deaf Republic by Ilya Kaminsky, A Tree Within / A Tale of Two Gardens by Octavio Paz, Almond Blossoms and Beyond / Memory for Forgetfulness: August, Beirut, 1982 (Mahmoud Darwish), Selected Poems by Paul Eluard
Also, and I don't know where you are in the world or how much books will usually cost there so this will depend on availability etc, but I do think a good idea for when you're trying to find books on a budget (and which is what I did at the start and STILL do), if it's something feasible for you, is to try and locate any secondhand booksellers near you and spend some time browsing the poetry section if they have one. Take your time with them, leaf through a few, or read a handful of the poems and see what speaks to you (it's also a good way of stumbling across something you may not otherwise have discovered).
I rarely, if ever, order my books off am*z*n but I'm also lucky enough to live in a place with very good access to secondhand / independent booksellers so I know this isn't always feasible for everyone. But if you are ordering your books online, and if their selections fall within your budget, I highly recommend world of books or better world books -- again, I don't know where you live or how shipping / delivery costs would work out for you but they're a very good place for secondhand (and new) literature at a lower price if you don't have access to those in person. I hope some of this helps, but again, please feel free to come back and tell me what some of your most loved poems are or if there are uniting themes / styles in the poems you enjoy most! I hope this helps in any case and best of luck, anon 💗

shooter's vaporwave era
in 2020, a reddit user posted to r/vaporwave looking for the album "ecco jams 420" by ecco plus 척맨슨. the only evidence for this album even existing are four songs that have been uploaded to a youtube channel called "vvpor tv": "smoking room," "goodbye," "vice city," and "the price of morality." the rest of the album appears to be lost. the op of this reddit post says ecco jams 420 contained 12 or 17 tracks, one of which was a sped up version of "boulevard of broken dreams."
some claim ecco plus 척맨슨 was shooter, others claim that they were different people. aside from what is listed in this post, there's no information about ecco plus 척맨슨, so there's no way to tell. however, ecco plus 척맨슨 WAS on the bandcamp for a label called ax-rc, or axrecs. the reddit account u/shooterdude69 was used to promote shooter's music as school shooter, as well as music released on the ax-rc bandcamp.

Sega Genesis: The Cyberpunk Playground of the '90s
In the era when pixels reigned supreme and neon-lit dystopias captivated gamers' imaginations, Sega Genesis stood as the edgy, rebellious counterpart to Nintendo's more family-friendly image. The '90s were a time when cyberpunk thrived on Sega's 16-bit console, offering players a glimpse into gritty, futuristic worlds filled with corporate intrigue, cyber-enhanced mercenaries, and high-speed sports. In this article, we'll delve into some of the iconic cyberpunk-themed games for the Sega Genesis that left a lasting impression on gamers. We'll explore Syndicate, Corporation, Speedball 2, Shadowrun, and two more gems that embraced the cyberpunk ethos.
1. Syndicate (1994)
The Future is Yours... For a Price
Slick Corporation: Syndicate takes you into a dystopian future controlled by mega-corporations. As a newly appointed Syndicate Executive, your mission is to expand your corporate dominion by any means necessary. The isometric view and strategic gameplay immerse you in a world of cybernetic agents and hostile takeovers.
Good Points: Syndicate's dark atmosphere and compelling narrative draw you into its morally ambiguous world. The tactical gameplay offers depth and challenge, and the cybernetic enhancements for your agents are a blast.
Bad Points: The graphics, while atmospheric, may feel dated today, and the controls take some getting used to. The difficulty can be punishing, testing your strategic prowess.
2. Corporation (1992)
Corporate Warfare Like Never Before
Neon Noir: Corporation takes place in a world where corporations rule with an iron fist. As a freelance agent, you're hired to infiltrate rival corporations, sabotage their operations, and seize control. The isometric view and real-time strategy gameplay make for a cyberpunk power struggle.
Good Points: Corporation's real-time strategy elements are engaging, and the cyberpunk aesthetic is on point. The ability to customize your agent's cyberware adds depth to the gameplay.
Bad Points: The difficulty spikes can be frustrating, and the lack of a tutorial can leave you feeling lost initially. The graphics, while serviceable, aren't as polished as some other titles.
3. Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe (1990)
The Sport of the Future
Hyperkinetic Blitz: Speedball 2 brings cyberpunk to the sports arena. In this futuristic blend of handball and mayhem, you control a team of ruthless players in a fast-paced, violent sport. Upgrade your players, aim for the goals, and take down your opponents in style.
Good Points: Speedball 2's frantic gameplay is addictive, and the cyberpunk-infused stadiums add a unique twist to the sports genre. It's easy to pick up and play, making it a great multiplayer option.
Bad Points: This game has no bad points ;)
4. Shadowrun (1994)
Magic Meets Technology
Urban Fantasy Noir: Shadowrun combines cyberpunk with urban fantasy. Set in a dystopian Seattle, you play as a shadowrunner, a blend of hacker, mercenary, and spellcaster. The game is a unique mix of role-playing and adventure, where your choices shape the narrative.
Good Points: Shadowrun's rich storytelling and open-ended gameplay provide an immersive experience. The fusion of technology and magic adds a fresh layer to the cyberpunk genre.
Bad Points: The learning curve can be steep, especially for those new to role-playing games. The interface can be clunky, and the combat can be challenging.
5. Ecco the Dolphin (1992)
A Cybernetic Dolphin's Odyssey - you ain't trippin' hear me out...
Underwater Adventure: Ecco the Dolphin may seem like an odd choice, but beneath its serene surface lies a subtle cyberpunk narrative. Ecco, a time-traveling dolphin, must navigate a future Earth ruled by an alien machine intelligence. The game's beautiful visuals and haunting music create a unique atmosphere.
Good Points: Ecco's atmosphere and storytelling are captivating, and the underwater world is a joy to explore. The game's puzzles provide a good challenge.
Bad Points: The difficulty can be frustrating, and some players may find the non-linear gameplay confusing. It's not a traditional cyberpunk game but offers a different take on the genre.
6. Herzog Zwei (1990)
Mechs in the Metropolis
Real-Time Strategy: Herzog Zwei blends cyberpunk aesthetics with real-time strategy. You control a transforming mech, leading armies to conquer the battlefield. Strategic thinking and resource management are key to victory.
Good Points: Herzog Zwei's unique blend of action and strategy is addictive. The multiplayer mode is a blast, and the cyberpunk-inspired environments are visually appealing.
Bad Points: The controls can be challenging to master, and the learning curve is steep. The lack of a tutorial may leave you feeling overwhelmed at first.
In the '90s, Sega Genesis carved a niche for itself in the cyberpunk gaming landscape. From strategic espionage in Syndicate to futuristic sports in Speedball 2, these games transported players to dystopian worlds filled with intrigue and innovation. Whether you were hacking into corporate databases or leading a team of ruthless athletes, the Sega Genesis had something for every cyberpunk enthusiast. So, dust off your console, and immerse yourself in the neon-soaked, cyber-enhanced adventures of the past. The '90s may be long gone, but the cyberpunk legacy of Sega Genesis lives on.

Dear Acme Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase made through your official website. On [purchase date], I bought a Sprunzillo action figure as a birthday gift for my friend's son, who is an ardent Gianni e Pinotto fan. Regrettably, this action figure turned out to be of incredibly poor quality, as both of its legs broke at the hip joint within just two hours of being gifted. As a long-time Acme enthusiast, I have always held your brand in high regard for its commitment to excellence and creating magical experiences. It deeply saddens me to inform you that this purchase has significantly tarnished that perception. Considering the high standards Acme is known for, I expected nothing less than a durable and reliable toy, especially when purchased through your official channels. My friend's son was beyond excited to receive this Sprunzillo action figure on his special day, only to have his joy dashed within hours due to a catastrophic failure in the product's design or inherent flaw. Not only has this situation impacted the child's happiness, but as the gift giver, I am left feeling embarrassed and let down by the Acme brand. I kindly request immediate action to resolve this issue. It is disheartening to witness the disappointment on a young child's face after a toy, which should bring joy and enchantment, crumbles within minutes. I would appreciate a replacement action figure that meets the quality standards that Acme is renowned for, or a full refund of the purchase price. Please provide clear instructions on how to proceed with this complaint and ensure that proper measures are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. I also expect that my friend's son receives a genuine apology for the disillusionment he experienced on his birthday. I have attached images portraying the damage caused to the Sprunzillo action figure for your reference. The breaks on both legs occurred at the exact same spot - the hip joint, which suggests a serious manufacturing defect. This flaw not only falls short of my expectations but also raises concerns about the quality control processes in place. I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and promptly address this matter. Please strive to uphold the reputation of your brand by providing satisfactory resolutions for your customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I hope to hear back from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Brividi.

Xbox 360 XBLA titles without Xbox One /Series X Support, still available to buy!
Following our latest video on the Xbox 360 store shutdown, here is the full list of Xbox Live Arcade games still up to buy on the Xbox 360. If you haven't seen the video you can watch it below.
youtube
With the Xbox 360 store closing on the 29th of July, this list baring the odd error shows all the XBLA games in the United Kingdom Xbox 360 Marketplace Shop. That don't work on Xbox One or Series X and will be lost for good at the end of the month. Some have Xbox One releases, but many are Xbox 360 exclusive. Now the final price drop event on 360 is due to happen on the 16/17th of July.
It seems unlikely any DLC will get reduced so the expensive Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends DLC you will just have to pay through the nose for! If we get time we will try to cover on Demand Games and DLCs next week.
Note at present we are still notes games not all games with extra download content on XBLA are listed correctly yet same with Xbox One versions of some games. As we discussed in our previous videos using the website to buy content is next to impossible and we are buy content via the Xbox 360 in console store.
Warning as per our previous video about the problems we had with the Rabbids Invasions Season Pass. We advice users avoid season passes on the service most are broken.
Any mistakes or omissions please do let us know. Drop us an email, comment or send us a tweet. Also let us know about any Japanese, North America or other games not available in the UK on XBLA and still up and we will add them. greetings! i hope you don't mind me popping into the ask box, i just wanted to ask what fineliner pens (if i have identified correctly) you used for your bildad drawing and what tip widths you use - i'm getting back into the art and just really liked how the lines looked on that piece! (i've been stuck outlining things with biro and it's a thing)
Hi!
Of course I don't mind at all, getting an ask is rather exciting actually, feel free to reach out anytime.
I use these Ecco Pigment fineliners from Faber-Castell. I got them at a local art supply store quite a while back so ,I'm not sure if they sell in your area or even whether they're still available at all, because although you can find them on the Faber-Castell website, there's no price listed. But if I remember they were around $4 a piece, mid-price range.
I'm very happy with them. I've had them for maybe 2-3 years and been using them semi-frequently and they're still going strong. The tips don't fray or bend at all. They also don't smudge when you go over them with an eraser to get rid of any remnants of the initial pencil sketch, at most the colour gets a bit dimmer at places where you have to erase more, but going over that once more with the marker fixes that right up. I've used them on all sorts of paper and so far haven't had any problems with ink bleeds or tearing. They're also pretty comfy to hold.
The only downside I could find is that sometimes the colour feels more like very dark grey than true black, but honestly I feel that way about pretty much all liners I've ever used, so maybe that's more of an eye problem than anything else.
I've got the 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 tips, but in all honesty the two thickest ones don't get much use.
The Bildad drawing is no exception. Most of the base features, the animals, the highlights in the hair etc were done with the 0.1, same for the writing. Then the finer details (and the poor attempt at shading, heh) were done with the 0.05. Most of Bildad's hair (more denined curles) is single-line 0.3 and any bolder outlines or block of colour (the jawline, glasses...) is just 0.3 too, gone over a few times. Probably would have gotten more consistent line thickness and better control if I had gone in with the 0.5 but I literally don't know what I'm doing, so :')).
Wellp! I'm very much not an authority on any of this, I'm not an artist by any stretch of the imagination, but I like messing about with my pens and talking about it so this ask was fun, thanks! Hope that helps and good luck with picking out liners that work for you. Super psyched to hear you're getting back into it, hope you have lots of fun. And if you ever want to share your art I'd love to see it.
Including a photo of the liners themselves and a little swatch sample of what they write like:
#I don't need an ask tag but it seems fun when others do it and now I've got a chance. so.#chaotic answers

The people of Taiwan want peace, but the traitors and puppets who govern them want war, unable to accept the political defeat bestowed upon them they want to try for a military victory,a most futile attempt to obtain the blessing of their American masters as the island will burn, but no ammo,no shell nor demon of hell can same them, this rabid dogs will be brought to trial and the nato puppets who dare try to help them will pay the ultimate price for it
The post is machine translated
Translation and sources are at the bottom
The collective is on telegram
📄 Ecco i punti chiave:

⚠️ SEPARATIST NONSENSE AT "LE FIGARO" BY JOSEPH WU, "MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS" OF THE TAIWAN PUPPET REGIME - PART 1⚠️
🇹🇼 Joseph Wu - "Minister of Defense" of the Taiwan puppet regime - gave a delirious interview to Le Figaro, full of unofficially declared separatism for fear of the Anti-Secession Law.
📄 Here are the key points:
1️⃣ "The majority of Taiwanese are ready to defend their country and fight for freedom", this statement is - as well as serious - completely false.
📊 Just over a month ago, in the Local Elections of November 26, the Democratic Progressive Party - of which Joseph Wu is a member - took a huge beating, losing almost EVERYWHERE, while the KMT - a party that certainly cannot be defined as pro -CPC, but is conducive to good relations with the People's Republic - won a big victory ☀️
🇹🇼 The population of the island does not want war, does not want a confrontation with the People's Republic of China and the People's Liberation Army, this puppet, this other-directed puppet from Washington, is - more than representing the population of the island - sending a "message" to some western liberal ready to take charge of the most sinister anti-Chinese separatism 🇺🇸
🇨🇳 Finally, Taiwan is not a "country", no matter how much these separatists repeat - slowly - secessionist slogans, Taiwan is an integral part of China, it belongs to China, it is Chinese and even the USA has officially recognized it, in the three Communiqués Sino-American joints 🧾
2 ️ ⃣ The pro-US puppet claims that China is using the "Taiwan card" to divert internal pressure in the face of the problems inherent in the People's Republic.
🤔 Curious to hear a similar discourse, he is certainly right about one thing: geopolitically speaking Taiwan is a card to play, but for the USA, which since the 1950s, from the cowardly escape of Chiang Kai-shek, have transformed the island into a puppet regime designed to contain the rise of the People's Republic.
💥 Promoting aggressiveness to deflect in the face of internal problems has always been a Western idea: whenever problems arise, it is always the fault of some other country, from Russia to China - "Russia's fault", "Russia's fault", of China" - this attitude has bored most of the peoples of the world.
⭐️ Reducing National Reunification to a "mere excuse" for the deflection of internal problems means not wanting to recognize the 1979 Message of Peace, the "Three Links" and "Four Streams" proposed by the CPC to the island government, rejected by Chiang Ching-kuo, who publicly announced greater dependence on the US as a response.
📄 For those who want to deepen and have the posts at hand:
🔺 Hecatombs in local elections for the DPP and Tsai Ing-wen.
🔺 Relations between USA, Japan and the puppet regime of Taiwan, historical notes - I, II, III.
🔺 History of Taiwan.
