I mean, you chose this as it was, but still. You'll feel one of my hands insistenly sink you just a touch deept into the padded surface. Just so you know you're really there.

If I need to use the razor, I will. Just carefully scraping the skin clear, more careful than you would yourself if you'd done it.

Telling you to lie still is more habitual than anything else. Doesn't matter how good you are at staying in place or not. Still ness is inportant now. A quick bit of moisture, and then the so careful placement of the stencil, close enough that I can see the goosebumps rise up when you feel my breath on your skin.

And then my hand on you again. Pressing you deeper into the table. Stretching your skin as far as I can gently with one hand.

And then it comes. You of course hear the buzz and rattle of the machine first, like a dozen angry metal hornets, but since you can't see it from this angle, you can't tell how close it is until you suddenly feel the bite of the needle into you, and then the hot, burning line as I guide it along the first curve, carving away through you without cutting, thousands of tiny stabs at a time, leaving only ink behind, just under the surface.

We can go like this for hours. Line after line, with a break here and there until I switch up for the heavier needles, going back over territory turned raw already to work color in around and over and next to all those lines, my presence and a guiding hand on you, so close, the whole time.

Guys I’m trying to get a proper Needles design out but I cannot get them to look how he does in my head😭 I did this one in like an hour bcs i wasn’t sure if my design could strike a balance of “trying to hard” and “could genuinely be unsettling” but like the other two sketches I’ve done look like this so:
