singnsong sent a message that they thanked the international fans and sleepy c for bringing orv to a comic (in this timeline) and that we were all kim dokja fragments

sleepy c said her favorite character to draw was sangah persephone

she also said that she really liked drawing the disaster of floods arc and yoosungs fight scenes in the peaceland arc

funny how this fic started off as an "unserious" idea (not cracky, more so i didn't take it that seriously, it was basically so i could rotate certain characters from my head into a google doc), i didn't expect to care abt it as much as i do now like i have a basic chapter layout for half of the set chapter count, specific scenes prewritten, a planning doc with around five pages thus far, the basics (title, summary, etc), random scenes for it spinning around in my head, and a bit of chapter one and three pages of chapter four written 😭

and i started properly thinking stuff for and working on this fic like...two days ago

Your favored character smiles at you, genuinely happy for you. "So it's the end of the semester for you, then? These 'finals' you've mentioned before; did they go well? Did you pass?" They wait for you to answer, tilting their head slightly as you do. "Well, it's no matter to me. I'm jsut happy to have you here! I've been waiting patiently for you, and I can't wait to enjoy these 'holidays' you've mentioned."

They open their arms, offering you a hug. If you take the hug, they hold you close and rub your back. "You've done well. Come rest with your people."

Something I've wanted to ask. Is Streber alive in the Spooky Family AU? ;w;

Yes!! He is alive and well! For the most part at least- I’ve thought a bit about it because Streber is one of my fave characters. In fact, I have some rambles about him that I wrote a bit ago!

Alright, so, Streber survived the Bob attack.

In the SF AU Ethan is his roommate, and was the one who discovered Streber injured on the ground. He’s also the first guy to visit Streber at the hospital, the first chance he could. They’re very close.

And I also like to imagine that all of Streber’s buddies are also a super tight knit group, so all of them try to visit as soon as possible as well. As a whole group.

Streber has a lot of trauma by what went down. But his buddies help keep him sane and really put in the time to help him with whatever he needs. I can imagine they’re helping Streber pay for things and he’s like “no” and they’re the kinds of friends to all be like “yes actually shush.”

Additionally, when Halloween starts to roll around the next year, Streber is incredibly hesitant to do anything involving the haunted house, or really just going outside for Halloween in general. Because, y’know, that’s where stuff went down. BUT his friends are like yo dude what if instead of the haunted house we just have an epic movie night and binge horror movies. And they agreed on that. Until Streber started to think it over and decide that he wanted to give his trauma a big fat middle finger, and like 2 weeks from Halloween he was like guys we’re doing this get your costumes.

And so they all did.

Also, Streber’s cape got too much blood on it to be used again, and it had to be thrown out. No more green screen cape. But to make up for that, his friends sewed him up a new cape, and instead of a bright green, the inside of the cape was a dark black, but covered in bright white stars. Like a lil galaxy. And suddenly, Streber could be himself again.

So Streber was in his usual position in front of the haunted house, but I’d like to think Ethan would also be there instead of inside so he can make sure Streber’s doing okay.

Because he’s still healing, more mentally then physically at this point, he’s often got eye bags from nightmares and insomnia, and disheveled hair. Trauma doesn’t just disappear overnight, but when you have a bunch of friends who would do anything for you, things become just a bit easier.

A little something

In and of itself it was a small and maybe stupid thing, but within the context of everything, it spoke volumes. Gabe had made fun of her for that. Not in a serious or hurtful way, but he’d teased her so much throughout their relationship about so many different things that she’d had to tell herself it was just one of the ways he expressed love—even when it was hurtful. She saw now how unhealthy that was. And Colten’s small, not-so-insignificant gesture was the complete opposite of that.

One of my friends saw my Skid and Pump kandi bracelets today and said "oh aren't those two of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?" like fully genuinely so I've now decided that Skid and Pump are TMNT fans and they probably watch a bunch of the 2012 version (bc it'd be airing during the time period)

update: i am now at 7.1k i have started writing the actual werewolf bit of the fic!!!! took a bit longer than idve thought bc i got derailed but alas. body horror transformation is sick though, cant wait for everyone to read that!!!!

this next part will be very delicate to write, and the part im most anxious abt, since it deals with chap 6 dutch, but ill try my best. the part after taht though will be easy money and ill BARREL through it (as will arthur). the final part will also be somewhat delicate, beccause i want it to encapulate all my thoughts in a way that isnt on the nose, but im hoping i wont need to do that because of the way ill write everything
