The Cousins & The Campgrounds

The Campgrounds are the second largest room in the pizzeria, next to the party hall, and are the main location where the former Toy animatronics (now 'Cousins' as part of their rebranding) are hosted.

The area is themed around a campsite deep in a forest, and contain a prop RV with an overhang and a stage, carpeted woodchip paths and grass, log bench chairs and tree stump tables. It also contains a DDR-style memory game run by Teddy, a karaoke corner run by Chickie (Toy Chica), and a small ropes course run by a human staff member and occasionally visited by Mangle.

One corner of the room is roped off around a 'coming soon!' sign. This is the planned location of an activity planned to be run by Bono (formerly Toy Bonnie). However, as he is still undergoing repairs and upgrades, the activity has not yet been installed.

Teddy (Toy Freddy) hangs out on the stage in front of the RV and does comedy to entertain the kids waiting on food and activities, and fills in time between the band's own shows.

There is one large tree branch up near the ceiling that disguises a vent in the wall connecting to the crow's nest of Foxy's ship in Pirate's Cove. Mangle uses this vent to visit the Campgrounds in between shows, comment on the activities they can see going on, regale children with stories of their adventures, and then disappear again in time for Foxy's next show.

Four additional private party rooms are attached to the Campgrounds, and are accessible through a beaded curtain painted to look like more trees. There is a small waiting room with another prop RV and stage where other animatronics (usually one of the main four, Foxy, or Sam) can entertain those waiting to enter the party rooms, under the guise of traveling to visit the Cousins.

Despite its small size, Valley Falls State Park is a real treasure. Most people who visit the park come for the falls on the Tygart Valley River and completely ignore the beautiful trails. The Rhododendron and Glady Creek Trails wind through some lovely old cove forest anchored by impressive boulder fields smothered in moss. It has that LOTR thing going, especially along some of the more secluded sections of Glady Creek, culminating in an enchanting, multi-tiered waterfall draped in rhododendron. This time of the year, the mountain laurel (Kalmia latifolia) and ninebark (Physocarpus opulifolius) are in bloom (I can't decide which is lovelier) and the fungi and ferns dominate the forest floor, now that the canopy has closed over. The American royal fern (Osmunda spectabilis), which grows in the nooks and crannies of the giant boulders at the edge of the river, is a personal favorite of mine.

MAY : SIMS 3 & SIMS 4 : WHAT'S COMING UP :)

Let's begin with the Sims 4 ... April has been a bit disappointing I suppose, even we worked hard on numerous projects.

First, a flash and silent update for the Vertical Impasto Artworks. A little something in the interior frame of the painting that wasn't good enough : correction has been made and you can download again :)

Almost of our time has been about the k-707 Nature Mod ;) There are great satisfactions but also big frustrations ... We probably lost more braincells that it was needed. BUT … we have 95% of those damn trees covered.

We are stuck on some trees ( 5, maybe 6 ) and we search and search and search again some informations related on vertex paint which matter a lot since both colorimetry and rustle are enclosed in it. But we are still unable to extract the maxis information into the leaves and so, modify the trees from the deep in a way that is still ok for the game ...

Release a tree or a plant of 30k polygons only for the glitch and the fame is not at all our style. What is beautiful is not always suitable ;) and sometimes, what it seems to be beautiful in a picture is not not at all inside our favorite games :D

But let's talk about the Sims 3 now :) and more pleasant news ! At first, the big news : a NEW S3 WORLD is coming :) soon soon soon !

Shetland Harbour ... An island turned to the sea but filled with sheep. A good place to have whatever life you want for your lovely ( or not ) Sims ;) Shetland Harbour is a fishing town of course but not only. There's a true downtown and lot of places. And sheeps. A medium/large world, the first island we create since Lost Cove.

And for the first time, it won't be based on an EA known world ;)

But we'll talk much more about it in the coming weeks ;)

Then, will come quite quickly 3 Worlds UPDATES with significant changes inside, and various fixes that were long overdue :) Also, all community lots and some residential will be released too.

In addition, we are AT LAST working on some Sims 3 stuff and conversions, mainly build stuff and artworks ( for now ) :) 88 Patterns will be released quite soon, as soon as updates will be made on our website ( tech-hippie.com/sims3-lounge/ ) by my co-team partner :)

The Dark Terracotta roof and the Wood Skandi walls ( in both .sims3pack and .package ) will be released with Shetland Harbour.

big fucking ts2 spreadsheets

i'm clearly a very exciting person so a while ago i compiled three ts2 spreadsheets, listing each premade playable* sim's aspiration (+ hidden tokens although they don't affect statistics at all they're just for fun), along with a hopefully legible table listing the frequency of each aspiration as compared to gender and age group.

this ⬇️ is the largest spreadsheet, which comprises all 206 playable sims, including those from subhoods/unihoods and stealth hoods. this is also, unfortunately, the one which may be most prone to inaccuracies, as i don't play with subhoods/unihoods whatsoever and relied on the sims wiki for my information. the sims wiki, however, is rather incompetent and has been known to incorrectly list aspirations. i apologise for any errors, though ultimately i am lazy and i just didn't feel like manually installing all of the unihoods in a testhood and manually scouring simPE for all of this given that i don't play these hoods in the first place :( i can promise that it'll be mostly accurate though

this ⬇️ next spreadsheet is comprised of all 123 playable sims from the main hoods, including EPs, which is more my wheelhouse. you can trust me with this one i swear </3

and lastly! this ⬇️ right here is for only the base game hoods, and to be honest i find it the most interesting. remember that asterisk? this is for playable sims *and a select few NPCs that are plot-significant in some way, so kaylynn langerak, gordon king, crystal vu, abhijeet cho and meredith lillard. this was the first of the spreadsheets i made so idk i was having fun with it i wanted to include circe's friends for this one.

I've finished my first draft of Harbor Cove - a Sunset Valley save file with a little bit of a coastal New England feel to it.

It's not completely finished, I'll probably rebuild several times. The goal is to build all the lots myself, but since I really wanted to play in it I decided to use a few gorgeous lots from some of my favorite sims 3 creators ( @heavensims @nantucketupsnott @alverdinesims ) as well as a few of my remodeled EA lots.
