Love these rustic gyms that exist in Northern India, where men train together, normally with a view to competitive wrestling. This is the purest kind of male bonding- working together to build strength and improve yourself is the essence of masculinity. The technique and form practised in these gyms are always atrocious, based on very outdated thinking, if these guys trained more effectively with this kind of intensity they would be HUGE. Some men with backgrounds in these gyms do enter mainstream bodybuilding with modern gym facilities, and become testosterone-beasts.
