He never baptised a woman, Gentile or a Samaritan because they were already faithful to their tribal fathers. The present legacy in the Churches was established by the Messianic Jews who keep the seven candles of the Menorah at the same level whilst in the Catholic Churches the Middle Candle of Elohim, our Supernatural Father of our "souls" is altogether missing and replaced with an icon signifying that Christ has not come yet in line with the orthodox Jews to keep them pleased. An easy yoke, the burden light, yet bound to strive and suffer plight. Why, oh why!? There is a weary cry. Reprimand me and with all their might, those with heated hearts may demand ´how dare I?´

I took a step into a place that solely God himself has ever stood to face. Somehow in sync, love made a way, I floated within and right into His pace where ALL confronted origins from within the ´Adam’ case. The lesser vessel, the earthen vase.

Was it somewhere along his forty spent days, communing in union with creator Elohim? In the wilderness, tried by the deceiver, His purpose, His service, His ministry conceived there?

A mystery see, no annotations left. No words tell about how severely bereft the One who made all became and same, wept. The way His heart was sundered, utterly ripped out. Again I say, there are no words which properly speak about.

How Glory knew grief! Oh how He understood that all things, from first to last, would surely be as he deemed they should, as in the beginning there was ‘without’, and over ‘it’ the spirit did brood.

The self sustaining sustenance ALL POWER He endues!

The God to Whom We Pray

Nehemiah 1:1-11

"'Nehemiah demonstrates the power of prayer. As a servant to the king of Persia, he had no right to request leave to rebuild Jerusalem’s walls, much less to requisition materials and protection. Yet knowing the God to whom he prayed, Nehemiah did not hesitate to act boldly and ask the king for assistance.

His prayer began, “Please, Lord God of heaven” (Neh. 1:5). Lord, when capitalized this way, means the One “who is eternal in His being”—in other words, Jehovah. When God makes a promise, He knows how He’ll keep it. That’s why Nehemiah called Him “the great and awesome God, who keeps the covenant.”

Another Hebrew name for God is Elohim, meaning “He who is sovereign.” This name refers to the Creator and speaks of His omnipotence. He spoke the world into being, so Nehemiah knew He was more than able to provide all that was needed.

The Bible contains many other names for God, such as Adonai (“master”), Jehovah-Jireh (“provider”), and Jehovah-Rapha (“healer”). Since the Hebrew language is precise, it can help us to better know who the Lord is. Then, we’ll confidently turn to Him in any situation: When we need solace, we call upon the God of comfort; in our confusion, we have the God who teaches. Always remember, the way we view God impacts how we pray."

L'Éternel Dieu, Elohim, a déjà pourvu au salut de chaque être humain. Pour y parvenir, il est nécessaire de croire dans son cœur et de le confesser de sa propre bouche, tel est le principe établi. Mais qu'est-ce que le salut exactement ?

Le salut est un ensemble complet qui englobe tout ce dont l'homme a besoin pour réaliser sa destinée, que ce soit ici sur terre ou dans l'éternité. Il ne se limite pas au pardon des péchés, mais comprend également la fécondité, la victoire sur les épreuves, l'épanouissement professionnel et social, la santé, et bien plus encore.

이미 부탄, 에콰도르, 아랍에미레이트, 베네수엘라 등에서는 행복부와 주무 장관을 두고 자국민들의 행복 관리에 주력하고 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다.

한국 라엘리안 무브먼트는‘국제 행복의 날’을 기념해 3월 17일(일요일) 오후 2시부터 4시까지 대전시 으능정이문화의거리 입구에서‘행복’의 참된 의미를 되새기며‘행복부’신설에 대한 시민 의견을 묻는 코너를 비롯해‘행복나무 나뭇잎 달기’,‘재기차기’‘사진찍기 놀이’등 다양한 이벤트를 펼칠 예정이다. 같은 날 부산시 서면 젊음의 거리에서도 오후 3시부터 4시 30분까지‘행복의 날’을 축하하는 가두 퍼포먼스를 선보인다.

이처럼 라엘리안(창시자 라엘 / www.rael.org)이 모든 사람들의 행복에 지대한 관심을 기울이는 것은 그들이 전하는 고도의 외계문명(ET) 엘로힘(Elohim : 고대 히브리어로‘하늘에서 온 사람들’이란 뜻)의 메시지 중 가장 중요한 핵심이 바로‘행복(Happiness)’이기 때문이다.

여기서 대부분의 사람들이 혼동하는‘행복’과‘기쁨(Joy)’의 참뜻, 그 둘의 차이를 잘 이해할 필요가 있다. 보통 우리들은 기쁨을 행복으로 잘못 알고 있는 경우가 태반이다.

라엘에 따르면‘기쁨’은 외부(조건)에서 비롯된다. 기분을 좋게 하는 그 외부 요소에 전적으로 의존하기 때문에 그 요인이 소멸되면 좋은 기분도 함께 사라지는, 오래 가지 못하고 그치는 일시적, 제한적인 감정이다.

반면 행복,‘참 된’행복은 내면의 깊고 높은 의식, 말하자면 나와 타인과 환경 등 우주의 모든 것이 분리되지 않고 하나로 연결돼 있음(일체감, 하나됨)을 느끼는 초(超)의식, 무한의식에 기초하고 있다. 따라서 어떤 조건과 상황에서도 흔들리지 않고 스스로 자신의 희로애락(喜怒哀樂) 감정을 컨트롤(의식적으로 취사선택하고 결정)함으로써 그 좋은, 조화로운 느낌을 큰 기복없이 일정한 사이클로 지속적으로 유지할 수 있다. 외부에서 찾는‘기쁨’에 집착하는 경우 오히려 자신의‘행복’에 방해가 될 수 있는 것이다.

이런 관점에서 라엘은“자신의 행복을 위해서는 무엇보다 오늘날 우리 사회 전반에 만연한 잘못된 종교적 믿음과 환상(망상)에서 비롯되는 신비주의, 죄의식과 두려움, 그리고 사람들을 좌-우, 진보-보수 등으로 가르는 양 극단의 상극적 이데올로기에서 벗어나야 한다”며 “존재하지도 않는 초자연적인 신(神)에 기댈 필요없이 자연환경이나 주위 모든 사람들과의 의식적인‘연결’을 통해 분리(이분법)가 아닌 일체감을 느끼고 모든 것들과의 관계 속에서 자신의 참 모습(라엘리안 심벌인 <무한의 상징>이 말해주듯, 시작도 끝도 없는 우주 공간에서 하나로 이어져 영원히 순환하며 변화무쌍한, 그러므로 그 무엇이라고 규정하고 설명할 수 없는 무한<無限>, 무아<無我>, 무명<無名>...)을 이해하는 것이 행복의 비밀”이라고 설파한다.

아울러“우리가 진정한 행복을 얻기 위해서는 시작도 끝도 없는‘무한(無限) 우주’의 일부로서 가까이 있는 사람들과 멀리 떨어져 있는 모든 사람들은 물론, 우리 주변에 살아 있는 다양한 생명체들, 나무들, 바다, 달, 행성, 별, 은하 등 우주의 모든 것과 연결돼 결코 둘(二=분리)이 아닌‘하나(一)’임을 느끼는 조화로움, 순수한 정신성에 눈을 돌려야 한다. 그 누구든 결코 고독하거나 우울할 필요가 없다”고 힘줘 말한다.

이같은 라엘의 행복론, 행복 철학은 우주인(ET) 엘로힘이 전하는 메시지 중 근간이 되는‘무한(無限, Infinity=우주<宇宙>와 동의어)’사상과 맞닿아 있다.

“우주의 모든 것, 일체 만물은 하늘 위 거시 세계(태양계->은하계->국부은하군->은하단->초은하단...)에서 미시 세계(세포->세포 내 소기관->분자->원자->소립자...)에 이르기까지 수직적 그리고 수평적, 그 어느 방향으로도 시작도 끝도 없이 전체가‘하나(一)’로 그물처럼 촘촘히 이어진 가운데 영원히 순환(변화)하고 있다”는 프랙탈(Fractal : 부분과 전체가 유사한 연쇄적 구조를 이루고 있다는 이론)적‘무한(無限) 우주론’이 그것이다.

동양철학에서 우주만물의 근원과 근본 이치, 진리, 실상을 가리키는‘무극(無極)’‘태극(太極)’‘도(道)’‘리(理)’‘공(空)’‘무(無)’등과도 같은 개념인‘무한(無限)’은 인간 개개인의 각성과 개화(開花), 행복 등 궁극적 깨달음은 물론 인류 전체의 각성과 조화, 평화 등의 원천이 된다.

이러한‘행복’에 대한 라엘의 가르침은 낮은 행복지수와 높은 자살률이 말해주듯 국민들의 정신건강에 빨간 불이 켜진 지금의 대한민국에 절실하다. 하지만 한국인들은 그의 가르침을 받을 수 없는 실정인데, 바로 한국정부가 2003년 8월 이후 계속 라엘의 입국을 불허하고 있기 때문이다.

Genesis 32:24-32

Why was Jacob alone? He sent everyone away and remained. God initiates circumstances sometimes to separate us from our self-will and self-sufficiency and most human support until we are left alone with Him and can do nothing of our strength, knowledge and wisdom but depend totally on Him.

Peniel or Penuel means “the face of God”.

Jacob named the place where he wrestled with God and called it the 'face of El,' for I have seen Elohim face to face. It is obvious from Jacob’s experience that not all physical altercation is spiritual or vice versa, but Jacob physically wrestled with a human form yet with supernatural and everlasting consequences.

The face of God or in modern-day Hebrew, “he turns to God,” where Jacob obtained his new name “Israel”.

We must always need to learn to turn to God.

There is always a victor in every spot, especially in spiritual wrestling. We are never by ourselves in any wrestling match, we always have the Holy Spirit on our side, Jesus Christ interceding for us and the host of heaven defending us.

Verse 31 is a connection to 2 Corinthians 12:7, which says Paul was touched with a thorn, just as Jacob was touched with a limp when they encountered the Lord. An encounter with the Lord will leave God’s chosen vessels with a “thing” to make them not self-dependent on their strength, and wisdom, but pushes them to lean on God. Jacob’s lameness was to keep him mindful of this mysterious scene in verse 31 as Paul’s thorn kept him humble. Brokenness is a key to blessings, we must be broken of pride, arrogance, and superiority to be elevated by the Lord.

When we come to “Penuel,” turning to the Lord to seek Him earnestly and humbly, we experience the Lord’s glory.

Penuel is a place of encounter where we wrestle and triumph with the Lord’s help.

It’s a place of change: Jacob became Israel like Saul became Paul on the way to Damascus. Where they were both changed from the man they were, that was not fit for God’s use to one fitted for kingdom purposes.

A place of discovery, Jacob would no longer be the man he was, the man everyone knew him to be, the schemer, deceiver, and supplanter. He discovered Israel, the man God needed to perfect His prophecy.

A place of prevailing- Luke 18:1,7 tells us to not lose heart but keep praying, faithing and waiting until we prevail, no matter how discouraging and challenging it gets.

Penuel is a place of preservation. The Lord could easily have destroyed Jacob for all his faults, but He preserved Him for His purpose.

Penuel is a place of perpetual experience. When we encounter the Lord, it is long-lasting, especially if there is something that reminds us of the encounter, like Jacob’s limp. Each time we feel, think, see, or talk about our encounter, we use the reminder as a reference point.

Penuel is a place of favour. Hosea 12:4 says although he prevailed in wrestling with the Lord, it was not in his might, but the Lord showed favour from Jacob’s tears and prayer.

The place of blessing. Jacob’s encounter with God changed his perspective and opened new opportunities for him, as well as establishing God’s plan and purpose for Israel. Keep seeking His face, you too will prevail!

PRAYER: Thank you Lord for promising to show me your face and glory when I seek you. Help me to encounter you daily in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS [PSALM 8]

1. “O LORD, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens!

3. “When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,

4. What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him?”

5. FOR YOU HAVE MADE HIM A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS, And You have crowned him with glory and honour."

6. You have made him to have dominion over the works of your hands; You have put all things under his feet,

7. All sheep and oxen—even the beast of the field,

8. The birds of the air, and the fish of the Sea that pass through the paths of the seas."

• God is awesome. He is too much!

- Considering the heavens and all He has made, no one should boast before Him (1 Corinthians 1:29,31).

- Nature speaks about God (Romans 1:19,20).

- However, if God gives you the opportunity as an individual to do a particular thing, you should see it as a privilege.

- If someone is not willing to do God's bidding, He has any number of people He can use—He can do without any man, no one can hold Him to ransom.

- God would not need the help or assistance of anyone to do whatever He purposes to do.

• Truth: Every servant of God should always see it As a privilege to be considered HIS minister.

- God made man a little lower than Elohim–God (Psalm 8:5).

~ Man has God’s attributes.

~ We have ability to reason, and comprehend things.

~ We have ability to plan things and accomplish whatever the plan may be: “And the LORD said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; NOW NOTHING THAT THEY PROPOSE TO DO WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THEM" (Genesis 11:6).

~ Ability to bring to fulfilment what they have proposed was given to man through their oneness and language.

~ Through their oneness and language, they could bring to fulfilment whatever they have determined to do.

- God crowned man with glory and honour.

GOD made him have dominion over the works of His hands; God puts all things under his feet (Psalm 8:6,7).

NOTE: God created man to rule and dominate the world:

- Every man has the mandate to rule, reign, and dominate on the earth.

- God has given you power to make a change on the surface of the earth.

- Man thought of building a tower to reach heavens and God knew they could do it because they have the potential to do it. (Genesis 11:6).

- God knew what He deposited in Man, thus He came to confuse their language (Genesis 11:7).

GOD knew without confusing their language, they would succeed in what they had purposed to do (Genesis 11:6)

• Truth: God lives on the inside of you as a believer, in the person of the Holy Spirit.

- You are God’s image, replica and His copycat for that matter.

- You just have to perform, hence, you need to rise to the grace of God on the inside of you.

YOU have the potential to think and make things happen.

- Come up with a plan ordained by God, and bring the plan to the fulfilment Or reality.

• In the work of Ministry: vision is born in your heart by the Holy Spirit.

- The vision born in your heart by the Holy Spirit is what God would want you to accomplish on earth.

- You have a great deposit of grace on your inside to make things happen on the earth.

- Visions come from dissatisfactions and burdens.

- Visions or dreams starts with seeing what is wrong about a thing, place, situation or condition.

- In the process, the desire to find solution to that wrong or problem you have seen comes up in your heart.

- When you have a desire to see a change happens in a particular thing, a change about a condition or situation, then you have born a vision.

- To give birth to vision starts with being dissatisfied with a situation or condition—you do not want to accept or keep maintaining the status quo.

- Your dissatisfaction leads to agitation, strong desire, or Passion to see a change.

- A way out of any problem that you devised is called the vision.

- God wants to use you to expand His kingdom on earth.

- God is giving you a passion for something to be done. Something to be corrected on earth.

- Note: Passion comes when your mind is renewed, and YOU begin to see things in God’s point of view (Romans 12:1,2).

- You begin to see why a thing that is wrong should not be so. Others around you may not see it, have burden or passion for it, but you have it anyway.

- Visions emanate from the dissatisfaction for a status quo.

2. “… Hanani one of my brethren came with men from Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews who had escaped, who had survived the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.

3. And they said to me, “The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province ARE THERE IN GREAT DISTRESS AND REPROACH. THE WALL OF JERUSALEM IS ALSO BROKEN DOWN, AND ITS GATES ARE BURNED WITH FIRE.”

4. So it was, WHEN I HEARD THESE WORDS, THAT I SAT DOWN AND WEPT, AND MOURNED FOR MANY DAYS; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven.”

- Burdens to see a change gives birth to a vision.

• God is great and excellent.

GOD rules in the affairs of men: "O LORD, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth!” (Psalm 8:9).

- Note: God has given mandate to every man to rule and dominate (Genesis 1:28).

- God wants you to contribute to the building of His kingdom on earth.

- What are you passionate about? Or what do you have a passion for?

- You should not leave the world without any contribution!

• You will not fail in Jesus’ name.
