Physical Causes of Erectile Dysfunction

Lifestyle Causes of ED
Bad Diet: This diet is processed foods, bad fats & sugar that kill blood flow over time. This is one of the contributing causes of erectile dysfunction. Altogether it will be a direct cause of obesity, hypertension & diabetes among others & these all in turn will lead to erectile dysfunction.
Smoking: It reduces venous blood supply to the blood, mainly from veins. Its contribution also impacts how its supply into the penis should be; in instances of smokers, impotency instances advance with them much quicker as compared to the non-regular smoke users with males.

These include-Sildenafil (Viagra), Tadalafil (Cialis), Vardenafil (Levitra) & Avanafil (Stendra)
Side effects These are known for producing serious secondary effects, one being heart attack and others-headache and gastralgia- are used for medicinal purposes if advised by an MD.
2. Testosterone therapy
TRT increases baseline levels in the vast majority of men who have deficiencies. Many different routes for delivery exist such as injections, patches, gels & pellets to name only a few of them. Increased libido & erection in some may occur if testosterone has been replaced with it.
3. Vacuum Erection Devices VEDs.
The least invasive treatment, is the vacuum erection device. It requires a pump which sucks in blood to provide an erection of the penis along with a constriction band support during sexual coitus.
4. Injections & Suppositories. Injections & suppositories.
Penile injections of alprostadil can be administered to drug non-responders who still use oral medication. They directly stimulate & cause an erection by increasing the blood to the penis. For this effect, other suppositories can be administered into the urethra.
5. Surgery
Other patients would prefer to undergo surgery as their primary form of treatment especially in the case where all the above remedies fail to provide a good response. Other drugs include penile implant; this is an intracavernosal device inserted during surgery, thus a patient has the chance of getting an erection whenever they will.
Increase Penis Size Naturally
Most men would want a more considerable & wider penis. Though the majority of the men admitted that penis sizes do vary & most men are only the way they are, there is, after all a natural way for it to seem bigger or somehow enhance sexual performance.
