A fun villain idea I'd personally thought of is the one who's super campy silver aged style villain...but treats being a supervillain as a legit JOB and actually hates other villains for not "taking the profession seriously enough".

"Other supervillains treat this like a GAME. It's a HOBBY to them. You know what happens if Dr Destructo or whatever fails? He just goes to jail and twiddle his thumbs until he breaks out and uses his offshore bank accounts to feed himself. You know what happens to me? I can't pay rent, I can't pay my henchmen, my children don't get lunch money. It's why I don't work with.Legion of Doom types. I'm not in this to make noise or get revenge. I do this because it's MY JOB.

I do like villains that do it as a day job.

But then it’s like.

It’s not really a legal profession, so all the hoops that are needed to make it a sustainable business.

Does Krillin's Destructo Disc works on somewhat on a similar principle as Tien's Tri-Beam in that he has to infuse some of his lifeforce into the technique in order for it to be deadly to opponents several times his power level?

It's more that it's a bit like a buzz saw lined with razor blades, honestly. It's a technique that does, at first, take a significant amount of his energy to make, but the thin edges combined with the serrated edge and spinning motion, is used to slice through most anything. There's a paper on how buzz saws work and manage to cut through different kinds of wood if you wanna get into the technicalities of how it could work, but the TL;DR version is basically geometry + sharpness + spin = energy efficiency. So basically, Krillin is secretly a nerd who decided to work smarter with his energy, not harder.

my problem with Cuddy (and it is very small because she is a queen and i would let her step on me) is the fact that she hired Dr. Malpractice and his merry band of felonious physicians because his unconventional (often illegal) methods WORKED. why bring Dr. Destructo on and then tell him he cant fuck shit up? she spent 7 seasons trying and failing at curving the part of him that attracted her into hiring House in the first place. she called him all types of hell but WHENEVER she needed his evil genius she was right in his ear like a devil eared angel telling him to reach for the goblin mask. and then when the rabid dog that she let off the leash bites her in the ass what does she do? she hauls ass. She's like the mad scientist from spy kids hiding out because he's afraid of the "monsters" he created. Cuddy played fast and loose with policy when it suited her and never fully owned up to that hypocrisy.

any hate on lisa cuddy is purely sexism, she wasn't annoying she just didn't want her doctors committing medical war crimes

Sparkles (thoughtfully): You know, maybe you guys just need a different approach. One that's a little less…chaotic.

Ribbit (nudging Varmint 2): Hey, you ever thought about using your brains instead of brawn? Could be a nice change of pace.

[The Varmints perk up, considering the heroes' words.]

Vermin Varmint 1 (hopeful): You really think we could…be better bad guys?

Sparkles (smiling): Who knows? But I bet if you tried, you might surprise us.

[The La Critters extend a paw/flipper in a gesture of camaraderie, and the Varmints cautiously return the gesture, hinting at the possibility of redemption.]

lets go over this the only bad guys are the real life robots the humans dr destructo and the good guys are mainly cats and other animals and the prank is making dr destructo looking stupid which is kinda similar to that one prank in that episode in reguar show

Whiskers (laughing): Looks like your robots aren't so tough after all, doc! Maybe you should rethink this whole "evil genius" thing.

[The other animals join in the laughter, while the robots stand by, unsure of how to react.]

Around them, kicks and blasts of green light fly as Kim and Shego fight back and forth across Drakken’s latest base (his base, not that it matters to Shego, or Kim Possible).

Drakken just sits on top of his latest device, head glumly in his hand and sighs. “Do what you want, Stoppable.”

Ron immediately falls out of his loose fighting stance and swings up onto the large square device next to Drakken. “Why so blue, Dr. D? No that blue is a bad color I mean…” Ron hastily backpedals as he registers Drakken’s bright blue skin. “It’s just usually you’re all like, ‘You can’t stop me now, Stoppable! In ten minutes my destructo ray will fire, enabling me to take over the world!”

“That’s not how I sound!”

“It totally is!”

“Uhuh!” Rufus agrees.

Dr. Destructo: The Vicious One

Plagued by greed, wrath, and envy since his youth, this wicked criminal mastermind will take any chance to gain power for himself. With the skills of both a warlock and a mad scientist, Destructo's most challenging ambition is to terminate Colonel Bleep after spending years perfecting the art of killing. While he may be as sharp as a pin, he has a heart as cold as his frozen homeworld in Pluto.

The Last Superheroes AU

Hey, Wordgirl, how come I haven't seen any other superheroes around except for you, myself, Amazo Guy, and Joe?" Kid Math asks Wordgirl.

Do you ever wonder why Professor Steven Boxleitner published a practical guide for superheroes and made it available for public reading? Is there a different reason for the creation of Fair City's rehabilitation center for villains? Why is Joseph "Joe" Smith always so keen to talk out issues with villains rather than fight them. Why did Amazo Guy and Steven Boxleitner not get along before they ended up dating? Why did Amazo Guy become Destructo Guy in the first place? Why are all the villains so nice most of the time even when they usually do crimes? Why haven't any other heroes arrived during the Miss Powers crisis? Why did the Octopus Hero really retire? Why is Fair City usually very lenient with the villains' punishments? How could the facility exist and so easily get away with it's actions?

Becky Boxleitner and her friends, Violet, Scoops, Rose, and Rex are about to uncover the answers to these questions when a dark threat from Fair City's past returns to finish what he started many years ago. Poor Becky will soon find out some hidden secrets about the Boxleitner family and start to wonder if she really ever knew who Professor Steven Boxleitner, her own father, really was before his transformation to Dr. Two Brains. She, Bob, and Rex will soon learn why they are only the true superheroes of Fair City, and the only ones left.

"Listen kiddo. Those fireman, doctors, vets, nurses, lawyers and even cops are heroes. The rest of the people you see in colorful and bright costumes are trying to keep the world from falling into chaos. You and Kid Math are the only superheroes on earth. The rest died years ago.
