Notes: So essentially i was minding my business and I ended up writing a fic with some of my OWN au sans characters. Im not very good at it or even really experienced but this got whipped up for Fictober day four (lets go inconsitant posting!!1!!1) Also to my knowladge there is a parktale au that someone made but we will just assume it exists and thats where they`re going.

Sitting on the living room couch, now PREVIOUSLY having been cozy and wrapped in blankets, Cupid was holding up her phone, the excitement palpable on her face as she showed her device to the younger skeleton. Anteros looked at the screen, squinting at the device and quite confused as he stared back at her. " I Do Not Know, But Surely You Could Explain It To Me!"

She leaned over on the couch, quickly scrolling through her phone with a broad grin stretched across her skeletal features. "So, you know how me and Neo have been planning to hang out, and you ALSO know how Neo told me the other day that if he didn't have to broadcast, then we would go to the theme park if he had extra time?" The older skeleton finally landed on something, opening up a post from what seemed to be the familiar dark skeleton apologizing to fans for what seemed to be an ` unknown reason ` . " Guess who's go—ing?"

Anteros blinked, processing the information before sitting up. "Oh! Make Sure You Drink Plenty Of Water And Stay Hydrated! Actually, Actually–!" Anteros stood up and Seemed to walk off to his room rather quickly, coming back downstairs after a few minutes with a small backpack that seemed to have Mad Mew Mew plastered over the front of it… likely a gift from Alphys. 

" I Packed Two Water Bottles, A Small Tissue Pack, An Extra Pair Of Shoes, A Electrolyte Drink, And A Few Other Goodies! Make Sure That You Two Stop And Refresh While You Walk! Call Me If Anything Weird Happens! " The skeleton rambled out different precautions, before finally handing Cupid the bag. 

Examining the bag, Cupid's gaze looked back up at Anteros. It made her realize just how compassionate the other skeleton was. She let out a quiet chuckle.

" You know what? We'll have to have a family trip one day. Just the two of us! "

Does race matter in the ideal world?

According to the article Race in Cyberspace, race does matter in the ideal world. While other people push this idea around and negate the idea and minimalize any question in regards, it only pushes the importance back and make a less controversial topic. Like Tara McPherson mentions, when people minimize the race topic, it only creates racialized spaces. This article also explains the differences in race between the real world and the cyberweb. As people cannot be seen behind a screen, their visible cues are invisible and people cannot mark their identities from the real life. They go on further and explain how no ones identity on the cyberweb may be truly real as you can also play a different race and gender.

How can you manipulate your identity online?

The article Race in Cyberspace touched on some great topics on how people can manipulate their identity online. They mention how since no one can see your true identity online, people can manipulate their gender and race online. One of the great explanations the article explains is that the internet is like a semi-blank slate in which the users are responsible on how they work on it. This semi-blank slate allows the users to create the identity they want and how you want to identify yourself and having this slate allows users to be more creative with the construction of that identity.

What racial segregation did the game Pokemon Go display?

The game Pokemon Go displayed that racial segregation was still in display in 2016 when the game released. Many parents warned their childs not to roam off to the "bad" neighborhoods, minorities would recieve suspicious glances if they placed in pre-dominantly white neighborhoods and it went to an extreme that Asian grandfather was shot for allegedly trespassing. A simple game showed how some people still believe there is a segregation between races where they are permitted to go through certain areas or sometimes are allowed to enter those areas but with glances or whispers directed towards them.

One of the worst things about being hot and working from home is that I don't get to head turn anywhere. It's very difficult to communicate online that you want attention for being mega hot without putting out signals that you're actually interested in meeting someone (I'm not).

Like it is infinitely worse to get attention from someone I know or would recognize from my followers than to get a thirsty anonymous ask. How does one get un-meditated attention on the cyberweb? Like if someone is gonna give me that kind of attention I'd want it to be a spur of the moment high and not their idea of an anime confession scene. Am I making sense here?
