So, this is what I made for our advance patisserie class dessert buffet. It turned out good, but I definitely would make some adjustments if time wasn’t an issue. It is an easier way of doing the traditional croquembouche, because I used macaron stand for it. Traditionally, cream puffs are stuck together using caramelized sugar to form a cone. I think it is a great centerpiece for Christmas eve dinner because it resembles a Christmas tree. Happy Holidays!!
