1 - im just bad at the supreme fight i guess. and bad at parrying. so i projected onto Sonic

2 - trying to get the hang of drawing the classic bros! im not entirely happy with Tails yet but we're getting there,,!!

3 - scratch and grounder redesigns, specifically trying to make them look like they fit within the classic era! Grounder is based on a burrobot more than a. well. grounder, and Scratch is based on Gemeral proportionally lol

4 - Sonic colorpicked from his Advance 1 sprites!

5 - self explanatory

6 - my Tikal desgin! not much is changed except for a few colors, changing her eye shape, and making her jewelry look more like jade!

7 - trying to figure out how i wanna draw Knuckles' hands, + a little test for Tails. someone get those guys some nai lpolish !!!!

8 - Sonic in one of Goku's fits during the Cell Saga!

11, 12, 13 - bullshit doodles because i hadnt drawn Sonic in awhile and i needed to get the hang of it again lol

the ending of sonic and the secret rings through the lens of the “sonic is the original project shadow” theory makes me want to rip my hair out like!!!!!!! this guy repressed the memory of his sister being killed in front of him and then a girl that he had quickly become friends with dies in his arms and he’s helpless to do anything about it!!!

and then when the world rings of rage, sadness and hatred go to him because that is what he’s feeling he turns into darkspine who. definitely bears similarities to terios design-wise!

the darker fur, the droopy spines, the white muzzle and torso. the INHIBITOR RINGS?????? clutches my head SEGA WHAT DID YOU MEAN BY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! sega. sega is there perhaps a reason sonic, upon seeing a girl he has grown close to get killed in front of him while he can’t do anything to save her, turns into shadows beta design? sega answer me

I've seen Darkspine Sonic plenty of times, but I never noticed that he has his feet and hands out in the open until I saw the rendered fur on his blocks of feet 💀

Maybe I'll keep doing "super" (put that incredibly lightly... Powered up forms maybe?) forms for the next few days! Or just different sonic forms because they're fun to draw.
