It's wild that the whole global trend of gay-focused happy ending romance shows and movies has only been going on for *looks at calendar* a measly ten years!
Just ten years ago. 2014. That's when you get the discovery of a market for queer romance series and films with happy endings. That year the OG Love Sick in Thailand came out. Brazil puts out The Way He Looks, which deserves so much more credit than it receives for influencing the aeshtetics of the genre. Looking premieres on HBO, and although it had low ratings, it's an important touchstone. And, despite Nickelodeon’s censorship and shifting the program from tv to its website, the Legend of Korra confirms Korrasami in its season finale.
The next year, in 2015, we get Love Sick season 2, and China, pre-censorship laws has a few options: Happy Together (not the Wong Kar Wai one lol), Mr. X and I, and Falling In Love with a Rival. Canada, premieres Schitt's Creek. In the US, Steven Universe reveals Garnet as a romantic fusion between two female characters, and will proceed to just be so sapphic. Norwegian web series Skam premieres and sets up a gay protagonist for its third season, which will drop in 2016 and entirely change the global media landscape.
Then, 2016! This is the MOMENT. That aforementioned Skam season happens. Japan puts out the film version of Ossan's Love and anime series Yuri!!! on Ice. China has the impactful Addicted Heroine, which directly leads to increased censorship. The US has Moonlight come out and take home the Oscar. In Thailand, GMMTV enters the BL game and Thai BL explodes: Puppy Honey, SOTUS, Water Boyy, Make It Right, plus, the Thai Gay OK Bangkok, which, like its influence, Looking, is more in the queer tradition but introduces two dramatically important directors to the Thai BL industry, Aof and Jojo.
By 2017, Taiwan enters the game with its History series. Korea’s BL industry actually kicks off with Method and Long Time No See. Thailand’s got too many BLs to mention. Call Me By Your Name, though not a happy ending, makes a big splash that will send ripples through the whole genre, and God's Own Country offers a gruff counter-argument to problematic age differences and twink obsessions. This is also the year of Netflix reboot of One Day At a Time bringing some wlw to the screen, and the Disney Channel has a main character come out as ‘gay’ on Andi Mack ( I’m am ready to throw fists with anyone who thinks the Disney Channel aesthetic isn’t a part of current queer culture). And I'd be remiss not to mention the influential cult-following of chaotic web-series The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo: "Sometimes things that are expensive...are worse."
All this happened, and we hadn’t even gotten to Love, Simon, Elite, or ITSAY, yet.
Prior to all this there are some major precursors some of which signaled and primed a receptive market, others influenced the people who'd go on to create the QLs. Japan has a sputtering start in the 2010s with a few BL films (Takumi-Kun, Boys Love, and Jujoun Pure Heart). Most significantly in the American context, you have Glee, and its ending really makes way for the new era that can center gay young people in a world where queerness, due to easy access to digital information, is less novel to the characters. And the QL book and graphic novel landscape was way ahead of the television and film industries, directly creating many of the stories that the latter industries used.
There's plenty of the traditional queer media content (tragic melodramas and independent camp comedies) going on prior to and alongside QL, and there are some outlying queer romance films with happy endings that precede the era but feel very much akin to QL genre tropes and goals, many with a focus on postcolonial and multicultural perspectives (Saving Face, The Wedding Banquet, Big Eden, Maurice, My Beautiful Launderette, and Weekend). I don't mean to suggest that everything I’ve listed ought to be categorized as QL.
Rather, I want to point out how all of these new-era queer romance works are in a big queer global conversation together, in the creation of a new contemporary genre, a genre that has more capacity and thematic interest to include digital technology and normalize cross-cultural relationships than other genres (there's a reason fansubs and web platforms are so easily accepted and integrated to the proliferation of these series).
You're not too late to be part of the conversation. Imagine being alive in the 1960s and 70s and participating in the blossoming of the sci-fi genre. That flowering is where gay romance sits now. Join the party.

Happy Birthday Scottish actor Richard Madden born June 18th 1986 in Elderslie.
Richard was raised by his mother, Pat, a classroom assistant and his father, Richard, who worked for the fire service. He also has two sisters, Cara and Lauren.
His parents were “hippies”, he says, and their house was pretty open, with friends always piling in for big vegetarian meals. Madden spent a lot of time outside, in the woods behind their house. He has several injuries: he shows me where he shot his dad’s old air pistol and blew off part of his finger, then managed to wreck the same finger when he nailed a wooden plank to his skateboard, then crashed it, so apart from the Hippie parents it was much like most of our own days as bairns.
Despite growing up wanting to be an actor, Richard was very shy during his childhood. To overcome this, at age 11, he joined Paisley Arts Centre’s youth theatre program. In 1999 he was given the lead role as Sebastian Simpkins in BBC1’s children’s TV comedy series Barmy Aunt Boomerang, that’s him aged 12 in the first pic with co-star Toyah Wilcox.. By 2000, he’d made his feature film debut in the Iain Banks adaptation, Complicity.
After high school he was accepted to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland and in 2007, he graduated.
Less than two years later, Richard had a recurring role as Dean McKenzie on the 2009 BBC series Hope Springs. Soon after, he landed the role of Ripley in the 2010 movie Chatroom, a film about a group of teenagers who encourage each other’s bad behaviours after meeting online. In the same year, Richard played punk band Theatre of Hate singer Kirk Brandon in Worried About the Boy, a TV film about the life of British singer-songwriter Boy George.
In 2011 Richard landed his breakthrough role as Robb Stark in the HBO fantasy-drama series Game of Thrones. Also in 2011, he played gay paramedic Ashley Greenwick on the short-lived British comedy-drama Sirens. During hiatus from filming Game of Thrones in 2013, Richard was cast to star as Prince Charming in the 2015 Disney film Cinderella.
Richard won his first Screen Actors Guild award in 2014 for the Discovery Channel mini-series, Klondike. He played Bill Haskell, one of two adventurers who travel to Yukon, Canada during the Klondike Gold Rush in the 1890s. He further enhanced his reputation as a good actor when he appeared in the BBC drama Bodyguard in 2018, the following year he played Lieutenant Joseph Blake in the film 2017 and was Elton John’s manager/lover in the biop of the star Rocketman.
In January 2019 Madden won a prestigious Golden Globe for his role as war veteran David Budd in the BBC show Bodyguard. He also appeared in the 2019 war movie 1917.
We last saw Richard in the movie, Eternals, which was okay, but nothing great, he is one of several actors being touted as the next James Bond,
Last year Richard starred in the Amazon Prime series Citadel, I've watcheit and was not really impressed with it,I think he does pull of the American accent well, but I noticed there have been people saying he doesnt, Madden revealed he spoke in the accent for two years straight to prepare for the series. The show has been earmarked for a second series. Richard is set to appear in the feature film Killer Heat next, it is in post production.
In July 2019, Madden received an honorary doctorate from his alma mater, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. When asked about his personal life during a New York Times interview following speculation about his relationships and sexuality, Madden stated: “I just keep my personal life personal.”
Madden was recently named one of ‘Scotland’s Sexiest Men' following a new study that identifies the most attractive features for men, he has competition though, also in the running are Bathgate’s David Tennant and Glasgow’s James McAvoy,
Richard, quizzed on what he would like to do next he sad “I’d like to do something in comedy. It’s nice to not… I mean we go to work every day and we’re like, ‘You’re gonna die today,’” he said, adding that he wanted to “do something fun for a minute.”

2024 u18 Women's Worlds Information
What: The biggest junior tournament for women's hockey, featuring the top players from 8 of the best IIHF countries
When: January 6th to January 14th
Full schedule available here (it will even convert to your time!) Since this takes place in Switzerland, most of these games will be early morning for North American's, but there's a few afternoon starts.
Where: Zug, Switzerland
Where to watch: The following will host at least some of the games. Sadly a lot are only showing games in their country and medal games (for example, in the round robin, TSN and NHL Network are only showing USA, Canada, and Slovakia.) There are also some alternate sources to watch if you do not have access to these channels, and I'm happy to connect if you're an active account on here if you DM me
TSN
RDS
NHL Network
SVT Sweden
Discovery Finland
Swiss digital / ringier sports
Format: There is an initial round robin round among each of the two groups, group A and Group B.
Group A contains Finland, Canada, Czechia, Germany
Group B contains Sweden, United States, Slovakia, Switzerland
After that, the teams will play a cross-over Quarter-final game in the following format (via wikipedia)
Tumblr media
Who: Below the cut is the rosters for each team, a few notable players, and what the main goals for each team will be
Switzerland
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Text version available here and here)
2023 Finish: 7th place
What to expect: Switzerland has had a rough few years in the tournament, having had to play to avoid relegation the last two years. If they can stay out of the relegation game
Players to watch: Ivana Wey had 4 assists last world juniors, and is currently playing on a beyond stacked SWHL B team where she's seen a lot of ice time and scored a lot of goals. 15 year old Norina Müller is one of the youngest forwards on the roster, and has seen some time in a SWHL A team this year, which is impressive experience especially at her age.
USA
Tumblr media
Text version of roster available here and here
2023 finish: 3rd place/Bronze
What to expect: USA was upset by Sweden in last years semifinals, and is hoping to make it back to the medal game and upset the favorites and their rivals in Canada
Players to watch: Captain Maggie Scannell is in this tournament for a third time and was one of the best players last year, with 8 points in 5 games. 17 year old Boston College commit Ava Thomas is one of the many excited prospects coming out of the Philadelphia Jr Flyers program in recent year. She has dominated in many national tournaments before with speed that she utilizes well, and is a must watch as she makes her intentional debut.
Sweden
Tumblr media
2023 Finish: silver
What to expect: Last year, Sweden had a huge victory over the USA to make the finals only to experience a disappointing 10-0 finish. This year, they will want revenge and a gold medal, maintaining a lot of the same group.
Players to watch: Hilda Svensson was the top scorer on the team and she has only gotten better, as one of the top scorers on SDHL team HV71. Isabelle Leijonhielm is playing in this tournament for the third time, and has taken a pretty big step at the SDHL level this year despite being on a struggling team and has a knack for getting shots through traffic
Slovakia:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Text version available here
Last year: 6th place finish
What to expect: Hope to continue to build on last year, but unlikely to move much in the standings, and show more depth
Players to watch: If you don't already know about Nela Lopusanova, you should look her up and instantly see what a sensation she is. Won best player of the tournament last year after scoring 9 goals and 3 assists in 5 games including a michigan goal, and has spent the past year at one of the best prep schools in north america. Her teammate, Ema Tothova, has also spend the past year getting better, and is one of the top scorers in the EWHL. The two will almost certainly be linemates and a must watch for this tournament
Canada
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Text version can be found here and here
Last year: First/Gold
What to expect: Last year, Canada steamrolled everyone to victory, and much of the same roster is back and expecting to do it again. People have named this as one of the best u18 rosters we have seen.
Players to watch: Caitlin Kraemer had 10 goals last tournament, so eyes will be on her to repeat that great performance. Defender Chloe Primerano will be making her exciting u18 worlds debut after dominating the CSSHL U22 by having one of the best season ever recorded and becoming the highest scoring defender of all time in the league in just 45 games
Germany
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Text version available here and here
Last year: Was in u18 Division I group A and was promoted!
What to expect: Germany will mainly be trying to avoid relegation and stay in the top division, a lot of the key player that helped with promotion have aged out sadly
Players to watch: Anastasia Gruß was one of the top scorers last tourament with 5 points in 5 games. Emilija Birka and Mathilda Heine will be two of the youngest playres at this tournament at only 14 year old, so it will be interesting to see how they impact the roster
Finland
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Text version available here and here
Last year: Fourth Place
What to expect; This is a team that wants to medal, and has more depth than teams like Switzerland or Slovakia, but may not have the star power to fully compete for a medal. Sanni Vanhanen aging out is a huge loss, and don't have some of the elite goaltender prospects to make up for that like they have in the past. That said, it's still Finland, and there are many players poised to break out. Such as the following!
Players to watch: Emma Ekoluoma has been great both in the Finnish top League (naisten liiga) as well as in international competition this year. Nelly Anderson is a 16 year old defender who made major steps this year and was impactful as she played more games in Naisten Liiga, and I'd expect her to get some big minutes
Czechia
Tumblr media
Text version here and here
Last Year: Fifth Place
Expectations: Medal! There's a lot of reason to believe this group can take a big step this year as Czechia has reaped the rewards of investing in their women's program the past few seasons
Players to watch: Adéla Šapovalivová was the top scorer for Czechia last year, and this year she enters as one of the top scorers in the SDHL where she plays against many senior level players. Same for Tereza Plosová, a university of minnesota commit who has already been a consistent producer in the SDHL and played on the Czech senior team. Goaltender Daniela Nováková looked good in an extremely small sample size at last years tournament, so we will see if she can build on that

This is great. This was from what used to be called Space Channel here in Canada (it's now CTV Sci-Fi). And what makes this even funnier is it's gotten WORSE (well, for Trek-haters) as Space/Sci-Fi is one of the only places on the planet that also airs the nuTrek series (Discovery, Lower Decks, Strange New Worlds, Prodigy) that otherwise stream in the rest of the word. And this week in particular not only are they airing the "original 5", but the new season of Discovery AND they're replaying Lower Decks. I think the only Trek that to date has never aired on CTV Sci-Fi is the 1970s animated series!

Obscure Animation Subject #157: Bookworm Bunch
Alright, we we have here for tonight is not one, but multiple shows from a programming block by the name of Bookworm Bunch! This block aired on PBS for Saturday mornings from September 30, 2000 to September 5, 2004. It is the second preschool-oriented Saturday morning block, with the first being Nick Jr. on CBS which launched two years prior. The block served as a collaborative deal between PBS and Nelvana teamed up to create the first-ever animated weekend programming block for the network. Nelvana is a Canadian animation studio founded in 1971, which previously had a deal with CBS to have its own Saturday morning lineup in 1998 but Nick Jr took their place in 2000, so the studio decided to another with another network, PBS. Some stations may air the block on Sunday mornings when there was less competition. Originally was gonna post this yesterday, but didn’t have the time to due to how long this entire post is.
The block was created to boost viewership of the preschool audience on weekends, specifically on Saturday mornings when that attention was shifted elsewhere. Prior, many PBS stations devoted their Saturday morning schedules to general audience programming, including crafting or do-it-yourself shows, meanwhile commercial networks had extensive lineups for Saturday morning cartoons. This block was created to compete with the big commercial networks.
The lineup consisted of six shows based on children’s books, those being Corduroy (by Don Freeman), Elliot Moose (by Andrea Beck), Timothy Goes to School (by Rosemary Wells), Seven Little Monsters (by Maurice Sendak), George Shrinks (by William Joyce) and Marvin the Tap-Dancing Horse (by Betty and Michael Paraskevas). A seventh series, Junior Kroll and Company (by Betty Paraskevas), was in development, but was later scrapped.
During the block's first season, all the shows (with the exception of the first 15-minute Corduroy episode) were shown either 15 or 45 minutes past the hour, in an effort to discourage "channel-flipping" to other competing children's cartoons. Another 15-minute Corduroy episode then ended the block, making its total runtime three hours. This block proved to be a success, gaining high ratings at first, although as time went on the viewership declined.
A drastic revamp was made to its second season when it premiered on November 3, 2001. Elliot Moose and Corduroy were both dropped from the lineup entirely, thus shortening the block to two hours. The four remaining series (Timothy Goes to School, Marvin the Tap-Dancing Horse, Seven Little Monsters, and George Shrinks) were instead seen on the hour and half-hour. This second season ended on February 23, 2002, but reruns continued until September 5, 2004 when it was discontinued all together.
In spite of this, new episodes of Seven Little Monsters and George Shrinks started airing separately from the block for their final seasons, and reruns continued separately for Timothy Goes to School on Discovery Kids until 2006 and Qubo until its shutdown, with Elliot Moose and Marvin the Tap-Dancing Horse also airing on the latter. PBS also continued airing reruns for Seven Little Monsters until 2004, and George Shrinks until 2009. Alright, now let’s look at the 6 programs shall we?
The first show is Corduroy, which aired new episodes until February 24, 2001. It also aired on TVOKids in its origin country Canada. The series was developed by Betty Quan and directed by Eduardo Soriano, with the animation outsourced from China’s Sichuan Top Animation. Storyboard artists include Paul Dedi, Dave Mah, Ken Davis, Trent Larson, Sam To (later an MLP storyboard artist), Don Boone, John Delaney and Marvin Tabo Estropia, with the animation supervised by Greg Woods
Based on the book from 1968 (I remember seeing its cover on the opening for Blue's Clues), it follows an alive teddy bear Corduroy (whose personality is similar to a preschool child) and his best friend Lisa, a young schoolgirl of Jamaican heritage. They go on adventures through the town of New York, USA. 13 half-hours were produced for the series, but the episodes were split into 26 11-minute episodes when airing on the block. I haven’t seen it so not much to say here.
Tumblr media
Elliot Moose, which was based on the 1998 book series, actually originally aired in Canada on TVOntario from September 6, 1999 to September 20, 2000, prior to debuting on Bookworm Bunch. The series had 26 half-hour episodes produced of 2 seasons, each episode containing four 5-minute segments, two in live-action and two animated. The live-action segments are directed by Steve Wright and Michael McNamara, while the animated segments are directed by Charles E. Bastien, infamously known as the sole director for PAW Patrol from its third season until the tenth season when his death occurred, his death from cancer is thanks to the toxic work environment of Guru Studio. Anyways, Elliot Moose features a young moose named Elliot who lives in a place called "the Big House". He goes on adventures with his friends Beaverton, Lionel, Socks, and Paisley. Again, I don’t have much to say about it because I haven’t seen, and is probably the most forgotten show of the bunch.
Tumblr media
Anyway, moving on the third series which is Timothy Goes to School. This show is developed by Kate Barris and directed by Gary Hurst. It lasted until January 26, 2002, and was co-produced by Silver Lining, with animation provided by Animation Services (Hong Kong) Limited. Notably, this isn’t the only collaboration Nelvana had with Silver Lining, as they would later co-produce the more well-known Max & Ruby, which was also based on the books by Rosemary Wells, being done with flash animation and lasting from May 3, 2002 to April 9, 2020, wow nearly 18 years, with 7 seasons and 130 episodes of 334 segments. Timothy Goes to School though was animated traditionally with digital ink-and-paint, as with the other shows from Bookworm Bunch. It had 2 seasons of 26 episodes with each containing two 11-minute segments. It follows Timothy as he attends kindergarten at the fictional “Hilltop School”. I think I remember watching it, but I don’t remember what happens in every episode, so moving on. My step sister loves Max & Rudy so I may show this to her since it’s from the same creator.
Tumblr media
The fourth show is what I consider to be my personal favorite of the bunch, Seven Little Monsters, which follows a family of 7 monsters (each named after a number) and their mother, sharing a lot in common visually with the other work of the original author, Where the Wild Things Are. Based on the 1977 book, it aired for three seasons of 40 episodes from September 30, 2000 to October 6, 2003, with season 3 featuring two 11-minute segments per episode. Animation was outsourced from Suzhou Hong Ying Animation Company Limited from China for the first two seasons and Philippine Animation Studio Inc. from the Philippines for the final season. Glenn Sylvester directed the first season, while Neil Affleck, known for his collaborations on The Simpsons and Family Guy, directed every episode of the second season and also directed episodes of the third season with Lynn Reist. Affleck and Reist later reunited to serve as the two episode directors of Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends. What I really like about this show is that it has a calming slice-of-life aesthetic, although the monsters are like their book compartments design-wise, they act far less naughty which makes sense as PBS is about teaching kids positive values. What I like about this show is that it has less emphasis on teaching educational values, but more about the family dynamic, which makes the relationships of the family feel realistic, which also having a relaxing slice-of-life tone that’s reminiscent of Arthur, with a bit of a goofy nature thrown in, mainly with how Three likes using different personas in each episode. The character designs do really give the series edge to it when compared to other PBS shows, feeling reminiscent of something you would see on Cartoon Network. And plus, the theme song preformed by Barenaked Ladies of Big Bang Theory fame is great. So overall, I’d say this is the show I recommend the most from this bunch.
Tumblr media
George Shrinks is the fifth show of this bunch and, it isn’t anything special really. It is animated by Jade Animation and lasted from September 30, 2000 to January 23, 2003 for 3 seasons of 40 episodes. Doug Thoms directed every episode in the first season, and while he was kept for directing certain episodes of seasons 2 and 3, other directors usually took his place. Already the show differs from the original source material by having the title character not returning to his normal size at the conclusion, appearing to have already been small with no apparent explanation, and it teaches kids about having a positive outlook, which is fine but it doesn’t make me interested. If you think I’m missing out on something please let me know, because I know it has its own fans.
Tumblr media
And now the most weird of the bunch, the final series, Marvin the Tap-Dancing Horse. Animated by Hong Guang Animation, it lasted for two seasons of 26 episodes from September 30, 2000 to January 26, 2002, with each episode containing two 11-minute segments. It tells the stories of a young horse named Marvin who is part of a carnival. Interestingly Marvin used to be a movie celebrity but moved on from that life for a more humble existence. Some episodes include original songs to help illustrate the theme or accompany montages that carry the story forward. The show is based on the love of personal interests of the co-creator, Michael Paraskevas, for carnivals and his mother’s love for musical theatre. It’s like Bojack Horseman if in an alternative wholesome universe.
Tumblr media
And so that’s bookworm bunch, a forgotten PBS relic that has some hidden gems, but for the most part it’s fine. Very ambitious to create a Saturday morning block targeted at preschoolers through since older children are usually home. But, there’s some great stuff to behold, like Seven Little Monsters, but otherwise an interesting experiment that unfortunately, flopped.

Viewers in Canada and American fans are going to have to wait a little bit longer for the English-dubbed release, as reported by Comic Book Resources (CBR), the air of excitement surrounding the return of the aforementioned French animated kids show is palpable. Despite the initial plan for a potential 2023 release, the English dubbing on Cartoon Network (now owned from Turner Broadcasting to Warner Brothers-Discovery) had been pushed back to a potential debut in the fall of 2024, or later sometime by early 2025 onwards. This delay is necessary to create new episodes after the show premieres originally in France, giving fans around the world the opportunity to partake in the spy-filled adventure.
Within late this month of April 2024, we obtained an exclusive trailer video thru DWFH-FM 97.7mhz’s K5 News FM: Dumaguete that the trailer and a teaser combined, which previously deleted from a TikTok video last week (owned by ByteDance Limited).

While the Spies girls team in later episodes will be futuristic to follow and the early generation of retrospective throughout a potential summer vacation. At the end of the trailer… Alex, Sam and Clover are taking selfies using a WHOOP-sponsored smartphones (which somewhat called Androids or iPhones / iOS). Overall, they will continue to follow the spies on new missions and adventures out of Californian state as they try to maintain their place as WHOOP spies.

Additional exclusive details provided by the French magazine "Zoo le Mag", shed a light on the new cast as well. Joining our favorite spy trio are the new and returning characters, namingly Gerald James "Jerry" Lewis, now acting as a consultant at a global spy agency 'WHOOP World' after retirement (or World Organization Of Human Protection), and the glamorous Mandy Luxe, who has embarked on her own after high school adventures from Beverly Hills High School (BHHS) in California, United States of America; then studied at Malibu University in California, the said country, after which she now moved to Singapore.

Apart from the familiar faces, the new blood is set to rock the place, with fresh new protagonists and a male villain, such as the formidable Zerlina (a new head of WHOOP), the ingenious gadget guru 'Toby', and the mysterious 'Cyberchac'. Blending in the old and exciting newcomers altogether, the upcoming new season promises to be an exhilarating ride from start to finish.
The 7th Season premiere of 'Totally Spies' every Sunday mornings in France at 10:40am / 4:40pm in Manila / 3:30am Central U.S., giving the fans a weekly dose of espionage excitement. And for the international fans in Spain and the Middle East for example, there is no need to worry - the series will soon be out in English-dubbed for streaming and viewing for Cartoon Network in various time zones within the later year, making sure no spy enthusiast is left behind on us.
Anticipation builds as the return of your cherished undercover WHOOP agents draws near, guaranteeing a world of excitement, fashion and indelible memories in the realm of the aforementioned French animated kids show.

(Fanart) Pinky Dinky Doo
This is a drawing about a show that I have seen in my childhood and I loved, Pinky Dinky Doo, this show was broadcast on the Discovery Kids Latin America channel (which curiously co-produced the series in association with CBC Canada), well, it that some of you did not know this show at some point, but let me tell you that this show was one of my favorites from my childhood, I had a lot of fun with a song where Pinky and her little brother Tyler, go to the story box, from there that song stuck in my mind remembering it, Oh and besides Mr. Guinea Pig who plays the trumpet when the characters say a word, this show is one of my favorites from the old Discovery Kids Latin America (After Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Lazy Town, Backyardigans, etc.)
Well that’s all for now, I hope you like it or not.
Pinky Dinky Doo belongs to Jim Jinkins

We last saw Richard in the movie,  Eternals, which was okay, but nothing great, he is one of several actors being touted as the next James Bond,
James is currently in the Amazon Prime series Citadel, I've watched the first three episodes and am not really impressed with it,I think he does pull of the American accent well, but I noticed there have been people saying he doesn't pull it off, Madden revealed he spoke in the accent for two years straight to prepare for the series. The show has been earmarked for a second series. Richard is set to appear in the feature film Killer Heat next.

When I saw the whistle my brain thought of the rape whistle PSA video from I think canada.
Like my brain noticed the very "Feminine soft pink" the locks were and went. "Well those are over priced and not gonna work." This Security influence (shouldn't be shocked thats a thing) Seems like the same type of women who would go "This collapsible rod will be safety for you when you walk" Fun fact those collapsible rods are for magicians are very thing and more likely to hurt you than your "attacker" Its obvious she is selling something, because if she was ACTUALLY that paranoid about her safety she isn't going to show this shit off for potential attackers to use against her.
I also just remembered about that reality tv show on discovery channel were a guy breaks into a house and then fixes the house and shows off the security...good job showing how to break in...but how do we get out?
