It's a winter wonderland. I even watched the muppets christmas carol today because Just Look At It!!

If it's cold where you are too, here is your reminder that you need to rest. You are a mammal and a pretty big one at that. Keeping your body warm takes a lot of energy and you are allowed to rest and to eat to replenish this energy. Resistant always means taking care of you too!

It's more likely than you think!

This isn't super common btw. I live in central Europe and in recent years it hasn't happened a lot that we had snow so early. It's great that this year was less terribly hot and I love that it's already winter-y
