More than a week ago i came back from Japan and brought a lot of stuff 😅.

Aptx 4869 (candy or chocolate?) and i still didn't tried them yet 😆.

I bought the new edition of volume 1 and damn the book is beautiful and it's embossed (not sure if i got the word right) 😍 and of course it comes with the extra 4 pages of Shinichi preparing for his date with Ran at Tropical Land 😊❤️ (damn seeing just next to that old chapter makes me realize that we've come a long way 😭). And of course the volume of Heiji's confession to Kazuha which is another cover from the one i also bought on the previous photos.

And that's it 😅😁! Although there's more but mostly gacha (some items here are also from gacha) and also non related to DetCo 😊. I didn't realize how much we bought there t'ill we've put everything together on our table to see how far we went with buying stuff there 😅 anyway i'm surely going back to Japan again cause damn i really loved my trip there and won't forget how much of a great time I had there 😍

Message to the DCMK fandom

In light of recent events (the revelation from movie 27), I would like to say to the fandom and most of all the non KaiShin shippers:

Don't harass or attack KaiShin shippers

Don't mock them

Don't make them feel bad

Don't push them to delete their KaiShin content/blog

Celebrate all you want, but don't brag to KaiShin lovers. For most of us, the revelation hits us bad. Don't rub salt in the wound.

And please, please don't harass them for still shipping KaiShin. Don't make them feel bad for still enjoying a ship that bring them joy still. This ship has over 30 years and, until the latest movie, we never suspected such revelation to be ever canon

Please be normal and let's keep peace and civility in the fandom.

So, the Naniwa Harukas where Heiji confessed was inspired by the Abeno Harukas in Osaka. Today, they posted a beautiful panoramic view of the sunset from the observation deck with this acrostic poem on X :

When you take the first ideogram of each line, it reads :

Like imagine your parents divorce right, and each takes one. So you have a brother you're not really that close with

You grow up and you're super smart and solve crimes and stuff. Then, in one these cases you find you your brother is actually a big name in crime. Also your wife has acting lessons with him.

Then you decide to name him "Big Idiot Thief Child" as a joke and he finds it hilarious and actually uses it.

Then he fucking dies, oh wait but not really and is like. "Hey I abandoned my child to live alone" and youre like "cool! Same." And then the two kids have beef with eachother but don't really have any idea of this.

Insane behavior.... but also peak sibling, in a odd way?

I honestly don't give a fuck that Gosho has confirmed that they're cousins. I'm too emotionally attached to this ship. What other ship can be so perfect like I can rant all day about how great this ship is. Like they understand the importance and sacrifices that, is necessary to make to keep a secret for the sake of protecting their loved ones and in a way, losing a part of themselves, but also discovering new things that in reality are also a part of themselves. They would understand the reasons behind the decision to keep the secret and also support each other and honestly no one gets hurt like they would in the canon ships.  Also, I feel that it's so special and important being able to have someone that is your equal in skill or intelligence, like they are and like I can't imagine them not wanting to have someone that will always challenge them and keep up with their train of thought and i just love their dynamic..... so yes, nothing can make me stop shipping KaiShin and them being my otp will not change. 

But Gosho really went for our fucking throats. I wouldn't even wish this upon my worst enemy. ALSO HOW CAN YOU DO THIS ON KAISHIN MONTH LITERALLY 10 DAYS AFTER KAISHIN DAY.

Chapter 1122 Thoughts

Oh this is absolutely the most gremlin behavior Saguru has ever displayed. He is smug and he likes to play with his food, but this delighted bright grin as he plays with Kaito/Shinichi - that's just Kaito behavior, quite frankly. Love that for him.

And then he just keeps Shinichi/Kaito over his shoulder the entire damn time. He wanted to demonstrate how easy it is to lift another person up. He. He could have put him down right after. Instead, he just... keeps deducing with Kaito's butt next to his face. What am I even supposed to do with this I feel like I fell asleep after Saguru was announced to be in this case and the entire case has been a feverdream. Unreal.

(Like, I get it, it's because he figured out it's really KID and he has our favorite thief "secure". But. C'mon.)

I AM GNAWING AT THE BARS OF MY CAGE. SAGURU GO FIGURE IT ALL OUT.

Oh, you are. I am not buying it for a second that Saguru really believes the unnecessarily complicated, and entirely unproven, situation of Conan... talking to Shinichi on the phone and simultaneously relaying those words to Kaito. That's a mess. Nah.

I am completely convinced that Saguru figured out Shinichi's real identity this time. He has been suspicious of Conan from the first time they met and has paid such close attention to Conan, and paid him more respect than most others.

He did absolutely not walk away from this encounter thinking Conan played middle-man, my boy is too damn smart for that and this explanation is too damn dumb for him to buy it.
