So I found this screenshot and I'm not sure where it's from but it seems pretty official. Anyways, I just found it really interesting that at one point Ladybug and Chat Noir weren't supposed to work together. It feels like the whole early concept of "Ladybug doesn't want to work with Chat due to his bad luck" but ramped up even more.
#timeline#this must have been really early in the sort of of concepts#bc i'm pretty sure there's that one mini menace cover that shows ladybug and chat together#but it was one of the later mini menace covers with the younger characters#so maybe this was one of the concepts in the original mini menace?#honestly idk#ladybug classic#pre canon mlb

Tbf though, the bibles that have been released are post pv. So the ideas that went into the pv would have been different.
If anything, to me it seems like there was some kind of internal struggle for making Adrien/Felix be more of a foil for Marinette vs having him be the standard ideal boyfriend. I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they inevitably became two separate characters entirely.
In fact i notice that a few characters seem to jumble traits that would either go to another character later on, or even become a different character completely.
One of those characters is early bible variants of fu feel like a mix between canon Fu, Su Han, and Rolland Dupain. Also Alix and Renauld both feel kinda like precursors to Nino in different ways. Renauld in his personality and later association with music, as well as Alix in her relationship with Adrien, and basically insinuating that she'd fight his dad for him.
If anything i'd say these early versions of Adrien feel more like a transition from one character, to a different character. The only constant really is his personality as Chat Noir.
I love how we now know how much of a just boldfaced lie this was
Like we have the records
You got adrien by sanding down Felix until he had basically nothing left
His hobbies? All got turned into lessons and stuff he’s forced to do instead of likes
His dream? Ahhh well. He doesn’t know yet
Friendship with Marinette? Went from close friends with Marinette just struggling to confess to “mere classmates”
Relationship with Fu? Scrubbed off entirely
Gorilla? Turned from a father figure man with a name who knew he was CN and was down to support him and help with alibis for “brick with no personality we’re not planning on developing”
Hell the lore bibles even consistently mention Felix/Adrien being into football and it’s just gone
All of Felix/Adriens personality just went poof as the series was developing
They didn’t scrap Felix, they took away his parts until he was unrecognisable and slapped a new coat of paint on it.
This was so disingenuous and for what?.?? Owning the people who like felix and are curious if he’ll return?
Oh also his emphasis on curse was also seemingly lying, it’s like, never brought up with the versions of the plots that have “Felix”

All the mlb asks on your blog made me search up some fics. But in the tags n storylines (salt and someone both helping Mari and calling her out on her bull) the fics usually have Felix (PV version on the current one) instead of Adrian as the other main character and I keep wanting to sigh in understanding
Yeah Felix is a pretty natural character to come in as Marinette's ally against Lila and the class turned against her.
Up until it was leaked/his intro ep, Astruc long made it clear his dislike of Felix, and insisting that Felix was never coming back, so people needed to stop asking him about Felix. Under that belief, between fandom intrigue with him and him set up as a good antagonist if not villain (as we don't have a mean boy in the cast), Felix became more the fandom's character as Astruc abandoned him.
And given we had very limited info on him aside from concept art, he was crafted to our needs with light guidelines to work off of. And with many agreeing that he's a "take no bs" sort, and many felt upset by Adrien and his response to Lila turning the class against Marinette, and not having her back as much as promised, it's easy to see why that would lead to neutral Felix coming in, able to see the bull, Marinette's the only one to see the bull, leading to an alliance between the two.
Additionally, as Felix is naturally set up as a mean character, he is the catharsis for creatives to let out their frustrations and call out the bs of the classmates, Marinette's "friends" who easily chose Lila over her. I don't think it'd be a stretch for Marinette to get upset and hurt by her friends, but the show doesn't ever let her get mad at her friends, even when they wronged or hurt her, she's more forgiving and tolerable. So Felix can naturally come in to do what Marinette cannot by canon's standards.
Lastly, he's a character who's not a stretch to be her close friend and darkwhite knight in this situation. In early development, they do have history of being a close pair, he was the Chat Noir prior to Adrien, and he was meant to become Marinette's close ally and romantic partner. And with Adrien in the know about Lila, doing nothing to the bare minimum to help Marinette, and having a growing list of frustrations prior; Adrien has not set himself up as an actual ally to help Marinette.
So those are the main reasons on why it's Felix over Adrien in the Lila-class salt fics. There's a lot of aspects to him that just make him an easy inclusion, and Adrien just really upset people.
#ask Punchie#ml salt#adrien salt#I hope I answered what you were asking#I got the impression you wondering why it was Felix over Adrien

Finally got around to drawing Élodie! The last artwork i did makes her look scary lol but shes a cutie pie trust me.
Some info about her:
She does ballet. She dislikes it though, and only does it because she’s forced to. She doesn’t want to be under the spotlight doing the jumps and twirls. Rather, she wants to be the one behind the camera lens, the one over the keyboard writing article after article about ballet.
Her hobby is photography. Her parents dont approve, but her older brother helps her out by getting her an early internship at the magazine where he works. Through this internship is where she will first meet adrien.
She’s a mean ass bitch lol. Has absolutely zero friends because she hates everyone at school. Alya specifically hates her the most because when she came up to Élodie to ask her if she wanted to help her with the school paper (since she knows the girl also likes journalism), Élodie just gave her a rude look and walked away, earning alyas scorn ever since haha
This isnt just some quirk, its one of her biggest problems, along with her temper. She sees people as nuisances and beneath her, ignoring the fact that she needs people in her life. Her journey —aided by her kwami— will be to be truer to herself, and learn tolerance and altruism, and be more accepting of people’s friendship.
Her favorite thing in the world is chocolate. Its an actual obsession, something her parents dont approve of (shocker) because she “has to keep her figure”. But she ignores them, and keeps a stash of it on her at all times.
The second picture is what i think she’d look like if she switched her miraculous (Élodie says she hates the bows but the girly girl inside her is jumping for joy).
Alternate Universe details under the cut!
So basically, élodie is from my enhance mlb au thats been spinning in my head recently. It’s basically a mix of early seasons miraculous and concept mlb.
It’s unlikely that this will ever be anything but a concept au bc i have commitment issues but-
Here are the things i changed/added (when it comes to the heroes):
I always thought that lb’s miraculous ladybug power shouldnt be exclusive to her, so i removed it in favor of bringing back her concept powers (the shapeshifting yoyo). In the case of cn, i gave him his old power of black hole because why the hell does he have one power????
But this poses a problem— who will cleanse the akumas? Thats where élodie comes in!
For context, in this au Ladybug and Chat Noir are WAYYYY more chaotic:
Ladybug is still the planner, but her plans are way crazier and confusing to carry out. She gets so caught up in her imagination and idea of a plan, that she fails to consider what might happen if it goes wrong.
Chat Noir is more destructive, more trigger happy with his cataclysm. He finally gets to be free of his dad breathing down his neck and he’ll he damned if he won’t enjoy it!
Élodie as Cigognelle will be the mediator between them. She makes sure the balance is kept, and that they dont blow up the world while theyre trying to save it. That is the purpose of the crane miraculous. It has the power of reguvination and longevity. The balance is preserved, lengthened, and anomalies are corrected.
Its power of increasing its holder’s lifespan made it a favorite of guardians, including Master Fu.
Its kwami, Xiann, is wise and all knowing, often picking his own holders. He sees potential in them, and aids them into becoming true cranes — true upholders of the balance between creation and destruction.
To summarize, here are the big 3’s powers. There will be primary, secondary, and passive powers for each.
Ladybug:
Primary: Lucky Charm, gives the holder clues to help them win the battle. Same as the og.
Secondary: bug bomb/shield/staff. Its in the name, the holder can transform the yoyo into one of these weapons. They can only transform it once each battle, so ladybugs must carefully choose which one will aid them. This doesn’t mean it cant go back to its og form, just that it cant turn into a bomb AND a shield in the same battle.
Passive: grants good luck to its holder. No downsides, ladybugs really are just blessed.
Oh and for fun lets give them side effects.
Side effect: holders become far more tired in the winter, sleeping longer.
Black Cat:
Primary: Cataclysm, destroys anything the holder touches, turning it into dust. Also no change.
Secondary: Black hole. The black cat holder can teleport objects from one black hole to the next. Only two black holes can be present at the same time.
Passive: grants bad luck to its holder. This causes a lot of strife for the holders, but once they learn to accept their miraculous the bad luck will lessen, though never fading.
Side effect: black cats become more nocturnal after becoming the holders of this miraculous, and may or may not have a strange fascination with small, moving objects…. (They have enough self restraint to not chase after them though…)
Crane:
Primary: Ameliorate, which heals all damage caused by unnatural forces, such as kwami powers. However, if the damage from the fight happened too long ago, it will be considered a part of the natural environment, and will only restore future damage up to that point.
Secondary: Gust. Allows the holders to create powerful wind gusts with a flap of their “wings”. Only three gusts can be created each battle (because i had to give this power a downside)
Passive: extends its holder’s lifespan by 20 and up to 40 years. Depending on how long it takes the crane holder to become a true crane, their life span will either increase by a bit (if they learn sooner) or by a BUNCH (if its later).
Side effect: lying becomes way harder, and honesty — especially to oneself — will be all that the holders can say. Also, cranes often find themselves becoming more sociable after gaining their miraculous, which is often a shock since most cranes start of as quite antisocial.
All three can cleanse akumas but only the crane can restore damage !
And thats all!!
This formatting was horrible but i didnt plan any of this, its all word vomit LOL. If you have any thoughts about this, or any way my au can be improved (bc im really trying to make sure all protagonists get equal importance and care, i don’t want Cigognelle to be a mary sue lol) please make a comment! I dont have anyone thinking this up with me, its all from my noggin, so feedback is always welcome!

(I've been out of a drawing mood recently, so you get never before seen sketches, whoo!)
"Yeah I've watched My Hero Academia. Do I like it? Um- Well I have seen it..."
I started watching Miraculous Ladybug because I heard it was kinda bad but at least interesting bad. I watched MHA because people told me it was good, and I feel a little lied to...
I didn't make it to season 4 for MHA, and people tell me I jumped off at a bad time, that I need to push through to the good stuff. But if the good stuff is blocked behind more than 4 episodes I'm giving up. MHA's was blocked behind like 12. (Based on what I've been told is happening in the manga, I made a good choice...)
Don't get me wrong, the concept is interesting, most of the extended cast is wonderful, I like most of the character and costume designs, and the animation is absolutely beautiful at times but BOY did I struggle with this shows pacing and some of its cast. I mostly held onto the show for the So Bad It's Good factor, similar to why I've watched every episode of MLB despite disliking a good third or the episodes.
Naturally I had to shove these two shows together at least twice. Anyone who reads my Ao3 regularly will know I started Beetles, Bees, and Butterflies, but these two were actually from my first concept of a crossover. Where Izuku has both the Ladybug and Black Cat miraculous and uses the Cat to be vigilante and the Ladybug to be a hero student. He justifies this with, it's not illegal quirk usage if it's magic.
In the story plan he uses the Cat first, so I tried to pull more heavily from his different hero outfits early on (plus his scarf from later), as well as a few of All Mights costumes since I figured those would be rattling around in his head at the time.
For the Ladybug design, I figured he'd intentionally try and differentiate himself from Bakeneko, and because he's a bit more confident and feels more put together the suit reflects that. I still brought in a few references to his later hero outfits with the stripes on his arms, the placement of his armor pads, the face mask, and his shoes (which I hate, but they fit), etc. I added bright blue to the pallet because it looks nice, and his hair is still green, I just didn't color it here. Finally, Tento's face makeup, which I just thought was fun. He has black around his eyes and white freckles.

the fact my OC Diana in Hans spin-off fanfic was designed to honor underrated Elsa's first concept art (it slayed anyway, kinda bad it was deleted... especially Elsa with redemption arc and evil at first in Anna and the Snow Queen 2012/late 2013 concept), and Elsa is in her current form and outfit in this so.... Hans is torn in a love triangle not only with two Elsas, but also torn between a literal Snow Queen and another Snow Queen, just in the Light and Dark variants (Diana in this fanfic is actually a girl from the small desolated Southern Isles village, so she is just BASED on early Elsa, not actually being her)...
this gives me major Cat Noir from Miraculous vibe lol
So Hans is basically torn between the same person but not actually the same person. Yeah, it's that same complicated as Love Square in MLB. but still tasty. i eat it up.
this fanfic will be good. i swear it lollll :)

i will, don’t test me thomas doodooballs. my hatred for you triumphs everything 🔥🔥🔥 once i familiarise myself with mlb (🤮) i will maybe write a test script for an episode.
thomas and his writing team is proof that just because you have a job in something doesn’t mean you’re good at it.
huge rant and ramble:
as an avid enjoyer of story telling, i strongly despise everyone behind the writing of mlb.
firstly, marinette is supposed to have bad luck through her ditziness. i watched a few episodes, and her “bad luck” seems to just be with anything regarding adrien? it’s actually just more of her being obsessive and leading to stupid mistakes. on the other hand, bridgette obviously has bad luck. getting drenched, burning her tongue, yet she smiles through it. THIS IS POTENTIAL FOR BRIDGETTE’S CHARACTER. marinette’s character has never been properly explained. why is she this way? why is she different as ladybug? (honestly is she even different? kinda, but it’s not obvious) we sure do know why adrien is more carefree as chat noir. but not marinette. on the other hand, the set up for bridgette’s character can lead to so many plot possibilities. why is she so optimistic? is it because it’s what is expected of her? is she purposefully dense? when she gets drenched by the car, she pauses for a short while looking solemn, then smiles. but that smile looks pained almost. like she’s sick of acting that way. (yes i know i’m looking too much into a pv but that’s the point. i’m saying why the pv has potential.) therefore, as ladybug, she can be herself. someone who does whatever she wants, going ahead without thought, being the person she cannot be. anyways, why the hell is marinette even in love with adrien anyways. he just gave her a god damn umbrella or smth idk. i believe my baby bridgette loves felix because she truly sees his soft side. it may be cliche but it sure is a better reason than an umbrella.
secondly, felix. thomas and his team said he was too much like a cliche male anime protagonist, and adrien would let them tell more interesting stories. i mean sure, but it’s most ironic how they even FAILED AT THAT. i rather a cliche male anime protagonist than bitch boy adrien who is as bland as cardboard. felix being cold to those around him is very reasonable because as a model, he’s used to people only liking him for looks and his money. he thinks that bridgette only likes him for those reasons, so he pushes her away. but as chat noir, felix, like bridgette, is able to be someone he truly feels. unrestrained by societal pressures. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BOTH POLAR OPPOSITES, ONE BEING COLD WHILE THE OTHER IS TOO WARM, THEY SUFFER FROM THE SAME ISSUES DEEP DOWN. AS HEROES THEY ARE THEMSELVES. ISNT THIS COOL????? ISNT THIS A GOOD STORYTELLING POINT?????????? then even though he needs to kiss ladybug to break the curse, he soon falls in love with her because he admires her boldness, which is something he lacks when he’s himself. he doesn’t have the courage to stand up against his father. i think mlb chat noir likes ladybug for similar reasons but i don’t remember it being connected like that. (never watched the entire 100+ episodes, only bits and pieces, and read up other stuff so might be wrong.)
i believe his team is just straight lazy. they watered down the relationships and characters to the point that dynamic contrast is just not as powerful as before. in early preproduction art, the concept shown is supposed to revolve heavily around the idea of opposites. marinette is now just an obsessive stalker and adrien takes it. chat noir flirts with ladybug and she takes it. where’s the rejection from the opposite party??? where’s the oomph?? where’s the spice???
i do enjoy the concept of them letting go of their crushes. but i didn’t like how it was done in the series. it’s as if the writers don’t fucking know the hell they’re going. felix struggles with understanding whether he truly loves bridgette or is it because of the effects of the ring’s curse. does he really want the curse to be gone? while it gives him bad luck, he gets to be himself. what does he truly want? for bridgette, she realises that she is bothering felix too much. wanting the best for him and for her to focus on being ladybug, she learns to leave him in the past for both their good. she also suffers with the weight of being the main heroine. even though she uses her identity as ladybug to be free of expectations and responsibilities, yet it’s coming back to haunt her so she starts to feel stress. while chat noir and bridgette backs away, felix and ladybug realise that they miss the other’s company since the other was always there for them when they needed it the most. the way this was written in mlb was awfully horrible.
look at what i can do thomas astruc, look at the potential. “their chemistry sucks it’ll never work” SUCK MY BALLS WHAT BULLSHIT IS THAT.
anyways, other than the obvious reason as to why the animation is a lot more visually striking and can express more things the cgi can’t (dynamic movement, special effects, etc) (funny enough, the people behind mlb said the cgi made the show more dynamic???), this is why the pv has much more potential and i will never stop believing that.
(also why didn’t the cgi ever put in effort to make ladybug and chat noir look different than their normal selves. it’s the biggest fucking plot hole that never attempts to change. even the pv tries to make bridgette’s hair change.) (sorry for low quality but see, her hair is more messy too.)
thomas astruc and zag youre just lazy money grabbing bastards 🗣️ i stand by that. if you’re truly passionate about what you want to do (which i believe you guys were until you weren’t), you wouldn’t have sacrificed quality for money.
“the concept of the original show dealt with political themes geared towards teens and young adults but it failed to gain traction with networks so it retooled for a younger audience.” other than the team failing to realise that “cliche” doesn’t automatically mean bad, the other huge fault is that they think children are stupid and can’t handle heavier themes. look at bluey, look at all the series out there with a relatively large children audience which also deal with such stuff. it’s not impossible, it just needs exceptional writing skills. but what can i expect from a team like that.
sorry not sorry, i’m pretty mad. i have a lot of other complaints but i already spent 2h writing this. down with thomas astruc!!!!! all hail ladybug pv!!!!!!
#ladybug pv#thomas astruc#fuck you thomas astruc#bridgette cheng#i love bridgette so much#felix agreste#felix too#hey toei it’s time to make ladybug pv into an independent show and make sure not to hire anyone from the current mlb team hire me#i’m gonna cry myself to sleep

𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗧.
𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 : zen'in maki ( 禪院真希 ).
𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 :
zen'in maki ( 禪院真希 ) —
in zen'in ( 禪院 ) , 'zen' ( 禪 ) is a translation of chinese chán, which ultimately comes from sanskrit dhyāna meaning meditation. ( 院 ) in means 'institution'
in maki ( 真希 ), 'ma' ( 真 ) means "real" or "genuine," and ki ( 希 ) means "hope".
zen'in can roughly be translated to 'zen hall/temple' - interesting to note that the school of zen buddhism likens its teachings as a finger pointing to the moon. in that, its teachings can lead to enlightenment - but there is caution not to get stuck focusing on the finger. essentially, not getting stuck in dogma or the teachings themselves but the fruit of the teachings. for an incredibly dogmatic and conservative clan, there is definitely some irony when you look at it through that lens.
𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗦 : maki first and foremost. people generally only call her by zen'in once before learning not to do so again.
𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 : asian ( japanese ).
𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘 :
- maki's family initially pushed her take up naginata when she was younger. however, after witnessing the kendo class going on at the same time she relented and insisted on doing kendo instead. eventually her parents permitted her. this was considered a little out of the ordinary as kendo and naginata are traditionally ( wrongfully, of course ) understood as 'men' and 'women' sports respectively. she trained alongside another girl in the class named umeko, who became an early ( but soon drifted apart from ) friend of hers. - maki is a pretty inept cook; not for lack of trying or inability but she simply prefers the tastes of 'junk food' - her palette is sometimes a subject of jokes among her classmates. but she is content with easy snacks and fried food. - maki has a pretty poor concept of money; moreso than the average teenager even. being raised in the zen'in family generally meant there was no shortage of money for comforts and luxuries. she tries to be cognizant of this financially privledged upbringing ( and certainly never flaunts it ) but the logistics of saving money and the worth of certain objects doesn't necessarily click with her.
𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 :
- fishing. its simple, its quiet and low-stress. when she was younger she'd find her way down to creeks and other wooded areas to get away from her family and the general hustle and bustle of downtown. she'd occasionally bump into groups of fishermen who'd let her hold the fish they'd catch. - running. its her most enjoyed form of physical fitness. she prefers to wake up early in the morning, before anyone else is up, and get in a long run through the empty streets of town. she's more focused on stamina and distance over speed. her long-term goal is to compete in an ultramarathon (100 mi long race) - watching baseball. maki is a big fan of baseball ( and, as evidenced by the goodwill event certainly capable of playing it well as well ) while her favorite team are the saitama lions, she is a fan of kenta maeda and has followed his career onto the detroit lions when he transitioned to the MLB
𝗦𝗜𝗫 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗦 / 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 :
- yuuta: while the two had a rocky start she has come to have immense respect for him and his growth as both a person and a jujutsushi - inumaki and panda: classmates who have become great friends, understanding of her circumstances and always willing to support each other - nobara: someone who's not afraid of speaking her mind and sees through others, something maki finds both refreshing and comforting. she enjoys spending her free time with her, which says a lot as maki values her alone-time when she can get it. - mai: despite it all, maki does love her sister. that is why she executes her last wish with no regrets. the blade she carries now is a reminder of that love, which manifested in the ultimate sacrifice someone can make for another. - megumi & yuji: while their antics can be a little much sometimes, maki has a fair deal of respect for the first-years after seeing what their capable of. - jotaro: while she doesn't quite understand his cool nature at first, she comes to learn that he has a heart of gold and the willpower to always go above and beyond to protect those he cares about
𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗦 :
- after shibuya, maki does regret having spent most of her time with mai fighting. although it was inevitable they'd clash she wishes they could have spent more time together after coming to terms with their predicament. its not a regret that causes her to place any blame on herself, rather a regret that they were dealt this hand. a regret that mai couldn't at least have had the life she wanted to. - spending more time with others when she had the chance; chiefly nobara. though hours of training paid off, she didn't realize just how little time she'd have to spend with everyone until after shibuya. if she knew their time as "just highschool students" was so fleeting she would've spent more weekends at the mall or arcade with everyone.
𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗔𝗦 :
- losing herself or her drive, mostly compromising her ideals. this is something she worries about moreso prior to confronting the zen'in clan; but it is something she is always cognizant of. she has a worry in the back of her mind that she'll be tempted to take the easy route, to conform back to what the zen'in wish of her. it seems like an irrational phobia for someone so driven and outspoken about her goals but nevertheless its one of those fears that sits just below the surface. - i honestly cannot think of another at the moment but this is something i want to come to back to so im going to put a pin in it !
tagged by : @waraningyo (thank you!!) tagging : @goodgrieved / @omezuki ( your choice ! ), @vessuna @mellodiies @dontm0ve @reqciems ( mai, or your choice ! ) @pontevoix ( haibara or gojo ! ) and anyone else pls steal
#★ ・﹙ to spite them zen'in maki ﹚#★ ・ ( im at my best maki hcs )#wew that kind of took a lot of thinking but was v helpful#anyways if you see any mispellings no u dont

an MLB AU i put way too much time and thought into
.
here are some changes i've already made:
there are only 8 miraculous
the roles will be altered from the canon
the relationships will be altered from the canon
all ages are the same ( 18 and up ), so the setting is college
for right now, i have no images, but expect the costumes to look different, as i hate most of them
disclaimer - i don't watch or support the show, i am merely a viewer from afar ( aka via fandom ) and i like the base concepts, so i decided to give in and indulge myself.
.
Characters . . .
Marinette - Amir ( Sir Ruby ) Adrien - Rupert ( Vesper ) Chloe - Cecily ( Lady Wasp ) Alya - Joan ( Vixenary ) Nino - Percy ( Terraperc, but Rupert said that was a terrible idea, so now it's just Terrapin ) Luka - Darling ( King Serpentine ) Natalie - Chamberlain ( Mr. Plume ) Gabriel - Lavinia ( Queen Admiral )
rest are various other side characters that will serve the main plot and subplots, rather than me making up a bunch of bullshit on the fly.
-
Key Relationships . . .
Amir .
Rupert - strangers to friends to lovers Cecily - one-sided awkwardness to friends to 'lovers' Joan - childhood best friends Percy - cordial acquaintances to... sorta friends? Darling - absolutely hate each other Chamberlain - polite strangers to... Lavinia - polite, but on edge strangers
-
Rupert .
Amir - strangers to friends to lovers Cecily - friends to best friends Joan - respectful acquaintances to friends Percy - no one knows why they're friends Darling - awkward exes ( like, bad awkward ) Chamberlain - father // son-like dynamic Lavinia - cordial at best
-
Cecily .
Amir - 'we're so friends!' to actual friends to 'lovers' Rupert - early teenhood friends to best friends Joan - unknown to friends to lovers, somehow ( it was Cecily ) Percy - chaotic friends Darling - 'you're on thin ice, mister' Chamberlain - they think the other is funny Lavinia - only met her a few times, very tense
-
Joan .
Amir - childhood best friends Rupert - respectful acquaintaces to friends Cecily - unknown to friends to lovers, somehow ( Joan has no idea ) Percy - that one meme of A having B on a leash Darling - they haven't met ( yet ) Chamberlain - respectful and agreeable ( they talk about work ) Lavinia - Joan kinda sorta idolizes her just a little bit ( she has no idea what Lavinia is doing )
-
Percy .
Amir - "rivals" to tense acquaintances Rupert - not even he knows how they're friends, he just rolls with it Cecily - chaotic friends Joan - 'tense' friends Darling - thinks he's pretty, but doesn't know him that well Chamberlain - friendly-ish acquaintances Lavinia - has only seen her once, and it was on a bad day
-
Darling .
Amir - they hate each other Rupert - awkward exes ( Darling keeps trying ) Cecily - keeps getting vaguely threatened by her Joan - they haven't met, but only doesn't like her because of her relation to Amir ( yes, he's that petty ) Percy - thinks he's cute, but doesn't him that well either ( way too focused on Rupert ) Chamberlain - used to be friendly, but now also gets vaguely threatened by him Lavinia - hardly cared for his existence, even after the breakup
-
Chamberlain .
Amir - polite strangers to... Rupert - father // son-like dynamic Cecily - thinks she's hilarious Joan - respectful and agreeable, almost colleagues Percy - is only nice to him because of Rupert Darling - displeased at best Lavinia - haven't gotten along on personal levels in years
-
Lavinia .
Amir - judgmental, but won't say it ( Rupert knows ) Rupert - loves him very much, wishes he'd understand Cecily - doesn't see her enough to care a whole lot Joan - likes that she feeds her ego Percy - got on her nerves once, hasn't seen him since Darling - does not give a fuck Chamberlain - frustratingly opinionated ( the irony )
.
Extras . . .
Amir and Darling already did not like each other, due to wicked bad vibes, but after Amir is noticeably developing feelings for Rupert, Darling becomes a bitch.
as a society, we simply don't know if Percy and Darling will get together. not even i know. only time will tell.
there are Miraculous swaps, but only if necessary and // or akumatized with that miraculous ( for ex, there's a thing where Darling gets akumatized with the fox miraculous ).
Joan isn't necessarily like Alya in terms of personality, but she is very interested in documentation of abnormal // supernatural events, reporting, etc., and does become a fan of Sir Ruby and Vesper.
the Kwamis are the animals within the podcast or based off other characters ( Rupert's kwami is a cat-version of Fitzroy, Amir's is a ladybug-version of Porridge, etc. ), and it's unknown if the Kwamis can actually choose their holders or not.
there are not many side villains. to be honest.
Rupert isn't very flirty as Vesper at all, that's more in line with Darling // King Serpentine. similar thing with Amir, he's not nearly as awkward ( or creepy ) as Marinette.
.
this AU is very focused on the relationships of the characters rather than the superhero-y stuff, but i do dabble in that every now and then in my train of thoughts.
feel free to ask me any questions.

Which MLB team is most like the Yellowstone Magic?
Blaseball is back, baby! Sort of. First we’re finishing up a multi-week expansion draft-style period where all the old players fall out of the black hole that ate the league last year and onto their new teams. If you want to follow along, enter your email on Blaseball.com so we can unlock more prizes together.
But anyway, with the baseball season wound down and the blaseball season winding up, I thought I’d do a little crossover comparison to see which MLB team best matches the history, style, and vibes of my Yellowstone Magic.
Part 1: Historical Performance
The Magic have spent much of our history as an average-to-bad team, interspersed with occasional 0 No-powered playoff runs that always fall short of the Internet Series. We found consistent success with above-.500 records from seasons 13-18, but suffered a narrow MLCS loss to the Moist Talkers in season 14. After that, our playoff core was lost to redaction, and our “Magic 8 Ball” 8-player roster was bounced in the first round of the season 17 playoffs by the Fridays.
This lack of playoff success characterizes the Magic; in fact, the Magic and Dale are the only non-expansion teams to never appear in an Internet Series (both have, however, won the Underbracket Series). The MLB teams most like this are, of course, the six teams that have never won a World Series: the Brewers, Mariners, Padres, Rangers, Rays, and Rockies.
Part 2: Natural Vibes
Being the only team based in a national park, the Magic have cultivated an air of mysticism and the natural environment. Much of the lore for our homegrown players has developed around one or both of these two concepts: a geyser, a coyote, a cyanobacteria colony, a wizard, a devilish goatman, a shadowy, unquantifiable being, multiple rock formations. Among the fanbase, the focus on nature also encourages a balanced, mossy mood, promoting good vibes and an appreciation of the world around us.
The Magic are a team with a rich history, but one of nature and ancient forces rather than urban environments and industry. Obviously every MLB team is based in an urban area, but western teams tend to lean into more natural aesthetics. In particular, the Angels and Rockies ballparks both feature forested natural landscapes in center field.
Part 3: The Starpark Stats
Stats and strategy discussion for the Magic usually centers around improving pitching and defense. The team has always had a decent lineup, built around 0 No and boosted by a well-sequenced top of the batting order and various short-lived combos like the Coven. Aside from very early seasons, though, the team had major holes in important defensive stats. This hurt less optimized pitchers like Inky Rutledge, and even our best pitchers in Curry Aliciakeyes and King Weatherman didn’t stack up to powerhouses on other teams.
Defense in MLB is hard to quantify over multiple seasons, but as far as pitching: the Orioles, Pirates, and White Sox all have 30+ year Cy Young award droughts, while the Rangers, Reds*, and Rockies have never won a Cy Young.
*By order of me, the 2020 NL Cy Young winner is now Yu Darvish by virtue of he deserves one and fuck the other guy.
Conclusion:
The MLB team most like the Yellowstone Magic is... the Colorado Rockies!
Located in Denver, Colorado, the Rockies are the closest geographical team to Yellowstone National Park, and the park lies within their eponymous mountain range. They have made only five trips to the playoffs since being founded in 1993, and only once made it past the division series: during the 2007 “Rocktober” campaign where they swept the NLDS and NLCS only to be swept in the World Series.
Like the Magic, the Rockies are known as a high-offense, low-pitching team; the large dimensions of their home park, Coors Field, are offset by the offense-boosting high altitude. In their 30 years of existence, they have won 11 NL batting titles. Coors Field is extremely well-attended despite the Rockies’ mediocre performance, consistently placing in the top quarter of league attendance, similar to the Magic’s comparatively large fanbase among blaseball teams.
Some other facts about the Rockies that fit the vibes of the Magic:
They have a unique color scheme in MLB: purple and black
They have only one representative in the Hall of Fame
16 players have won a combined 32 Silver Slugger awards
The altitude of Coors Field requires unique strategies for pitching, hitting, and fielding
Coors Field has a row of purple seats representing the mile-high altitude line
The Coors Field bullpen contains a small forest and water feature
There have been several viral instances of opposing pitchers hanging out in said forest
Dinosaur bones were discovered when constructing Coors Field
Because of this, the Rockies’ mascot is a purple triceratops named Dinger
Their triple-A affiliate team is the Albuquerque Isotopes

When did the character Felix Agrest appear?
Who came up with his name and why he was called that way.
Who came up with this character, his design and character (behaviour)?
Your attitude towards Felix Agrest, do you like him or not?
Would you like to see the anime version of lady bug pv?
Which version of ladybug do you like more and which one would you like to see on TV?
When did the character Felix Agreste appear?
I'd say probably around 2011-2012, since the Miraculous wiki dates the Miraculous Lady Bug movie (which was where Gorgeous Nathan from the Gym Club appeared) at around 2010-2011.
Who came up with his name and why was he called that
I don't know who came up with his name. It actually appeared in the fandom before officialy being confirmed to be Felix, so it's possible that Zagtoon might have been inspired by the early fandom.
Once again, I'm not sure why he was called Felix, but I remember reading something about him being named after the cartoon black cat Felix. (I'm not sure if it's correct though, so don't take my word for it)
Your attitude towards Felix Agrest, do you like him or not?
I love him! He's my blorbo (⌒▽⌒)☆
Would you like to see the anime version of lady bug pv?
Hmmm...
It depends. The storylines, power concepts, etc. were much more interesting than in canon, but it would probably just go down like canon mlb. Also, I'm pretty sure the pv was going to have "political" and social themes. Imagine if Astruc was writing that ( ̄ ̄|||)
Which version of ladybug do you like more and which one would you like to see on TV?
Maybe Quantic Kids, PV or Early CGI (with Flora and Alina and such). These are just the most interesting to me :)

Journal Entry: 10/20/24
Early Start & Quick Breakfast: It’s Sunday, and I woke up way too early—only running on about 4 hours of sleep. No real breakfast today; I just grabbed a quick coffee and some bread with Nutella to keep me going. I’ve been feeling the pressure of preparing for PC 832, so I went straight to my computer after breakfast and studied most of the day.
Lunch with My Siblings – Prepping for Our Parents' Arrival: For lunch, I ordered KFC for my siblings, and it felt good to spend some quality time with them. We talked about getting the house ready for our parents coming next week. I told them I'd help with the cleaning but also mentioned that I'd need to dive back into studying afterward. It was nice to just sit with them for a bit—moments like this make me realize how much I miss spending time with them, especially with everything going on in my life.
Back to Studying – Building Confidence but Still Confused: After lunch, I went back to my grind—studying LD 15 (Laws of Arrest) and LD 16 (Search and Seizure). I quizzed myself a few times, and I could feel my confidence building, though I’m still struggling with the concepts of Probable Cause vs. Reasonable Suspicion. It’s starting to click, but I know I’ll need to clarify these concepts more during the course.
Dodgers NLCS Game 6 vs. Mets – Intense Moments: As a break from studying, I tuned in to watch Game 6 of the NLCS with my boys. The Dodgers are playing the Mets, and as I’m writing this, it’s the 7th inning, bottom, with the score at 7-4. I’ve got my PT clothing and water packed for tomorrow’s course, along with all the paperwork I’ll need, but it’s hard to focus with all the anxiety this game is giving me. I feel like I can’t breathe—I just want the Dodgers to pull through and make it to the World Series.
WE'RE HEADING TO THE WORLD SERIES! As I finish writing, the Dodgers have won the game, and LA is going crazy with fireworks lighting up the sky. It’s surreal because this will be Shohei Ohtani's first World Series appearance after 7 seasons in the MLB. This victory feels like such a huge moment, not just for the team, but for the city. Dodgers vs. Yankees—first time since 1981. It’s the ultimate showdown, and I can’t wait for it.
Wrapping Up the Day: I feel like I’ll finally sleep well tonight, knowing the Dodgers are in the World Series. No depressing thoughts today—my mind is too busy preparing for tomorrow’s PC 832 course and riding the high of the Dodgers' victory.
Tomorrow marks the start of a new chapter for me, and I just hope I’m ready for it. Let’s go, Dodgers! Let's go, Kyrie.

How Is AI Revolutionizing Data Analytics Strategies?
Billy Beane, who grew up in San Diego, California, had always dreamt of becoming a professional baseball player. Though he pursued his passion for several years, he eventually took on a role as a scout for the Oakland Athletics. Over time, Billy advanced to become the general manager, but he faced a major hurdle: his team’s limited budget couldn’t compete with wealthier baseball teams.
Then, Billy met Peter Brand, an economics graduate who introduced him to the concept of using AI-driven analytics to build a competitive team despite financial constraints. Peter explained that AI algorithms could analyze player statistics to identify undervalued athletes, players that other teams overlooked. Though initially hesitant, Billy embraced the data-driven approach, and together, they assembled a strong Athletics team that made it to the MLB playoffs—even with the lowest payroll in the league.
While AI technology wasn’t prevalent when the film "Moneyball" was released in 2011, the modern era has seen a remarkable surge in AI's capabilities, especially in analytics. The following discussion explores how AI is transforming data analytics strategies today!
Returning to our scenario, Billy continued relying on AI recommendations, signing players flagged as standouts by the algorithms. He also used AI systems to analyze competitors and exploit their weaknesses. Billy's full adoption of AI-driven analytics gave him a significant edge, leading to the team's sustained success.
Soon, other baseball teams noticed Billy's approach and began investing in AI and advanced analytics themselves. This sparked a technological arms race, with clubs hiring data scientists and building dedicated analytics departments. Ultimately, AI's influence reshaped the sport, just as the “Moneyball approach” revolutionized industries by leveraging data for competitive advantage.
While "Moneyball" remains a classic success story, let’s dive deeper into how AI is used in data analytics today to transform industries.
What Is AI in Data Analytics?
AI in data analytics refers to the use of artificial intelligence to automate the analysis of large datasets. By detecting patterns and trends, AI tools can extract valuable insights faster and more accurately than manual analysis.
Moreover, AI continuously improves by learning from data patterns, allowing for more precise insights and predictions, leading to smarter data-based decision-making.
A report by O'Reilly reveals that nearly 48% of organizations address their data quality issues using AI and machine learning tools. This shows how businesses are increasingly adopting AI to make informed decisions. Below are some examples of how AI is transforming data analytics.
Examples of AI in Data Analytics
Sentiment Analysis: AI uses natural language processing to evaluate textual data, such as reviews and social media posts, to gauge public opinion on a product or brand. Netflix, for example, applies sentiment analysis to enhance customer satisfaction.
Image and Video Analysis: AI’s computer vision capabilities allow it to analyze visual data. Retailers like Walmart use AI to streamline operations, including inventory management.
Predictive Analytics and Forecasting: AI-based models analyze historical data to predict future outcomes. Businesses use this to anticipate consumer demand and make strategic decisions.
Anomaly Detection and Fraud Prevention: AI identifies suspicious activities by detecting anomalies. Spotify, for example, leverages AI to spot and prevent fraudulent activity on its platform.
AI-powered data analytics has revolutionized these fields by providing quick, accurate insights. Let’s explore how various industries apply these innovations.
Applications of AI Analytics
Healthcare: AI helps analyze medical scans to detect anomalies early, aiding in quicker diagnoses. It also accelerates pharmaceutical research by identifying patterns in disease data.
Financial Services: AI assists in credit risk modeling, fraud detection, and predictive market analysis, helping financial institutions make more informed decisions.
Ecommerce: AI improves customer experience by analyzing website traffic, predicting inventory needs, and personalizing product recommendations.
Manufacturing: AI-powered predictive maintenance helps manufacturers monitor machines and avoid costly breakdowns.
Marketing: AI analyzes customer data to optimize marketing strategies, improve targeting, and enhance customer experiences.
Across industries, AI is unlocking new efficiencies and opportunities through data-driven insights. As AI systems advance, their applications will continue to shape the future of business and innovation.
Conclusion
Just as Peter Brand’s analytics helped Billy Beane build a competitive baseball team, today’s AI-powered data analytics allow businesses to uncover hidden opportunities. As AI continues to evolve, its role in data-driven decision-making is only growing, paving the way for a brighter, smarter future.

Donny White, CEO & Co-Founder of Satisfi Labs – Interview Series
New Post has been published on https://thedigitalinsider.com/donny-white-ceo-co-founder-of-satisfi-labs-interview-series/
Donny White, CEO & Co-Founder of Satisfi Labs – Interview Series
Founded in 2016, Satisfi Labs is a leading conversational AI company. Early success came from its work with the New York Mets, Macy’s, and the US Open, enabling easy access to information often unavailable on websites.
Donny spent 15 years at Bloomberg before entering the world of start-ups and holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Baruch College. Under Donny’s leadership, Satisfi Labs has seen significant growth in the sports, entertainment, and tourism sectors, receiving investments from Google, MLB, and Red Light Management.
You were at Bloomberg for 14 years when you first felt the entrepreneurial itch. Why was being an entrepreneur suddenly on your radar?
During my junior year of college, I applied for a job as a receptionist at Bloomberg. Once I got my foot in the door, I told my colleagues that if they were willing to teach me, I could learn fast. By my senior year, I was a full-time employee and had shifted all of my classes to night classes so I could do both. Instead of going to my college graduation at age 21, I spent that time managing my first team. From that point on, I was fortunate to work in a meritocracy and was elevated multiple times. By 25, I was running my own department. From there, I moved into regional management and then product development, until eventually, I was running sales across all the Americas. By 2013, I began wondering if I could do something bigger. I went on a few interviews at young tech companies and one founder said to me, “We don’t know if you’re good or Bloomberg is good.” It was then that I knew something had to change and six months later I was the VP of sales at my first startup, Datahug. Shortly after, I was recruited by a group of investors who wanted to disrupt Yelp. While Yelp is still good and well, in 2016 we aligned on a new vision and I co-founded Satisfi Labs with the same investors.
Could you share the genesis story behind Satisfi Labs?
I was at a baseball game at Citi Field with Randy, Satisfi’s current CTO and Co-founder, when I heard about one of their specialties, bacon on a stick. We walked around the concourse and asked the staff about it, but couldn’t find it anywhere. Turns out it was tucked away on one end of the stadium, which prompted the realization that it would have been much more convenient to inquire directly with the team through chat. This is where our first idea was born. Randy and I both come from finance and algorithmic trading backgrounds, which led us to take the concept of matching requests with answers to build our own NLP for hyper-specific inquiries that would get asked at locations. The original idea was to build individual bots that would each be experts in a particular field of knowledge, especially knowledge that isn’t easily accessible on a website. From there, our system would have a “conductor” that could tap each bot when needed. This is the original system architecture that is still being used today.
Satisfi Labs had designed its own NLP engine and was on the cusp of publishing a press release when OpenAI disrupted your tech stack with the release of ChatGPT. Can you discuss this time period and how this forced Satisfi Labs to pivot its business?
We had a scheduled press release to announce our patent-pending Context-based NLP upgrade for December 6, 2022. On November 30, 2022, OpenAI announced ChatGPT. The announcement of ChatGPT changed not only our roadmap but also the world. Initially, we, like everyone else, were racing to understand the power and limits of ChatGPT and understand what that meant for us. We soon realized that our contextual NLP system did not compete with ChatGPT, but could actually enhance the LLM experience. This led to a quick decision to become OpenAI enterprise partners. Since our system started with the idea of understanding and answering questions at a granular level, we were able to combine the “bot conductor” system design and seven years of intent data to upgrade the system to incorporate LLMs.
Satisfi Labs recently launched a patent for a Context LLM Response System, what is this specifically?
This July, we unveiled our patent-pending Context LLM Response System. The new system combines the power of our patent-pending contextual response system with large language model capabilities to strengthen the entire Answer Engine system. The new Context LLM technology integrates large language model capabilities throughout the platform, ranging from improving intent routing to answer generation and intent indexing, which also drives its unique reporting capabilities. The platform takes conversational AI beyond the traditional chatbot by harnessing the power of LLMs such as GPT-4. Our platform allows brands to answer with both generative AI answers or pre-written answers depending on the need for control in the response.
Can you discuss the current disconnect between most company websites and LLM platforms in delivering on-brand answers?
ChatGPT is trained to understand a wide range of information and therefore does not have the level of granular training needed to answer industry-specific questions with the level of specificity that most brands expect. Additionally, the accuracy of the answers LLMs provide is only as good as the data provided. When you use ChatGPT, it is sourcing data from across the internet, which can be inaccurate. ChatGPT does not prioritize the data from a brand over other data. We have been serving various industries over the past seven years, gaining valuable insight into the millions of questions asked by customers every day. This has enabled us to understand how to tune the system with greater context per industry and provide robust and granular intent reporting capabilities, which are crucial given the rise of large language models. While LLMs are effective in understanding intent and generating answers, they cannot report on the questions asked. Using years of extensive intent data, we have efficiently created standardized reporting through their Intent Indexing System.
What role do linguists play in enhancing the abilities of LLM technologies?
The role of prompt engineer has emerged with this new technology, which requires a person to design and refine prompts that elicit a specific response from the AI. Linguists have a great understanding of language structure such as syntax and semantics, among other things. One of our most successful AI Engineers has a Linguistics background, which allows her to be very effective in finding new and nuanced ways to prompt the AI. Subtle changes in the prompt can have profound effects on how accurate and efficient an answer is generated, which makes all the difference when we are handling millions of questions across multiple clients.
What does fine-tuning look like on the backend?
We have our own proprietary data model that we use to keep the LLM in line. This allows us to build our own fences to keep the LLM under control, opposed to having to search for fences. Secondly, we can leverage tools and features that other platforms utilize, which allows us to support them on our platforms.
Fine-tuning training data and using Reinforcement Learning (RL) in our platform can help mitigate the risk of misinformation. Fine-tuning, opposed to querying the knowledge base for specific facts to add, creates a new version of the LLM that is trained on this additional knowledge. On the other hand, RL trains an agent with human feedback and learns a policy on how to answer questions. This has proven to be successful in building smaller footprint models that become experts in specific tasks.
Can you discuss the process for onboarding a new client and integrating conversational AI solutions?
Since we focus on destinations and experiences such as sports, entertainment, and tourism, new clients benefit from those already in the community, making onboarding very simple. New clients identify where their most current data sources live such as a website, employee handbooks, blogs, etc. We ingest the data and train the system in real-time. Since we work with hundreds of clients in the same industry, our team can quickly provide recommendations on which answers are best suited for pre-written responses versus generated answers. Additionally, we set up guided flows such as our dynamic Food & Beverage Finder so clients never need to deal with a bot-builder.
Satisfi Labs is currently working closely with sports teams and companies, what is your vision for the future of the company?
We see a future where more brands will want to control more aspects of their chat experience. This will result in an increased need for our system to provide more developer-level access. It does not make sense for brands to hire developers to build their own conversational AI systems as the expertise needed will be scarce and expensive. However, with our system feeding the backend, their developers can focus more on the customer experience and journey by having greater control of the prompts, connecting proprietary data to allow for more personalization, and managing the chat UI for specific user needs. Satisfi Labs will be the technical backbone of brands’ conversational experiences.
Thank you for the great interview, readers who wish to learn more should visit Satisfi Labs.

LA Dodgers Mookie Betts' most wonderful moment with a home run
LA Dodgers Mookie Betts' most wonderful moment with a home run
Home runs can sometimes change the lives of not only players but also a family.
Mookie Betts (31, USA), an outfielder for the MLB (MLB) LA Dodgers, hit a home run on the 3rd
Betts played as the first batter and right fielder in the home game against the Oakland Athletics (Dazer Stadium, California), and crossed the left-center fence in the bottom of the second inning with one out and no runner in the lead of 3-0. The 29th gun of the season. take an early leadThe Jusses eventually won 10-1. Betts was active with two hits (one home run) and two RBIs in three at-bats.
The home run, which was his 242nd career cannon, may have been one of the numerous home runs he has hit so far for Betts. However, communicating with a fan made this home run a monumental home run that Betts will remember forever
Here's the story.
According to MLB, Betts accidentally talked to a fan named Giuseppe Mancuso before entering the batter's box in the bottom of the second inning. It wasn't that special for Betts, who is usually known for his excellent fan service.
During the pleasant conversation, Mancuso declared to Betts, "If you hit a home run, I will name my daughter's middle name (middle name) as Mookie." Betts then said to Mancuso, "Don't do that. "Your wife won't like it," he said and headed to the batter's box.
Later, Betts drew an arch by hitting the opposing pitcher's fourth changeup of 132 kilometers per hour as if he had made a promise. The 132m distance. This was the longest home run Betts hit for the Dodgers after wearing the Dodgers uniform in 2020.
Betts had a "fist bump" with a cheering Mancuso while returning to the dugout after going around the base. However, it is said that he did not remember Mancuso's promise to Betts until then. Betzro could have thought of Mancuso as a "public check" that he flew in excitement during the conversation.
A few weeks later, however, Betts heard an incredible story from his cousin, who was in charge of managing his social media account. It is said that Mancuso, the "Man of Promise," actually named his daughter, who was born recently, "Franceska Mookie Mancuso." Mancuso is known to have repeatedly persuaded his wife, Shannon
In the English language, middle names usually have the concept of nicknames or nicknames. Usually, they are called by their first name or last name, so they don't actually. For example, former U.S. President Barack Obama's middle name was "Hussein," which few people know 안전놀이터
Nevertheless, Betts said on his social media on the 16th, "It's one of the coolest moments of my career," adding, "The (Mancuso) brothers (bro) know how to keep their words." "I can't wait to meet Francesca, who is my adopted daughter," he said. Betts, who married in 2021, has a daughter.
Betts, who made his MLB debut in 2014 in a Boston Red Sox uniform, has been playing for the Dodgers since 2020. He is one of the MLB's leading hitters who has been selected seven All-Star (2016-19, 2021-23) and one MVP (2018)
