Blondie is an American rock band formed in New York City in 1974 by singer Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein. The band was a pioneer in the American new wave genre and scene of the mid-1970s.

Bio on Debbie Hary

Deborah Ann Harry (born Angela Trimble; July 1, 1945) is an American singer, songwriter and actress, best known as the lead vocalist of the band Blondie. Four of her songs with the band reached No. 1 on the US charts between 1979 and 1981.

Born in Miami, Florida, Harry was adopted as an infant and raised in Hawthorne, New Jersey. After college she worked various jobs—as a dancer, a Playboy Bunny, and a secretary (including at the BBC in New York)—before her breakthrough in the music industry.

She co-formed Blondie in 1974 in New York City. The band released its eponymous debut studio album in 1976 and released three more studio albums between then and 1979, including Parallel Lines, which spawned six singles, including "Heart of Glass". Their fifth studio album, Autoamerican (1980), produced hits including a cover of "The Tide Is High", and "Rapture", which is considered the first rap song to chart at number one in the United States.

1945–1965: Early life

Harry was born Angela Trimble on July 1, 1945, in Miami, Florida. At the age of three months, she was adopted by Catherine (née Peters) and Richard Harry, gift shop proprietors in Hawthorne, New Jersey, and renamed Deborah Ann Harry. She is of Scottish ancestry and her biological parents' surnames were Trimble and Mackenzie.

Harry learned of her adoption at four years old.

At first, she decided against locating her birth parents, but nonetheless, in the late 1980s, located her birth mother, a concert pianist, who chose not to establish a relationship with Harry.

In her memoir, she recalls being a tomboy, spending much of her childhood playing in the woods adjacent to her home.

Harry attended Hawthorne High School, where she was voted "Best Looking", graduating in 1963. She graduated from Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey, with an Associate of Arts degree in 1965.

Before beginning her singing career, she moved to New York City in the late 1960s, and worked there as a secretary at BBC Radio's office for one year.

Later, she was a waitress at Max's Kansas City, a go-go dancer in a discothèque in Union City, New Jersey, and a Playboy Bunny.

1966–1975: Early projects; formation of Blondie

In the late 1960s, Harry began her musical career as a backing singer for the folk rock group The Wind in the Willows,which released an eponymous album in 1968 on Capitol Records.

In 1973, Harry joined The Stilettos with Elda Gentile and Amanda Jones. Shortly thereafter, the band added guitarist Chris Stein, who became her boyfriend.

In her memoir, Face It, Harry describes having been raped at knifepoint during a burglary of the home she shared with Stein.

In 1974 Harry and Stein left the Stilettos (along with the band's bassist and drummer) and formed Angel and the Snake with Tish Bellomo and Snooky Bellomo. Shortly thereafter, they changed the name of the band to Blondie, named after the catcall men often directed at Harry after she bleached her hair blonde.

The band quickly became regulars at Max's Kansas City and CBGB in New York City.

1976–1980: Global success

With her beauty, daring choice of clothing, and two-tone bleached-blonde hair, Harry quickly became a punk icon.

Blondie released their self-titled debut album in 1976; it peaked at No. 14 in Australia and (later, in 1979) No. 75 in the United Kingdom.

Their second album, Plastic Letters, garnered some success outside the United States, but their third album, Parallel Lines (1978), was a worldwide hit and catapulted the group to international success.

It included the global hit single "Heart of Glass". Riding the crest of disco's domination, the track made No. 1 in the US and sold nearly two million copies. It also reached No. 1 in the UK and was the second highest-selling single of 1979.

In June 1979, Blondie was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone. Harry's persona, combining cool sexuality with streetwise style, became so closely associated with the group's name that many came to believe "Blondie" was the singer's name.

The difference between the individual Harry and the band Blondie was emphasized by a "Blondie is a group" button campaign by the band in 1979. The band's success continued with the release of the platinum-selling Eat to the Beat album (UK No. 1, US No. 17) in September.

Autoamerican (UK No. 3, US No. 7) was released in 1980. Blondie had further No. 1 hits with "Call Me" (American Gigolo soundtrack) (US and UK No. 1), "Atomic" (Eat to the Beat album) (UK No. 1), "The Tide Is High" (US and UK No. 1), and "Rapture" (US No. 1).

During this time, both Harry and Stein befriended graffiti artist Fab Five Freddy, who introduced them to the emerging hip-hop scene in the Bronx. Freddy is mentioned in "Rapture".

Through Fab Five Freddy they were also able to connect with Grandmaster Flash who is played by Jean-Michel Basquiat in the video.

"Rapture" became the first rap-oriented song to reach No. 1 in the US Billboard charts.

Grandmaster Flash said Harry "opened up so many doors for hip hop" by mentioning him in Rapture.

Harry was immortalized by Andy Warhol in 1980, who produced a number of artworks of her image from a single photoshoot at the Factory. The artist created a small series of four acrylic and silkscreen ink on canvas portraits of the star in different colors, as well as Polaroids and a small number of rare silver gelatin prints from the shoot. Stein was also present that day to capture Warhol photographing Harry in a series of his own photographs, exhibited in 2013 in London.

Her collaboration and friendship with Warhol continued and she was his first guest on the MTV show Andy Warhol's Fifteen Minutes. The first episode opened with Harry announcing the theme: "Sex, Vegetables, Brothers and Sisters".

Harry said of her relationship with Warhol, "I think the best thing [Andy Warhol] taught me was always to be open to new things, new music, new style, new bands, new technology and just go with it. Never get mired in the past and always accept new things whatever age you are."

1981–1996: Solo work and acting

In 1981, Harry issued a press release to clarify that her name was not "Debbie Blondie" or "Debbie Harry" but rather Deborah Harry, though Harry later described her character in the band as being named "Blondie", as in this quote from the No Exit tour book:

Hi, it's Deb. You know, when I woke up this morning I had a realization about myself. I was always Blondie. People always called me Blondie, ever since I was a little kid. What I realized is that at some point I became Dirty Harry. I couldn't be Blondie anymore, so I became Dirty Harry.

Harry began her solo career with the album KooKoo (1981). Produced by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards of Chic, the album peaked at No. 25 in the US and No. 6 in the UK; and was later certified gold in the US and silver in the UK.

The album's cover art was controversial, showing Harry apparently with skewers through her face, and many stores refused to stock it."Backfired", the first single from the album, had a video directed by H.R. Giger (who also created the album's front cover featuring Harry's face with metal skewers through it).

The single reached No. 43 on the Billboard Hot 100, No. 29 on the Hot Dance Club Songs, and No. 32 on the UK Singles Chart "The Jam Was Moving" was lifted as the second single and peaked at No. 82 in the US. In the same year (1981) Harry appeared in the movie "Downtown 81" where Jean-Michel Basquiat played the leading role. Harry plays a bag lady who turns into a princess when Basquiat kisses her.

After a year-long hiatus, Blondie regrouped and released their sixth studio album, The Hunter (1982). The album was not as successful as their previous works, and a world tour was cut short due to slow ticket sales. It was around this time that Stein also fell seriously ill with the rare autoimmune disease pemphigus. His illness, along with declining record sales and internal struggles, caused the band to split up.

In June 1982, Harry contributed backing vocals to The Gun Club's second album Miami, being credited as 'D.H. Lawrence Jr' while Chris Stein also produced the record and is credited as 'bongos' and 'cover photos/design'. The Gun Club's singer Jeffrey Lee Pierce was an ardent fan, emulating Harry's hairstyle and founding the West Coast Blondie Fan Club, before becoming friends with the band in New York.

After Blondie split up in 1982, Harry's solo output slowed down as she cared for ailing partner Chris Stein. She released the single "Rush Rush" in 1983 (produced by Giorgio Moroder and taken from the film Scarface), but it was commercially unsuccessful. The same year, Harry had a leading role in David Cronenberg's body horror film Videodrome (1983), playing the sadomasochistic lover of a television producer who uncovers an underground video output of snuff films. Harry received rave reviews for her performance in the film.

Critic Howard Hampton noted in a retrospective that Harry "carries herself with the wry, burned-out, but still titillated instincts of a voyager buying a one-way ticket for the outer limits. A vivid, smallish part can either anchor or undo a risky, conceptually spiky film like David Cronenberg's viscerally deranged phantasia: Harry's presence grounds it in acute, self-aware reality."

A new single, "Feel The Spin" (taken from the film Krush Groove), was released as a limited 12" single in 1985, which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Dance Chart. In 1986, Harry released her second solo album, called Rockbird, which peaked at No. 97 in the US, and No. 31 in the UK(where it has been certified gold for 100,000 sales by the BPI).

The single "French Kissin' in the USA" gave Harry her only UK solo top 10 hit (No. 8) and became a moderate US hit (No. 57). Other singles released from the album were "Free to Fall" and "In Love with Love", with the latter completely re-recorded in London with hit British producers Stock Aitken Waterman (SAW).

The track hit No. 1 on the US Dance Charts and was released with several remixes. Harry also recorded another track with SAW during the same sessions, "Mind Over Matter", which was never officially released.

In 1987, Harry starred opposite Alec Baldwin in the comedy mystery film Forever, Lulu, playing the title character

"Liar, Liar" was recorded by Harry for the soundtrack album Married to the Mob in 1988 and was produced by Mike Chapman. It was their first collaboration since the 1982 Blondie album The Hunter. The same year, Harry starred as Velma Von Tussle in John Waters's satirical dance film Hairspray

Her next solo venture was the album Def, Dumb and Blonde in 1989. At this point Harry reverted from "Debbie" to "Deborah" as her professional name. The first single "I Want That Man" was a hit in Europe and Australia and on the US Modern Rock Charts. The success of the single propelled the album to No. 12 on the UK chart, where it earned a silver disc. However, with little promotion from her record company in the US, it peaked at No. 123. She followed this up with the ballad "Brite Side" and the club hit "Sweet and Low". "Maybe for Sure", a reworked version of "Angel's Song" she'd recorded for the Rock and Rule animated film, was the fourth single released from the album in June 1990 to coincide with a UK tour (her second in six months). The track "Kiss It Better" was also a Top 15 Modern Rock single in the US.

Harry also appeared in film during this time, with a supporting part in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie (1990). From 1989 to 1991, Harry toured extensively across the world with former Blondie guitarist Chris Stein, Underworld's Karl Hyde, and future Blondie bassist Leigh Foxx. In July 1991 she played Wembley Stadium, supporting INXS. In 1991, Chrysalis released a new "best of" compilation in Europe entitled The Complete Picture: The Very Best of Deborah Harry and Blondie, containing hits with Blondie as well as her solo hits. The collection reached No. 3 in the UK album chart[36] and earned a gold disc. The album also included her duet with Iggy Pop of the Cole Porter song "Well, Did You Evah!" from the 1990 Red Hot + Blue AIDS charity album.

In 1992, Harry collaborated with German post-punk band Die Haut on the track "Don't Cross My Mind" and released the song "Prelude to a Kiss" on the soundtrack to the film of the same name. She also released a cover of "Summertime Blues" from the soundtrack to the film That Night in Australia. Her fourth solo album, Debravation, was released in July 1993. The album peaked at #24 in the UK but was less successful in the US. The album's first single was "I Can See Clearly", which peaked at No. 23 in the UK and No. 2 on the US dance charts.

This was followed by "Strike Me Pink" in September. Controversy surrounded the latter track's promotional video, which featured a man drowning in a water tank, resulting in its being banned.

US editions of the album feature two additional tracks recorded with prerecorded music by R.E.M.: "Tear Drops" and a cover of Skeeter Davis's 1961 hit "My Last Date (with You)". Also in 1993, Harry had a supporting role in a John Carpenter-directed segment of the anthology horror film Body Bags.

In November 1993, Harry toured the UK with Stein, guitarist Peter Min, bassist Greta Brinkman, and drummer James Murphy. The set list of the Debravation Tour featured an offbeat selection of Harry material including the previously unreleased track "Close Your Eyes" (from 1989) and "Ordinary Bummer" (from the Stein-produced Iggy Pop album Zombie Birdhouse, a track that, under the moniker Adolph's Dog, Blondie covered in 1997). Tentative plans to record these shows and release them as a live double CD never came to fruition. However, covers of the Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses" and David Oliver's "Love TKO" exist as bootlegs. In early 1994, Harry took the Debravation tour to the US.

In the UK, Harry's long tenure with Chrysalis Records also came to an end after Debravation's lackluster sales, but the label released all of Blondie's albums and Harry's KooKoo album (for the first time on CD) as remastered editions with bonus tracks.

In the mid 1990s, Harry worked as a guest vocalist on several projects: She joined the avant-garde jazz ensemble the Jazz Passengers in 1994, appearing on their album In Love (1994). Harry also reunited with Blondie keyboardist Jimmy Destri for a cover of Otis Blackwell's "Don't Be Cruel" for the 1995 album Brace Yourself! A Tribute to Otis Blackwell. During this period, she also recorded a duet with actor Robert Jacks titled "Der Einziger Weg (The Only Way)", a theme for the horror film Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994), which was recorded in German and in English. Harry also served as a vocalist in Talking Heads side project the Heads' 1996 release No Talking, Just Head, followed by the Jazz Passengers' Individually Twisted (1997).

The same year, she collaborated with Jazz Passengers' Bill Ware in his side project Groove Thing, singing lead vocals on the club hit "Command and Obey". Another Jazz Passengers collaboration, "The City in the Sea", appeared on the Edgar Allan Poe tribute album Closed on Account of Rabies (1997).

In film, Harry co-starred with Pruitt Taylor Vince and Liv Tyler in James Mangold's directorial debut Heavy (1995), playing a misanthropic waitress at an upstate New York restaurant.

The following year, she filmed Mangold's Cop Land (1997), a neo-noir thriller in which she portrayed a bartender.

1997–2007: Blondie reformation and solo output

In 1997, Blondie began working together again for the first time in 15 years. The four original members (Harry, Stein, Clem Burke and Jimmy Destri) began sessions for what would become Blondie's seventh studio album, No Exit (1999). The lead single from the album, "Maria", debuted at No. 1 in the UK, giving Blondie their sixth UK No. 1 hit. "Maria" also reached No. 1 in 14 countries, the top 10 on the US Dance Charts, and Top 20 on the US Adult Top 40 Charts. No Exit debuted at No. 3 in the UK and No. 17 in the US.

Harry appears on the 2001 Bill Ware album Vibes 4 singing the track "Me and You" as well as on former Police guitarist Andy Summers's album Peggy's Blue Skylight on the track "Weird Nightmare". A techno cover of Stan Jones' "Ghost Riders in the Sky" was featured on the soundtrack to the 1998 film Three Businessmen, and was available on her website to download. Harry sings on two tracks on Andrea Griminelli's Cinema Italiano project: "You'll Come to Me" (inspired by Amarcord's main theme) and "When Love Comes By" (from Il Postino), as well as on a tribute album reinterpreting the music of Harold Arlen, on which she sings the title track "Stormy Weather". In May 2002, she accompanied the Jazz Passengers and the BBC Concert Orchestra in a performance of her jazz material at the Barbican Centre in London. In 2003, she was featured vocalist on the song "Uncontrollable Love" by DJ duo Blow-Up. She also sang on the version of "Waltzing Matilda" recorded by Dan Zanes and Friends, released on the 2003 album House Party. The same year, Blondie released the album The Curse of Blondie (2003).

In 2006, Harry started work in New York City on her fifth solo album, Necessary Evil (released in 2007). Working with production duo Super Buddha (who produced the remix of Blondie's "In the Flesh" for the 2005 Sound and Vision compilation), the first music to surface in was a hip-hop track titled "Dirty and Deep" in which she spoke out against rapper Lil' Kim's incarceration. Throughout 2006, a number of new tracks surfaced on Harry's Myspace page, including "Charm Alarm", "Deep End", "Love with a Vengeance", "School for Scandal", and "Necessary Evil", as well as duets she recorded with Miss Guy (of Toilet Böys fame), "God Save New York" and "New York Groove". A streaming version of the lead single, "Two Times Blue", was added to Harry's Myspace page in May 2007. On June 6, 2007, a downloadable version was released via her official website.

In 2007, Harry delineated the different personae (Blondie the band, her role in the band, and Deborah Harry the singer) to an interviewer who asked why she played only solo music on the 2007 True Colors World Tour with Cyndi Lauper: "I've put together a new trio with no Blondie members in it. I really want to make a clear definition between Debbie's solo projects and Blondie, and I hope that the audience can appreciate that and also appreciate this other material."

Harry's fifth solo album, Necessary Evil (2007), was released after she completed the True Colors World Tour. The first single, "Two Times Blue", peaked at No. 5 on the US Dance Club Play chart. The album peaked at No. 86 in the UK and No. 37 in the US Billboard Top Independent Albums chart. Harry performed "Two Times Blue" on various talk shows to promote the album. She also started a 22-date US tour on November 8, lasting until December 9, playing small venues and clubs across the country. On January 18, 2008, an official music video for "If I Had You" was released.

Ominis (Ellis) is the 7th child of the House of Gaunt, under Marvolo Gaunt Senior,33, and Salome Gaunt,32, née Flint.

Cyrus Gaunt, grandfather, patriarch, (Salazar Slytherin :: parselcraft. legillimency. dark arts. charms. IRISH Cadmus Peverell :: 2d bro, arrogant. resurrection stone. suicide. conjuration// magical manufacturer married to Medea Sayre, from a cadet branch of the Sayre family (many times removed from Morrigan and branching off way before Isolt Sayre, founder of Ilvermony) (Morrigan Sayre :: transfiguration. animagus (crow). potion IRISH) Salome was a dark witch, obsessed with bringing power to the Family through any means necessary. She practised heavily the dark arts, in a family coven where the leader told her the 7th of her child would bring power and longevity to her bloodline. With that in mind, she conceived every child with mindless devotion. When she had difficulties to get pregnant for the last, she convinced her husband to do it in a dark ritual. She died during childbirth, the dark magic eating her completely. When she passed, Marvolo junior, (Vitellius) the eldest of her children was 12 and at Hogwarts, Bertram (Oswald) just starting too at 11 yo. Amarantha, (Verna) the oldest daughter was just shy of her 9th birthday, Cassius 7,(Fergus) Reuben 6 (Gilbert) and Elda 4 (Lucrezia). All of them were raised in Gaunt Castle with their paternal grandparents, Cyrus & Medea. Of their two aunts, Noctua, was actually the same age as Marvolo jnr and at Hogwarts too while Semele, the oldest was 19 and barely out of Hogwarts. She was betrothed to the youngest Yaxley, Mercurius . The children were all instructed in the dark arts by their mother, aunt and grandmother, and in parselcraft by their grandfather. Their father had very little to do with them, barely interested in having children himself. He wouldn’t have had any at all if not for the House Patriarch, Cyrus, having no other male child and his wife insistence to have seven. The Gaunt Family was an Old and Noble House well versed in dark magic and parselfcraft, but Marvolo snr had no ambitions nor thirst for knowledge. He coast at best at Hogwarts, barely got any NEWT and had never been invited in any conclave because of it. He didn’t even work, wasting his day away by drinking and terrorizing muggles when he went out. His mother had to go through the coven she was part of to find a bright witch, willing to settle down with a disappointing husband with the promise of being inducted in parselcraft. The family followed the Old Religion, rejecting the new muggle variant of Halloween, Christmas and so on…

They often had celebration for Samhain, instead of Halloween. Bonfire were held in magical community and magical families took from the fire to bring home where all light were extinguished and relit with the fire from the bonfire. Children often did their first rituals during samhain to pay respect to the Family and their ancestors.

Next was Yule, or Christmas, for the winter solstice, sacrifice and offering.

After came Imbolc (chandeleur bb) on the February 1st. Fertility and sex rituals were often done at this time.

Ostara, pâques for spring equinox. Offering and sacrifice. Beltane, the night of the last day of april and the 1st of may where bonfire where held and rituals of protection were done.

Lithan, summer solstice. Offering and sacrifices, 21 juin.

Lughnasa 1st of August, rituals.

Mabon, autumn equinox, sacrifice and offering . Born 1st November, at Samhain, (conceived in sex ritual during imbolc) Ominis was born blind. It wasn’t a surprise as the parents had used a dark ritual to conceive and those were known to take a heavy price from the child born out of it. But where most wizard would have been disappointed, and Marvolo Snr sure was, Cyrus knew better. That child was imbued in dark magic from birth and would master it that much easier. Especially with a birth on Samhain, strongest day for dark magic and with his mother dying during birth as an offering. If parselmagic settled in the child, it would be no problem to survive and thrive. Ominis was a bright, brilliant child. He got his first vision at 5 years old. While he was eating with the family during the Yule break, the family was planning the marriage of their oldest son Marvolo Junior to the eldest daughter, Amarantha. Marvolo jnr seemed to have taken after his father in laziness and non ambitions, willing to cruise on family wealth and being a descendant of Salazar Slytherin. The daughter, one of the brightest witch in her year would hopefully be able to continue and lead the Family. During the conversation, which Amarantha wasn’t really happy about, Ominis suddenly went still, his unseeing eyes opened wide and his usually milky blue colour turned the colour of a starry night. Noctua who was the one talking to him, called to her mother. "Mother? Mother, look. Ominis is being weird."

"Weirder than usual?" Reuben snickered in his hand. Medea turned to them and one look at Ominis, went pale. "Oh, dear." She got up, spelled Ominis with a mobilicorpus and left with him. She got him to his room, lying him on his bed and waited with baited breath. Before long, he started to shake and cry, having come back from his prophetic trance. Medea took her in her arms.

"Shh, my darling. It’s gonna be alright." "G… g… grandm-a!" sobbed Ominis. "Shhh, it’s going to be alright, dear. Tell Grandmother what you saw, we’ll make it alright." "F… Father. He… he... he is going to kill us all…" hiccuped Ominis. "What do you mean darling?" And Ominis had to explain how his own father, bending the knee to a Dark Lord in a quest to kill all muggles, would have nearly all his children killed in a war. In absolute horror, Medea called for a house elf and ask them for a sleeping potion. Dosing her grandchild so he’d sleep without dreams so he’d have some rest, she left him and went back to the dining table. It had taken a good 20 minutes but no one had moved away, under Cyrus order to finish their meal. Medea sat back and announced. "Ominis had a vision. Lady magic blessed him with a warning for our Family. None of you will pester him to know what it is about. But let is be known that the House of Gaunt will take that warning to heart and not have any allegiance to any Dark Lord during any of our life time. We will have a ritual on Beltane, all of you are to participate, were we’ll ask Lady Magic for protection about this very vision she warned us about. We will swear a vow to not get involve. I will hear no complain.”

Cyrus said nothing but nodded pensively. He didn’t know what happened in this vision to have Medea react so strongly. His wife family had already history with muggles and the Gaunt Family, when one of them had killed the Sayre patriarchal line and only a cadet branch had survived. He would talk to his wife but he himself didn’t care much either way, his wife had always done everything she could to make sure the Family would be strong and strive. And she’d never go against Lady Magic. Not after the gift they’d been given. Doing anything to jeopardize that would be akin to the ritual suicide of their entire House.

Ominis next big vision had come merely months later. Noctua had been searching for Slytherin’s Scriptorium for months, giving regular update about how close she seems to be getting. While she wasn’t alone at Hogwarts, with her many nephews and niece also attending, she had taken to the task alone. One morning, while Cyrus had been teaching his grandson some parselcraft, Ominis suddenly froze, wide starry night eyes and mouth ajar on a silent scream. Cyrus acted as his wife had, taking the boy to his bed and waited. He called a house elf to let Medea know. He wondered briefly if the vision had to do with the previous one. Sometimes, seers would be unable to see anything but a specific *

When Ominis finally got back to himself, a mere 5 minutes had passed. Much quicker than his last one, but the after effect seemed to be the same. Shaking and crying, calling for his youngest aunt. "Ominis please, stop this immediatly and explain your vision. Crying about it won’t solve anything." "Grandpa?" called Ominis, putting his arms out and trying to grab in the direction the steady voice came. "Yes, my boy. I’m here" he answered, taking the little hand in his bigger one. "Tell me what you saw. Was it about your aunt Noctua? Why were you calling for her?" "She’s looking for something alone. And she’s gonna die because it’s not made to be found by one person. She’s stuck in front of a door, a screaming door and it won’t open.

Episode 5 ~ Fear The Enemy

All eyes were on him as he took his seat which took some time I should add as he seemed to have to dust the chair off and carefully adjust his collar and cuffs before finally settling into it.

Helen had this excited and eager look upon her face as she took the man in while Charles...it was hard to tell. Of course Elda smirked until she decided it was time to introduce him. “Co-chair to the council. Caleb Vatore!”

The name seemed familiar? I’m sure they mentioned him being lost or something or...I don’t know. I’m still learning faces and places after all.

Caleb didn’t smile, he looked around the table with some disgust, took a long deep breath and said. “This is pathetic...”

Pozdrav ze statku č. 9

Ahoj kamarádi, milí rodiče,

je pár momentů, které můžeš zažít jen tady ve Stráži. Jsou nepřenosné a zůstávají v srdci na celý život, dneska jsme jich zase pár prožili.

1. Začali jsme obědem. Jen ve Stráži můžeš v jednom týdnu zažít Járovo skvostné španělské ptáčky, vymazlenou koprovku, dnešní delikátní vdolečky a večer nás ještě Jára odrovnal skvěle udělaným měkoučkým masem s hranolkama. Mimochodem večeře byla dnes tak trochu past, měli jsme to tušit a být při večeři obezřetnější a ne se zase tolik naprat jako vždycky. Milý čtenáři, vysvětlím ti níže proč…

2. Jen ve Stráži jsou skoro všichni příbuzní nebo minimálně spolužáci nebo je Pepisko učil (nebo znaj Madlu…). Dneska mě pobavily holčičky z 3.oddílu, protože se rozřechtaly, když si zjistily, že Elda Syrůček je evidentně brácha Šimona Syrůčka….a to holky netuší, že oba Syrůčkové jsou příbuzní Velenských a ti mohou být potenciálně příbuzní se mnou, a pak by se tu dal sestavit skoro celý oddíl, který má společnou babičku Tilingerovou, a když ne Tilingerovou, tak Tajovskou. Až vám budou děti doma říkat, že tu byli kvarteta sourozenců, tak jim věřte, protože ta tu máme letos 2. Triplety sourozenců jsou tady standard, bratranci a sestřenice běžná agenda a když už tam není pokrevní vazba, tak sem jezdí nejlepší kamarádky, kamarádi a spolužáci. No a pak tu taky plno nejlepších přátelství na celý život vzniká a sem tam i nějaké to manželství. Už nám sem jezdí i 3. generace táborníků. Na těch 2.5 týdne se z nás tady ve Stráži vytvoří jedna velká táborová rodina.

3. Jen ve Stráži můžeš mít tu obrovskou kliku, že TO vyjde! Že vyjde TO, že na začátku tábora vytáhneš jedno triko, půlku tábora ho nosíš a pak tě vylosují do národa, který má stejnou barvu jako to triko, takže ho v klídku můžeš donosit až do konce tábora, včetně cesty autobusem do Prahy. Jediný, komu to může případně vadit, je maminka, která tě poveze od fakulty v autě domů a bude TO cítit…Tuším, že letos tuhle unikátní situaci prožívá malej Franta. Mám tak trochu tušení, že v tom červeným tričku, ve kterém ho vidím od začátku tábora i spí a jelikož je Spartička, tak je to ložený až do konce. Jako sorry, tedˇ o výměně oděvu nemůže být řeč.

4. Jen ve Stráži zažiješ ikonické, lety propracované, zahájení táborové olympiády. Mrkni na FB, nahrála jsem ho celé. Je dojemné, jak táborníci z pravěku, sledují, píší, že je to pořád stejný, pořád skvělý, že jsou tu mentálně pořád s námi, velmi bedlivě monitorují situaci a korigují, když někdo napíše, “At´ žijou Athény”, Michale!!!, když máš obě děti ve Spartě. (A taky je fakt, že jen ve Stráži můžeš zažít, že Džanys byl pořád Korint.)

Přejte nám na zítra další nepřenosné zážitky, které vám s radostí alespoň přibližuji. Moje chytré hodinky mi ukazují za dnešek 29700 nachozených kroků, 50 kiláčků na kole a půl hodinky posilování na TRX, takže kamarádi, já mám za dnešek odsportováno včetně večerního basketbálku, takže už jen nahrát blog na sít´ a brou.

PS: Vysvětlení k bodu č.1 výše. V rámci olympiády závodí nejenom děti, ale také praktikanti a vedoucí v rámci týmů BLACK and WHITE. Jsme poctěna být v týmu BLACK, pro mě se shovívavým názvem „young - mladý“ (nevím, jestli tuší, že já když potřebuju vyhledat v elektronickém dotazníku ročník mého narození, tak už musím skrolovat dost dolů, občas s obavou, jestli tam je ještě vůbec uvedený…) WHITE jsou praktikanti a zelenáči vedoucí tj. „younger“. Soutěž BLACK and WHITE začala hned dnes po slavnostním nástupu večerním basketbalem. Některá z týmu děvčat jsme netušily, že letos nebudeme hrát ve smíšených týmech jako vždy, což znamená sem tam se na hřišti proběhnu a pak zas ven, ale pěkně čistě rovnou bílý holky proti černejm holkám #everycoloursmatter….jak říkám, kdybychom to bývaly tušily, že tam budeme lítat za balonem jak motorový myši, včetně nás matek, tak se tak večer nepřežerem a některá z nás by mohla mít klidně ještě i po zápase večeři pořád v žaludku…holt, kámo, jen ve Stráži do toho dáš celý srdce at´ to stojí, co to stojí…

Y e s, zuper, joie & bonheur

Ok, alors je commence à en avoir un peu ras le cul du bonbon rose là, donc pour ouvrir les yeux un peu à tout le monde on va dévoiler toute l’histoire.

Vous me connaissez peut-être, (ou peut-être pas, au pire on s’en fout) je suis une joueuse d’Eldarya sur le serveur FR, je gère le Markable Elda + quelques stylish etc.

Ce post, sera l’unique post de ce tumblr parce que j’ai quand même pas que ça a faire. Il sera évidemment en réponse à @sugariel, @party-time-with-sodariel ou je ne sais quelle autre personnalité qu’elle s’est inventée.

On va tout reprendre dans l’ordre, voulez-vous?

Je suis co-gérante sur le topic Ma Découverte Du Jour (MDDJ pour les intimes), c’est à dire que mon rôle est de faire en sorte que le topic reste ouvert en empêchant la création des conflits (bon ça a pas trop marché pendant un moment mais là ça va mieux, d’ailleurs merci les gars je vous aime). Donc, quand il y a un post qui ne respecte pas les règles, j’interviens en faisant un post pour demander au joueur d’éditer ou supprimer son post. Jusque là ça va, c’est le rôle d’un gérant de topic, on va pas partir en débat sur ça.

J’ai dû intervenir à plusieurs reprises pour les posts de Sugariel qui n’étaient pas dans les règles, dont une fois où nous avons parlé par MP:

(J’utilise pas tumblr, je sais pas si c’est flou ou pas? Je met le lien >là au cas où jpp on dirait mes grands parents qui se servent d’un ordi )

Ok donc, mon dernier message elle l’avait clairement mal pris, pourtant je dit clairement que c’est un exemple (et je rappelle, exemple=quelque chose pour illustrer nos propos qui ne reflète pas forcément la façon de penser d’une personne). Quoi qu’il en soit, elle l’a mal pris, bon d’accord tant pis c’est pas la fin du monde, on passe à autre chose.

SAUF QUE NON, apparemment elle n’est pas passée à autre chose puisque à chacun de ses posts sur MDDJ, on avait le droit à une petite pique de sa part. Sacrément lourd, mais on bon en a fait abstraction.

Petit saut temporel de 2 mois un truc dans le genre: sur la section Champs des Ludis, Sugariel s’embrouille avec une joueuse sur un topic. Les deux ayant atteint les 4 avertissement, elles sont toutes deux bannies pour une durée de 2 jours. Et comme il est possible de le voir dans les règles de chaque section:

La joueuse perd donc 2 de ses topics sur la Section Champ des Ludis, mais la modératrice en charge de la Section Jeu Eldarya (où se trouve le Fan Club d’Alajéa jusqu’alors tenu par Sugariel) ne ferme pas ledit topic, n’ayant pas vu le ban de Sugariel. A partir de là, l’histoire aurait pu s’arrêter là, tout le monde est content et tout va bien. MAIS NON, dès la fin de son ban de 2 jours, Sugariel viens poster sur MDDJ à la suite duquel j’interviens:

(j’ai la flemme de tout héberger, si c’est flou c’est encore disponible sur le topic au pire).

A la suite de ça, Sugariel me contacte par MP, (je vous montre tout puisque la SCREEN QUEEN comme elle se fait appeler ne montre que ce qui l’arrange.

Bref, comme vous pouvez le voir, dans mon dernier message je dis clairement à Sugariel que ses MPs me dérangent parce que je n’ai pas vraiment que ça à faire = S’il-te-plaît arrête d’essayer de me parler, je ne sais pas ça me semble assez logique? Apparemment non puisque le jour-même (ou le lendemain, je ne sais plus trop), elle fait un post sur le topic pour donner de l’amour sur le Champ des Ludis dans lequel elle me désigne comme une Tsundere. Je contacte donc Synder par MP pour lui demander si c’est possible d’intervenir (Sorry Synd, mais tes mps on déjà pas mal tournés donc bon :hahaacry:)

A la suite de ça, Synder supprime donc le post en question et va MP Sugariel pour l’en informer. (C’est là où vous pouvez caser les MP entre Sugariel et Synder : >Ceux là Comment je les ai eu? Patience, on y vient après. )

Donc, déjà là, on a un problème: Sugariel s’insurge que Synd ai supprimé entièrement le post au lieu de simplement la prévenir par MP pour qu’elle edit son post. Sauf que si Synder a supprimé directement le post au lieu de supprimer simplement la partie qui parlait de moi, Sugariel aurait sû que ça venait de moi. Donc NON Synder n’a pas supprimé la totalité du post pour embêter Sugariel, elle l’a fait pour conserver MON anonymat pour éviter que Sugariel ne vienne me MP par la suite alors que j’ai demandé à ce qu’elle ne le fasse plus. Je ne sais pas, ça me semble assez logique comme manière d’agir? Pourquoi, en voyant le screen que Sugariel montre de sa conversation avec Synder, j’ai l’impression que personne ne se dit que c’était pour cette raison?

Bref, à la suite de ça, Sugariel retourne faire un post sur le topic de l’amour où elle se fout de la gueule de Synder (cherchez sur l’un de ses tumblr, elle l’a affiché), et se fait ban 15 jours pour ça. D’ailleurs en parlant du moment où elle l’a affiché, EVIDEMMENT elle ne parle pas de ce qui s’est passé avant, elle sors bien les choses de son contexte pour se poser en victime de la méchante Synder.

DONC pendant son ban de 15j, elle devait s’ennuyer un peu et à décidé de MP les 3/4 de la population eldarya (non non, pas uniquement ceux qu’elle avait déjà en ami, elle a AUSSI été DA des gens qui ne la connaissaient pas) pour faire tourner les screens de ses messages privés avec Synder (ceux dont je vous parle plus haut), dont moi (c’est comme ça que j’ai eu le screen du coup). Donc je lui ai répondu comme vous pourrez le voir sur le screen ci-après (mais partez pas maintenant, y a encore + drôle après)

DONC SUITE A CA Sugariel screen cette conversation et l’envoie elle aussi à tous ceux qu’elle a MP avec la conversation de Synder. SAUF QUE, sinon ce n’est pas drôle, BIZARREMENT dans le screen qu’elle fait tourner, ça s’arrête à mon dernier message. Ah bah oui, BIZARREMENT le dernier message où elle dit qu’elle n’a rien contre moi (retenez bien cette phrase: ‘Mais soit. Je ne t’en veux vraiment pas’ c’est important pour la suite) et que je suis un “modèle” elle ne le montre pas (non pas que je me prenne pour un modèle, demandez à n’importe qui je dis moi même que traîner avec moi n’apporte pas que des bonnes choses). Et du coup, ce même screen là (sans son dernier message), elle l’envoie aussi à Synder pour me signaler puisqu’elle trouve mes propos insultants. Oui je n’y suis pas allée de main morte, mais il n’y a aucune insulte que je sache. BREF, c’est à ce moment là que Synder réponds le “Les screens sont falsifiables en ne constituent pas de preuve” duquel Sugariel s’insurge encore une fois. MAIS C’EST FOU parce que quand bien même Sugariel n’a pas falsifié son screen, elle a omis un message. Donc Synder avait bien raison après tout. Mais encore une fois, BIZARREMENT Sugariel ne parle pas de ça.

Pendant son ban de 15j elle continue de faire tourner des MPs aux autres etc et ça a la limite je m’en bat la race mais d’une force, moi tant que je n’ai plus affaire à elle je suis contente vous voyez. SAUF QUE ce qu’elle oublie de dire aussi, c’est qu’elle a continué a MP Synder! Plusieurs fois, plusieurs jours, y compris des MP où elle la menaçait! Comment je le sais? Parce que les modérateurs sont des êtres HUMAINS et non pas des robots, qui ont le droit de s’exprimer. Et d’ailleurs j’aimerais saluer ça, Synder se fait emmerder depuis au minimum un mois, et pas UNE SEULE FOIS elle a montré des screens de sa conversation avec Sugariel publiquement, pas UNE SEULE FOIS elle ne lui a manqué de respect dans les MPS que Sugariel montre. Et ça personne ne le soulève.

DONC Sugariel MP Synd pendant ses 15j de ban, elle la menace, mais il n’y a pas que Synder qu’elle va emmerder. Et puis quand l’administrateur MrZelis qui est chargé d’ “échanger” avec les modos (sorry je sais pas comment définir ça, mais en gros c’est l’admin qui est en contact avec les modos quoi) va MP Sugariel pour lui demander de se calmer (là encore je ne sais pas trop, je n’ai pas les MPs mais je me doute que Sugariel va bien finir par les montrer non? Si au passage tu pouvais montrer la totalité des MPs et pas que ceux qui t’arrangent, ce serait cool, merce ~) elle le menace lui aussi :thumbsup:

BREF, donc après ça, elle se fait bannir définitivement du forum. D U F O R U M je l’écrit bien gros pour que ça se voit bien. Bannir du forum = encore accès au jeu, aux MPs, à la gare robe etc. La seule chose a laquelle elle n’avait plus accès était donc le forum. Mais elle dit qu’elle a pas accès a ses mps, elle ment pas sur ça quand même Mais non elle ne ment pas! Elle omet juste de préciser un petit truc: Madame, après s’être fait bannir définitivement du forum, à a nouveau MP MrZelis pour le menacer. Ce dernier lui a donc retiré l’accès à sa messagerie pour que ça ne recommence pas.

Eldarya est un fucking jeu. Ce sont des PIXELS, et ça j’ai l’impression que ça ne rentre pas dans le crâne de tout le monde. Si moi je me fais bannir, je ne perds pas 1 topic, non, moi j’en perds 6. Et qu’est-ce que je fais du coup pour ne pas me faire bannir? Je me tiens à carreaux, c’est tout. Et quand je dépasse les bornes, je m’excuse. Pourquoi? Parce Eldarya est UN FUCKING JEU. Il y a des règles sur ce jeu, il y a des règles sur le forum. En postant sur le forum, on accepte AUTOMATIQUEMENT de respecter les règles. Et si on ne veux pas les respecter? Eh bien on ne poste pas, c’est aussi simple que ça.

On parle d’une fille qui, a 23 ans, ne trouve rien de mieux que d’aller insulter de tous les noms des personne qu’elle ne connaît pas, pour une raison qu’elle a elle même PROVOQUE, c’est à dire le bannissement du forum d’un JEU.

On parle d’une fille qui adapte son comportement en fonction de la couleur de peau de la personne qu’elle a en face d’elle (ah vous ne l’avez pas remarqué? Relisez les MPs qu’elle a eu avec moi).

On parle d’une fille qui ose se comparer a des grandes personnalités historiques qui ont changé le monde comme Rosa Parks, alors que la seule chose qu’elle a fait c’est foutre le bordel sur un JEU et maintenir en vie un topic pendant 4 ans?

On parle d’une fille qui se plaint de ne plus être sur Eldarya alors qu’elle a ELLE-MÊME supprimé son compte? (oui parce qu’elle veut faire croire que son compte a été supprimé, mais s’il avait été supprimé elle n’y aurait plus accès du tout, c’est elle qui a entamé la procédure de suppression)

Et ça ne choque personne? Il y a quand même des gens qui la soutiennent? Vraiment ça me dépasse.

Je ne dis pas que je détiens la vérité absolue, c’est même tout le contraire. Je ne suis pas objective, mais elle ne l’est pas non plus. Au moins là, vous avez la version des deux côtés de l’histoire, et vous n’aurez pas la version de Synder parce qu’en tant que modératrice, elle se refuse à montrer quoi que ce soit de ce qu’elle a pu avoir comme conversation avec Sugariel parce que le principe de messages privés, c’est que c’est privé.

Alors vas y Sugariel, appelle moi grand méchant loup, connasse ou salope, fait ce que tu veux, les autres soutenez la autant que vous voulez. Mais arrêtez de venir nous emmerder avec cette histoire sur le forum. Le forum c’est un endroit où il y a une putain de bonne ambiance, n’allez pas nous casser les couilles parce qu’une raciste de 23 ans qui se prends pour une princesse et pour la voix du peuple a décidé que ce n’était pas juste de se faire punir pour du harcèlement.

Croyez là ou non, mais gardez en tête qu’elle ne montre et ne parle que de ce qui l’arrange, quand bien même elle dit n’avoir rien a cacher et tout montrer.

jaune deor arc was born into a middle class family with an ancient lineage spanning from before the time of the great war, protectors and cavalry of the last king of vale. despite their family coming from generation of warrior after warrior, the arc children were actually discouraged from becoming huntresses and huntsmen for a reason their father and mother would not disclose ( but it does have something to do with their large pools of aura, a fact that none of them have caught onto yet as most have avoided combat - oriented lives. ) despite this, jaune dreamed of becoming a great hero, although continued living an ordinary life after failing out of combat school.

his family were farmers, a pack of mixed human and canine faunus, wherein jaune was the youngest of his seven sisters. he had a large family, all of them very protective of one another, but despite the love he was surrounded with jaune faced difficulties young for his faunus heritage, his own pride and unwillingness to appear weak in front of loved ones meant he would not disclose how he was tormented in school. this lead to the beginnings of hidden anger issues which would get him into fights in middle school. by the time he was in high school jaune had learned to adapt himself to his surroundings, making himself appear docile and friendly so as to gain approval.

he was fairly liked in high school, but despite having relatively successful grades and offers of scholarships from i.t. universities, he still dreamed of becoming a hero despite his father’s efforts to dissuade him. in the end, he faked his transcripts and managed to hack his way into beacon academy. there, his charming and amiable nature, on top of his desperation to be liked didn’t fly as well as it did in high school, and jaune was forced to face challenges that would test the merit of his honesty. while his fraudulent ways throughout high school earned him companions, it was only once he dropped his facades that he started to make genuine friends.

vale timeline. a member and leader of team j/npr, jaune has faked his way into beacon academy and struggles to play catch up to the rest of his peers in terms of combat prowess.

mistral timeline. following the fall of beacon, jaune and his team accompany ruby to have academy where the perpetrators of pyrrha’s murder were said to reside. he comes to terms with what it means to be a genuine huntsman.

atlas timeline. jaune and his team accompany ruby’s to solitas to continue aiding them in the fight against salem. their bonds are tested as the strain between their party becomes present.
