Hehe, good questions! This won't be an official answer, just my rough estimate, I'll make an official post of these eventually cus I wanna do them by pixels, too.

So we're going with OP sizes, not like normal men sizes. Bcs Doffy & Rosi are not normal sized men. Everyone is saying hand size=dick size is a stereotype, but also, Oda draws all OP women by stereotypes so... I'll do the OP men's dicks by stereotypes. Seriously, has nobody asked him those dick questions for the bigger guys in all 20+ years? I'm sure they did, but unlike for women, he was uncomfortable to answer.

Doflamingo's hand size is 33.5 cm. So...

Doffy's dick when he’s aroused is then roughly 30-36 cm. He's 305 cm, so his average should be 30 cm. From the pics of him, his pants/groin are half his hand size so not erect, his dick is 16-18 cm.

Cora's is 29-35 cm. He's 293 cm tall. His hand is 32.3 cm. So I think this is a good estimate. Not-aroused, he's at 16-18, too.

They'll also be pretty thick.

Those two are vastly different 🤣 I want to write a naive Reader but also Reader who is aware enough of how CRAZY Celestial Dragons are but then you get to that fear/dread factor once more and deciding how much of that to describe bcs what if they’re childhood friends, would that fear factor burst its head out regardless of their history? Would Reader just be appeasing Doffy while also still letting her guard down and just interacting with him like nothing’s changed?
