I’ve had this curly sew in for 6 weeks which is wild because that’s the longest I’ve ever gone with my natural hair out. And the best part is, I actually love it?? Really fell in love with my curl pattern and I’ve really enjoyed learning to take care of curly hair for pretty much the first time ever.

That being said I did straighten my hair this week because I have an exam and I didn’t realize how annoying it is to like ??? maintain curls every week? (Granted that’s mostly just me because I have damaged ends and a sew in to blend with). And I am putting braids in for exam period this weekend but! I feel like I’ve done really well and I’m surprised at how much I like seeing my face with my own curls around it. Yay for me.

Mini Catapi Adopts - Bold n Stripey Made a batch with the stripes and contrasting colours theme! I feel like I'm a bit shy with contrast at times so I wanted to experiment more with it :) I'm also trying to use more green on stuff since its a colour thats not my first pick often. I went to draw surfer Lance as a warm up in my sketch book, as one does when obsessed with Voltron again, and I was struggling with the hairstyle. So I looked up some random references for surfers and a lot of them have that Sokka ponytail/bun look????? So I was like okay sure and- and Lance quite literally is space Sokka. Like, he looked like another Sokka drawing. I’ll post if wanted but I had to set the pencil down for a moment. If it weren’t for the Altean markings I would not think it was a Lance sketch at first glance.

EDIT: I have rendered it on digital and now he does not look like Sokka. I’m okay now.

EDIT 2: I have finished a full render and will post if someone asks.

Anyways! I'm rather new to the Naruto fandom so these are all the people in the cast I've adapted to my style so far! Also dear lordsy there is so many people that I have to remember names and faces for in this series T^T
