benedick challenging claudio to a duel, 2011 version vs the 2001 radio play version

#much ado about nothing #david tennant #much ado #i love both of these because benedick is being played with two different moods (maturity vs anger) but both of them work so well #in the 2011 version they really lean into benedick being ostracized by don pedro and claudio. he is no longer 'one of the guys'#he's angry but also cool and rational and dead serious in extremely stark contrast to claudio who thinks he's telling some joke #and it's a sharp left turn from the silly goofy cringeloserclown of a man he was at the beginning of the play #in the 2001 version he's more brimming with fury and it sounds like he's on the verge of strangling claudio right there #like this interpretation of him overall is much more the battle hardened cynical soldier that is ready to throw down and we see that here #and the image it conveys of him walking up to claudio and snarling the challenge in his ear is sooooo. God i am not your strongest soldier

Captain America briefly considers running for President of the United States in Captain America 250#, cover date October, 1980. However, he ultimately decides against officially running. What if 26#, cover date April, 1981, would go on to explore what could have happened if Captain had decided to run after all. Don Newton would have been amazing on Infinity Inc but unfortunately he passed away soon after taking on the assignment. This issue featured pages by George Tuska to complete the book. The following two issues were all Newton and I still remember how great the Albert/Jennie-Lynn skinny dipping scene was! I think that McFarlane was fantastic on the book but I do wonder what a lengthy run by Newton would have been like.
