Hello guys, today Clode and I celebrated 11 years together! 馃挏 Happy anniversary my beloved one! 馃挏 Wow... It's been 11 years already, it's a third of my life... 馃槸 I won't lie, these 11 years haven't always been easy. There have been good days and bad days, like anything else in life, and a lot has happened to us! Really everything! But we're still here together and that's worth more than anything 馃尭 I don't think there is a perfect relationship with the perfect person because, even if it is difficult to admit, none of us are perfect. We are all human beings and therefore we are imperfect, full of defects, each of us has a side of his character that is difficult to manage and to bear, we like different things and we have different ideas about many things... to make things work, sometimes is necessary commitment and patience and compromise... and it can be damn hard when the world around us is so complicated and it tires us and hurts us. Often in these cases it's easy to blame the person next to us even if he did nothing wrong. This is why it is important to always remember the things that unite us and strive to build bridges rather than destroy them. If on both sides the will to be together is strong and we don't stop looking at what we love in the other lerson at what makes us vibrate in the same way, those bridges will withstand any hurricane and even if at some point something should fall dawn, there will always be a way to rebuild it. If the foundations are solid they will hold up against anything... and I think that, if we are still here after 11 years, those foundations are solid 馃挏 "When you like a flower, you just pick it. But when you love a flower, you water it every day." (Buddha). I hope we will continue to water each other for a long time to come 馃尭Happy eleventh anniversary 馃挏 (presso Novara) https://www.instagram.com/p/CfSLX_prh9f/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Moncalvo Castle Monferrato, Moncalvo (AT). 馃彴馃嚠馃嚬 The castle of Moncalvo is an integral part of the town. The first evidence of the castle dates back to 1133 but the current building dates back to 1300. In 1878 the Municipality finally decided to demolish most of the remains of the castle to make space for a large square surrounded by a portico. Today the two imposing towers that overlook the Antico Castello square remain, connected by walkways. Its towers now offer panoramic viewpoints both on the hills and on the town, and its walkways an experience in the medieval soul of the city. Moncalvo is a small city, officially the smallest city in Italy, located in the province of Asti, in the Monferrato Astigiano. This little gem is full of historic buildings. One of the most evocative palaces is Casa Lanfrancone (pic 4 and 5) which retains only a few traces of its original Gothic appearance, having undergone various renovations and now having a more nineteenth-century appearance. It's very suggestive to walk through the narrow streets where ancient and modern mix and it is said that the evening is even more magical, with all the illuminated signs 馃ぉ Surely those who want to visit Monferrato must stop here for a visit 馃槈 (presso Moncalvo Monferrato) https://www.instagram.com/p/CejiioErnZx/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hello guys, How are you? Today I'm very motivated, almost biting 馃挜 I would like to continue our little tour recommending the Restaurant Brut e Bon. This restaurant Is located in Asti in a passage area out of the city. The exterior is not visible from the street but offers ample parking. As you can see, the entrance is very nice, and the great room inside is also very pretty in its simplicity 馃挏 The cuisine is typically Italian, simple, cooked with great love by the owner, a lovely lady. Prices are absolutely fair and affordable. For 17 euros you can order: a first course, a second course, a side dish, water, wine and coffee. Desserts (homemade) are excluded. We have dined here twice and were very satisfied 馃構 The first evening I ordered a mushroom risotto (excellent, tasty and plentiful), a grilled sausage with potatoes and a tiramis霉, all accompanied by an excellent house red wine. The second day I chose some fabulous spaghetti with clams and a delicious and tender stew with peas, accompanied by a very fresh white wine. It's definitely a place that I recommend 馃挏 Waiting for the next post on our wanderings, I wish you a good evening. Stay safe and sound 馃尭 Bloody kisses, Row 馃挏 (presso Ristorante Asti Brut & Bon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CejRBjJIBA1/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Monumental church of Sant'Eusebio, Camagna Monferrato. 馃晬馃嚠馃嚬 This beautiful hilltop architecture towers over the village and catches the eye as you approach it from the countryside 馃槷 The current church, designed by Crescentino Caselli, is the result of the reconstruction carried out between 1885 and 1890 in which the facade of the previous church from 1794 was maintained. Around the church and its imposing dome, dozens of swallows have found a safe place to nest and we can hear their calls as they fly fast. (scroll to the last pic 馃槈) Aren't they beautiful? 馃挏 (at Camagna Monferrato, Piedmont, Italy) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ceg-U7kLi6R/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Montemagno Castle, Monferrato, Italy 馃彴馃嚠馃嚬 The castle of Montemagno stands in a dominant position on top of the hill on which the village of Montemagno lies. All around there is a beautiful walk that allows you to observe the surrounding landscape. Scroll the pics... Do you see the Monferrato hills? Are so beautiful 馃挏 The surrounding village is also very impressive with its narrow uphill streets. Unfortunately, the castle is privately owned and cannot be visited, but we can partially observe it from the outside... In particular, the dovetail battlements tell us about the Ghibelline belonging of the ancient lords of the castle. The first documents attesting the existence of this castle, date back to 981 and originally it was nothing more than a keep surrounded by a wall and a moat. In the following centuries the structure was progressively enlarged, thanks also to the increase in the prestige of the lords of Montemagno. The wars that opposed Asti to the Marquisate of Monferrato, however, caused its partial destruction in 1290. The castle was then rebuilt at the beginning of the 14th century and then changed hands countless times and finally came into the hands of the Calvi di Bergolo counts, to whom it still belongs today 馃槷 If you find this story interesting, in the next posts you will find more ;) Stay connected! This is the Cortile dei camminatori di domande in Casale Monferrato. We can literally translate it as "question walkers' yard". A very evocative name, isn't it? This subsequent structure, which constitutes a real scenic backdrop for this small courtyard, was part of the old village orphanage. Built in 1800, it probably had the sole purpose of making the view of the courtyard better and connecting it to the courtyard above. The fortunate position of the orphanage, right on one side of the Ricetto di Casale Monferrato, ensures that from this place you can enjoy a phenomenal view of the surrounding hills. Definitely worth a visit :) #castagnole #castagnolemonferrato #castagnolemonferratoterradivinopregiato #cortiledeicammimatori #coetilwdeicamminatorididomande #visitingmonferrato #monferratotravel (presso Castagnole Monferrato) https://www.instagram.com/p/CeermBWI-tI/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hello guys, Did you know that today is both the World Goth Day and the International Day for Biological Diversity? Being a gothic fox, I feel very represented today 馃 So,whatever life form you are, I wish your clothes never fade, that they can always be blacker than the darkest night 馃挏 I also wish that your lair is always a safe warm place to rest your heart in, because the nights are long and the world is often a difficult place for nocturnal creatures. Good morning guys, it's Saturday! I'll be back to talk to you about Beltane, introducing you a new friend I met here... This wonderful creature, that came out of the creativity of Atelier Ederaluna, it's a spirit of the earth that emerged from the trunk of an elm. I literally fell in love with this creature, I hope he has found a home where he will be loved as he deserves 馃挏 I don't know if you know the unfinished works of Michelangelo, where you feel like the figure is already inside the marble and it simply use the work of the sculptor to go out and be what it always had to be... very well, in this case he is the same. Seeing this wood creature I had the feeling that he had always been in that elm trunk and that he emerged from the matter thanks to the magical hands of Atelier Ederaluna 馃挏 This little one is a bridge between the forest and humans, a proud ambassador of the wisdom of the woods 馃挏 I invite you to visit the facebook page of Atelier Ederaluna to find other beautiful creatures like this one. With that it's all about my experience with Beltane of this year. See you soon! Stay sound and safe. Hello guys, how are you? I hope it was a good day! Today I want to tell you about the Beltane Celtic Festival, organized by the L'Antica Quercia association at Parco Arcobaleno in Masserano (BI), we attended last weekend with our friends @vinniedreadful and @emiliano_cuffaro . In the heart of a forest near to Biella, once a year for over twenty years now, people have gathered to celebrate Beltane with conferences, seminars, educational and spiritual experiences, with concerts, music and dances, with the sale of wonderful handicrafts, eating and drinking, lighting big bonfires in the night, but above all, being together. I think the best and stronger thing about Beltane is being able to find friendly faces every year to get together and share the things that have happened in the last year. Covid had taken away Beltane too, but here we are again, all together 馃挏 I'll do one more post about Beltane, because I don't have enough space to talk about it here ;) In the meantime, I send you all a tight hug 馃 Bloody kisses, Row 馃挏 (presso Parco Arcobaleno Masserano - Bi) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdwE2pbLh_N/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hi guys, how are you? I know that I have not been present lately, I'm sorry but I'm very busy and I have little mental energy, so I try to dedicate all those energies directly to the people who are dearest to me. I know that you can understand this and that you will not be offended, and I will also try to be more present in the future. Today I'm talking about the last stage of our trip to Bologna: the museum dedicated to the victims of the Ustica plane crash. The museum is very impressive. It consists of a single large room with the wreck of the plane that was fished out of the sea. All around an artistic installation has been placed, with speakers playing the whispers of the plane's passengers and their thoughts. At the top there are a lot of light bulbs that turn on and off slowly... The atmosphere is indescribable, it makes you shiver. It is an experience to do if you are in Bologna. Admission is free but you can leave a donation. For those unfamiliar with the history of the plane crash, this is the official version: The "Ustica massacre" was a plane crash, which occurred at 20:59 (UTC + 2) on June 27, 1980 in the southern Tyrrhenian Sea, in the stretch between the Italian islands of Ponza and Ustica. In 2007, the courts attributed the involuntary responsibility for the shooting down of the plane to a French "resonance and non-impact" missile launched by an A茅ronavale aircraft that took off from the aircraft carrier Clemenceau. The missile was intended for a Libyan aircraft on which the Libyan leader Gaddafi would be found. All 77 passengers and 4 crew members died in the accident. Hello guys, How are you? I have been silent for a while... But today I would like to talk to you about Osteria Al 15, placed in Via Mirasole 15 in Bologna. @osteriaal15 It's a very suggestive historic restaurant, which preserves the typical style of the Bolognese trattoria and warmly welcomes its customers. Their tagliatelle al rag霉 bolognese are exceptional but their recupera I love the most is the Bolognese cutlet because while it was full of squacquerone cheese, it kept its crunchiness! For a Milanese girl the crispy cutlet always has something special ;) More than reasonable prices and courteous staff, in the end they even gave us a discount 馃挏 for me one of the best places in Bologna to eat 馃挏 You should try ;) (presso Osteria Al 15) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdWlBmMIzRP/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

These are some glimpses of the Archiginnasio of Bologna. It's one of the most significant buildings in the city, located in the heart of the historic center. It was built by the architect Antonio Morandi known as "il Terribilia" at the behest of Pope Pius IV and its construction ended in 1563. From the seventeenth century it was the seat of the ancient University and now it is the seat of the Archiginnasio Municipal Library. The aim of the project was the creation of a unitary place where to carry out university teaching relating to the various disciplines, previously dispersed between different locations and locations. The Archiginnasio remained the seat of the Bologna Studium from the year of its inauguration (1563) until 1803. Our second encounter with Bolognese recipes was at Fantoni, a lovely typical trattoria run by really lovely ladies. This wonderful place is located in the center, in Via del Pratello 11. We ordered the lasagna with green pasta Bolognese and strawberry mascarpone. Among all the ones we tried in this short holiday in Bologna, Fantoni's lasagna is the best ever! I loved the texture of the pasta, but the best part is the rag霉! it's a very tasty rag霉, with a little tomato and a lot of meat and lasagna is full of it! I also liked the fact that there was very little b茅chamel compared to the amount of meat. I loved them, they are my favorites! 馃挏 Again, as always, here prices are very low and the service is warm and welcoming and will make you feel at home 馃 Green lasagna with Bolognese sauce is a typical first course of Emilian cuisine, of the tasty and genuine one as taught by the housewives of the past. Real lasagna is green because the pasta sheets are made with spinach! ;) (presso Trattoria Fantoni) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdB-nc6Ip5P/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Bologna was once also a city of canals, a bit like Venice. Unfortunately today it remains a good copy of the ancient network of waterways of the city, most of them flow under the streets, but it is still possible to see some glimpses of it. Scroll to see them :) (presso Bologna Centro Storico) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdBi1ffoBxU/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
