VCC, combined with the mining advantages of DPOS+POW, maintains the transaction rate with DPOS super node on the premise of ensuring the fairness of POW, which theoretically can reach 80,000 transactions per second and perfectly solves the problem of transaction congestion.

DAG allows multiple blockchains to coexist and to connect to each other without an edge with the parent node. Nodes can exist in parallel as long as information is directed in the same way. It opens a whole new set of possible confirmation options to eliminate the need for block time and reduce the amount of work wasted on abandoned [isolated chain]. The final result is that: there is huge potential for highly scalability and fast information flows on the completely decentralized network.

Germany pledges $135 million for refugees

Maas told the assembly during his speech it was “shameful” that the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) was running short of funds to help the millions of Syrians who have fled the country’s civil war. He called on other wealthy countries to step up to the plate.

Maas said Germany would provide the refugee agency with an extra $135 million (€116 million) to help cope with the outpouring of Syrians into neighboring Arab countries.

“As the second-largest humanitarian donor, Germany is willing to provide the UNHCR with a further €116 million euros — that is half of the amount currently needed — to help Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon,” Maas said.

“But others also need to step up,” he said — a nod to the UN Charter which refers to the peoples of the UN being determined “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind.”

Zorg dat de tijden hetzelfde staan ingesteld.

1.2 Hoe zet ik geld op Binance?

Binance is een handelsplatform voor alleen cryptocurrency’s. Je kunt er dus niet met dollars en euro’s handelen. Het is daarom noodzakelijk eerst Bitcoin aan te kopen en dit over te zetten naar Binance. De volgende stappen leggen uit hoe je dit het beste kunt doen.

4. Vul je gekopieerde Bitcoinadres in en accepteer de voorwaarden. Als je nog niet eerder Bitcoin bij hun hebt gekocht dan vragen ze om €0,01 over te maken ter verificatie. Druk op afrekenen en maak handmatig het bedrag over via je bank.

5. Wacht totdat de gekochte hoeveelheid Bitcoin op je Binance Balance staat. Deze vindt je door op Binance naar Funds -> Balance te gaan en vervolgens BTC in de zoekbalk in te toetsen.

2. Over Binance2.1 Informatie over de exchange?

Het is een Chinees handelsplatform voor cryptocurrency’s. Het is op 14 juli 2017 gelanceerd.

Ze hebben iedere maand de ‘coin of the month’ waarbij je kan stemmen op jouw favoriete coin. De winnaar hiervan wordt gratis op de exchange gezet. De afgelopen vijf maanden hebben respectievelijk Stratis, Substratum, Zcoin, EthLend en Raiblocks gewonnen. De laatste, Raiblocks, moet nog worden toegevoegd. Het is moeilijk om te zeggen of een listing op de exchange direct een toename in de prijs veroorzaakt. Bij deze coins was dit wel het geval, maar daarbij moet gezegd worden dat in die periode alle coins/tokens omhoog gingen. Het kan dus ook de marktwerking van die periode zijn geweest.

2.2 Het team

De CEO van Binance is Changpeng Zhao. Hij was voorheen de CTO van OKCoin. Yi He, co-founder van OKCoin heeft zich later bij het Binance-team gevoegd. De rest van het team heeft ervaring bij Wall Street, met crypto-investeringen en met het oprichten van succesvolle startups.
