🦁 I based my drawing of Lambert on (once again) another Milt Kahl drawing. Kahl didn’t animate on the short, but helped refine the final design of Lambert. As Andreas Deja said in a blog post, “I see a foreshadowing of Tigger in the first sheet. Beautiful squash and stretch in his face. Wonderful gutsy drawings”. Bill Peet was the main storyboard artist of the 1952 Disney short, “Lambert the Sheepish Lion”, which is definitely a cute story, beautifully narrated by Sterling Holloway, who also reprised his role as Mr. Stork from “Dumbo”. Animators Eric Larson, John Lounsbery, Judge Whitaker, and Don Lusk were the animators who animated the characters. 🐑🐾

Classic Disney cartoons - My Meme

A meme, a few months old, that I made so here I am to publish on the occasion of the 122nd birthday of Walt Disney, as well as on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Disney Studio as well as the 40th anniversary of the Disney Channel as well as on the occasion of next year as the 40th anniversary of Disney Afternoon and of course 90th anniversary of the first appearance of the best Disney character in the world.

Although I'm not a fan of Disney, especially not today, I'm still grateful that through those cartoons I entered the world of comics and fell in love with them, and that they gave me a good youth. Not only these cartoons, but others, but still a special place is occupied by these cartoons that gave the best that Disney had, that is, the focus of the real Disney, the classic Disney universe (Mickey Mouse / Donald Duck / Goofy / Chip and Dale universe). Certainly on classic shorts and classic Disney series from the beginning to the present day. Yes, I don't like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse as I consider it a degradation of the Mickey and Friends characters, but that's just my opinion. I should have also put Mickey Mouse Cartoons by Paul Rudish and Ducktales reboot, but unfortunately not everything would fit. The classic shorts, OG Ducktales, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Quack Pack, House of Mouse, and The Legend of The Three Caballeros are certainly examples of great Disney series, at least for me. Although I would prefer to see some animated Disney series made along the lines of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck comics, in the right ways. By the way, thanks Disney for this one!

Request characters for my friends and followers!

It's been a while, so I just want to say thank you all for your support for liking and reblogging my drawings and supporting my ideas. I didn't get around to doing it earlier, but I definitely will now, all in all thank you for your support of me and this blog.

On this occasion, I will open AN ART MEME or Art challenge of your requests for characters that you want to see in my new board and not with six, but with eight characters. Tell us your favorite characters in the comments below this post. Although I draw characters from Disney's Duckverse, I am open to other franchises so there may be other characters from other universes and other media (cartoons, regular movies, series, anime, manga, video games, literature, etc.). Since I don't have the opportunity to draw six characters in the traditional way, I will draw eight, so I ask all of you in the comments to tell me which characters you would like to see in my table and I will accept the first eight characters from eight people individually. The deadline is December 9th unless those eight characters are filled. This means that one person can nominate one character and no more than one. So feel free to say so in your comments. The choice is yours!
