#Dalek supreme

I need your opinion on something because everyone’s turning against me, which is better, the 1st movie supreme dalek or the 2nd movie supreme?

(Ignore the image shaming the 2nd one, George made it to spite me)

While both supremes are beautiful in their own right, I really feel a combination of the two should have been a thing. The slats help break up the rest of the casing but I wish they had incorporated more gold. Something like the gold slats in the gold caps for the chest and skirt pieces set against solid black would have made the second casing pop a little nicer.

All in all- I like them both? I think this supremes best feature though is their eyestalk….

The Dalek Supreme of Dalek City holds himself in a high standard. He was picked to oversee both the City and hunting down any Thals still left on Skaro by the Dalek Emperor himself. He made the lens in his eye stock red as he knew that it send fear through the Thals that he had captured over the years.

Being in command of Dalek City for many years the Dalek Supreme has had no one to answer to. This has allowed him expanded the City not just up but also down towards the very core of Skaro. Deep in a cavern under Dalek City is the laboratory. The domain of the Dalek's Head Scientist, which the Supreme hates.

Shown here is a possible rally area, a WIP map of there base hidden in the mountainous section of Skaro across the rust desert.

The Dalek Panzer 4 Lower depicted here is a new model of dalek tank unit, this one is an extension of the tiger variant as seen before, it is slightly bigger and has heavier armour that is more curved to deflect shots. I still need to sketch down other tank Dalek variants before these two.

In the the final end scene for the second dalek movie one of the drone props is painted black and gold and is used to to film this daleks destruction. Were as the red dalek is the original prop and is simply destroyed.

Now why would you want to save the plain old black dalek when you could save the beautiful red and silver one?

For 'Journey's End', Nicholas Briggs was posed with a very particular challenge.

"I had to give each Dalek its own voice, so they had their own rank and identity. Which was rather daunting."

"How do you give a unique voice to something that has no emotion?! I wanted to be able to tell them apart, but how do you do that?"

While the Supreme Dalek was relatively simple, "because he has to sound authoritative and arrogant", he added subtle differences to the rest "that I hope someone actually noticed "
