the smallest things

somehow I feel really strong for even the smallest things. I don't know why, and actually, I don't want to know. maybe I'm too empathetic but tell me – is this a bad thing ?

listening to this playlist I reminisce about life and you know, there are so many things we miss out on. like daily. every single day. last week I was walking down the street and went by some blooming bushes. not much to see there. streets around me – loud as hell, everyone minding their own business, caught on their phones. but guys. the smell of those little white flushing flowers. they get me every time. mood enhanced like 1000 percent.

what I want to say is – try to live your life a little more in the present. and yeah .. I know, another invisible human being talking about how you should not be on your phone posting on a social media platform. but at least I'm talking facts instead of lying to you about life. enjoy the small things in life. enjoy yourself. be weird and wonderful. get to know yourself. it's more worth than anything.

Why do I like this? It is delightfully simple in visuals and sounds, clear in concept/affect/theme, connects to a temporal memory-cluster (nostalgia). It reminds me of my childhood, making paper stars, photoshop brushes for deviantART. Is this effect universal? I am not sure.
