Danganronpa AUbidea thats been rattling around in my brain for a long tine (it also might not be the most unique)

Kyoko is a detective thats been sent to investigate a super mysterious death in a dark carnaval thats had a lomg history of misfortune and death to the point its considered cursed.

Junko is the ringleader of the circus, a very extravagant woman wearing an old fasioned ringleader outfit, super mysterious woman with magic tricks galore.

The rest of the corcus is populated with the 77-B class, Gubdham along with Sonia are animal tamers with many dangerous and near wild animals that they handle together, Nagito is a clown but specializing in ultra dangerous stunts rhat would be deadky for most people but he is unusually lucky survivi g things he shouldnt or avoidi g getti g hurt at all etc. Kyoko is stuck trying to investigate them while they act friebdky the carnival is a very dangerous place abd she has to try abd solve the case before she becomes the next victim of the "curse" that surrounds this carnival.

Not super detailed or anything but aeeing the despairs and extebtion Junko in a cursed carnival setti g is such a cool conceit to me, gives Junko the chance to show her wold excentric side as she tries to hide her various secrets from tbe nosey detective (and probably sone sorta companion for Kyoko like Makoto or Shuichi)

Tuesday is Halloween and it is also my first implementation demo for software engineering. Result:

Just out of curiosity but what do remnant kyoko and remnant makoto do to cause despair?

Kyoko is basically the leader of the remnants now that Junko’s gone (aside from Kamakura who would technically outrank her if she bothered to size power), so Kyoko pretty much keeps everyone else on track and is the one in charge of the fight against the future foundation. She’d more invested in the foundations downfall then the others since for her it kinda represents the last of her dads legacy bc of the connection to Hopes peak (and there’s that like friend of her dads that she interacts with during future arc who’s name I do not know lol)

She’s a less hands on Despair then the others since she’s more about mind games and strategy. She’s controlling things from the shadows instead of going out and shooting people in the streets.

She’s still very much her cold calculating self, but even more so.

Now, Makoto is a much different story. He’s not technically in despair. He’s still a part of the Remnants, but mostly because he doesn’t want to abandon his friends and they don’t want to let him go. He’s trying to help them as much as he can, but it’s not much. Circus and I still plan to do a fic with this au, and it’s format is going to be following Makoto as he goes from Remnant to Remnant visiting them and trying to help.
