Some Recent Art (Wakfu Fan OCs)

Some recent doodles on my Wakfu OCs + info dumping about them lol. Mostly gonna be focusing on my main OC Solaris (They/She) but some of my other OCs are gonna show up too.

This is Solaris!! They're a Xelor which are basically lowkey time wizards (but they can have other abilities like being able to float and manipulate Wakfu - the game's magic source - into temporary weapons). Although most Xelors are, like, smart and strategic with most of the class focusing on strategy, they're like super stupid and honestly more Iop-ish (basically the game's warrior class) than a Xelor but they don't gaf lol.

Despite the game literally focusing on combat, Solaris takes after me whenever I play the game (aka they can't fight for shit). Because their class focuses on strategy which is something they almost never do, they're usually the one party member that is sorta there to have fun and then die 2 seconds later.

Solaris also loves cats!! That's the whole reason why they have the mechanical ears and tail. Both are mostly for looks but the tail is also used for balance cuz Solaris is a bit of a klutz lol.

In this drawing they're holding Fadezo's first cat - Shitface. Even though Fadezo has like a billion cats in his possession, Shitface was the one Solaris connected to the most and she insists to take care of them whenever given the chance (though Shitface lives up to their name and is kind of a dick to Solaris lol).

The character introduced here is the one I was talking about earlier - Fadezo! He's the first character I created in the Wakfu game (and is also my first Wakfu OC) and he's sort of like the brains of the party next to Ria. He tries to take the game and his class seriously but he does enjoy messing around sometimes.

Oh also this drawing is more of an example of Solaris' behavior when it comes to combat lol. She's the type to just run right back into a dungeon after her health regenerates (or if she loses enough she just does some side quests to level up to unspeakable levels and then beat the dungeon in like 3 hits lol).

Like any other version of my sona, Solaris only has one eye that actually works but I decided to put the other eye to something that fits a Xelor and made it a clock! Canonically it only really moves when Solaris is casting spells but I like to imagine that in some reality the clock is also used as a makeshift watch.

The character next to her is named Ari! She's Ria's sister and is an Eliatrope (basically she can make portals and stuff lol). She's the life of the group and is a lot more lighthearted than everyone else - sort of like Solaris except she's actually decent at combat and uses her high energy to her advantage.

So fun fact! Solaris actually has a face under that mask lol. I haven't really thought of what it looked like but I think I'd like to just keep it up to imagination. I just imagine that whatever her face looks like Ria would probably be an asshat about it (aka the Dream face reveal "HES UGLY" reference lol).

Also the character introduced here is named Ari! She's Ria's sister and is sort of the more reasonable/the brains of the party. If it wasn't a group of friends she'd probably be the leader because of her maturity (despite her being the same age as Ari). She's a dragon but usually takes a more humanoid form because it's like way more convenient than being a giant dragon 24/7.

To end off this post, I have a quick doodle of the types of robotics Solaris would make!! Despite her not being the smartest, she's pretty good at creating little Wakfu-powered robots like the Sinistro (a small robotic owl that can be summoned in game). Solaris would spend most of her free time creating and working on making a fully functional robotic cat (but she finds real cats to be more fun to be around).

I'm probably gonna post pretty frequently but I have like 50 billion OCs with 50 billion different stories so it'll probably take a minute to see the same OC twice (however, Solaris is part of the different versions of my sona so you might see her around more often)!

Ok I'm making an official post for Estrials. (or well official until I make a better one)

Everything below cut so I don't make anyone scroll past the novel length (/hj) post I'm about to make when they're just trying to browse their dash :]

Alright so Estrials! They're a species I made up (though they are definitely inspired by some other things like atla cause of the elemental abilities) and they can be anthro, feral, or even like catboy esque(?) (for the lack of a better term) (an example of what I mean would be my sona)

Heres some examples of existing Estrials (in order: my sona (he/it/pup) (small child edition), evil xisuma (little creature and non little creature forms), jimmy (again little creature and non little creature forms), and bigb (little creature and non little creature forms) gotta love bigb and his little sweater) (also ex is part voidwalker too which is why he looks so different from the others, so like yeah you go combine Estrials and another species that would be epic)

Here we have some of my ocs and a few of the others listed above! Ryder is also part voidwalker and technically doesn't have a little creature form, but I did include a little bust shot doodle of him

If you're still here, now I'm going to tell you how to make your own! (please do I beg I want more little creatures in the world)

Ok so, they are an open species, though there are a few rules (both like actual rules and trait rules so you stay in line with the species)

-First rule: don't be a dick. I will revoke your Estrial rights if you're not a decent person (no like actually I can't take your character but I can make a list of no good icky people so other Estrial fans know not to interact with you)

-2nd rule: have fun! No really I'm not going to be an evil overlord about people making Estrials. Just enjoy yourselves and be kind to others

-3: more of me just saying this than a rule but you can totally have more than one Estrial! Make like 50 of you want I really don't care

Now rules for like traits and stuff

-1: your Estrial has to have some sort of wings (preferably feathered ones but you can do bug or bat wings if you want) (mechanical wings are also cool! Especially if they're meant to be like a prosthetic or something that would be sick) and some sort of horns (literally any horns idc go wild) you can have any number of these traits too

-2: only one elemental ability per Estrial please (or none at all, you can make an element-less Estrial if you want) there's only one Estrial that has more than one elemental ability and he's not even really an Estrial (it's my sona, it's complicated and lore related don't ask unless you want a novel length reply full of lore)

-3: they have to be either based off of some sort of canine or some sort of feline, though you can totally add features from other things (ex: lizards or fish or deer idk) as long as the base creature that has most of the features showing (so like the main body and head I guess?) is a canine/feline you're good (so like the tail, legs, and even ears can be some other creature if you want) (River, shown above, has a fish tail and some fins kinda like vaporeon. So really, go wild)

-4: any patterns and colors are ok, so yeah make that sparkle dog looking thing !! Go wild, be free my friends. Make the shadow the hedgehog Estrial (no actually you totally could)

Ok no more rules! Info time 😈😈

-Estrials can be any size that's bigger than like a small dog (so like chihuahua ish or bigger) and smaller than a horse (yippee big creature)

-The anthro and catboy(?) Estrials can be any human height btw (anthros can be a little smaller than humans too as a treat)

-They can have any length of fur (so yeah you could make a hairless one, I'd actually be real interested to see that someone do it before I do) and be from any region (hence the different fur lengths. Some of them live in real cold places and have to be real fluffy to keep warmth in, and some live in warmer places and have a lot less fur to cool off easier)

-All Estrials can hide their wings (like magic poof they're gone completely and then poof they're back now) and the catboy(?) ones can sometimes hide all their Estrial features (so like their nose, horns, ears, wings, and tails)

-I'm leaving a whole lot up to interpretation so like go wild I guess. Just don't do anything too weird.. I don't want strange things associated with my species..

Ok now the big thing: elemental abilities

So we have 5 elements + no element (though I'm kinda thinking of adding a 6th.... maybe..). Every Estrial falls under one (and only one) of these categories, though their power levels can vary (so like some fire Estrials can only do tiny poofs of flames and others can have like whole fire tornados going on)

Fire, water, air, earth, and plant

They all overlap with others a little too

-Fire Estrials can bend/control/whatever you want to call it magma, lava, fire, and lightning. They can also heat things up, which does mean they can heat other elements enough to somewhat control those (so like heating metal until it's molten and being able to shape it, or heating water enough that it turns into steam. Though steam is a lot harder for fire Estrials to control) though they lose that ability once the element cools off again

-Water Estrials can bend things like water, ice, some gasses (if the gas has a liquid state at a reasonable temperature. So like not things that require to have subzero temps to be liquids like oxygen), and any other liquids (not including molten things if you count those as liquid).

-Air Estrials can control all gasses (unless they need to be superheated to be a gas) and air. They can also definitely move things with air, so like sandstorms and using lots of wind to lift and move big objects. They can even control the weather a bit because of this (though water Estrials also kinda can. They can make it rain at least) by blowing storms around (including hurricanes and tornados, though they can also cause them too)

-Earth Estrials can control anything that's made of some sort of metal or mineral. So like glass (even if it's not molten, they can still change its shape, though they can also control molten glass) any rock, and all kinds of dirt (including compost in case you were wondering. So like if its considered dirt they can control it)

-Plant Estrials can control all plants. And can move things using plants. And can grow plants. Idk what you want from me the name is kinda self explanatory.. they can also grow plants in their fur (or hair if you have a catboy(?) Estrial) (again I don't really know what else to call them..) this does include stuff like coral, mold, and fungus btw so go wild with your biohazard mold guy (omg Ethan Winters ??? Somebody call crumb immediately) (that is a joke do not call crumb cuptoast just because I referenced Ethan Winters..) (though crumb if you somehow see this hiiii you can make an Ethan Winters Estrial, that would be so sick actually)

Dropping their backstory + info under the readmore

Okay so. Mk was having a nice time in his apartment, having a wonderful dream bc he was asleep, when he was woken up by a sudden CRASH. He woke up, looked at the weird shadow clone of himself, took a deep breath, and decided to lay back down for a few minutes. Meanwhile the shadow clone is still messing wt his stuff.

Finally, he gets up, drags the clone down to Pigsy's, and calls Monkie King. The clone kinda just sits there while Mk and Monkie King (who was there in like 5 seconds) start debating what to do. Monkie King suggests getting Macaque (who's name the clone repeats) and Mk agrees (much to Pigsy's dismay, but hey, it's either that or let the weird clone hang around.)

Wukong went off to find Macaque while Mk started to mess around with the clone. It kept repeating random words and copying several of his actions. Piggy thought he should leave it alone but Mk ignored him.

After like 20 minutes, Macaque, already knowing abt the clone (he saw it while shadow traveling and thought it was weird,) came in with Wukong and was basically like "I have no clue what that is but it's definitely some sort of shadow thing. Mk did you accidentally make a shadow clone bc that's my thing usually not Wukong's.

Mk confirmed he didn't, and they started to debate what it was. Somehow, Macaque and Wukong started fighting, and Mk tried to calm things down. The more upset Mk got, the more agitated the clone got, with only Pigsy noticing. He only managed to get their attention after the clone began to screech, before dipping into the shadows and disappearing.

Everyone began to panic, except Macaque, who quickly followed and found the clone close by, outside in an alley. He tried to bring it back inside but it instead began to fight, summoning its own shadow version of Mk's staff.

The others rushed out at the noise, and the fight began. The clone kept targeting Monkie King and Macaque, while completely avoiding Mk. Finally, the fight ends after the clone dips into the shadows one too many times, and begins to "dissolve." They leave, leaving the gang to wonder what that even was.

After several months and other, more pressing issues (aka multiple demon attacks,) they mostly forgot about the clone. Until, one day, a kid looking oddly like Mk walks into Pigsy's. They introduce themself as Void, Mk's shadow. They explained that they weren't exactly sure what they were, just that they were born from the shadows, and was specifically connected to Mk, as they could feel certain bits of what he felt. (Both physical pain and emotional pain)

They explained that they had spent months watching and learning from the world, teaching themself to speak and changing their appearance so they were no longer a clone, and instead their own person. They apologized for the previous fight, stating that Mk getting upset had filtered to them, and they didn't know how to cope with the sudden emotion, as they'd never felt anything like it, being born literally an hour before.

Mk was ecstatic, and decided to drag them around town so they could experience it outside of the shadows, also inviting Mei. The trip went mostly okay, though Void did have to stop the trip early because they were getting overwhelmed by the new sensations. They became friends with the others, and Void now shows up every once in a while to help or just to visit.

Other facts, now that I'm done wt the backstory lmao.

They can't shadow travel for long or often. It's kinda like a drop of water in the sea; they're a shadow, and if they stay too long, the shadows will consume them and make them a part of it yet again.

that's why they started to dissolve after the traveling too many times during the fight.

That being said, they still have to every once in a while. They'll feel sick if they don't.

While the sun doesn't harm them, it will make them feel exhausted after a bit.

They feel everything Mk feels, though not as extreme, and they can usually tell which are his and which are theirs.

That being said, when Mk had the whole thing with his monkie form? They couldn't control their own form, it was terrifying. They were lucky they were alone in a forest outside the city at the time, because they were completely out of it.

They based their look off of various things they found in the city, such as clothes they saw in stores or colors they saw that looked nice. They kept Mk's headband and based their hair partially on Macaque and Wukong's.

They can't change their base form in any way Mk can't. They ended out wearing a binder, just like Mk does.

They don't know what a gender is.

They have an identity crisis every other week.

They keep trying to separate themself from Mk, but demons keep mistaking the two and it really doesn't help the identity thing.

When they were first learning to speak, they stuttered over words and spoke formal. As they got used to speaking, they became more leaned back and used more slang.

This is an oc AskBlog taking place in an OC centric Rise of the TMNT apocalypse AU in which earthlings managed to get the upper hand before and at the moment of the apocalypse that happens in the first segment of the movie, leading to much more of a "normal" life while still in the ruins and in imminent danger thanks to the Krang. Neo "Turmoil" Sone Cruz, my silly RotTMNT hybrid oc that you'll get to uncover lore of as the askblog progresses! Basic information would be that they were a child fighter at the Nexus from 8-13 years old, escaped, and much later in life at 17 got adopted by the Kaylus family. Now, at the age of 19, they're moody and sarcastic mostly but for this blog they get to be a bit more laid-back since most of the sad stuff has already happened to them. most of them.

Mnemosyne Vicas

He's essentially my medium to interact with twst's overall story since I struggle with doing sonas or self inserts (mostly due to the fact I have trouble understanding myself as a single person being a system and what not)

He's kinda the main oc if you will (｡･･｡) since I put a lot of thought into making him (even his name has ties to themes of memory because of the ghost camera) though his origin is pretty KH heavy, it's pretty much incomprehensible if you've never played/watched Kingdom Hearts Union Cross •́ε•̀٥

Mnemosyne ADORES Grim, he's one of the few people besides Malleus who recognizes him as a monster instead of a cat/weasel/cute animal. Although he doesn't refer to Grim as a monster, instead a beast felt more accurate for him.

I think his most interesting relationship would have to be......Jade? The entire nature of their bond is complicated at best, incomprehensible at worst.

And what started their relationship (or the very least, both Jade's fascination and infatuation with Mnems) only makes this worse. Nothing like almost amputating someone's arm to get those feelings going! Mnemosyne still feels bad for the whole thing even if it was justified (seeing as the tweels were ordered to stop Mnemosyne from winning the bet with Azul)

Yuna

No last name for now (I'll add it once I've figure it out!!) She's a secondary MC to Mnemosyne (Yuu 2? You two!!) She's actually based on the fact I've haven't really gotten to indulged in stuff like this in years ;; it's kinda odd to get back into oc x canon when the last time I've done that was maybe what? 5-6 years ago??? She's the epitome of a nerdy and dorky teenager with a heavy media based interest.

In a sense, Yuna is my love letter to all those teen girls from the early 2000's who were so lovingly shameless with the content they made for the media they loved （●＾o＾●） she probably has made a LOT of self insert fics (definitely a very famous x reader author on a fanfic site)

Nyx

Nyx is Yuna's best friend!! She's kinda the contrast to Yuna, being a known cosplayer on Instagram since Yuna and Nyx comes from our world.

She doesn't get involved with the twst world itself but she's incredibly important to Yuna, since she was the one who would always encourage her when she thought she couldn't do something.

She's best known for her cosplays of Azul and Jade because, though her reasoning to frequently cosplaying Azul is because of Yuna who adores him (and the fact Nyx wants nothing more than the person she loves to be happy)

Yuna and Nyx's story are heavily intertwined even though Yuna is stuck in twisted wonderland and Nyx is back home in our world.

Vicus & Arena

I haven't gotten around to drawing them yet (still stuck in dress up game prison 💔) they're twins based on the glass slippers from Cinderella!

Vicus is named after the Latin word for quartz! Since clear quartz bares a resemblance to glass and quartz itself is used in the making of watches (a reference to the limited time Cinderella had to spend at the ball)

Arena's name comes from the Latin word for sand since it's the main component used in making glass. Her name also greatly resembles the name Aranea, which means spider (since when safety glass breaks, it creates a spider web effect inside the glass)

The twins have a very complicated family relationship, their blood father left passed, to which their mother got remarried. But then her stepfather turned out to be cheating on her with his mistress. They got divorced and compromised by separating the twins as both parents stilled loved the children so dearly. Vicus stayed with his mother while Arena was taken in by her stepfather and mistress.

To put it simply : theyre long lost twins! They were separated at age 4 and reunite as second years albeit they clash in terms of personality

Vicus goes to RSA, he's sweet, a big believer and a bit clumsy. He's always helping people and taking care of others. He doesn't seem to care much about his appearance and yet is always so well dressed (his reasoning is simple, his mother taught him to)

Arena... Well much like her family, everything about her is complicated. She attend NRC despite it being an all boys school. Why you may ask? Her stepmother's bargaining of course. Her home life wasn't bad but it wasn't exactly intimate either.

Her stepfather is never at home, always on a business trip and her stepmother whom while did love her was strict and in her mind knew what's best for her daughter. This cause Arena to grow with the mindset she has now today, "to be the best of the best, better than everyone else, better than the me before."

For obvious reasons, she's been placed in Pomefiore and greatly admires Vil. Many people mistake her admiration for romantic interest, but in truth Arena simply wants to be like Vil.

Unlike her long lost brother, Arena is snarky and at times a bit self centered. She has no time to interact with strangers and people who are lesser to her much less unworthy of her presence, only circling herself around strong and powerful figures like Vil and many of the Dorm and Vice Dorm leaders.

Knowing that, she's definitely jealous of Epel. Why choose someone who seemed so unwilling to work for Vil when she's right here?!?! She'd do ANYTHING. to be closer to Pomefiore's queen, even if it meant getting her hands dirty

• (Name)

I created my own character oc named Saphire Flames. Saphire is her first name. Flames is her last name. 'Saphie' is her nickname. Her name has a secret hidden meaning.

• (Appearance)

- Saphire Flames is a young, beautiful, attractive teenage girl with long, pink knee-length hair that go down to her knees. A hair length you wouldn't normally see because it's soo long. Her hair is naturally straight. Sometimes it's straight, sometimes it's wavy. She's sometimes curl it for special occasions when she's dressed up fancy, like when going to a party, or a banquet hall. But her 'casual' hair appearance is 'straight'. She mostly has it straight most of the time. She has magic hair. When going out, she wears tight tank tops, crop tops, mini skirts, & shirts. She dresses sexy. She also wears bright, neon, kawaii, colorful colors. Her wardrobe has lots of colorful clothes of every color of the rainbow. You could say her style is cute 'BUT' sexy-that's how she dresses. When going out, she also wears a magical mini colorful double triple ice-cream scoop pendant. It's a necklace, a pendant. There's a mini ice-cream cone with 6 scoops of ice-cream on top. That's how it looks like. It's an ice-cream pendant. But this is no ordinary pendant. It's a 'magic' pendant. She wears platform shoes. (Not heels though) She only wears heels for special occasions, like when she's going to take a picture at a studio, when going to a party, a banquet hall, a wedding, etc. These are a different type of platform she wears. They're NOT 'fancy' platforms. They're 'casual' platforms ('Casual' shoes in the form of platform)

- (What each part of her appearance represents)

° (Her hair)

Her hair represents her 'uniqueness'. It represents her being 'different' from the others. Her hair is 'knee-length, it goes down to her knees. You wouldn't normally see hair that long, much less 'longer' hair than that. It's something you wouldnt normally see, something that's not very common, something 'different' than what you'd normally see. You'd normally see shorter hair than that. Because of her hair being longer than hair with a 'common'/'normal' hair length, the creator of this character (me) chose her unusually long hair to represent her uniqueness and how she's different. Besides, she (Saphire) likes it like that-she likes having her hair long.

° (Her pendant)

Her necklace (pendant) represents "magic". Saphire is a "magical" girl who secretly has nonhuman magical super powers. She has magic powers. And her pendant is magical, just like her powers, that's why I chose her pendant to represent her magic powers.

° (Her clothes)

Her clothes represent "sexiness" and "cuteness" because she wears sexy clothes, she's sexy and hot, and because she likes bright, colorful colors, just like her clothes. She likes colorful colors, just like her clothes. She's cute, just like her clothes. She's hot and sexy, just like her clothes, that's why the clothes represent who she is.

Her platform shoes represent that she's "NOT" little. She's "NOT" a little girl. She's a young lady, a young adult. Her platform shoes make her look tall, they make her look more like a grown up. Little kids are "not" tall, that's why her platforms represent that she's a young woman, 'not' a little girl. Her shoes represent her grown up side.

• Powers and abilities

Saphire is an extraordinary girl who has super powers. She has magic powers. She has multiple different powers. In fact, she has 'every single' super power, more than 100 different powers. Since it's my character, I can use my imagination to make her do ANYTHING I want her to do. Some examples would be..

1) (Teleportation)

She can teleport from location to location and from place to place, without going/walking there. She can go anywhere at any time. She can go anywhere in the world in 2 seconds, even if it's very far from where she is. She can go to the other side of world, and even outside of the planet earth - outer space, other dimensions. She has dimensional scissors.

2) (Super speed/bunny rocket blast)

She has super speed. She has the power to move very fast, and I mean REALLY fast. She can run and fly really fast. In fact, she can run faster than any human and animal on earth. She's the fastest girl in the world. She can run faster than the speed of light. She can 'literally' run the entire planet earth 50 times in 3 seconds. She has used this power to run faster than every other student in her p.e. class, leaving her classmates and teachers surprised with their mouths hanging open. When the p.e. teacher wants the class to run in the track, a little bit of her super speed could really come in handy if you want to be the fastest. No student could catch up to her. She was too fast. Not only could she run and fly really fast, she can also move herself rapidly without having to run or fly by using 'bunny rocket blast'. 'Bunny rocket blast' shoots a powerful blast of energy and bunnies. Used by Saphire to leap for a far distance.

3) (Flight)

She can fly. She can float in the air. It's a way of moving herself when she doesn't want to walk, like when she's been walking a lot and is tired, instead of continuing to make herself more tired by walking, she can fly when her legs get tired from too much walking.

4) (Little mini invisible taxi)

She has a little mini invisible taxi, and she can make little mini invisible taxis appear. 'Little mini invisible taxi' is an invisible car/convertible. The difference is that her 'little mini invisible taxi' is smaller than the average car - the size of one or those little toy convertibles that little kids get on and drive, that's how big her 'little mini invisible taxi' is. It has room for 2 people. Her 'little mini invisible taxi' can fly/float in the air, it's a flying car, so she can fly in the air while driving to where she's going. Like driving a regular car, 'but' instead of being on the road, you're up in the air while you're driving. 'Little mini invisible taxi' is invisible. You can't see it, but you can feel it. Just like a car, 'Little mini invisible taxi' can take you where you want to go, but instead of being on the road - Yup, you guessed it - You'll be up in the air while being on a flying car. When she's on that car going somewhere, usually people stop and stare as they see some strange girl floating on air riding an invisible convertible, and they go like.. 0.o "Wtf??!" as they have puzzled expressions on their faces while thinking about it and wondering how that's even possible. I mean, wouldn't you also have the same reaction too if you were to see someone floating on air driving an invisible car? (Impossible in real life, but not in Saphire's universe, these are 2 different universes we're talking about here, the REAL life one, & Saphire's universe which obviously isn't real, 'don't' compare this to the real world, cause I'm NOT describing real life, I'm describing a fantasy world where ANYTHING can happen, so therefore it is okay to say that Saphire can do all of these impossible things.)

5) (Invisibility)

She can turn herself invisible.

6) (The all seeing eye)

One of her most important abilities. She has the power of the all seeing eye - the ability to know and see where a person is, and what they are currently doing right now. Perfect for finding a missing/lost person or pet. She can see where ANYONE is and what they're doing, no matter where she is. Seeing them from miles away as though they were right there right in front of you. This kind of power can be dangerous if you don't use it correctly, it's a very powerful and dangerous unique ability only Saphire was born with, it's a part of her.

(Saphire) : "Hmm, I wonder where Daniela is right now, and what she's doing right now..💡 I know! I shall use the power of the all seeing eye to find out." *Gets her wand and puts in front of her. She raises her wand and grabbed it with both hands* She started saying the magic words : "I summon the all seeing eye to tear a hole into the sky. Reveal to me that which is hidden. Unveil to me what is forbidden" As she said those magic words, her want started to light up, wind began to blow on her hair, her hair began to move as the wind blew it, and the things around her started to move as the wind blew on them. Then, she was shown where Daniela is currently at, & what she is doing at the moment.
