RISHABH JAIN Born and brought up in a business family of Delhi, Rishabh Jain did his schooling and graduation from Delhi itself. Being always interested in performing arts, acting and with a creative bent, fame shone sooner on Rishabh Jain. He started modeling from 10th grade, where his charming personality and good looks bagged him many fashion and print shows. Ever since then there has been no turning back. Rishabh Jain has modeled and walked the ramp for many ace designers in the industry. He has also shot for top corporate names like Raymond, NIFT of many others. He is also known to walk the ramp for international designers in the fashion week of Russia.

However, Rishabh didn’t stop at this. As acting has always been his passion, after carving a niche for himself in a successful career of modeling, he decided to give acting a big shot too. Being a perfectionist that he is, Rishabh has learned and polished his acting skills from the best. He joined Barry John Institute of acting in Delhi. Known for training none other than Shah Rukh Khan in acting, Barry John is accredited for training many young talents like Varun Dhawan, Sushant Singh Rajpoot, Dia Mirza, Freida Pinto, Lillete Dubey, Manoj Bajpai and Richa Chadda. After his training in Delhi, Rishabh moved his base to Mumbai to kick-start his acting career and make it big in the industry. Rishabh Jain was launched in the television industry with the successful show with Bhagyashree and gained a huge appreciation for his character. He followed with some more noticeable shows and characters played in Veer Shivaji aired on colors where he portrayed the popular and critically acclaimed historical role of Raghoji.

Rishabh’s grand silver screen launch came with Salman Khan starrer movie, ‘Veer’ for portraying the role of Ramu Rath, a friend of the character played by Salman Khan in the movie. He is also known for some brilliant performances in good roles like maamaahiya  call of love and short movies for foreign festivals. Rishabh has also done a standby Hindi movie with the ace popular Marathi film director Sanjay Surkar, winner of 4 national awards.

Rishabh has just recently finished a movie in lead under Rakesh Sawant’s direction which is scheduled to release soon. The actor will also soon be seen in his much-awaited music video sung by Shahid Mallya of kukde kamal da in student of the year and Saayian from Lootere fame.

Besides acting, Rishabh is also a fitness freak and believes in a mantra – healthy food + Right work out = True Fitness. He works out regularly and takes Fitness as one of his topmost priorities. He also enjoys swimming, horse riding, doing yoga, traveling. Rishabh’s interests also extend to reading astrology and knowing and understating the fundas of the universe as much as possible. The actor also believes in giving back to the society and whenever gets a chance he likes to support social issues and campaigns he believes in to bring a change in the society. After this, he made one short movie .rebellution on the social cause which is running successfully on youtube and just now he got an award by Mahanagar global awards for achieving the things in his acting.

On the evening of 25th June 2024, The Jumeirah in London hosted the amazing TEAMMC Gala Dinner 2024, a night dedicated to recognising the tireless efforts and remarkable achievements of our wonderful volunteers. The event was a resounding success, drawing a huge crowd from across the UK, all united in their commitment to helping those in need around the world.

The evening was filled with inspirational moments, including a delightful dinner, engaging entertainment, and the much-anticipated awards ceremony. It was a night to celebrate the spirit of giving and the impactful work of Muslim Charity.

Special Performances

Adding to the evening’s enchantment were Nasheed performances by Khaleel Muhammad, a prominent UK-based Nasheed singer, artist, writer and host of his own TV and radio shows. His soulful renditions captivated the audience, adding a spiritual depth to the celebration. There was a memorable moment during the evening when Khaleel spontaneously invited a TEAMMC volunteer on stage for a drumming challenge. Brother Abdul Salek stepped up and impressed everyone with his awesome drumming skills, creating an unforgettable and heartwarming experience for all. Watch the video here.

The countdown for Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024 has begun! Ahead of the prestigious awards ceremony, a press conference was held in the host city of Mumbai on January 24.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 24 January, 2024: India’s most prestigious award ceremony, Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, is on the horizon, promising another year of cinematic evolution. Prior to the highly anticipated evening, a star-studded Press Conference was held at Taj Lands End, where luminaries like Aditi Rao Hydari, Dia Mirza and Nushrratt Bharuccha graced the occasion.

The conference was attended by notable personalities from the Film and Television Industry, representatives from the affiliated brand partners along with several media personalities. As the host for the evening, Meiyang Chang shed light on the purpose of Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, outlining the unshakeable principles as well as the enthusiasm with which the ceremony is held each year. The conference delved into this year’s theme of DPIFF Awards 2024— ‘From Classics To Cutting-Edge: Indian Cinema’s Enduring Journey Through Time’

Aditi Rao Hydari, renowned for her grace and versatility, unveiled the invitation of Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, a work of art crafted by Izzhaar. Dia Mirza actively contributed to the panel discussion, enriching the discourse with her insights on the cinematic journey. Nushrratt Bharuccha took center stage, unveiling the first-ever special projection for an award ceremony. The video showcased the prestigious DPIFF 2024 trophy, building anticipation for the upcoming annual award ceremony. It took viewers on a sparkling tour of Mumbai, celebrating the collaborative spirit of cinema.

The evening also held an insightful Panel Discussion on 'The Transformative Tale of Indian Cinema’ with the profound delegates from the film industry including Dia Mirza, Manish Kalra – Chief Business Officer of ZEE5, Ashish Sehgal – Chief Growth Officer, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Samir Ratanjankar – Senior Vice President, Anil Mishra – MD of DPIFF & Consultative Committee Member, FCI, Minsitry of Consumer Affairs, JioMart and Mayank Shroff – Head of Programming & Distribution, Cinépolis India. Adding a delightful touch to the evening, the team of Khichdi 2 seamlessly integrated into the conference, treating the audience to a small skit that brought laughter and camaraderie to the fore. The letters from the Hon’ble Education Minister of India and Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change of India, in support of the organization’s efforts were also unveiled.

The various Tourism, Powered by, Co-Powered by, Telecast, Streaming and Support Partners were also officially introduced at the Press Conference. The officials also unveiled the distinguished hosts for the upcoming DPIFF Awards Ceremony.
