Tommy looks at the forest, the others shuffling anxiously behind him

It has been expanding (well, it was expanding from the first day) but it finally got big enough for someone else to notice he guesses. It only took them three months

He's not quite sure how they made the connection with Dream tho. They're right, but he has no clue how someone who didn't see it would know that Dream is at the center of this

(They probably just assumed. It's almost tradition at this point to blame everything on Dream)

The group of manhunters, about 10-ish people with Sapnap and Quackity in the front, look as prepared for a fight as they could be, their netherite armor shining like beetle wings in the sun

(Except Wilbur, who has nothing but his clothes and his cigarettes)

...if Tommy decides to lead them into the forest he's leading them to their deaths.

The armor is heavy and noisy. It shines obnoxiously in a way that would make it easy to spot on the pale oak even if they did manage to climb into a branch without letting every single creaking in the forest know exactly where they are, and it's too heavy to climb the dark oak trees

No one seems to have any invisibility potions either. He spots healing and regeneration and weakness and instant damage but no invisibility or night vision

He can help them with their search for Dream and by doing so he'll seal their fates.

"Tommy? Ready to go?"

Quackity catches his attention and Tommy turns to him

...he remembers afternoon after afternoon spent trailing after Wilbur as he and Quackity did. Whatever the fuck they were doing. Their weird sex rituals or whatever.

(He remembers watching The One That Bleeds, his wounds never healing as he sobs, crawling out of the blood oak, red roses tangled into his white hair. The burned brand on his back always seems fresh and it makes Tommy want to gag. He hopes that one is Dream's ghost. It seems too cruel for it to be him)

Tommy nods, walking into the forest, the fog welcoming him as an old friend as lillies of the valley grow angrily in-between his curls

He'll warn Tubbo and Fundy about the monsters and the false trees with guts and the flowers and the things that scream. Maybe Sapnap even. The rest of them? It was time for them to get a scare.

Well, that’s difficult to say, because each season fairy will vote for their respective firstborn. The autumn fairies will say Nightmare, the winter fairies will say Error, and so forth. However, if we instead ask: Which firstborn is the one most openly worshipped and admired by their fairies?

Then that answer will become Dream.

Dream can scarcely be around his own summer fairies without being surrounded by song and flower petals scattered around and over him. They might seem almost obnoxiously bothersome to the other firstborn but Dream absolutely loves this attention. The love and devotion his own summer fairies have for him make him beyond joyful, and he returns this love with warmth and sunlight.

The other season fairies do of course show open love and worship towards their own firstborns as well, but the summer fairies are the ones who are the loudest when it comes to this very thing. Hilariously enough, they’ve attempted to do this towards Error whenever he comes to visit Dream, just because they want to ensure that he stays in a good mood, but it does the complete opposite as Error finds it to be incredibly annoying. It always ends with the summer fairies scattering in fright, much to Error’s amusement. Dream isn’t as amused, but he won’t deny that he prefers those moments alone with Error, so he doesn’t mind if his summer fairies leave them alone for a little while.

Dude I think your oc is giving me brainrot because I had a dream where Artic was in a cave and the Once-ler was all curled up looking sad and scared so Artic went up to him and cuddled him. (The reason why he was scared was because he was cursed to turn into a shadow creature. So as he was transforming Artic was just holding him. Also Artic sounded british?? I have no idea what your HC voice for her is but she sounded like Rose Tyler from Doctor who in my dream.)

OUGHGHGHHH I'm having so many thoughts about this-

Right off the bat the concept of a cursed shadowy Onceler reminds me of these posts!!

And caves!! In the valley!! I had already been thinking about em bc of the concept art, something about the valley at night just says "there's a cave behind that waterfall" to me lol

The Onceler running away, maybe because he didn't want Artic to get hurt, maybe because he feared what would happen if she saw him like this.

Maybe, just for a moment, he flinches as Artic reaches for him. Because no matter how badly he wants comfort, he can't help but worry if this curse is contagious or if he'll grow spikes or something.

But once she holds his face in her hands and pulls him in for a hug, the poor man just clings to her the entire time. The steady sound of her heartbeat giving him something to focus on…

There’s this scene of her just. Holding the Onceler so so gently asking if it hurts and it breaks my HEART. THEY'RE SO IN LOVE YOUR HONOR

Artic getting up to take off her wings and set them aside, and he panics a little like "Don't- Don't go" but she reassures him that she's not going anywhere.

I still love you, yknow. No matter what happens, no matter how you look by the end of this... You're still the boy I fell in love with.

I can only imagine what the transformation must feel like. The crickle crackle of bones beneath dark fur. The inexplicable feeling of light fading inside him. Forever standing in the shade, just cold enough to prickle at your skin. Left cold and hollow save for bright yellow eyes, longing for the sunlight.

Maybe his freckles turned white or glow in the dark, something something not all the light is gone, not all hope is lost because someone was there for him.

Maybe he can't be in the sunlight for very long, which is devastating for the guy, but Artic makes a little umbrella contraption for him ouo

And that could be one of the reasons he went to a cave! The light was giving him a really bad headache and he needed to get somewhere darker

And she makes him specialized gloves to help him play the guitar with those hand paws!

Also Artic nuzzling his chest bc he's soft and fuzzy -u-

I traumatized a friend by showing him a sonic AU where Tails accidentally killed Sonic by blowing up a robot he was trapped in, then Sonic possessed the remains of the robot and started tormenting his friends.

This is gonna be a weird little post, but I had a really strange dream last night.

CW for animal death and uncanny valley stuff (even if it was a dream)

I don't remember most of it, but for some reason I was hanging out with my current coworkers outside of work and while we were walking around different towns and places, one of the places transported us to a backstage type of location which revealed a walkway to the entrance of a target.

When I walk in, there was a concert going on to the left and then the inside of the store bleeding next to it. So naturally I walk through, right? well within that walkthrough, it took us right back out the entrance of the building. When we got out it ended up getting dark, but thanks to a blackout within the dream, I got taken to a house with the coworkers inside.

BUT while we got adjusted to it and had started sitting down for dinner, we see a little pup standing outside.

It was a trap unfortunately as the much larger, almost uncanny valley levels, dog showed up and attacked us. The thing that bothered me the most was that the bigger dog didn't have any unrealistic features, it was just a huge dog. Yet, it felt so unnerving, like it was hiding a demon dog or an nonhuman like creature or something.

Regardless, one of my coworkers dog showed up to fight it off and I tried to get them back inside, but it was too late. The bigger dog ate the coworker's dog, gruesomely. Like blood and guts and howls. Both the dogs left us alone finally, but the coworker sobbed and cried out in pain. Some parts of the house was destroyed. I never woke up from a dream so unnerved like that before. I've had dreams of death, dying, whatnot, but never about that. I don't get it man.
