We have a new community cat coming around, so we set up the video camera in prep for TNR. Here's some "and stuff" it caught! I love baby quail season in Arizona, but didn't expect the other guy. He's awfully cute, but won't help with the TNR...

it gets really hot during the day here and we don;t have ac, so lately I've been doing a lot of the busy stuff at night and sleeping late into the day, and I now realise I'm just like nocturnal desert animals.

I’ve finally finished cleaning up the design sheet for the Light Dragon, now dubbed the sand Lurker.

I’ve added proper shading and callouts to the sheet and I plan to add this to all the other dragons a part of the same project!

I moved from the Midwest to AZ and for a long time it was a struggle for me to appreciate the beauty of the Sonoran desert with all its sand, mountains and cactus's. But I'm moving to the east coast for college in a few months and now knowing that I've been trying to appreciate this place for what it is.
