🌒 September 17th: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces @ 7:34 pm PT

     Kicking off the week with some big Pisces energy, the lunar eclipse signals the start of a fresh, dream-chasing chapter. Think of it like cosmic permission to quit your job and start a Tarot-reading business on Etsy—kidding! (Maybe.) The eclipse asks: What dream have you been avoiding because it seems too unrealistic? In the words of Marty McFly, “That’s heavy, Doc.” Indeed it is heavy, but we’d expect no less from a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces, would we? 

     Neptune Rx merges with this lunar eclipse, which could cause some confusion, but also some serious inspiration, healing, and compassion. Uranus Retrograde brings support—you know, as much support as the rabble rouser planet of balking the system and disrupting anything that stagnates, can give (which is to say: not that supportive). Pluto Rx in Capricorn brings catharsis, as you hopefully finagle with letting go of your feelings about a certain person, project, or passion. (Though, not in a bad way!) Jupiter in Gemini also squares this full moon lunar eclipse, which will most likely just exaggerate any feelings you have.

     Before you go sprinting toward that new chapter, check in with your system—are you running on fumes or fuel? (I’m running on both!)

📣 Sept. 18 – Mercury Opposes Saturn Rx 

     Mercury (your inner chatterbox) faces off against Saturn (the cosmic drill sergeant), and suddenly, your brain is flooded with thoughts like: “Am I doing enough?” or “Why do I suck at everything?” Don’t buy into the drama. Self-criticism is especially loud today, but you can shut it down. Make a list of five things you’ve accomplished this year, to remind your inner critic why it isn’t always right all the time. Saturn is trying to teach you a lesson in patience and resilience, so don’t be too hard on yourself—growth takes time…

Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 Sun in Aquarius ♒️💨 Moon in Capricorn ♑️🌎

Exciting new possibilities are in store for us with the current energies. You may find yourself in a different setting than usual or have something unexpected come in to change the landscape.

The Capricorn Moon is helping solidify things around us, laying a foundation for what’s ahead of us. Today, she’s meeting up with Venus in the sky and at the same time, those two together are in a harmonious trine with Uranus in Taurus. This energy is absolutely beautiful. It creates a desirable, loving and affectionate environment. With Uranus in the mix it can take us to a unique or unusual setting, bringing in new encounters or possibilities. Exciting new people or projects could suddenly enter your space. We’re feeling encouraged to express ourselves more authentically or just break free of inhibitions where we’re looking for pleasure or a chance to add a little spice into our lives.

Mars in Capricorn will also sextile Neptune in Pisces. Another harmonious transit that adds some inspirational support. This transit has the ability to slow things down and could possibly make you really tired so do watch out for that. It could have you just wanting to chill out and be inspired alone or have some really good one-on-one conversation with someone where the mood is relaxed. Either way, new ideas are in store.

Daily Forecasts: Jan 1st - 9th - 'What In The World?' Intuitive Reading For The Collective

With this group, your goals will be at the center point of your reality. The theme is to let go and to surrender to the divine on what needs to be done for 2024. The Root chakra is significant for this group because there could be some underlying issues in how you step foot into the world. You might not be too provocative and self-centered. Lol. Today’s Forecast ✨ 12/13/23

Mercury has stationed Retrograde. In Capricorn, scheduling conflicts may come up or people just are not taking responsibility for their actions. Venus Opposite Jupiter may offer us some kind of relief in the way of “well it could be worse, right?”

(Let’s not try to think/talk up anything worse tho), but honestly we all deserve better.

Astrological heads up for Wednesday, the 29th

Moon sextile Venus [[exact at around 9:49 AM PST]]

The moon in its home sign can be pretty chill, and when in a good aspect with Venus there’s an enhancement of comfort and a sense of being surrounded by pretty things. Venus is almost exactly conjunct with Uranus, which does create an unusual aura around possible environments, and it can create surprise situations that affect us emotionally, but not necessarily in a bad way. The Venus/moon sextile is pretty - especially as Venus represents beauty - we have an opportunity to interact with beauty and to appreciate it in a more sentimental sense on Wednesday. 

Moon square Jupiter [[Exact at 4:33 PM PST]]

Jupiter in Aries is a little too in-your-face for the Cancer moon, which is an energy that’s really focused on the things that feed the soul and provide a sense of shelter from the world. Jupiter presses us to branch out emotionally, when in a square with the moon, but this can come at the expense of our own comfort at times. We may feel pulled out of our shell under this aspect, but we also could feel restless. Restlessness is often a result of moon/Jupiter squares, and that is doubled when we think of Aries energy. It’s important to get enough rest under this aspect, as cheesy as that may sound. Our boundaries can get pushed, and it can be easy to do things in excess.

Moon square Mercury [[Exact at 11:28 PM PST]]

Wednesday starts with the moon in a wide square with Mercury, that gets closer to partile as the day goes on. This is indicative of rushed thoughts, especially with Mercury still being in Aries, the sign of speed. We may feel somewhat intruded upon, with people asking multitudes of questions, or just simply asking for too much information from us. The tendency of Cancer to seek what’s more hidden and internal feels pushed by the sociable nature of Mercury in aggressive Aries. We may need to take time to cool off on this day, and really keep the bigger picture in mind - hard times always pass, and no negative emotion is ever permanent.  

Venus almost in an exact conjunction with Uranus [[Exact on the 30th]]

As sweet and receptive Venus gets closer to one of the least emotionally-adept planets we may feel start to feel a desire to rebel. The fun loving side of Venus can be enhanced by Uranus, which could represent a wild time, or the potential for unexpected events to unfold in relationships and in connection to the enjoyment of a good time. Venus is Taurus-ruled and relates to money, and there could be some financial surprises that come up under this aspect, for good or for bad. Uranus is truly a wild card, so this could go either way. We may feel a heightened sense of our own uniqueness, as Uranus can represent what’s unorthodox or sticks out in its novelty.

Today's astro forecast shows, from the essential energy of the transits that we may uncover certain fears surrounding our identity and sense of purpose. Sun square Chiron, mixed with the Sun sextiling Uranus, helps us feel less attached to what we believe our identity and purpose to be.

Whilst the Chiron aspect can be jarring, we know that our deeper insecurities are not as important as our desires. The moon in Gemini will help us to feel more lighthearted and more at ease with these uncomfortable feelings. Why not try some writing, or, watch some comedy or documentaries?

Shake-Ups, Fresh Starts, and Mercury Retrograde

     As we wrap up the crazy astrology of July 2024, things only get crunchier in August, thanks (in large part) to Mercury Retrograde. The good news? Mercury doesn’t station direct until Sunday, which means you have all week to get your ducks in a row and prep for the backwards slide. Mishaps, miscommunications, and mysterious misplacement of your keys / phone / wallet will likely ensue; laughing at the missteps and backing up your technology, whilst giving into the reflective nature of the 3-week-long transit, is highly recommended.

     The other good news? We have a lovely opportunity to start over and re-stoke a flame for your creative projects, passions, romantic life, and/or star power. And after a tense and restless jolt to your love life or wallet, these also get a reset come Sunday. Relationships move from dramatic and passionate to organized, efficient, and nurturing. Those are the main events of this week. Here’s the actual astrology:     

July 30 – Venus in Leo trines retrograde Chiron in Aries (23°55)

Aug. 2 – Venus squares Uranus in Taurus (26°)

Aug. 4 – Leo New Moon (12°36)

Aug. 4 – Venus enters Virgo

     For the record, Aug. 4 happens in this order: Leo New Moon at 5:13 am MST, Venus enters Virgo at 8:22 pm MST, and Mercury stations retrograde at 10:56 pm MST. So, goal-setting, intention-setting, any sort of plan, publication, release or launch is still OK on the Leo New Moon, as Mercury isn’t technically retrograde yet. (Yes, Mercury is in its shadow phase, which many people say is MUCH WORSE than Mercury Retrograde, but I’m not sure how or why. Anyway!) Long story short: don’t let mercury Rx scare you away from living.

Monday, February 5th, 2024 Sun in Aquarius ♒️💨 Moon in Sagittarius ♐️🔥

The optimistic and adventure seeking Sagittarius Moon is going on a solo trip today. She’s void of course all day, not interacting with other planets. And that’s ok because we have plenty to talk about.

Overnight, Mercury entered Aquarius which is going to have our thoughts all over the place. Shifting from earth to air energies can feel a bit ungrounded. It can also have us feeling aloof or unemotional. Combined with the carefree Sagi Moon though, it could bring out the quirky or silly side of you.

Immediately upon entering Aquarius, Mercury will meet up with Pluto. Things get serious again and might feel a bit heavy, sparking deep and meaningful thoughts and conversations. Expect truths to come to the surface that can’t be ignored. This meet-up in the sky is kind of a big deal because this conjunction hasn’t happened in over 200 years. The feel of these energies is brand new to all of us and we’ll need to get used to it. It will happen every year for the next 20, giving us a hint of what’s to come. Pay attention to your thought process and conversations at this time.

All of the personal planets are going to do the same meet-up with Pluto in Aquarius this month and we’ll throw in a New Moon in Aquarius this week too, really changing the landscape and sparking new beginnings. If it feels like a lot of things are changing, that’s because they are.

I can’t stress it enough, pay close attention during these transits. They’re setting up the feel of the next 20 years. How is your world changing?
