Beyond excited to see a bud on my Night Blooming Cereus plant for the first time in 7 years! This plant was given to me by filmmaker Dyanna Taylor. It began as a x6 great granddaughter cutting from #georgiaokeeffe ‘s plant. 🌿 I was told to cut it back but I wanted to see what she would do, where she would go, circumnavigating the skylight. It looks like she had to create a strong anchoring system to support a bud and Blooming. 🌱 This flower blooms for one night only and releases a beautiful, intoxicating scent. Today is the Full Moon. It may be two weeks away from blooming and could correspond with the New Moon in Virgo on August 30th. 🌙 I have a strong connection with Cyril and love the messages and symbolism she shares with me.
