I absolutely love fragrance and have quite a few that I like and love, but there are always 4/5 that will stand head and shoulders above the rest. Un Jardin à Cythère perfume by Hermes is exactly that.

this girl's quiet, aloof, a true artist who struggles to express herself verbally so she relies on her art to speak for her. she's as watery and hard to grasp as the ink she uses. she comes off pretemtious, and maybe she is a little, but when you get to know her you'll see her cuddly inside hidden under that moody exterior.

lotion: method simply nourish is a cozy coconut-rice scent that smells like a hug. it's a little creamy and very comforting. fitting to wear while writing or drawing.

perfume: diptique l'eau papier is a subtle, skin scent. it's a wisp of a fragrance meant to only be smelled in close proximity. musky and powdery, it really does smell like paper in all the best ways, like a fresh piece still warm from the copier.

after co-ed sailing you hit it off, purely as friends at first but not without your friends constant teasing of your friendship. mostly because of your polar opposite demeanours

when you and your popular cliche encourage him to come to one of your famous beach bashes he’s understandably hesitant but cannot resistant your batting eyelashes and soft assurances while scratching his head that you’ll be there the entire time right alongside him.

so he goes and gets completely trashed. like BLIND drunk due to his inexperienced tolerance to alcohol at about 10:00pm. the party started at only 8:30pm…

neither of you seem to mind: with yourself being smitten towards his loosening of ambitions and his platonic touchiness brought on by his intoxication, and bobby being interior too trashed to know right from left.

the party ends around 12pm with you slinging bobby’s pashmina cardigan over your right shoulder, and trying to gather bobby frame on your left to reach the uber

hey hi erin! gentle fluidity is actually my mom’s fave scent. its v comforting to me, partly because it reminds me of her but also because it has this gorgeous blend of vanilla and amber. super super classy and timeless! as for philosykos, i have tried it before. it’s very fresh & green, like walking through a mediterranean fig grove but it’s not really my vibe. i prefer scents that are richer and more intense. you know with warm, spicy & complex notes that have a sophisticated edge to them. but if you’re into scents that evoke a fresh, natural, and earthy vibe, then definitely give philosykos a try :)

1. Tam Dao - Diptique

it smells androgynous. suitable for formal occasions (presentation/interview) Not an overbearing scent. but it does smell like temple tho.. u shld go for it if you're into monks ;)

2. Blooming Bouquet- Dior

somehow,, middle age women like this one. i received the most compliments from my aunts with this perfume. can be a headache inducing a few seconds after you sprayed. the smell gets better with time tho.

3. Her - Burberry

why am i not hearing the cheers for this lady?? the best sweet scent (strawberry) for me. it's sweet, but not spiky. pair this with your cotton cherry sundress & ur partner won't let you go. such an intimate scent. suitable for dates & fucks.

4. Eau De Parfum - Coach

you're definitely wasting your time on your perfume collection if you haven't try this. the scent is soft and feminine. it does smell a little strawberry, but it's softer. worth the money because it last so longgg legit washed my wrists and still smell it.

5. Cool Water (Sea Rose) - Davidoff

oh take me back to 2018. such a refreshing perfume. you can never go wrong with this one because it doesn't smell too intimate yet doesn't smell too formal. i usually wear this daily to my classes. received the most compliments from my female peers. it leaves you the feeling of coming outta shower. the cool, fresh scent.

i also went to diptique today but i got the same feeling i always get at fancy stores (perceived as grotesque) and then it was also very crowded everywhere no good 4 me i'll have to go back perhaps not on a saturday + pride parade double whammy

1) I hate sweet smells honestly so I’m much more of woody/smokey/incensey/spicy smells or just overall clean scents

2) for shampoo/conditioner I use a Japanese brand called &Honey which is very flowery for my taste but it’s good for my hair. Body wash idk the name of it but it’s like a body milk that smells clean and leaves my skin hella soft.

3) So my only real vice are perfumes. I do like to splurge on it cause I like to smell good and I have a very picky range of scents I like. I overall wear unisex or sometimes “men’s colognes” cause I don’t like overly feminine scents. I have a lot of Tom Ford (leather or oud), Diptique (oud, incense), Le Labo (black tea, ylang ylang), and some Arabic ones that are incense/oud/smokey/leathery. I guess they’d be considered “darker” scents and not everyone can pull them off but it’s a great feeling noticing someone take notice of how I smell and either them asking what I’m wearing or just seeing them inhale more. But hey at least I know once someone gets close enough to smell me they won’t forget that intoxicating scent for a good while
