Tornado season has hit my area. We lost power within seconds of the storm starting and the sirens started just after that. I feel it is important for anyone not used to tornados to know that this is how fast they can hit. If you are passing through or freshly moved to an area that has tornados, don't risk it. The moment you get the alert, go to your basement/windowless ground level room/ditch on the side of the road if you're driving/or wherever you can get to.

If you are in a public building the staff will bring you to the tornado hall when the sirens go off. If you are driving and are near a mechanic shop when the siren starts, get out of your car and go to the mechanic shop for shelter. If there are no buildings, lay down in a ditch. I know it seems counterproductive but for the love of god do not stay in your car.

I know there are memes and jokes from people in tornado areas where we generally dont take them seriously but please don't copy that behavior. Seriously, there is a town in Illinois that is currently on fire because of tornados.

nanami rubs his face as a heavy sigh leaves his chest before he plops down on the couch. he feels you staring at him with his skin, drilling holes through his face while you stay in your spot, too shocked to do anything other than look at him.

a minute later, you silently crawl over to his lap and situate yourself over his thighs, seemingly deciding on inspecting his face from closer distance. his hands settle on your waist, mahogany eyes roaming over your features in a doomed attempt at reading your mind.

your palms cup his face and tilt it back as you lean in, eyes wide as a coin and a gasp leaving you before you touch it.

“i can’t believe this is real.”

nanami chuckles, eyes squinting a bit as he mumbles the words under his breath, “it’s just a moustache.”

“it’s not just a moustache! it’s on your face! i didn’t get over your beard situation and now you hit me with this?” you smile cheekily at him, your playfully incredulous tone tugging another chuckle out of him as you giggle and prod his face with your fingers. “you look so silly, ken-ken!”

shaking his head in fondness, nanami swiftly catches your wrist in a soft grip, bringing your fingers to his mouth to press kisses against your fingertips.

“tickles.”

“mm, it does?”

your smile stretches further along your cheeks and you respond with the press of your lips against his. it’s soft and it’s sweet, deepening only when you allow it to happen with nanami eagerly complying, letting your lips catch around the tip of his tongue and then suck on his lips gently.

kento sighs into you, warm hands wandering over your thighs and fingers digging into the plush of them. it’s heavenly, it’s his favourite feeling in the world — and he is brought back to reality only when you abruptly pull back, dainty fingers covering your lips as you break into a fit of giggles again.

“what?”

“i feel like i’m kissing an old man.”

he lets out another sigh, more of a disappointed one this time, and guides you back onto the couch before he stands up(knees cracking by the way, which elicits a quiet snicker out of you and a glare at you from him), walking to the bathroom to shave off the remnants of his facial hair and remember to never leave it on again.
