Hey kids! The Quiet Desperation Kickstarter goes all the way LIVE on 5/15/23! Again, that's May 15th of this year! This is my biggest campaign yet and I'm hoping to bring in $1,000 or more! To be able to achieve this goal I am going to need the help of everyone I know! I'll be flooding my social media accounts with advertising (incessant pleading) throughout the campaign and I'll need help spreading the word! It would be nice if I could make a few new fans lol. I saw this pencil sketch of Superman by the King, Jack Kirby, and decided to ink and color it for practice (I know, how dare I?). I made a few small changes (mostly lengthening the cape and cleaning up the symbol) and I hope the King would have approved. I tried to keep the coloring simple as a throwback to the old comics.

Drawlloween 2024 Day 7!!!! The Fiend Without a Face! I felt that this drawing was a little too easy so I challenged myself to do it in a stippling style....and it was tedious lol. It took forever to finish but I guess it was worth it..... This drawing created using Pigma Micron markers (005, 02, 03, 05, 08), and 100lbs vellum bristol paper. Bonus Halloween drawing! Boris Karloff as the OG Mummy. I watched this for the first time yesterday and I don’t know why but I expected it to be a guy wrapped in bandages stalking people very slowly with outstretched arms. I guess I’ve been overly influenced by the pop culture portrayal of mummies. I liked this movie though, it was better than I expected it to be.
