Synopsis: Mario and Princess Peach enjoy lunch at Mario’s house after resolving the previous incident between them.

I had this one written yesterday. However, AO3 going down prevented me from adding a link to the story, so I decided to upload this commentary today.

The plot for this story is simple and devoid of intricate themes; it simply picks up where Burning Desire left off. This is my second fan fiction derived from that story, and I started it after finishing Aftermath of a Sweet Burn.

My intention for Cool After Burning was to maintain a light and playful atmosphere, especially in contrast to the ethical dilemmas faced in Burning Desire and the emotional resonance of Aftermath of a Sweet Burn. Still, I felt compelled to examine one specific theme: the potential for unreciprocated love between Mario and Peach. The candle shop owner from Burning Desire revealed to Mario that the two complimentary candles she had given to Peach were designed to unleash the most lustful thoughts from their user towards someone they hold the deepest affection for.

Thus, Mario was acutely aware of the deep affection Peach held for him. He was also aware that he felt the same way, even prior to his brief encounter with the candle’s magic. I incorporated the aforementioned theme by having Peach pose a hypothetical situation where she would flirt with Mario of her own volition. To maintain an air of mystery, I opted to leave Mario's answer to Peach unfinished by having outside factors interrupt him each time he was ready to share his thoughts. I also wanted to let the readers decide whether or not the two ever address their unresolved feelings.

Cool After Burning was another fic I had a lot of fun writing and felt it was a nice conclusion to the Burning Desire series. Wow, another relatively short commentary. 😅I have a feeling that the next one won’t be as short, however.

Danny has found himself reincarnated, for fun! While waiting for Tucker to reincarnate. He’s uh, found himself as a clone now- thankfully stable! But he was apparently also an accident, and overheard some of the people talking about termination, which no thanks?

So apparently he wasn’t exactly an accident per se, they did mean to make a clone, so thank fuck for that! They had apparently grabbed the wrong blood, which he almost snorts at. Kind of hard to do in a tube full of liquid though. 

Oh well, he’ll just be leaving now… after he destroys this lab and steals all these files on himself, thank you~ Now, does he want to go on an adventure or find his unwilling donors first…

i will never get over how FusionFall put those two together to be in a tutorial introduction, because they were both 'cool kids' of that era, but objectively Ben10 is a dorky overly dramatic cool kinda vibe while Numbuh 5 is just the coolest kid on the block but is chill about it vibe. they would indeed make a fun battle team-up

also why tf Ben just fistfights his way out of his battles when his watch aint working, use a bazooka or smth dude smh

Shout out to that year of my life when I bought a single pack of cigarettes and brought it with me everywhere, because I was very stressed and fully convinced to pick up smoking. But I never smoked even one of them. Frankly the idea of going outside and standing there stupidly taking my stupid little puffs stressed me out even more

Calling it right now,these(or least some of them) islands are gonna be play a role in future updates.I am sure everyone have already noticed that with each beast update,we get a side story connected to the main one.

First it was the white lily update,that introduced the beast lore and the fan favorite beast,Shadow milk.Then it followed by a side story update revealing dark enchantress making bodies for the beasts.

Second part of the main story was the mystic flour update,introducing one of the main villains as well as giving us more speculations for the future.Which bring us to now with another side story,introducing wind archer(my precious son) and the ultimate cookie.

Obviously,this came later down the line since it's more than likely the burning spice update will come after that.And after update is done will more than likely we get another side story that will focus on one of the other smaller islands.Because it seems like we are done with the lab...least for now.

It's a hunch but I feel the first nest will come much later since it seems to be something relating to the dragons and we all know they're gonna continue this story after all of the beasts are playable.So why not bring on the dragons?Dark enchantress is kinda getting stale,so it would be nice to get another main villain.I can see short lived saga with ultimate cookies but that's it.

The question remains whether or not,they will bring back the dragons from the original or make new ones is up for debate currently. Personally,I don't mind if they make new dragons because we are lacking in legendaries of different species.

Anyway,wow,this ended up being longer than expected lol.

saiki's gloves are so thin that realistically he can probably feel textures pretty well, tho there's always gonna be a degree of dulling when you have smth on your hand. that aside if i want to angst abt saiki not being able to really truly touch things i will

anyway isn't it so fucked up that one of the only times kusuo gets to properly feel things is when the heat of the volcano is literally burning his gloves off his hands

what do u think reigen smells like. i think he smells like mens deodorant and tobacco

i think that at work he has a really nice mens cologne that he wears, (not too expensive but not cheap) after all first impressions are very important. he feels professional when he wears it, like someone to be respected. like someone,, serizawa likes it and also feels a little intimidated when reigen walks by and he smells his nice cologne

i think the new office smells a little scentless and bright like spring flowers, and the old office smelled like tobacco and tiger-balm

i think naturally his home and casual clothes smell like a mix of different incense scents. he sort of smells like tiger balm, sea salt and hot pavement on a summer day (sweaty). if you stand near the balcony, it still smells faintly of cigarettes but its not as strong as it was since hes quit (and also scrubbed it clean when 10 year old mob said something "rude to say to grown ups, especially his mentor").
