Court Orders are, by definition, Lawful and they are legally bound to carry them out. Court Orders are orders from a Superior legal body, which they are legally bound to follow. Refusing to do so is a crime. Violating a citizen's constitutional rights, by for instance refusing to grant them their own "papers and effects" in a correct and legally recognized form, or by violating their right to keep those effects private by putting them on a FUCKING WATCH LIST for requesting them, is a crime. Government officials committing crimes, IS ITSELF a crime. They can try to phrase it passively as being "left up to the customer" to accept the document or not all they like: it doesn't change what they're doing and nobody is bound to respect that bullshit.

US Federal authorities need to stop tolerating this scofflaw bullshit from officials, elected or otherwise. This is criminal behavior and it should be treated as such.
