The Legion of Stationery (1/3).
Decided to do my own fan designs for the Legion of Stationery but instead of making them humanoid, I made them more as in characters that would fit the marioverse's roster of characters! Starting with the first two, old saurian menaces, Colored Pencils and Rubber Band!
Colored pencils is based on magpies and lord Shen, mostly for the giant coloring pencil cannon he uses to confront the pesky plumber.
Rubber band was more inspired by Birdo along with the interpretation of Rubber band by the harry gold show here.
