Stormbreak House Strong Family Tree

Hello all! I thought I'd post the below graphic for your reference since it'll be relevant in Chapter 32. Fun fact: Every single character within this family tree exists within ASoIaF canon, so they're not quite OCs. Most of them were never explicitly named, though, so it was basically a big game of fill-in-the-blank.

I know this introduces a ton of new characters, but don't worry; they're only going to be in one-third of this chapter when Jace first arrives at Harrenhal and most of them won't be referenced in plot-dependent ways beyond that within the fic. This counts as very slight spoilers, so if you want to go into this chapter blind as to what Harwin's side of the family looks like, hold on until after you've read the chapter, which should be up sometime tomorrow.

(Pink and blue correspond to gender. Pastel colors mean that the person is dead. This tree would also be a lot simpler if Lyonel Strong, Harwin's father, hadn't fathered children on four different women.)

As we'll see in Chapter 32 and can see in the family tree above, I'm going a bit rogue with my depiction of Alys. I planned this fic back in October, and I was really interested in this idea that Fire and Blood was super inaccurate and misogynistic in its portrayal of women, especially when they were flouting societal norms (so think Rhaenyra, Alys, Nettles, etc.). It made me decide that most of the information about book Alys was probably wildly inaccurate and designed to paint her as crazy and evil. So instead of writing Alys as she was depicted in the book I wanted to write Alys as a woman whose story could conceivably be bastardized and twisted into her book depiction.

I also had to fill in the blanks for a bunch of birth and death dates, so most of these ages aren't canon. I'm setting the fire that killed Harwin and Lyonel in about 123 AC. I decided that Simon's son (Erac) died in that fire as well for reasons. I also decided that Larys and Alys's mothers both died giving birth to them.

Bio:

A Legend is floating around that a Steef Guardian resides deep within the cold forests of Northern Mudos. This beast is large, aggressive, and has fur blacker than the night’s sky. Those scared off by this beast claim it has smoldering green eyes that stare into one’s soul. He is a great protector of the lands and nobody dares to turn up his soil.

Dorran is one of very few tundra dwelling steef still alive after the hunting craze. Many of his people were taken for slaughter- hunted to near complete extinction. The steef were killed for their furs and poached for trophies, especially those with the best set of horns. Dorran has buried his past and refuses to let it keep him tied down. He still has night terrors of those unforgettable nights.

He is aloof, silent, and strong. Dorran’ s presence is just enough to intimidate anyone whether he means harm or not. The steef lives alone off the land’s resources and has become quite the blacksmith. Dorran forges his own weapons and armor in order to protect the North territory, and the indigenous Grubb folk that live there.

For fun, what if your OCs were cooking? Which ones have the actual patience for it, which ones can't cook, or which would just burn the kitchen down?

Hm, I’ll put it in a categorized list with at least most of my OCs on the list who stand out and for those OCs, who are not exactly human or humanoid, let’s just put them temporarily in a human AU:

Quartzstreak — (Transformers: TFP) very much has the patience for cooking and can show higher culinary expertise than most of her comrades in the Decepticon rankings. In the human AU, or as I’d called it, Project Cybertron AU, she probably would’ve gotten her cooking experience from her mother and father, pre-war/pre-draft.

Ace — (Transformers: RiD15) I mean, she’s gotten a basic understanding of cooking. She can’t make certain things on her own without a recipe but she can at least make pancakes, bread, eggs, omelet, mostly just the basic stuff like I said. She can understand the patience for it but if she’s on a tight schedule then she’ll gladly snatch a cold waffle right out of the fridge, not toasted, not anything. She just eats it cold like a popsicle. I headcanon that she would also be someone out of Steeljaw’s pack to at least know how to cook, aside from a special few, because let’s be honest a good portion of *gestures to Steeljaw’s Pack* that. Definitely does not know how to do anything without setting the place ablaze. There was only one accident with Ace and that was just when she tried baking some bread and lightly touched the metal in the oven, leading to her temporary hate for ovens for quite some time.

Titania — (?) She’s got many years to spend, so why not spend some time learning how to cook? She can cook very well and she enjoys it a lot! Patience for cooking is also achievable for her. She’s mostly learned to make different types of food from other places but is always welcomed to the idea of cooking food for her family instead of herself as well. If there aren’t any people in the kitchen, she’ll gladly use whatever’s available for her to use in cooking. She loves decorating her food in any way she can, it’s an enjoyable part. Do expect some sort of neatly organized or cutely designed meal from her.

Ms. Norette — (Deltarune) Well, she’s always wanted to open up a bakery in Hometown, but considering her situation of discovering Kris and the adventures in Dark World. She’s come to realize a new goal in making a bakery for both Hometown and the Dark World, so it’s accessible to everyone!— okay, enough rambling but yeah! She mostly bakes a lot of pastries and handcrafts a lot of sweets to give out to the neighbor’s kids and the children in the dark world but is always inclined to make something else like certain types of coffee (ex. Cappuccino, Mocha) <- I mean if that counts.

Dorran Hemlock — (Helluva Boss/ Hazbin Hotel) Banned. Absolutely do not let this gremlin anywhere near your stove or any cooking equipment. Just- do. NOT.

Yessss I waited to make this timeline for so long! So happy I finally did it! As can see this is timeline for my oc Lera in the Naruto universe.

Lera doesn’t have really big background (I like to keep it open) she’s a Kunoichi in Konoha and in her first appearance she’s was already Chunin, She mostly spend her time in the office and from in time sent to missions with her teammates Kou and Rou.

Personality: Lera is a happy person, trying to share this happiness as well with people around her, she will get hurt quickly and even cry from the little insult but it’ll be very easy to return the smile to her face with something that she like. When facing an enemy things change, Lera get really excited to destroy the enemy facing her or she’ll laugh when she’s losing.

This is going to be Lera’s new profile I notice that there isn’t much known about her so I want to share more about my main OC! First Lera is a OC that I’m using in many different fandoms- she have most likely have the same storyline in every one of them (there will be little changes depends on the fandom).
