i'm super glad people don't hate her for being a "mary-sue" anymore (aka literally just a woman) but i'm gonna be entirely honest i still don't and never did like dovewing as a character. she's so profoundly boring to me in the way she reacts to everything happening to her and around her. like more boring than lionblaze who actually has some pretty intense feelings most of the time. i get that she was used and manipulated by all around her and denied her childhood and i do think that sucks! but it doesn't necessarily make her an interesting character to me if dovewing herself never thinks about these things. everything about tigerheart is especially uncomfortable imo which of course isn't dovewing's fault in any way but after it was all treated as normal and never became a point of contention or at least something dovewing had mixed feelings about, yea i just can't see anything to enjoy in her character. her whole story seems more tragic to me than anything and i hate characters with horrible unresolved tragic endings that the writers think we should be happy about, of which warriors has many
