Dutch Smoked Cheese $7.99 lb

Obviously smoked so that’s what you’re going to get. However for my personal taste maybe a little too much. It tastes exactly like a slice of salami, very salty. Texture is like your standard cheese; chewy. I believe it’s wrapped in the same casing sausages are wrapped in. Over all a good cheese not one I’d immediately. Better then average 6/10

Grilled cheese: Mid, the cheese struggled to meat and the taste wasn’t very great 3/10

Scrambled egg: eggcellent, throw in some onion, salt, pepper, the semi melted texture of the cheese and the taste of salami is great 8/10
