Well she is. 21 babies in just over a year to be exact.
Kristina has authored a book titled Baby's Diary. News18Join our Whatsapp channel
The feeling of motherhood is a special one and many experience it multiple times, choosing to have more than one child. Kristina Ozturk, the wife of a wealthy Turkish individual, stands out in this regard. Despite being only 26 years old, she has already become the mother of 22 children via surrogacy. Originally from Russia, Kristina, along with her millionaire businessman husband, 57-year old Galip, welcomed 21 surrogate babies into their lives between March 2020 and July 2021. Despite this remarkable number, Kristina expresses her desire for even more children.
Kristina’s eldest child, an eight-year-old daughter named Victoria, was born naturally from a previous relationship. Despite facing criticism for what some perceive as “buying babies,” this mother from Georgia remains steadfast in her decision to expand her family. Kristina has openly expressed her ambition to have even more children, aiming to reach a three-digit figure.
Her plans face challenges as her Turkish businessman husband was imprisoned in 2023 on charges of money laundering and document falsification. Fortunately, Kristina is supported by a team of 16 live-in nannies to assist her while her husband serves an eight-year sentence behind bars.
Kristina first met Galip in a club in Moscow, Russia and started a relationship in spite of the 31 year age difference between them. They started living in a lavish three-story mansion in Batumi, Georgia. In February last year, Kristina had paid Rs 1 crore 43 lakh to the surrogates.
Kristina has also authored a book titled Baby’s Diary, in which she shares her journey as a mother of so many children. She reflects that while much has been written about parenting, every day parents seek valuable insights from her to provide the best for their children.
Kristina’s unconventional path in parenting hasn’t been without challenges. She revealed an incident where one of the surrogate mothers expressed a desire to keep a baby after giving birth. As the baby’s genetic makeup consisted of Kristina and her husband’s DNA, the child rightfully belonged to them.
Although Kristina has openly discussed her aspiration for at least 105 children, she now intends to hold off on further steps toward that goal until her existing children are older. While she hasn’t dismissed the possibility of becoming pregnant herself again, she acknowledges the impracticality of doing so with a household full of young children.

Hoppiness Club, Córdoba
Hoppiness Club, Córdoba Bar Interior, Argentinian Commercial Design, Architecture Photography
Hoppiness Club in Córdoba
9 Nov 2020
Hoppiness Club
Architects: Montevideo Studio
Location: Córdoba, Argentina, South America
The proposal for Hoppiness is a restyling of the existing brand. The concept arose from the customer’s own need to transform their brewery into a burger joint as their business changed for the good quality of the product.
The owner’s feeling was that of a club of friends, something that felt but that aesthetics failed to convey.
In the search we arrived in the 80’s, with its vibrant colors and extravagant geometries, the pornfood and the rebellious of the time, which we wanted to bring and reinterpret in this place to give it the strength and imronta they wanted to transmit.
Like any club the colors that represent them are key, in this case we choose blue for all large surfaces and orange for linear details and frames.
A large bar runs through the premises from the entrance to the kitchen which was expanded and left in sight. This bar is not only the attention space but also includes a sector with sidewalks so that the contact with the client is always close, in its background stands out the large sign that makes shield of this club highlighting its imronta.
The lighting design finishes closing the whole concept, neon tubes, color light highlighting geometries by dyeing all the space a warm color to welcome its members in the best way.

in tbilisi. there is a club in the park, called “bauhaus”. it’s a bar and its garden basically. people are drinking and dancing in its garden or basically in the park.
for the first time in my life i know ninety percent of the songs they play in a club. they play, blur, the cure, the smiths, radiohead etc. so for the first time in my life, i don’t need to get away to refresh my ears.
but i see some guys playing guitar and singing about 10 meter away from the club. i go and sit with them of course. the guy who plays the guitar, offers me the guitar and i play some songs. we are all drunk and ecstatic. then i give the guitar back to the guy and he says “do you know irakli charkviani?” i heard his music in Batumi and asked to the waitress so i know a bit but i say “mefe, right?” mefe means “the king” they all applaud my knowledge about him. and the guy starts playing a song. a very good guitar riff and perfect beat for the night. she is singing poetry on it. so far i am only enjoying. then they started all together singing sa-qa-rtve-lo and i join them. our left fists are going up and down. they are so happy that i am singing with them. i have no idea what those syllables mean but it talks to my inner primitive punk. so i keep doing it. they all starts hugging me and the girl puts my face between her hands and kisses me on my forehead. i am accepted! i am appreciated but still don’t know the real reason.
anyway, the next day, i am meeting a girl, i have a headache, i am tired and i am restless. she wants some music. i ask her if she know “mefe” she says “of course he is my favourite” and i ask her “do you know the song which goes like sa-qa-rtve-lo” she laughs so hard and asks “how do i know that?” i put on my cocky, flirting smile. she buys it. she says “it means georgia in georgian” “mefe” was a quite political guy and a great singer songwriter, i am surprised you like that song” well i do. and so i know why they were so happy when i joined them while they collectively shouted out their country’s name. and i play the song again. sa-qa-rtve-lo!

Before visiting myself, there were few countries I knew of with as good word of mouth as Georgia. Everyone I knew who had been loved it and couldn’t wait to recommend going. I’d wanted to visit for years and was finally able to make it happen last October. Building my itinerary, I noticed the coastal city of Batumi and was genuinely curious why it had never been mentioned to me when people raved about the country. I guess they simply didn’t get the chance, as my one day in Batumi sightseeing assured me it was well worth the trip.
For a first stop in Georgia, Batumi probably seems a strange choice. I’d say even more so given that I actually flew into a totally different city. But as far as gentle entries into a brand new country and culture go, it couldn’t have been smoother. I’ve since learned there are many places you’ll want to see while in Georgia and the Caucasus. But allow me to show you how you can go about spending a day in Batumi if you get the chance.
  A Little Bit About Batumi
Just so you have an idea of where I’m talking about here, let’s do a little rundown on the city of Batumi. Found in the country of Georgia – one of the Caucasus nations that tread the line between Europe and Asia – Batumi sits in the southwest of the country by the Black Sea. As the capital of the Adjara region it’s an important regional centre, but also one of Georgia’s main beach getaways.
In terms of tourism, the main draws of Batumi are its beaches, resorts and casinos. Designed for leisure, it tends to be popular with Russians and Turkish tourists coming along the coast, as well as quite a few Ukrainians based on personal experience. It’s sometimes called the “Las Vegas of the Black Sea” for that reason, although that seems a little unfavourable. That being said, there does seem to be a lot of development going on as more and more high-rises get built. A lot of this makes it seem like not my kind of destination and yet I remember Batumi fondly. Hopefully it doesn’t change too much.
  Seafront Boulevard
The perfect place to start your one day in Batumi is with a stroll along the Seafront Boulevard. Running right along Batumi’s long, sprawling coastline, the boulevard is the city’s primary leisure and recreation space. No matter where you are in the city, you can just head to the boulevard and then follow it as far as you like. You name it, the park along the boulevard has it, from tennis courts and outdoor gym equipment, to bikes and golf cart rentals, plus of course bars and restaurants.
Two of the most prominent landmarks in the boulevard are the Batumi Boulevard Fountains and the Batumi Summer Theatre. The fountains fill a large square leading towards the city’s Old Town, with plenty of interested and assorted statues surround the large pool. The theatre on the other hand is a great big wooden structure that made me think of Vikings and something you might find in Norway.
  Batumi Beach
To many, Batumi is first and foremost a seaside getaway, which means you have to at least go see the beach when you visit. Running right along the promenade you’ll spot quite a deep rock beach that gently runs down to the calm waters of the Black Sea. Batumi is one of Georgia’s main beach destinations and in summer it sounds like the beaches can get quite busy. Not so much in October when I was there, even though the weather wasn’t too bad. Still, there were sun lounges out in certain places near beach clubs and a few people out lounging or going for a dip. Having seen the far side of the Black Sea with Bulgaria’s coast, it was interesting to see the contrast.
However the beach did get a fair bit busier when it came time for the sunset. From Batumi Beach you have an uninterrupted view of the sun as it falls down below the horizon and plenty of space to watch it from. With clear skies, I was treated to a great sunset during my Batumi visit, but couldn’t help get distracted by the person paramotoring about in the sky. So after you’ve seen the beach, remember to come back that evening to watch the sunset.
  Miracle Park
As you follow the waterfront boulevard around, you eventually reach a space by the city’s harbour entrance, Miracle Park. An interesting space, you not only have views over the water, but also your best chance to see many of Batumi’s towers in one place. With the city’s old white lighthouse firmly in place, you can see a range of more modern towers. This includes the distant Batumi Tower with a small Ferris wheel built into it and the nearby spiraling oddity that is Alphabet Tower, with the Georgian alphabet up its side.
It’s also here at Miracle Park that you’ll come across Batumi’s Ferris Wheel and the moving sculptures of Ali and Nino that slowly merge into and through one another. Miracle Park is basically an unusual menagerie of attractions, but I do imagine you get some good views from the restaurant at the top of Alphabet Tower or from the Ferris wheel.
  Theater Square
Certainly one of the prettiest squares in the city, the square also does a great job of encapsulating Batumi’s many different sides. The standout landmarks are naturally the Batumi Drama Theatre that gives the square its name, as well as the golden Statue of Neptune taking pride of place at its centre. Both give the square a classic feel like you’re somewhere in Italy. That fades though as you look to one side to see modern skyscrapers one way, slightly more soviet apartment buildings opposite that and Georgia’s own take on French belle epoque architecture.
Quick food/cafe recommendation while we’re here: Coffeetopia Batumi here on Theater Square is a great place to take a break. A little more expensive than typical Georgian standards but good food and a nice view from the outdoor tables.
  Astronomical Clock
The attraction in Batumi that immediately caught my eye and kept me coming back was the city’s striking Astronomical Clock Tower. With its golden zigzag design on the tower, it’s easy to spot most places in the Old Town. But the tower only gets better as you get closer, from the elaborate clock to the golden statues around it. The attached building looks like a palace almost, although it was really the National Bank, and boasts a stunning stainglass window as well. This beautifully ornate tower has the ability to completely distract you from the rest of Europe Square that lies behind you. It even looks great when its lit up at night, I’m sure you’ll agree.
  Europe Square
Not to be overlooked, there’s more to Europe Square than the sight of the Astronomical Clock. There are other grand and curious buildings here that really draw your attention, as well as a fountain and museums to check out. One really noteworthy landmark in Europe Square is the tall Statue of Medea rising above everything. Medea was a figure from Greek mythology who helped Jason and the Argonauts steal the Golden Fleece. Yes, that tale is said to have taken place in western Georgia and may relate to a method that the native people had for prospecting for gold back then. That may explain all the golden flourishes you see everywhere, including the tower of the Astronomical Clock!
  Batumi Piazza
To be honest, I still don’t know what to make of the Batumi Piazza. When I arrived, the grand yet unbalanced architecture around this small square quickly drew me in. Basically a hub within the city for drinks and dining, the Batumi Piazza is really just a brief curiosity if all you’re doing is sightseeing. Much of the buildings around it seem to be quite new and come across as quite refined, but the significance of the square was mostly lost on me. If you’re staying nearby then this could well be a great place to get dinner or a nightcap later on in the day.
  Streets of Batumi Old Town
For me, one of the best things to do in Batumi was simply walking around the city’s Old Town. Away from the major roads, the Old Town is really quite a peaceful place and comes with plenty of character. Many of the buildings and homes feel like they’ve had quite a life in a vintage-kind-of-way, but rarely look rundown. What’s more, so many of them had grape vines sprawling over their balconies or draped along wires, giving things a relaxed, communal vibe.
This was my first experience of the relaxed nature you find in many Georgian cities and it’s something that is hard to put into words. All I know is that this air of calm makes you immediately like Georgia more and more.
  Religious Buildings of Batumi
As you explore the Old Town of Batumi, you’re sure to come across various religious buildings. While Georgia is very much an Orthodox Christian country, you’ll still find the City Synagogue and Central Mosque among the many orthodox churches. The two churches most worth seeing are the St. Nicolas Church across from Batumi Piazza and the Holy Mother Virgin Nativity Cathedral. Only a little more than a hundred years old, the gothic revival architecture of the cathedral makes for an unusual sight in this part of Batumi.
  Cable Car to Anuria Mountain
While it’s positioned by the sea, Batumi is also surrounded by quite a mountainous landscape. With hills directly overlooking the city, you just know you have to head up there to see the view. That’s easily enough done with the Argo Cable Car that runs from on the waterfront along from Miracle Park up to Anuria Mountain. A ticket for the cable car costs 15 GEL, roughly 5€, and gently takes you to the city’s outskirts and beyond. The views from the cable car are already good, but they don’t quite compare with the Argo observation deck at the top. Yep, another reference to “Jason and the Argonauts“.
With a restaurant and small historic church on top of Anuria Mountain, there’s a few things to see up here other than the sweeping city views. You can see the entire skyline of Batumi and you realise just how much bigger it is than you think. Looking down to the downtown area, you spot each of the main towers of the city and get to look out at the endless expanse that is the Black Sea.
  6 May Park !
A really pleasant place to spend the end of the day at is the peaceful 6 May Park. Found near the city’s Zoo and Dolphinarium, the park centres on Nurigeli Lake and is a popular spot with locals. With fountains, park benches and nice lake views, the park becomes especially pretty as the waning sun starts to reflect across the lake’s surface. The park is also only a short walk away if you decide to head back to the beach to watch the sunset over the water.
  Visiting Batumi, Georgia
You shouldn’t have too much finding your way to Batumi. The city has its own international airport, which I know Wizz flies to from various places. Then there’s a modern train connection with Tbilisi which I had the pleasure of using when I left. Worth knowing is that the train station is a fair way from the city centre, so plan ahead. The other option, which I used to get there, is Georgian Bus who have buses direct to Batumi from Kutaisi Airport. The minibus was nothing fancy but I didn’t have to wait long for it to leave and it made good time. Recommended!
Given its popularity with beachgoers, Batumi has loads of hotels and resorts to pick from. Like most things in Georgia, they’re affordable and usually good value. For an affordable option near 6 May Park, I’d recommend Daisi Sunset Hotel as they were welcoming and found it quite comfortable.
Before I go, I’d like to mention a few great opportunities I had to try Georgian food. Just round the corner from Daisi Sunset is Kiziki, a highly rated Georgian restaurant in Batumi. If you want to try khachapuri, a flatbread with lots of cheese and egg that’s the most popular Georgian dish, go here. Another great choice closer to the city centre is Laguna, where I had some delicious but piping hot pelmeni dumplings.

Artist Spotlight: Copenhagen’s Underground Music Party Collective KUNE
It was at a meeting with three members of KUNE that I learned about Esperanto, a single global language created by Polish doctor Ludovic Lazarus Zamenhof in 1887. As I sat with DJ Martin Gilleshøj Mikkelsen, DJ Rico Petersen, and visual artist Matei Petrescu, they explained that KUNE means “togetherness” in Esperanto. KUNE is a collective of seven people: the members missing from our interview are DJ Alin Stunned, DJ Anders Søndergaard Dahl, DJ Gunnar Eyþórsso, and visual artist Oana Camelia.
Rico begins by recounting when KUNE first came together. “Martin and I joined later,” he says smiling. “In the beginning, it was just Alin, Anders, and some others bringing turntables, speakers, and lights. They started making parties on Amager. The first underground party we created together was in this weird basement in Sydhavn. Surprisingly, a lot of people showed up to that one. The party turned into beautiful chaos.”
“KUNE has existed since 2014 and I’ve been involved for almost two years. I would say that it has developed like a human being and has gradually become more influential. We don’t have set rules but we learn along the way and grow together,” says Martin.
Matei was attending one of KUNE’s outdoor parties when someone asked him to make a stencilled sign for the bar. He did, and since then he’s been part of the crew, creating cool visuals and art pieces for the events.
“We aren’t solely responsible for KUNE events; there are so many people involved, whether it’s by working at the wardrobe, making artwork, cleaning or standing at the entrance,” Matei says.
The conversation moves to diversity in the Danish electronic music scene. “It’s diverse because underground music is so universal; even though you meet people who might be different from you, we are all united under the love of music. You start to speak the same language in a weird way. We generally don’t think so much about this issue; we are all just people.” says Rico.
He continues, “if you take into account the size of Copenhagen, we have a huge scene with lots of different genres and directions. Danish DJs are getting more global recognition. Sometimes people complain that electronic music is becoming mainstream and that there are too many parties, but I think that it’s one of the things that makes the city stand out.”
Martin agrees. “I’ve heard from people in the industry that now is the best moment for the scene. It has never been this hyped and active. It seems like people are really encouraged to take risks and follow their passions, whether it’s organizing parties, producing, or just being the part of the scene,” he says.
So how do KUNE parties stand out from the others? Rico answers, “From the beginning, it’s always been more than just a party with music. We almost always collaborate with artists who exhibit their work. We often make full room installations.”
“The visuals are all about immersion,” continues Matei. “The artistic mediums can vary from painting to sculpture; it really depends on the space.”
As for their upcoming party featuring Georgian DJ Zurkin, I ask how they found him and what the process of organising this party has been like. The featured visual artist included this time is also Georgian: Daniel Hjorth. Rico takes me through the process: “About a year and a half ago I went to Tbilisi, Georgia, and came across Vodkast records. I spent the day there, then went back the next day where I met Zurkin and Vako, the co-founders of Vodkast Records. They invited me out and we spent the night sharing ideas.”
They went to Georgia again for 4GB Festival, where the Vodkast crew was playing. “Zurkin played a really special set,” Rico says. “He also performed on a Boiler Room showcase at the renown Bassiani club in Tbilisi. That was when we decided that it was the right moment to book him.”
youtube
Martin adds that he and Anders have a community radio show called MMH where Zurkin is invited to record an after party session the day after the gig.
I spoke to Zurkin about the upcoming event, and he’s excited to share his skills with the Copenhagen crowd. “I was impressed by the passion and enthusiasm of Martin and Anders. We had a really interesting musical exchange. I am in contact with the guys almost every day and they are very open-minded about everything. I’ve filtered my playlists so that I can showcase things that are connected to Denmark, and will be playing some tracks that might be both familiar and at the same time unknown to the listeners.”
The KUNE crew has created a thriving artistic platform, uniting all sorts of artists and creatives under the powerful force of music. KUNE parties are an electrifying space where people meet, engage, enjoy art, and get a taste of the underground music scene that pulses through the soul of Copenhagen.
See Georgian DJ Zurkin at the next KUNE event

Buy apartment in Batumi
In Article 5 reasons why Batumi is better than Moscow (or other big city), I specified the low cost of living as the first reason why I have been killed Swim from Moscow to Batumi. Let's take a closer look at this subject. Then, closer to the summer, fixed rents increase and become extremely high (starting at $ 500 for the same apartment). In this way, every apartment owner tries to make more money for three months of vacation. Utilities If you rent a long-term apartment, you must pay for electricity, internet, water and gas. The sum depends on how much you spend on heating during the cold season (3-4 months). If you use a hot air conditioner or underfloor heating, you will have to pay from 250 GEL ($ 90) only for electricity. If you use the central gas heater, it would be 100 GEL ($ 40) for gas. So I advise you to look for an apartment with gas central heating, it would be more bouncing to the ounce.
Tumblr media
The water bill is low, about 20 GEL (less than $ 10). Resume living alone I pay for utilities around 150-200 GEL per month (55-75 $). Transport. In this city, I only use the taxi because it is extremely inexpensive. The hack of life - use the mobile taxi app Maxim and never ask drivers for the price. In the app you can see the price before a taxi driver sees you. If a taxi driver notices that you are a foreigner, the price will go up twice or even more. Taxi costs Maxim: You can also use public transport - buses or microbuses. A bus ticket is 0.40 GEL ($ 0.1), on microbus - 0.60 GEL ($ 0.2). But be prepared to wait 10-15-20 minutes on the bus stop Food and drinks. As a solo feast who does not cook much, I spend about $ 100 a month in the supermarket and $ 50 in restaurants and coffee shops. So the cost of my food and drinks is about $ 150. The average prices for some products in Georgia: Entertainment. Honestly, from September to June, there is less entertainment in batumivillas- no parties, no clubs, no theaters or concerts. So I go to the cinema once a month, it's 8 GEL ($ 3) for the ticket, 3.5 GEL ($ 1.5) for popcorn and drinks. And the second activity is to play games with friends in a bar.
There, I spend 20 GEL ($ 8) for drinks or food per night. Two evenings with games per week is 160 GEL or $ 64 a month in health care. Batumi is where I do not have any health problems. Usually, I spend in a pharmacy about 40 GEL ($ 15) a month, just for common reasons. Prepare for all doctors for foreigners to be paid. But anyway, geriatric health care (doctors, tests, medications) are cheaper than Europe.  Beauties. The column for girls. I spend about $ 100 a month in beauty. It includes: Sport. Racing fans might feel good in Batumi, as there is a long boulevard to run around the city. The same thing for bicycles. I like to swim and in cold weather need to pay for the pool - it's about 180 GEL ($ 70) per month Summary I spend $ 800 a month living alone, having fun, taking care of my beauty and my health. And it's the high quality of life, not stressful and enjoyable. Freelancer in the IT sphere, traveler, researcher of human lives and traditions, mad woman red. Native to Belarus, every 5 years moving to a new city. Was living in St. Petersburg and Moscow, now living in Batumi, Georgia. Batumi is a true jewel of Europe today, yes it is! This wording illustrates the situation at best.
Today, it is very difficult to find better conditions for the purchase of real estate in the Black Sea resort area. day Batumi is a city in dynamic development, which putsin commission some  high-rise  every month. The apartments in Batumi meet all the modern requirements - of course, they can be considered as a good marketing phrase that can be read in the brochure of an apartment complex, but in the case new buildings in Batumi, this is a very important aspect. Each house that is built in the city is a unique architectural structure, an original individual project, standard projects virtually do not exist. The Black Sea is one of the most enjoyable benefits in this region, taking into account the warm climate and many sandy beaches. Batumi is a beautiful seaside resort in one of the most beautiful natural regions of the Black Sea, and the most surprising is that the price of an apartment in Batumi today is kept around 650-950 dollars per square meter, and in the new buildings, which have not yet been put, 350-800 dollars. However, real estate prices in Batumi are growing at a fairly high dynamic, but they remain at a very reasonable level. Now, why is it profitable to buy an apartment in Batumi? Nature - it is one of the most beautiful and warmest natural areas in Europe, this paradise among mountains and big cities.

Coctelería Bar, Córdoba
Coctelería, Córdoba Cocktail Bar Interior, Argentinian Commercial Design, Architecture Photography
Coctelería Bar in Córdoba
9 Nov 2020
COC
Architects: Montevideo Studio
Location: Córdoba, Argentina, South America
Inspired in the crazy twenties, COC is born. A cocktail bar that gives rise to long nights of social gatherings, music, drinks, tapas, and good company.
COC arises from the word “cocktail”, rooster tail. At the times of the Prohibition Act, it referred to all leftovers left in the bottles of liquor which were mixed so as to produce new flavors that we today know as cocktails. This is why the logo has two roosters having a cocktail.
From the moment you enter, the curves, the marble, the mirrors, the tea-colored hues, take us back to another era. The Art Deco style leaves its impressions in order to complete the experience and to make us feel in the film The Great Gatsby.
The space is structured around an oval-shaped counter of golden mirrors, crowned with a chandelier of yellow acrylics that, without a doubt, has become the protagonist of the place. Seven hundred and fifty acrylic sheets goes turning, dancing, and shining with its own light so as they do not stop being the center of every picture and attention.
The bottle rack in the middle of the counter, impressive, reflecting and illuminated, promises to give us the best drinks of the place, and to make us enjoy the best night in good company.
The walls and ceilings were covered with green and yellow micro-concrete, a great bet for the color that emphasized the style of the place.
At the bottom, four yellow arches crowned with a mirror, each one surrounded by the Winery area, where a direct sale to the public of all products is carried out. The shelves and enclosed areas follow the same rounded lines than all metals painted gold and a light wood that provides warmth to the space. In this area, a huge counter made of Carrara marble was thought so as sommeliers and wine lovers conduct tastings and events.
Lastly, a big terrace with a capacity of up to 120 persons to enjoy the fresh air encloses all the bar, and makes sunsets at COC to become a classic tradition. The tables are made of marble and the fixed stools covered with black Subway add the shine that characterizes the interior of the place. The signage of sheet and neon lights stress the façade, such as the gold applications of the glasses. In the inside, on one of the walls, you can see the two roosters crowning the kitchen in a gold gilding technique made by the artist Walter Ferreyra. This kitchen is in sight of the public, but closed with a black polarized glass.
